Dreams Los Cabos Suites Golf Resort & Spa

We went with our family of five: 2 adults and 3 kids. So the Kids Club ("Explorer's Club") was key. They took great care of our kids and kept them entertained, which allowed us to enjoy some quiet, peaceful dinners. The Explorer's Club staff was really great: Sandy, Andy, Tomy, and Pao - thank you for taking care of our kids. I also wanted to give a shoutout to the World Cafe (buffet) staff: Capitan Eloy, Hostess Zugey, Gael, Jonathan, Almita, Carmelita, Nieto, Collins, and Maribell - thank you for taking such good care of us at breakfast, and thank you for making a special treat for our kids on the last morning - you guys were all great. Also, special shoutout to the pool/beach waiter, Alejandro, it was only his second day of work when he served us, but he took excellent care of us with drinks and helping to answer our questions. And his English was excellent.

Our stay at Dreams Los Cabos was an exceptional and truly memorable experience, even with a few unexpected challenges along the way. From the very beginning, the level of service and genuine warmth from the staff set the tone for an unforgettable vacation. We would like to extend our deepest appreciation to Alejandra Pérez, Front Office Manager, whose remarkable professionalism, dedication, and genuine care ensured that every detail was addressed and that our stay was elevated to an exceptional level. Her commitment truly made a lasting impact on our experience. Special thanks as well to Lea from Preferred UVC, who consistently went above and beyond, remaining attentive, proactive, and delivering outstanding service throughout our entire stay. We are also sincerely grateful to the entire restaurant and adults-only pool team. The servers were consistently attentive, gracious, and highly professional, contributing greatly to our overall experience. Finally, our appreciation goes to Daniel Gutiérrez, Chief Concierge, who, after several circumstances, stepped in with exceptional support and ensured everything concluded on a truly outstanding note. Overall, Dreams Los Cabos is supported by an extraordinary team that is genuinely committed to delivering a world-class guest experience. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning in the future.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ We recently stayed at Dreams Los Cabos and had a mix of great experiences and some disappointing ones. The biggest highlight was the staff. Everyone we encountered was genuinely kind and welcoming. The Kids Club staff, especially Andy, were outstanding. My son absolutely loved spending time there, and Andy made him feel excited to come back each day. The Italian restaurant was also our favorite—the food was excellent, and the wait staff provided fantastic service. Unfortunately, the resort itself fell short in several areas. Our family suite had a number of maintenance and design issues. The bedroom was extremely dark, there were no towel racks or hooks in either bathroom, several closet knobs were broken, and the sofa was more like an uncomfortable futon than a true couch. The resort also seemed to be struggling with upkeep. One elevator was out of service during our stay, and the other frequently malfunctioned, repeatedly opening its doors without moving, so we ended up taking the stairs several times. Around the pool area, there were ripped umbrellas and not enough shade for the 90-degree weather. The pools were another disappointment. Most were about five feet deep, which is an awkward depth for many adults and not ideal for families. The water was also surprisingly warm. The waterslide emptied into a five-foot-deep pool, although the slide attendant was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and even remembered our kids. The shallow kids' pool was much smaller than expected. The drinks were consistently weak and not well blended, often containing large chunks of ice. Overall, the resort also felt less clean than we expected for a property in this price range. The incredible employees are what earned this resort three stars. They worked hard and provided excellent service despite the property's shortcomings. Unfortunately, because of the maintenance issues, lack of cleanliness, and disappointing amenities, we would not choose to return.

Dreams Cabo San Lucas is highly recommended in my opinion solely for the excellent staff! They are welcoming and want to give you the best experience. The grounds are beautiful - and you feel safe. Needs a good concrete cleaning throughout. Also, offering a few more snack options would be awesome. We tried to use room service multiple times - without success. Super disappointing. Pools could use chillers. But the pools were so nice! The lounging beds in the adult pools are a must!

Best service at Manatee Bar by Aldair! He is so nice and really good drinks and tacos!! Octavio was also amazing! This bar was a lot better than the other ones! Better food and service
