Roberto from the French restaurant (Bordeaux) was absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful time all thank you to him going the extra mile. Fantastic service. Delicious food. Amazing experience

Average Overall Experience
We booked through Costco and traveled as a couple for a destination wedding. This seems to be a resort for destination weddings as there multiple weddings every night. The food was a hit or miss. Mexican cuisine tended to be better than some of their speciality offerings. Overall, the room was nice and service was good and friendly. The pool was nice and beaches were clean.

Great staff, clean and beautiful resort. Too many weddings.
I went for my 40th Birthday with my family of 4 and the staff was amazing. Especially the ladies at the kids club... my little one especially loved Gio. The whole time at the pool we had an amazing guy take care of us named Vicente, he was absolutely awesome. The last night we stayed there my husband took me to the Frnech restaurant and Roberto went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The only thing that was annoying was the amount of weddings and the restaurants were shut down on certain nights and the music was very loud for my kids to go to sleep most nights. Other than that the resort is beautiful and the food is great.

Best Staff Ever!!
The staff is amazing and really sold us on having our destination wedding here. Once we got here, everyone took care of us. Our wedding coordinator Thalia was exceptional. The lobby bartender Clever kept the drinks flowing. Special thank you to the staff at Restaurante Seaside, especially Abraham, Estela, Enrique, Juan and Edher. They went above and beyond after our wedding to ensure we felt special. It’s the people and staff here that make you feel like family, and will keep me coming back. Thank you to everyone at Dreams Riviera Cancun for making this one to remember.
