Great Family fun
Staff was great. Very clean. Food was good. Fairly small resort compared to others I have stayed. The activity pool was a bit too warm. Not sure if they could have put colder water in it. Adult pool was cooler. Couldn't get into the Japanese restaurant unfortunately. So book in advance if you can. I have never been to Cancun in summer before. There was very bad sargassum seaweed. Beach and water were nasty and smelly unfortunately. not resorts fault. They tried to clean up every day but it was never ending battle.

Customer service the best
have visited Cancun Zona Hotels&Riviera maya numerous times stayed at different hotels and never have been treated as well as we were treated at the dreams hotel! The staff is incredibly attentive,understanding,respectful and 100%customer service!Thank you to the manager Antonio who went above and beyond to make sure me and my wife were happy and comfortable. Thank you to employees Aaron,Blanca,Xiochil,Enrique, Manuel,Abraham,Angelica,Angeles,Sharon at the spa,they all deserve recognition because our family is returning because of them. The food was good lots of options especially impressed with the buffet,the rooms were comfortable spacious.I highly recommend this hotel, will be back soon !

Shout out to Mr. Sergio the bell hop. From the moment I stepped out the vehicle. Instant top tier service. Mr. Sergio AKA the Mexican George Clooney spoke every time we crossed paths and made sure I was good. Superb service and atmosphere.

BORDEAUX Restaurant is a MUST!!
If you want an incredible meal while staying at Dreams Rivera, you have to go to the Bordeaux French restaurant! The food was incredible, the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! They even had gluten free options!! Special shout out to Hector the manager, our server Arturo, Adriana our bussed and Rodolfo the chef! They even over heard us talking about our anniversary coming up in a few days and surprised us with a dessert! I meant to get a picture of our meal, but it was so good I forgot to take the pictures! The Bordeaux was truly the best food at the entire resort!

Explorers kids club
The explorers club for kids was awesome! The entire stafff treated our two girls (5 and 6) like their own. Each day they had activities to keep them busy and excited for the next day. My girls came back every evening sky v it was the best day ever! From arts and crafts, games, rock climbing, face painting, swimming and much more. This was the highlight of our stay!
