⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Explorer’s Club was the absolute highlight of our stay! I cannot praise the ladies at the Explorer’s Club at Dreams Riviera Cancun enough. Paty, Fatima, Emily and Fer were absolutely incredible, and all of the staff deserve so much recognition for the care and attention they give the children. My three-year-old absolutely adored going to the club for 3 weeks we where there. She became so comfortable with the ladies that she would literally run in to see them and give them cuddles every day! As a mum, seeing your child that happy, excited and comfortable being left with someone means absolutely everything. There is so much for the children to do. They made bracelets and piñatas, played games, had mini discos and took part in the brilliant kids’ MasterChef activities. There is also a climbing wall and a fantastic splash zone, as well as air-conditioned indoor areas where the children can cool down from the heat. The staff even take the children for lunch together. There was always something different going on, and it never felt like somewhere you were simply dropping your child off. The ladies genuinely interacted with the children, cared about them and made the experience special. A particularly huge thank you to Miss Paty, who my daughter absolutely adored and formed such a lovely bond with. ❤️ But I want to recognise every member of the Explorer’s Club team, because they were all wonderful with her. We stayed for three weeks, and the Explorer’s Club became such a special part of our holiday. Seeing my little girl running in excitedly every day and seeing how affectionate she was with the staff told me everything I needed to know about how happy and well cared for she was. For us, the Explorer’s Club was genuinely one of the highlights of Dreams Riviera Cancun, and the women working there are an absolute credit to the resort. Thank you for looking after my little girl so beautifully and giving her such lovely memories. We will genuinely miss you all! ❤️🇲🇽

Good place , front of sea . Family oriented.

Hydrospa experience was excellent. Includes sauna, steam , cold plunge and private jetted aqua area. Sharon was our hostess and was attentive and kind

We had a wonderful time at the Dreams Riviera Cancun the rooms are wonderful we had housekeeping everyday there's 24-hour room service and Sharon and the spa in the pool area was very very good Friday

It’s quite a secluded location, but the hotel itself offers plenty to do. The service is excellent, and the food is decent, too. The setting here is nice; the buffet is a bit monotonous, but the other food is excellent—especially the squid at the Italian restaurant, which is absolutely amazing.
