Best in the West Both Jorge and Antonio are genuinely wonderful people, and they made my experience unforgettable
I had an amazing experience at the lobby bar, thanks to two outstanding staff members — Jorge Ku, the bartender, and Antonio, our waiter. Jorge is truly talented behind the bar. His drinks were not only perfectly crafted but also made with great attention to detail and passion. He has a friendly and welcoming personality that makes you feel comfortable right away. Antonio provided exceptional service throughout our visit. He was attentive, polite, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His professionalism and warm attitude really stood out. Both Jorge and Antonio are genuinely wonderful people, and they made my experience unforgettable. They are, without a doubt, among the best I have ever met. I highly recommend visiting the lobby bar — you’ll be in great hands!

We had a great time at the Dreams Riviera Cancun! We came for our sisters wedding. Our favourite staff were the pool concierge, Pedro Cosco, and the Explorers Club staff, and the entertainment staff, Uzzy. So fun! They were absolutely fantastic and made our vacation unforgettable with their service, positive attitudes and “above and beyond” mentality! 10/10 recommend.
