I had an amazing time here, Erwin was so fun to talk to and hang out with, he helped me out with painting, taught me some Spanish, and made my experience so much better. All the activities were great and the service was amazing.

All of the staff here were amazing and incredibly attentive. We came with a large group for our wedding. Many staff members made our stay very special. Jennifer and Juan Carlos from the wedding department made our special day perfect and they made it come together so easily. Oliver and Viví from the entertainment team made our pool days so much more fun and my group had a great time doing a salsa dancing lesson with them. Glever in the lobby bar was an amazing bartender and my party was excited to be served by him in the lobby each night. Every staff member knew our names and made our experience so amazing.
