First time visiting a Dreams Resort. Lobby, facility & pool areas were immaculate. Room was large, clean & sexy! The staff was Fantastic!! Special Mention to Reyes,Michel, Jesus, Carlos & Raphael at the private beach bar. They were fun, friendly & ready with a beer/cocktail at all times. The lobby bar was the place to be in the evening/nighttime. At the lobby bar our night was made great every night by our bartender Clever. He was outstanding! Make sure to hang out with him in lobby. The private club/bar is very cool place to relax away from everyone. Our host/server Deisey was super sweet & outgoing. We would stop in to see her everyday because she was so fun! I definitely recommend visiting & will go back again soon. Dale & Georgia Freiburger

the resort was very clean the staff was very good with the exception of one of the Lobby Staff she was extremely overbearing with personal questions demanding information from us and at one point she had us followed by a fellow employee as we left the resort. The food was very good. pools wear clean and it was a very well kept resort. we experience electrical problems in our room several times the staff responded quickly to fix. The All Inclusive fee is for all amenities such as food drink room service tax tips and so on however on several days a good portion of the pool area was closed and we were removed from the pool area early due to weddings. Certain restaurants were also closed on different nights which I feel deceived me for the value I was charged for the Fee that I paid

i just returned from a week in Mexico and i must say having traveled around the world, this was one of the best places we have ever been to. Superlatives are not enough to describe the place, from the clean environment to the attentive and knowledgeable staff, it is second to none. The resort is small and well thought out with possibly every room having an ocean view, the amenities are excellent and the pools are astonishingly clean and filled with laughing children and happily tipsy parents all enjoying the sun. The swim up pool was heated and justified why it was filled everyday. We prefer the ocean and it did not disappoint, the waves are calm and the water clear and warm, while there were some waves they are buffered by a reef off shore about 2 kms which allows the water to break and gently come to shore. The children spent every day in the ocean and playing in the sand. The seaweed was minimal and manageable and it was cleaned everyday. The ocean-side bar was tended by excellent waiters such as Ishmael, Manuel and our best server Jorge. The restaurants were excellently organized and were all put together and managed by an excellent maitre d Ernesto as he tended to our every need and request and who should be commended for going above and beyond in his customer service. Our rooms were cleaned exceptionally well by Theresa and she was kind to my three teen daughters who no doubt asked her for endless towels and shampoos!!! The restaurant quality of foods was exceptional from the grilled rib eyes to the salmon, or the Mexican braised beef to the sumptous breakfast at the world cafe! One experience I highlight and recommend although i ran out of time to try it is the wine cellar dinner which is an intimate affair with only two tables and approximately 12 people in total in the room which is ideal for birthdays or anniversaries. One of my group had diner twice there and it was phenomenal with excellent quality wines and pairings, there is an extra charge but well worth it and Ernesto will ensure that all is taken care of whilst there. Suffice it to say by this was spectacular, even more surprising is that this seems to be a great place for a wedding as there were wedding parties every other day and it seems that the staff are ready to host any size or type of destination wedding, we witnessed many beautiful arrangements hot tables and djs all well organized and none of this interfered with the other guests so it was fantastic to watch without hampering our experience. This is a top notch place that i would highly recommend!!! Also i would be remiss if i didn't mention the spa, it is a must do when there it was 5 star all the way and another reason we will definitely be going back soon!!!

This was the best family vacation we have ever had. My wife and I where totally relaxed and comfortable while our sons where making friends with other kids their age. There was plenty of fun to be had for our 11 and 9 year old.

I stayed at this resort 03-19 thru 3-23. I stayed at the Secrets Silversands with my boyfriend and it was fantastic, so when I was going for spring break with my daughter I decided to stick with this chain. I was somewhat disappointed with some things at this resort. First off please know they require $418 credit card deposit at check in. I was not prepared for this.I have never been asked for this at any other AI resort in Mexico. I do not like using my credit card in Mexico. I had trouble previously. ROOM: There was people knocking on my door and coming and going multiple times though out my visit. My patio door did not lock and it was fixed right away. The door broke again as soon as it was opened again, which luckily was when I was leaving. FOOD: The food and drinks at the restaurant and pool were all very good! The buffet was not so great it had long lines and a very poor selection of food. The people working there were not friendly and didn't want to be working there in my opinion. POOL: The pool was great. It was a very nice warm pool and it has floating mats to use. The pool was very nice. The was a lot of kids and a "saving the chair" problem, but hey that is everywhere. Take it for what it is worth, all resort have some good and some bad, but this resort was the first to make me question how safe I felt.
