Relaxation and rejuvenation
This resort was an amazing family experience. Everyone had a fun time and would come back again. It was such a nice balance of activity and relaxation - just what was needed for a vacation. The resort staff were very friendly and the environment was very safe.

Incredible staff, great with allergies!
We had an excellent stay at this Dreams Riviera Maya. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my daughters allergies, which truly made a difference for us. Everyone was knowledgeable, attentive, and proactive in ensuring meals were safe. The chefs and servers took the time to make separate meals and we always felts save and comfortable. Highly recommend this resort, especially for travelers with nut allergies. Shutout to: Hector, Oscar, Anahi, Jonathan, Francisco, Antonio, Valeria, Jesus, Cisneros!

Above Expectations !
We took a second trip this year to visit friends in Mexico. we wanted a resort close to their condo. Dreams was it. What we discovered was a getaway that far exceeded our expectations in almost every way. The staff are outstanding. We can only mention a few but I a sure that it is consistent throughout the resort. Thanks to Alfredo who greeted us late at night. Aaron who took care of every detail at the preferred club. Special thanks to Estella, (Super) Mario, and Enrique at the seaside Grill who started each breakfast with sun and smiles. Thank you to Manuel at Bourdeau who made 2 special evenings for us. And lastly - Thank you to Erik at the Preferred Club beach who made each day extra attentive - along with Santiago. We chose the Preferred Club and were happy with that decision. Our room had a great view south, on the top floor, facing out from the hotel. This helped with any evening music/noise. The week was delightful. We usually stay at Adults Only locations over the past 10 years - but Dreams showed us how positive a family atmosphere can be. Thanks! Well done.

Come for the incredible staff!
A beautiful, clean property with an incredible events schedule, lots of delicious food, and surprisingly good cocktails. Uzzy, Vivi, Marcus, Erik, and Clever were amazing staff members.

Pedro is the best pool concierge
Pedro Cosco our pool concierge is at the top of his field, a true professional. I personally watched him help multiple family’s after making sure we had the best time possible. Above and beyond customer service while being polite, personable, and funny. Promote ahead of peers
