Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa

We absolutely loved all of the friendly helpful staff!! Shout to the activity team!! The below people went above and beyond and were so kind to our son Liam! Liam loved all of the activities! Erwin was our favorite!! Shout out to Manuel, Oliver, Jonathan, Francisco Yael & Yuzzi! Our breakfast was from Seaside! Top 2 favorite restaurants were Hibachi & French. Another shout out to the best bar tender Jose!! He is at the bar on the beach with the swings. We loved our swim out pool!!

We came to resort with 23 family members and the staff here were absolutely amazing. Enrique in the premiere bar was so wonderful, thoughtful and he knew every one of us B4 the second day. Santiago at the patio by governors suite and our gazebo day, he went above and beyond for us!!! He deserves a raise!! So very nice. Also staff at French restaurant were so good to us as well. My only complaint was not knowing the beach water was not great. Sand though clean and beautiful. Trip to Isla was also amazing and gorgeous . Thank you for making our trip amazing.

Enrique in the premier bar was incredible. He remembered every name - there were 14 of us. The service he provided was impeccable. and Santiago who served us everyday at the governors suite was awesome. He was attentive, kind and got us anything we needed. These 2 gentlemen were superb. The dreams staff in whole are very special people and made our vacation wonderful

The service was amazing. There were many people that went out of their way and above and beyond to help, including Santiago bringing drinks to our patioin the governor suite to Enrique at the Premier bar, knowing everybody’s name and what they drink, and Fernando, that was our personal concierge and took care everything we could possibly need. The staff made this vacation amazing

I just returned from another amazing stay at Dreams Riviera Cancun (June 20–24, 2026), and once again, the incredible staff made this vacation unforgettable. This is one of the main reasons I continue to return to this resort year after year. From the moment we arrived, Daniel, the Hotel Manager, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. At Portofino, Abraham and Teofilio provided outstanding service during dinner. They were kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The team at the Seaside Grill was equally exceptional. Estella, Enrique, Israel, and Arsenio were always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Their excellent service made every meal enjoyable. A special thank you to Martin, our waiter by the Infinity Pool. He kept the drinks coming, frequently checked on us, and even offered great recommendations for someone visiting the resort for the first time. His friendly personality made relaxing by the pool even better. Every morning started perfectly thanks to Sheila and Israel at the Coco Café. They made delicious iced lattes every day and always greeted us with a smile. Their kindness and consistency became one of our favorite parts of each morning. The service throughout the resort was absolutely amazing. Every staff member was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure guests had everything they needed. The food was excellent at every restaurant, and the service was consistently top-notch. Dreams Riviera Cancun continues to be one of my favorite places to vacation because of the wonderful people who work there. Their hospitality keeps us coming back, and I have no doubt we'll be returning again. Thank you to everyone who made another trip so memorable!
