The staff truly made our vacation unforgettable. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. They always greeted us with a smile, were quick to help with any questions or requests Abraham, Esequiel, Anahi and Chef Geovanni went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

We had an amazing time at Dreams Riviera! Our entertainment team, bar staff, restaurant teams were all amazing! Uzzy was so amazing during all the day time activities at the pool! High energy and so kind! Victor helped us everyday with drinks nonstop! Hector at the Bordeaux restaurant (one of our fave meals) was such a great manager that gave us an awesome experience as well as his team! Himitsu was so tasty and the manager and our server Gaemel were amazing too! Breakfast at the buffet and room service was also great! Night times were relaxing with shows and live music! We had fun at the karaoke with the live band!!! Oceans for lunch or dinner had great seafood! The Barefoot grill had some of the best hotdogs and fries too! El Patio had such great food and the decor was amazing! Fatima and team at the kids club (Explorer’s club) kept our daughter so entertained we had several date nights! The rooms are a fun layout with space for us three and we’re well stocked and cleaned everyday! We will return with friends for sure!!! All in all a great vacation!

The best people and food at restaurant portofino from Abraham, or favorite waiter Esequiel , chef geovanni and our favorite sweet girl Anahi took amazing care of us , not only today at portofino but during our stay , Anahi went above and Beyond to make sure we had what we were looking for , my kids requested pasta every night and she made it happened , always with a smile in her face and so happy to serve us , then there’s Ezequiel what a amazing human served us so well made our drinks so yummy and always taking good care of us they both made us feel like family something I’ll never forget , always happy always so kind and polite . We will def come back to dreams just for people like them , will miss them so much and there kind hearts 🤍

Esequiel was the best waiter we have ever had and we are world travelers. He gave the best food and drink recommendations and made us feel like family. We wish we would have spent every night on our vacation here!

What a treat! We have been to many properties in Mexico and this was the BEST service. The facilities are clean, updated and well maintained, but the hospitality was incredible. Every staff member seemed dedicated to our experience. We were on site for a Music Event (Verde Vacay) and the hotel team knocked it out of the park. Specifically Mara, Pedro, and Abraham went so far above and beyond our expectations at every turn. I can't imagine what more they could have doe to make it any better. I fully recommend this hotel experience.
