Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa

We have had an amazing time at the resort, all the staff is super friendly and helpful the ladies at the spa Erika, Victoria and Jessenia were also great. We had an issue with the storm and had to extend the stay and everyone from UVC and the people at the resort were very accommodating. So we appreciate it

The Bordeaux restaurant was exceptional. Our waiter Kevin was the best. Hostess Naomi was very personable and helpful. The manager Enrique had the whole restaurant running like clockwork. The food was the best at the resort!!!

Our experience here was amazing the resort was super clean and always ready with whatever you need! Met an employee there named uzzi that made our whole trip he was so kind and had the best energy making sure everyone had a good time. All the staff was super attentive and friendly.

It was a dream come true I only see these hotels in the movies and it was even more special I was on my honeymoon with my wife niamh we travelled form ireland from the moment we arrived the staff had champagne and wet towels to cool us down we felt like celebrities the staff were are amazing but 3 stood out for me and I mean no this respect to anyone all brilliant at there jobs from the lady's who cleaned my room bar staff to many to name first member is Alfredo at the front of hotel he was the first one we meet such a gentleman he was to me and especially my wife brilliant maner about him and amazing at his job brilliant people skills and we had great laughs with him for the 10 days.2 the bar manager at the beach bar on the left side I just can't remember his name I think something like garson sorry but again brilliant personality amazing bar man as you can imagine I spent a lot of time great guy. But I have to the 3rd person and our favourite again everyone of staff was amazing and friendly but our concierge FERNANDA omg what a beautiful lovely so helpful lady she is she doesn't doesn't even have to say a word that amazing smile and and warm happy eyes alone is enough to put you a easy if you have any problems but how she was to me and my wife when we when we got bitten by mosquitoes the care and helpfulness she gave u was mind blowing from going to pharmacy to get cream and getting our room spread every day your hotel should be honoured to have a beautiful amazing front of house member of staff FERNANDA. The 3 I picked out should be given a rise but I think you have a gem and a world class manageress in the making🤎

We had such a lovely trip. Mango and Tamarindo Margaritas were delicious. All of the staff were incredible but our favourite part was the Bordeaux restaurant, and our server Manuel was particularly excellent. He made our night very special. Also special mention to Ezequiel who was our amazing waiter in the Japanese restaurant, Himitsu.
