The best entertainment team - Oliver and Uzzy are the MVPs
We had the most amazing time at Dreams Riviera Cancun. The hospitality and kindness is above and beyond. We rarely had to wait for dinner and everything is clean and well cared for. The pools were great and the activities were well thought out and very family centered. The staff made this trip unforgettable. The waiters were helpful and kind. The entertainment team is seriously amazing at what they do. Oliver with the entertainment team made our entire trip. Our daughters looked forward to the days that he worked. He immediately knew them by name and invited them to all of the activities. He would even play in the pool with my 6 year old during activity down time. Our trip would have never been the same without Oliver. Another entertainment team member, Uzzy, was very funny during the night programming. He made sure our daughters were laughing and having a good time. This resort is very family friendly if you’re looking to travel with your children. The night events were rich in culture and tradition. It was great to get to experience.

Great time was had!
Beautiful hotel! Everyone is super helpful and friendly, but certainly a few staff members at the Seaside Restaurant shine above all: Abraham, Sabrina, Estela and most of all Eduardo. They all looked after us during breakfasts and lunches beautifully with great attention to detail! Also great team at the spa and gym. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Food is varied, fresh and delicious, with a wide spread of different restaurants to choose from. Totally recommended!

Nice getaway!
It's a smaller resort which has a more intimate feel but with all the bells and whistles. Staff is really nice and attentive, beds are comfortable and the beach is pretty. Plenty of options for meals and no reservations needed. Only be aware of the "invitation" to visit other properties in exchange of some sort of gift. You will be held hostage for hours and the coupons have so many restrictions that they are worthless. Other than that wasted afternoon, I had a great vacation.

Amazing staff, bartenders are friendly and extremely efficient. Food was great, some restaurants were slow. Barefoot grill was amazing for getting a quick lunch by the beach/pool
