Great experience and get away. While we did not have access to the beach water because of the abundance of seaweed, I was perfectly happy in the infinity pool and walking on the beach.

We’ve been having a wonderful stay at the resort overall. The service has been consistently excellent. Everyone is so polite, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They’ve all been especially kind and attentive with our son, which has made such a difference to our experience as a family. Although most people here have been wonderful with us, there are a few who truly stood out for being absolutely amazing and for caring so much about our child, and that is something we genuinely value. The fact that they would say hi to him by name every day and spend time talking and playing with him made all the difference. He genuinely couldn’t wait to see them again every day. First and most importantly, Michelle from El Patio restaurant and Hector from the Sea Grill. They have officially become our son’s “best friends”! They were not only incredible with him, but their service towards us was also absolutely outstanding every single time. We also really appreciated Ximena and Jonathan from the entertainment team, who somehow managed to keep up with our child’s (and our) requests for painting sessions and my partner very serious complaints about archery tournaments he didn’t win! Their energy, patience, and kindness never went unnoticed. The evening entertainment has also been brilliant. Every single show was so well thought out and engaging. Our 2-year-old, who normally can’t stay still for more than five minutes, happily sat and watched for 45 minutes every single evening and still kept asking for more afterwards! I also wanted to give a special thank you to Sharon from the spa. I had the pleasure of doing a hydrotherapy session with her, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in a long time. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and caring, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and looked after. As a parent, those moments of relaxation are rare, and I genuinely appreciated the care she showed me. Overall, we’ve had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, and the people working here are what truly make this place feel special.

Great resort. Small enough that everything isn’t a 10-15 minute walk from everything but still felt big enough and not overly crowded. Place was clean and grounds well kept. The best part was the staff hands down!!! They MADE this trip, especially for our little ones!!! All Entertainment team - ESPECIALLY Oliver, Jonathan, Manny, Vivi, Xermena, Francisco, Uzzy, Erwin World cafe buffet - Flor during breakfast, and Mariscio and Sergio during dinner Pool bar - Blanca & Alex La patio - Chef Eddy , Armando & Eduardo They were all great!!!

The Explorers Club for kids was amazing for our 4 year old daughter. She kept asking to go back and play, and the activities were great for the kids, so it was a guilt free way to get a break from taking care of her. I would come back strictly because of this service.
