Starting with Vanessa and Cynthia at the spa through email before we even arrived, then German at the front desk, followed by so many other amazing spa employees…Christina and the incredible massages, Eli and Erika in the hydrotherapy pools, Andrea at the front desk, Teresita in the locker room, and Esperanza in the salon… we seriously could not have asked for a better experience. So kind, genuine and helpful at every turn… and I have to also shout out Pedro who helped with the special events we were at for a wedding, for coming up with the best mock tails that I continued to order everywhere I went throughout our stay. I am out of words for how fantastic this trip was, and I would 100% book another trip to this exact location. Amazing amazing amazing thank you so much for such a fantastic week. You are so appreciated!!!

The resort and grounds are beautiful. All of the pools were great. We received exceptional service at the pools from Francisco, Israel and Lennry. Room was great, A/C worked awesome. Beach was disappointing with the seaweed problem.

Overall this resort was lovely. I give it a 4.5 stars. The staff is amazing. They are friendly and attentive. I got a room with a plunge pool which was amazing to get out the sun in the afternoon, but still have access to a pool. The hotel needs some minor cosmetic fixes, but it was apparent that they were working on this while we were there. We had a small mix up with the cabana I reserved and the staff worked quickly to fix the issue. I would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic week at this resort, everything was just lovely. The welcome was warm and we immediately felt at home. One of the staff members approached us with a sales pitch for a new hotel. We're not fans of that kind of thing, so we kindly declined.. The resort staff were truly amazing, incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Blanca in the Preferred Club lounge and Erik Ramirez by the pool, both of them made our stay even more enjoyable. The food and drinks were delicious throughout the week. Our only real downside was the presence of persistent vendors on the beach. It's disappointing that the resort allows them to bother guests like that. The same goes for the street market at the resort. You're constantly approached and pressured to buy things. Personally, I prefer to shop on my own terms. Being hassled while on vacation really takes away from the relaxing experience. That said, overall it’s a fantastic resort with beautiful pools, top-notch service and we had an amazing holiday.
