Had an amazing time playing beach volleyball with Jonathan and Erwin - thank you guys for an amazing experience. Also got to connect well with one of the sports hosts & evening host - didn't catch his name unfortunately. Food was great, specially the Ocean Side fried fish & fish tacos! Had fun at the Japanese Teppanyaki! Our stay was made special by Manny Marquez and his friend :) . My girlfriend and I loved our stay and appreciated everything the staff did to make it special.

We just got back from our birthday trip and we had an amazing time. This resort is a home away from home. This was our fourth or fifth time there, totally recommend. We was a party of 7 and our check in went very smooth at the preferred lounge thanks to Hector Garcia and Antonio Powell, they was so professional and very helpful. They made sure our families room was all closed to each other and that was a plus for us. The rooms was clean and very comfortable. Me and my husband had the presidential suite and it was amazing. The food was 10/10. The service was awesome and we want to say thank you to Santiago at the preferred beach bar he was so attentive and great with the drinks. He remembered every drink and our names. We felt like we knew each other for years. A big thank you again to Estrella, Lily and Erick for organizing a birthday surprise with Ignacio, Pablo, Enrique, Arsenio, Carlos, Jessica, Abraham, Martin and Lucy from the seaside grill restaurant that came to our room and surprised my husband for his birthday. The beach is not great but the pool and the atmosphere makes up for it. We just had a great time overall and we definitely recommend this resort. We already planning to go back next year God willing. Also Ale at the concierge desk was very attentive too and made sure we was good with everything we needed. We even decided to stay another night and Hector and Antonio was so helpful, and they made sure we didn’t have any inconvenience for having a last minute booking. Thanks Dreams Riviera because you never let us down.

My husband and I celebrated our 36th wedding anniversary in Cancun at the Dreams Riviera Resort. We had dinner at the Oceana restaurant and received excellent service from Mariel Lara, Pedro and Angeles. We were treated to a special platter full of Mexican treats with a candle, and that helped make our dinner and evening even more memorable! Thank you Mariel, Pedro and Angeles!
