Please don't come here
Just got here at 12. Right away we were told nothing will be ready until 3 30 PM , Eventhough official check in time is 3PM not fair. I have elderly parents and a 2 year old with me who is loosing it after a 12 hour journey here. The main buffet restaurant and other restaurants are undergoing renovations so we just ate at a horrible motel 1 star buffet with meager choices, frankly the buffet at my office cafeteria has more options. Also, want to warn travelers about not traveling to this resort under its current state. The staff is trying to help but I am shocked at how talkative but unhelpful they are being. They say they will make custom orders but I can go to a restaurant for that, the buffet experience with a million options is something we go to all inclusive resorts for. 5th vacation with Hyatt Secrets/ Dreams never have felt like the resort and service is not 5 star level.

Vivi, Oscar y Erwin did absolutely amazing entertaining us ! Fatima and Emily and the man at the bar we also great! We were very pleased with our visit! Everyone has been fantastic!

Not too much, not too little.
Low key enough to relax. Our room view was excellent. Be sure to make reservations for the romantic beach dinner when Ezequiel is the server. We enjoyed the room service, especially for breakfast.
