It's a good hotel and feels at market and relatively luxury. The a la carte restaurants are great and you can get any drink made by the hotel staff if it's available. We were generally very impressed with the hotel. However, something to note would be that there is a wedding almost every night, which can feel quite intrusive on your stay. They are very loud up until 11 pm. They feel like they definitely prioritise the weddings over the general guests although it did feel like a special stay. The coffee shop is fantastic as are most of the restaurants although the staff could be nicer. The seaweed was particularly bad during our stay and did smell on some of the days. They do have a couple of people clearing it with pitchforks but really it needs a digger. It meant that the sea was unswimmable, although the hotel pools are nice so it wasn't a huge issue. Entertainment and other activities are plentiful and we've really enjoyed our time here .

It was impossible to get my daughter out of the explorers club she had so much fun, she met friends, had activities and played all day long the staff Patricia, Fernanda, Fatima , Emily, rosy and Citlalli went out of their way to make her stay extraordinary.

Horrible experience, food was horrible, got intoxicated on site w the food and had to go to the clinic on site charging me $612 usd. Missed my excursion due to getting sick and they were not reimbursed, no night life beach were closed and pool closed early. No night life if u wanted to do something go to the lobby and they have a bar at night. Overalll horrinle. Horrible location hotel tried to charge me $80 to take me to the beach 7 min away i ordered a uber $7.36 usd

Very nice! Staff are super kind and Vivi in the entertainment centre did an amazing job!! Vivi was so outgoing and fun! And so was the rest of the entertainment team!! crazy games in the pool are fun!!🤩
