Best service I have experienced in Mexico!
What a treat! We have been to many properties in Mexico and this was the BEST service. The facilities are clean, updated and well maintained, but the hospitality was incredible. Every staff member seemed dedicated to our experience. We were on site for a Music Event (Verde Vacay) and the hotel team knocked it out of the park. Specifically Mara, Pedro, and Abraham went so far above and beyond our expectations at every turn. I can't imagine what more they could have doe to make it any better. I fully recommend this hotel experience.

Amazing trip to Dreams Cancun!
This was an amazing trip! The hospitality of the staff is absolutely incredible! I have a gluten allergy, and they went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. The location was perfect: not a long drive from the airport, a fun and relaxed environment, clean rooms and impeccable service! Special shout outs to: Alejandro, Gilberto, Alex, Victor, Erwin, Uzzy, Abram, Pedro, Manolo, Chef Jovani, Cindy and Walter!

Wonderful experience with Abram, Pedro, Manolo, Chef Jovani, Cindy, from the Mexican and Italian restaurant. The entertainment team with Uzzy, Erwin, and Jonathan is fantastic.

Beautiful Resort
Beautiful resort! Overall very clean. Staff was friendly - Enrique at the lobby bar was the best!! Some of the food at a couple restaurants (buffet) was not all that great, but others were very good. Also, not happy about there being no advance notice of restaurants closed for private parties on certain days. It would have been helpful to know when planning dinners and outings. If you are not traveling with children, I would recommend staying at Secrets instead (adults only). Overall we had a great time and I would stay again.

Every Bite Was Perfection!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dreams Riviera: Bordeaux was an exceptional dining experience! Every dish was beautifully prepared, incredibly flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was memorable. The service from Turo was outstanding attentive, friendly, and made our evening even more enjoyable. It was also a pleasure meeting the chefs: Fabuola and Darlene. Their passion and talent truly shine through in every dish. Thank you all for an unforgettable meal. Highly recommend!
