Went to Bordeaux for a nice meal with my girlfriend while we were at Dreams Riviera. It was incredible! The steak I had was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Hector the manager went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experiences. Our server Ezequiel, also did an amazing job. It was a 10/10 experience for me!

One of the best meals, service, and atmospheres at the resort! Ezequiel and hector were both incredibly friendly and helpful explaining the wine selection, dinner, and desert options. We will be trying to come back before we leave the food and service were so good!!

Fabulous Stay
Our dining experience was always amazing, we especially loved certain staff: Alejandro at the swim up bar, and at the Portofino restaurant our waitstaff Teofilo, Abraham, and Angelica, and chef Giovani. They were all especially welcoming, thoughtful, and made our entire 7 day stay extra special. We have stayed at this resort six times now and will be returning for a 7th next year!

A taste of Italy in Mexico
We visited Portofino on our third night at Dreams Riviera Cancun and it was one of the highlights of our stay. The service was exceptional, thanks to our waiter, Pedro. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure our glasses were always full without us ever having to ask. His recommendations were excellent and definitely enhanced our dining experience. We started with the pear salad and beef carpaccio, both of which were fresh and delicious. For our main course, we had the filet mignon, and it was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and absolutely outstanding. Pedro truly made us feel welcome and provided some of the best service we've ever received. If you're staying at Dreams Riviera Maya, Portofino is a must-visit. We highly recommend it!

Amazing staff!!!
Chef Giovanni, Manager Abraham, our waiter Edieberto and our hostess Angelica were honestly amazing! They took care of us on our honeymoon trip. Can’t wait to come back here again! ❤️
