Horrible Hotel
Horrible experience, food was horrible, got intoxicated on site w the food and had to go to the clinic on site charging me $612 usd. Missed my excursion due to getting sick and they were not reimbursed, no night life beach were closed and pool closed early. No night life if u wanted to do something go to the lobby and they have a bar at night. Overalll horrinle. Horrible location hotel tried to charge me $80 to take me to the beach 7 min away i ordered a uber $7.36 usd

Vivi and the entertainment centre!!
Very nice! Staff are super kind and Vivi in the entertainment centre did an amazing job!! Vivi was so outgoing and fun! And so was the rest of the entertainment team!! crazy games in the pool are fun!!🤩

a clean anf friendly resort
the resort is very clean and offers clean multiple pools. The sea shore is a disaster thats was not the fault of the resort. there currently is algae bloom that is prevelant in many areas of the caribbean including mexico. the resort makes a valiant effort to clean it up however, every morning a new ton seem,s top wash up onto the shore overnight. its a loosing battle which again I dont put any blame on the resort. I didnt put even a toe intop the water. However the sresort has many clean pools and hot tubs on the premiss to keep you cool and facilitates swiming

Will def be back!
Had such a great time at this resort. Vivi was so much fun, we had such a great time doing activities with her! Watch out for her serve bc she will ace you every time in sand volleyball!

Great vacation
We had a great experience at dreams riviera. We never had one bad meal. Mauricio Valerio in the world cafe was wonderful. He helped my mother in law carry her food to the table as she is 80 years old. All in all great resort would recommend it to all.
