Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa

This place is amazing and went far beyond our expectations. From the time that we arrived to the time that we departed, the staff was helpful, courteous and always had a smile on their face. We upgraded to the Preferred Room. And this came with an upgraded check-in experience, access to the preferred lounge, and upgraded room with ocean view, access to the preferred area of the beach, and a couple of other amenities. My wife and I have just recently started going to all-inclusive resorts and this one by far is the best that we have been too. The rooms were clean, the beach and pool area were clean, and the food was great. I know a lot of people complain about the food on these resorts. The problem is their expecting Michelin level food at a resort that is feeding thousands of people a day. All the restaurants on this resort have great food and the atmosphere to match. The lobby bar is a great place to hang out in the evening with live entertainment, and a great wait staff. Introduce yourself to Clever and Wilberth, they will take care of you all week long. The pool area is not to noisy and you can easily find yourself falling asleep in the beautiful Mexican weather. Also the bar pool isn't over crowded and rowdy, which is an issue that we have ran into at other resorts. The spa was amazing, my wife and I got our first hydro/relaxation massages. Can't say enough about Justine and Dalia, I will defiantly be booking them again when we return there next year. Dreams Riviera Cancun absolutely gets 5 stars from me.

Oliver and Uzzy were a big part of the entertainment team and was such an amazing person to have with us on our vacation. He kept us informed of the daily activities and evening shows. Dreams Riviera Resort is lucky to have him!

Fabulous!! Weather was amazing! Oliver had us covered with the pool drinks. All the restaurants had wonderful food! The seaweed by the ocean was horrible, but not that resorts fault….coming from Africa…

Beautiful resort with very friendly staff. Great for kids and adults. We were there to celebrate several birthdays and an anniversary. Everyone made us feel welcome and celebrated our milestones with us. Oliver, Jonathan and Jimena from the entertainment team were fantastic. Oliver tho with his infectious smile that talks you into participating in any activity of which all were fun, always took a minute to say hello and ask how our day was going. He is a gem! We were lucky to have Santos as our waiter for a couple of the evening dinner events and he has a great sense of humor! The evening entertainment, from the lobby singers to the shows was also enjoyable and family friendly. We would definitely go back again.

We stayed at this hotel with a large group for a birthdays/anniversary celebration and it was SO MUCH FUN! Our group consisted of kids, as well as adults- and again, everyone found something they enjoyed each and every day. We particularly want to recognize Oliver (entertainment), Ricardo (Server), Eddy (Server), Santos (Server), and Lenry (Server) - although really almost every staff member we encountered was great. Oliver particularly, however, really went above and beyond every single day for our group! Rooms were a little small/tight, but we didn't spend a ton of time in our rooms overall, so it wasn't a huge deal. Food overall was good- again, we enjoyed it.
