The activities team was our highlight. We have a 4 year old and they were so sweet to him. He loved Jonathan. One day, Jonathan went and started chatting with him on his beach chair and made him a bracelet so we could do the tequila tasting. He even made him a certificate about learning to be a pilot and a gift the next day. They all remembered us and it made my son feel so special. I forget who did the tequila tasting but she was very educated on tequila and the ceviche was delicious. Since the ocean had some seaweed issues, we spent most of the time at the pool. Water aerobics and the “crazy games” were fun and entertaining to watch. Jonathan and Yael, Uzzy and Erik, Karla, Vivi, Oliver, Erwin made our trip so memorable. They didn’t miss a beat.

What a great week! I wanted to write this review to highlight and give praise to the staff! The entertainment crew were amazing! We ended up bonding with them over those 5 days, they felt like family! Uzzy is electric and is so good with adults and kids! I watched him play uno one on one with a bday girl and her mom being present and he was so engaged! Every kid looked for him to play ping pong especially. I played with him for such a long time and made sure to look for him the morning I left for a final match! Vivi was so nice and had so much energy! She did wonderful on our bike tour! The explor club did great with our kids and remembered their names and took really good care of us! Jonathan was electric and always kept the party alive! Santiago and Erson made our preferred experience top notch with their tasty drinks! Special shout out to the honest staff and security staff, Edwin perez, Rosendo, my wife left her wedding rings on the table near our seats at the pool and it was a horrific time thinking it was lost. They did everything they could to report and check it out even had a staff member, Frank, jump in the pool and helped me unload each towel one by one! He was trying to lift my spirits the whole time. thankfully the pool concierge, Eric, picked up the towels turned into lost and found! What a relief and a lesson ! JC did a fantastic job helping us understand our benefits and our upgrade! Hernan had great customer service at the preferred lounge and all the bartenders. The rest of the entertainment crew Erwin, Frank, Ximena & Yaeli. Shout out to David & Nahomi at El Patio restaurant!

Oliver was the best at the with the games at the pool he was great with the Mexican lottery !!!! He was sooo helpful and kind.

I came here for a wedding and it was such a great time. I really enjoyed it. The wedding was good. The food was good. The room was amazing and the view for a garden room was also good. I didn’t really care for the drinks however everything else was really an amazing. Oliver was very helpful and sweet. The staff was great

We had an amazing time. Oliver was amazing. The wedding set up was top tier. All the staff was amazing and knew us by name after 24 hours. Would definitely recommend!!!
