Nice hotel. Food and drinks so so
The complex looks nice, with the infinity pool, the night lights, the spa, the lobby and the wild life with the animals living around. The staff is very attentive and there to help you with anything. Fire show was nice, the spa too. The food and drinks weren't consistant, for example we had a great diner at Oceania, served by Mariel Lara and Gabriel, whilst the lunch was so so. Same for the drinks, the cocktails at the prefered bar were great, while the ones by the pool were so so. The rooms are decent but did not look 100% clean, and the recurring smell of paint was a bit disturbing. But on rhe other hand, any maintenance requests were addressed and resolved very quickly.

Exceptional service in Prefered Lounge
The place is beautiful. But what brings us back is the exceptional service from staff. Wilbert and Anel made us feel like Kings and Queens. Great service.

Refreshing and Relaxing
Sharon was amazing guiding us through our hydrotherapy experience. She made sure we were always comfortable and had what we needed to enjoy it. Overall great experience and would book it again!

We had a wonderful experience at Oceana / Seaside Grill! 🌴🍽️ My family and I truly enjoyed our meal. The service was excellent, attentive, and welcoming. A special thank you to Juan A., Santos, Mariel, and the chefs for the amazing service and for making our experience so enjoyable. 👏❤️ We highly recommend this restaurant!

Brillant hotel
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa! The resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who were absolutely excellent! They were energetic, friendly, and made sure there was always something fun going on. Their enthusiasm really made our holiday extra special. (Oliver Irwin usie manny ) The food, facilities, service, and overall experience were brilliant. We would definitely recommend Dreams Riviera Cancun to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable holiday. We can’t wait to come back! 🌴☀️🍹
