Great resort
Excellent experience at this resort. We opted for the "Preferred" option for the first time and our room was large with a great view of the pool area and ocean. All facilities are high end and very clean. The staff are amazing and service was always topnotch. Specialty restaurants have a great atmosphere and the food was excellent. Because the resort not huge we were able to take advantage of the Sprecialty restaurants every night. Overall this resort provides very good value. We would definitely recommend this resort.

Best Entertainment Crew at Dreams Riviera Cancun
We enjoyed the frequent poolside activities by both watching other kids and adults, as well as participating ourselves. The staff was very friendly and entertaining throughout the week. From salsa lessons with the wonderful Vivi to a bike ride to a nearby market, we thoroughly enjoyed the very entertaining week with the Dreams Riviera Cancún Entertainment staff!

You get treated right here.
We had a great time as usual. We have been doing Dreams since 2019 and they treat you right. We upgraded to Preferred and got great value. Best part of that was Pedro at the Preferred Beach. He got us out chairs each day and would always take care of us in the afternoon too. The pool bar is not overly packed and service was quick. The food at the French and Seafood restaurant were our favorites. Just wish the UVC team was not so pushy.
