The Spa at Dreams Riviera Cancun
Angel was phenomenal! Highly recommend the hydrotherapy experience! He was very kind and my wife and I enjoyed the spa treatment.

All around wonderful
The facility and all around service was all wonderful, relaxing, and professional. Our experience with Angel was wonderful as we did hydrotherapy for the first time.

Beautiful resort and staff who go the extra mile :)
Our first time visiting this resort and our family had an unforgettable time! Beautiful grounds, very comfortable and clean room with a stellar view, and we loved seeing all the wildlife (including cats!) housed throughout the resort. We absolutely loved the Coco cafe and all of the staff that run it, especially Efren who always remembered my mom's coffee order with a smile. Very friendly and efficient service. Breakfast at the Seaside grill was also a highlight for us. We loved being able to dine outside close to the water in the morning and our server Enrique made sure we were well looked after. Our dinner at Himitsu was also absolutely delicious and our server Abraham was incredibly attentive. A+ server!! We want to give a HUGE shoutout to entertainment staff Oliver and Jonathan who were our wonderul guides on our afternoon bike tour to Puerto Morelos. Yes, we loved it so much we did it twice! They were extremely professional, personable, and made sure everyone was very safe when navigating local traffic. We were in great hands and our entire family had an awesome time. Oliver also made a special effort to come talk to us if he ever saw us throughout our stay and also assisted us when we were checking out. Staff like this make such a memorable difference and we are very happy to have made a new friend along the way :)

Excellent food and service!
The service was wonderful. Esequiel at Portofino was excellent. I will sure come back on another vacation to this resort and to this restaurant!

Beautiful resort, great food, friendly staff, relaxing vibes, and unforgettable ocean views. Ideal! Oliver is super awesome too.
