The best vacation.
Honestly where do i begin. When I landed we were welcomed with so much love and respect. The staff explained us all the things that we have access to. The restaurants had amazing food the staff was absolutely respectful and efficient made our stay so much better. I would like to thank ERWIN as i was hoping i get to play some sports while i’m at the resort. He made volleyball, archery and soccer so much fun. I was always ready for the 11am and 4pm volleyball sessions and 1pm archery session. It made me really happy as it helped me meet new people. So a big thank you to Erwin as he was amazing throughout my entire stay at the resort.

Very good nice and clean. A comfortable atmosphere with incredible people. Mis complementos to Hector and my waitress who were nice and friendly and gave me the best dish of the place.

Outstanding Service at Bordeaux
We had an exceptional dining experience at Bordeaux. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was elegant, and every detail exceeded our expectations. We would especially like to recognize Héctor Magaña for his exceptional service. He was attentive, professional, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome throughout the evening. His recommendations were excellent, and his genuine hospitality made our dinner even more memorable. Thank you, Héctor, for making our visit so special. We will definitely be back!

Lovely hotel, great Himitsu restaurant and coffee shop. Super friendly staff. Lovely room with plunge pool. Fulfilled a dream and swam with turtles.
