I hated just about every moment of being there. I found staff to be very rude in only acknowledging the Spanish speaking staff. I will not visit any place where I'm ignored and disrespected. All guest should be acknowledged and not just those who speak Spanish. I found this resort unwelcoming to English speakers is there was a Spanish speaking person in the group. This was the only person they tried to communicate with.

The hotel itself is nice, but unfortunately, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. Issues are not being addressed, and we are currently staying at the hotel and experiencing this firsthand. One of the families travelling with us has a room for three adults and one child. The bathroom and toilet have glass doors that do not lock and offer very little privacy from the rest of the room. One of the women staying in that room feels extremely uncomfortable with this setup. When we raised the issue and explained that this lack of privacy was not clearly disclosed, especially considering the hotel allows four people to occupy the room—we were simply told, “That’s how the rooms are designed.” No real solution or alternative was offered. Our other two rooms have the same bathroom design, although the occupants of those rooms are personally okay with it. However, those rooms were placed at the back of the hotel facing the street, where the noise is significant. We hear cars honking throughout the night, as well as construction and large trucks early in the morning. I am actually trying to sleep as I write this, and there is currently a car outside whose security alarm keeps going off every minute. Between the room design, noise, and lack of effort from staff to address concerns, it has made what should have been a relaxing hotel stay very frustrating. The property itself may be nice, but good hospitality is also about how guests are treated when legitimate concerns are raised, and unfortunately, that has been severely lacking.

We had a great time here. So many restaurants and amazing pools. Fantastic people, nothing is too much trouble. A very special holiday.

Families with children, please be aware: There are ongoing renovations throughout the hotel, and the noise is extremely loud. The constant drilling and banging sounded as if the workers were inside our room. This continued every day during our 5-day stay, from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. When we contacted the hotel staff, we were simply told, “Sorry, there are renovations happening.” Unfortunately, this made it impossible to relax, take a nap, or allow our toddler to sleep peacefully during the day. We specifically booked a room with a swim-up pool so our child could enjoy the pool, but we could barely use it because the constant noise made our toddler very uncomfortable and scared.

Took a class with Pablo...sweated like never before. A true work out before the day's activities. Pablo was excellent. Great directions, leveled workouts.
