Best Staff Ever!!
The staff is amazing and really sold us on having our destination wedding here. Once we got here, everyone took care of us. Our wedding coordinator Thalia was exceptional. The lobby bartender Clever kept the drinks flowing. Special thank you to the staff at Restaurante Seaside, especially Abraham, Estela, Enrique, Juan and Edher. They went above and beyond after our wedding to ensure we felt special. It’s the people and staff here that make you feel like family, and will keep me coming back. Thank you to everyone at Dreams Riviera Cancun for making this one to remember.

Teresa was great
Teresa at the spa was wonderful! Made the experience relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommend checking out the hydrotherapy before massage. Teresa took great care of me and guided me through the entire process.

We stayed at Dreams Riviera , and the experience was absolutely incredible. The overall atmosphere was excellent—always lively, friendly, and enjoyable. The entertainment team was outstanding: always smiling, motivated, and very professional. A special mention to Oliver, Jonathan and of course Edgar; they truly made a difference and made our stay unforgettable. The rooms are very good, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel itself is beautiful, well cared for, and perfectly maintained. The food is great, with a wide variety and consistent quality. The dining area is clean, well organized, and pleasant. Finally, the staff is extremely kind, attentive, and very professional. You truly feel welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. A stay I highly recommend.

Uzzy (brrrrrrr) was the best!
Very happy with our stay at Dreams Riviera Cancun! We had my wife's 40th bday there with family and friends, and was a great week away! Special thanks to our friend Uzzy at the resort who helped us make our party and stay there extra special for my wife and all the kids! The entertainment provided was great!
