Fabulous wedding trip
We went for a wedding and enjoyed everything about our trip. We did have a preferred club room and enjoyed many of the perks including the club. The staff in the club were very helpful and friendly. Our room was large and very clean. We also rented a pool cabana 2 days and it worked out perfectly for us, although a bit expensive. I am not a person that can sit in the sun and the cabana helped tremendously. Our waiters (Israel, Ivan and Pedro) both days were amazing, attentive and so friendly. They were very accommodating to all that joined us at the pool. The wedding was a joyous occasion and was our main focus which we thought was beautiful and the staff very attentive, however we did enjoy many aspects of the resort and was a very memorable trip! Would go back!

Awesome!
Lovely and luxurious hotel. Great for families and for special occasions (weddings!). Felt like a king for a week and I have never before experienced the type of all-inclusive vacation offered here. Excellent food, too. My favourite was the mexican cuisine at the El Patio; thanks to host Michelle, her friendly staff, and the excellent chefs!

Milestone Celebration
As a family of 12, with 2 babies, 2 young children and 8 adults, Dreams checked all the boxes to make our one week stay memorable and we would certainly consider returning.

Great Food
Our visit to Himitsu at the Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa was easily a highlight of our trip. While the food was absolutely delicious and we will certainly miss it, what truly made the experience stand out was the incredible hospitality of the staff. We want to give a massive thank you to Esequiel and the manager, Najera. They treated us with such great respect and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Esequiel, in particular, provided exceptional service that made our evening feel truly special thank you for such a great experience! We also want to mention Anahy, the hostess, for her warm welcome. The entire team here is kind, professional, and genuinely friendly. We highly recommend dining here if you are visiting the resort. We will miss the food, but we will miss the wonderful people even more. We can't wait to come back!
