I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service provided by the staff at the Dreams Riviera all-inclusive resort in Puerto Morales. We recently had the pleasure of staying there for a friend’s 40th birthday celebration, and it was an unforgettable experience. Our interactions with Luz and Asucena, the hostesses in the lobby area, were particularly memorable. Ronaldo, the bartender at the Beachside bar, was also a standout. Victor and Alejandro, the bar cart attendant by the pool area, and Josue, the bartender at the swim pool bar, all contributed to our enjoyable stay. David, our friend’s host during her birthday dinner on Thursday, February 12th, was incredibly gracious and attentive. The property itself was stunning, and our dining experiences at the hibachi Mexican restaurant and Italian restaurant were both delicious and enjoyable. We also visited the club area, where we met a hostess whose name I can’t recall, but she was equally attentive and caring. The entertainment and overall experience at the resort were truly memorable. We also took advantage of the spa area, where Victoria and Justina provided us with relaxing massages in the hydrotherapy pool. This was a wonderful touch that added to the overall experience of our stay. We would highly recommend the Dreams Riviera all-inclusive resort to anyone traveling to Cancun and Puerto Morales. We would definitely return for future stays. Once again, we want to thank all of the employees mentioned above for their exceptional service and for creating a lasting and memorable experience for us.

Travel dates 2/07-2/11 My husband and I have been to this resort six times and have another trip planned for May. We return for the Beach, The staff, The food and proximity to the airport. We are big on health and wellness; this resort provides everything we need for an active vacation from a nicely equipped gym to a super walkable beach and yoga & group fitness from trained travel instructors. Check in and rooms: We are always greeted with a huge hug from Manuel the bellman (my husband's brother) & welcome home from Jaun and German at the desk. We have stayed in almost every room category and found them to be very similar except for the view. I love having the private bath and shower area. Beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious. Restaurants: All are good with French and Italian being our favorites. Pedro Pablo Poot at the Italian restaurant has become a very dear friend. He is so knowledgeable about food and Mexican culture. We have actually done the Sip and savor from Secrets to visit him. Seaside for lunch is amazing! The ocean views, the breeze and the guacamole keep us coming back. The coffee shop: Suheyry had are drinks memorized after the first order. We would also pick up extra water and fruit throughout the day. Beach: powder white sand and you can walk quite a ways in both directions. Yes, there was some seaweed which is odd this time of year, but they cleaned it daily. Entertainment: We were their Super bowl weekend. Ceasar rocked on this event - I think he was up all night with set up. They had a huge screen on the beach with white linen tables, bleachers, trucks pulled up for tailgating and the most amazing food. We noticed this was the only resort along the beach that provided a set up so elaborate. The only evening show we attended was the fire show and we loved it. Eteam is also very engaging around the pool. Oliver made water aerobics so much fun. He also took care of my mom stacking her arm with bracelets they make by the pool. Other Staff: Jessica is your go to person for almost anything you need. I'm not sure what her title is but anytime we needed something she seemed to magically appear. She should be in management if she isn't. This was the perfect quick getaway for us. So many new friends made from all over the world.

My wife and I visited dreams Riviera Cancun, February 7-11 along with her parents in their 80s, my mother-in-law being in a wheelchair. We a private shuttle handicap accessible, which was flawless arrived to dreams having been there many times previously we knew and recognized a large number of the staff who shared warm greetings. Prior to discussing the facilities and services, I would like to extend very strong compliments to a number of the staff who as always were warm and gracious. Manuel is with the bellmen service and in addition to explaining all the room, features clearly was present many days with warm, greetings and assistance with any questions. Jessica with food and beverage services concierge was seemingly everywhere and offered such great accommodations to our party or dining. Cesar Suarez is the entertainment director and the amount of work and pride he puts into guest entertainment clearly shows. The Super Bowl party was an project with a full stadium wall belt on the beach, along with bleachers and private tables. There was a buffet on the dock, and the large projection screen was very clear with perfect sound and no transmission problems. He did an exceptional job. Pedro. With the Italian restaurant is a dear friend who has shared family experiences, dining guidance, and a warm friendship with my wife and I. are others I have failed to mention to which I give my apologies. We have traveled to dreams Riviera Cancun, multiple times, my wife and I, and one year prior with my in-laws. The rooms and restaurants unchanged. The brooms were kept clean, the bathroom and vanity space is open with the sole deficit of needing better lighting For the vanity mirrors. The facility is very handicap accessible for wheelchair, the restaurants were all very gracious about seating our group, and the entertainment staff was very attentive to my mother-in-law, ensuring her ability to participate in activities. The beach was in very good shape, there was the sargasm seaweed which was cleaned daily in the morning with rare days of it, accumulating in the afternoon. One could walk for over an hour to north, and if so, inclined to the village of Puerto Morales, which is approximately an hour to the south along the beach walking. The occupancy was over 95% while we were there yet we never felt as though there was not space. People would reserve beach chairs, which can be very frustrating but this is quite common amongst all resorts. There were dining options at almost all hours of the day and 24 hour room service I believe. The meals were all good too excellent. This was our first trip in which we noticed a difference since Hyatt took over the AMR chain. We did miss some of the menu items. We would look forward to such as escargot at the French restaurant and the chocolate truffles at the coffee shop the fillet at the French restaurant was excellent and we enjoyed lunch at the seaside restaurant most days. Our checkout day also went flawless. We flew Southwest direct, using the assigned seating process for the first time with that airline. It did seem to improve seating time prior to takeoff. The southwest staff was all very accommodating on both flights. I would like to close by adding two more of the staff. I recall now that we’re just exceptional in their warmth and grace. Sueyhuya and Izurita whose names I am sure I just misspelled started our days with genuine smiles, and good cheer. Sueyhula is the morning coffee barista who handled long lines with a smile. Izurita is a server at the morning buffet. Thank you two dreams for a wonderful family vacation and fond memories. My wife and I look forward to returning in May.
