The staff was very accommodating pleasant and helpful!! We celebrated a birthday and anniversary and they made it very special!! Rating is Excellent for staff we got to know! ( Santos, Juan, Ignacio, Lily, Carlos, (Alexander at premiere club “) Sandigo at beach bar and Enrique at rendezvous bar - They all made our time very welcoming and special!! Nice hotel. Food and drinks so so

The complex looks nice, with the infinity pool, the night lights, the spa, the lobby and the wild life with the animals living around. The staff is very attentive and there to help you with anything. Fire show was nice, the spa too. The food and drinks weren't consistant, for example we had a great diner at Oceania, served by Mariel Lara and Gabriel, whilst the lunch was so so. Same for the drinks, the cocktails at the prefered bar were great, while the ones by the pool were so so. The rooms are decent but did not look 100% clean, and the recurring smell of paint was a bit disturbing. But on rhe other hand, any maintenance requests were addressed and resolved very quickly.

The place is beautiful. But what brings us back is the exceptional service from staff. Wilbert and Anel made us feel like Kings and Queens. Great service.
