A group of six friends traveled to Dreams Riviera Cancun from April 13–20, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. We were warmly greeted with “Welcome Home,” and that sentiment truly defined our entire stay. This was our second visit to the resort, and somehow it managed to surpass our already wonderful first experience. The property is impeccably clean, and the service—from beginning to end—was truly outstanding. The genuine care, attention, and warmth of the staff are what truly set this resort apart from others we’ve visited, both in Cancun and elsewhere. We’d like to give special recognition to Anel at the Preferred Club bar, as well as Vicente, Rolondo, Eddie, and Angeles from the Mexican restaurant. Each of them went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. While I’m sure I may have missed mentioning some incredible staff members by name, please know that our entire group felt the same way—every interaction added to how special this trip truly was. There is absolutely no doubt we will be returning for a third visit. Once again, Dreams Riviera Cancun exceeded our expectations and truly felt like home.

Just back from 10 nights here. The hotel is beautiful and clean in some places. One of the Outside pool toilet was disgusting and had miggies everywhere in there. We paid extra for preferred club. I wouldn’t bother as the grill which was for preferred club members only the food was always cold when it was eventually brought to us. In fact the service of most of the restaurants was really slow especially the Mexican restaurant. The food wasn’t great to be honest and we all had bad bellies. The seaweed was bad so you couldn’t sit on the beach because of the smell. Preferred bar was Situated on the beach but we didn’t use it because of the smell of the seaweed. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. The entertainment staff were the best thing about this place.

We have been to this resort three times! Dreams Riviera never disappoints! Amazing accommodations, food, staff, everything about this place is amazing especially team so fun to work with! We will continue to come here as we love everything about this place! A special thing goes out to the Entertainment team! Uzzy, Oliver, Jonathan, Erwin, Edgar, Mani, Vivi, Ximena, Manager Cesar, Frank and Karla supervisors! Such an amazing group of people to work with made our stay so awesome! 👏 👏👏 also at the lobby bar, do not miss Clever,Enrique, and Cristopher!
