Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa

For the past 3 years, my wife and I are traveling to many places. This is the first time that we got so much attention and great services. All the staffs are very friendly and take their time or go out of their way to ensure what we needed will be met. The pool concierge Erik Ramirez provided an exceptional services either by the beach or the pool. Another person I need to mentioned is Gabriel Santa maria Z. He knew everything that happened in the resort and he made sure that things will be taking care correctly. There are at least 2 weddings per day in the week I stayed. It speaks volumes about their services organization.

Went here for my wedding. I loved my stay; it was amazing with my friends and family and small children. The wedding coordinator, Jennifer, was exceptional, service all-around was exceptional except for some minor issues at our room, for example, not being provided robes or a "do not disturb" sign in our upgraded honeymoon suite (we reached out for one 3 times during our stay and still did not recieve one). I do not recommend preferred though, it's not worth it to us. However, I really can't complain, overall, I do recommend staying at this resort, I really didn't sweat the small stuff. The preferred sections to me weren't exactly "exclusive," they would only check here and there if you were preferred in the preferred area, I think that it needs to be enforced more. I could have had the same experience if I weren't a preferred member - I don't mind getting my own drinks and sitting on the other side of the beach. whatever! Anyway, I HIGHLY recommend this resort, the SPA is also AMAZE!!! Do the spa. We did 50min massage and a body exfoliant, plus the hydrotherapy.

My experience here has been really good , staff are very welcoming and helpful and services here is great , Oliver from the entertainment team is great definitely made the holiday more fun and get everyone enjoying themselves around the pool

Great all inclusive resort where nothing is too much for the staff to provide you with great service. Rooms our spacious and clean - with wonderful bathroom. All amenities included. Food is wonderful (our favorite diner was the Italian Portofino restaurant).

Overall a very good experience. Many excellent employees of the resort made it memorable. Gilberto (server at Oceania and World Buffet, Uzzy of the activity team, and Oliver of the activity team are excellent and made the experience.
