Excellent hotel. Beautiful beach. One can walk to other hotels on the beach. Food ranged from very good to excellent. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Special praise to one of the concierges, Vidal as well as another staff, Florentino. Others I would name but can't remember their names. No lineups at indivdual al la carte restaurants except for one night at the Italian restaurant. Hotel rooms exxtremely clean and well appointed. There is no theatre for nightly shows but they compensated by placing chairs at the pool and at the steps to the main lobby. Grounds were awesome. Only complaint was that it was too short! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa. The service was truly exceptional — every staff member was kind, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. The resort was VERY clean. We traveled with our 15-month-old and a large family, and the resort was fantastic for that. They provided a crib, always had high chairs, and there were plenty of food options our toddler could eat. The staff constantly went out of their way to make sure both we and our baby were comfortable, which meant so much as parents. Because dinners start at 7 pm and our little one goes to bed early, we mostly ate at the buffets, and they made every meal feel special. A big shout-out to one of the servers (Maurico Torres) who went above and beyond helping with our baby and making sure our whole family was happy. We also loved that the resort is a bit smaller, which made everything feel close, convenient, and more intimate — a big plus with a young child. Great food, beautiful resort, and truly caring staff. We would absolutely return.

We have had an amazing time at the resort, all the staff is super friendly and helpful the ladies at the spa Erika, Victoria and Jessenia were also great. We had an issue with the storm and had to extend the stay and everyone from UVC and the people at the resort were very accommodating. So we appreciate it

Not worth the money, rooms are noisy, beds uncomfortable, food isn’t great and the entertainment was incredibly loud too late into the night right by the rooms.

The Bordeaux restaurant was exceptional. Our waiter Kevin was the best. Hostess Naomi was very personable and helpful. The manager Enrique had the whole restaurant running like clockwork. The food was the best at the resort!!!
