Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa

Just returned home from a fabulous trip to Dreams Rivera Cancun. The resort was clean and beautifully designed and rooms were updated and clean throughout our stay. Loved the pools and how kid friendly everything was. Staff was incredible and we especially loved Alejandro with the margarita cart! So friendly and personable and we’ll be be back to visit him soon (we hope) but we will certainly be back for our next family vacation here as we could not have asked for for a better week in the sun!

I had the pleasure of dining at Bordeaux and having Manuel as my waiter. I cannot even begin to say how great the food, atmosphere, and service was. I was on a girls trip celebrating a few of our birthdays. Manuel was aware and went above and beyond and expectation I could have ever imagined. We were about to order dessert when he said he had a surprise on the way. He not only made our dessert table side, but also included an additonal Happy Birthday box filled with macarons. Needless to say every table around us was very jealous. My friends and I were absolutely thrilled and it was hands down the best meal at the resort. I highly request everyone eat at Bordeaux’s and request Manuel!!

We have just spent 2 weeks in this lovely hotel. Overall we had a brilliant holiday made by the fabulous staff. Lets get the negatives out of the way first. Some areas although clean are looking slightly jaded and could do with some t.l .c. We were disappointed with the Mexican restaurant 😕 and the dress code at breakfast wasn't implemented in both the World Cafe buffet and the the preferred restaurant by the beach.The main bar in the lounge finished serving at 11 pm which we found a bit limiting although there was a night club still serving till 12 pm. On several occasions our mini bar wasnt restocked and we didnt always get the turn down service. On asking, the fridge was restocked. Now on to good things. The food generally was very good with lots of options and no booking required we had to wait several time for a table but this wasnt really an issue Our favourite was the french restaurant where we werw served by Manuel who went above and beyond to give us an amazing meal . Drinks varied from bars and restaurants but overall good. We received a complimentary hydo session in the spa which was lovely. A very tranquil place well out of the way . The grounds were amazing well kept full of tropical plants and wild animals which we found charming . The hotel boasts 3 good sized pools. One for children one for adults and the other for everyone. The beach was clean and safe with lots of beds and sunshades. Erik was extremely hard working and looked after us suppling towels and water Entertainment : During the day there was the usual activites i won't list them all but there's something for everyone. We joined the aqua aerobics and aqua zumba session each day with different instructors but our favourite was Oliver who was brilliant. There's a Mexican evening and a Fire evening weekly which were amazing. In the main lobby lounge there's live music each night and several shows and films in the theatre To sum up the staff are a credit to this hotel and help create a chilled friendly atmosphere. Great for familes and couples alike !!!

Just returned from a 10 day. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary. A big shoutout to our personal butler Aletia for having something special for us every day. The best surprise was our renewal ceremony. What a wonderful last minute surprise from you. All of you made it so special. We will never forget the wonderful and amazing memories you all gave us. That was so heartwarming. I would recommend anyone that has a special thing to celebrate to share it with this Wonderful hotel. This place was amazing. From all the dinners prepared just for us was amazing. You all put so much effort in making people feel special. Can’t wait to see you for our 50th. Thank you all.

Our first trip to an all inclusive resort was excellent! The location was perfect, the facilities were immaculate! It was very clean and excellent! All the weddings blended right in with the rest of the vacationers!
