The explorers club is great! My 7 year old loved picking and choosing activities to join in on. Lots of variety. Fatima, Paty and Rocio are very friendly with the kids making them feel welcome. Eduardo at the seaside grill is a hard working and wonderful server. Accommodated lots of our requests and was a pleasure to talk to. The team at Portofino also accommodated our large group and the food was quick and delicious.

Kids club epic. St. Patrick's Day activity in the rain, kids were mesmerized. They worked so hard. Thanks Fatima, Rocio, and Paty! Eduardo at seaside grill was also the most accommodating and friendly waiter. Great service, great sized hotel. Close to all amenities.

We absolutely loved our time at Dreams Riviera! From check-in to check out, the experience was very positive. We enjoyed dining at all of the restaurants, the food and beverages were great, the pools were relaxing yet fun, the rooms were spacious and kept very clean, the entertainment each night was a nice addition, the grounds were well maintained, and most importantly, the staff was exceptional. A big shout out to concierge Alfredo, Estella at Seaside, Hector at Seaside Ezequiel at the Mexican restaurant, Jonathan and Uzzy in entertainment and the gentleman at the Preferred club who was there each morning with cold water and towels. Thank you for a memorable week with our family! We will be back!

Just returned home from a fabulous trip to Dreams Rivera Cancun. The resort was clean and beautifully designed and rooms were updated and clean throughout our stay. Loved the pools and how kid friendly everything was. Staff was incredible and we especially loved Alejandro with the margarita cart! So friendly and personable and we’ll be be back to visit him soon (we hope) but we will certainly be back for our next family vacation here as we could not have asked for for a better week in the sun!

I had the pleasure of dining at Bordeaux and having Manuel as my waiter. I cannot even begin to say how great the food, atmosphere, and service was. I was on a girls trip celebrating a few of our birthdays. Manuel was aware and went above and beyond and expectation I could have ever imagined. We were about to order dessert when he said he had a surprise on the way. He not only made our dessert table side, but also included an additonal Happy Birthday box filled with macarons. Needless to say every table around us was very jealous. My friends and I were absolutely thrilled and it was hands down the best meal at the resort. I highly request everyone eat at Bordeaux’s and request Manuel!!
