Dreams Riviera Cancun, outstanding experience, this was a Family vacation with my son celebrating his anniversary. the staff at the resort is awesome, they take care fo you. I want to mention a few of them, wish I could mention everyone by name but as you know after a few drinks it hard to remember names...LOL Alitia-concierge, Gustave / Rizo sommeliers/ Edgar bartender / Alex / Daniella / Israel / Santiago they are pool and beach attendants. / Mauricio and Juan restaurant servers. My HAT off to you ladies and Gentlemen. you are the reason I will return. Hold down the fort until I return!!!

My family and I had the best time at Dreams Riviera Cancún right before Christmas. Everything about the resort was beautiful and immaculately maintained. My girls absolutely loved the kids’ pool and water slides, and we enjoyed spending time together at the family pool as well. The food was wonderful, the drinks were delicious, and this vacation truly did not disappoint from beginning to end. I also want to give a special shoutout to a few incredible employees who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable: Oliver led the entertainment team with such care and enthusiasm—he was incredibly attentive and made everything even more fun. Uzzy made pool aerobics and volleyball such a blast—we had so much fun with him. Josefina made the best omelets every morning at the buffet. And Jonathan, our pool waiter for three days, was exceptional—so attentive and constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a smaller, super family-friendly all-inclusive vacation, Dreams Riviera Cancún is the place to go. We would recommend it 10/10!

Great over all experience! Mexican restaurant as a real Let down with wait and quality( though the pre set apps were yummy) the wait was so bad 2 People left to feed the one child whose food had not come. The other table in the group left before us a the kids had been done well Before the adult mains arrived. I feel like maybe we were forgetting about? Steakhouse was ok, again wait for food etc was a bit much. The steak meat was low quality, the ribs were delish! Maid service…… everyday the room clean, but super inconsistent. Only had turn down service twice, once they left chocolates and water by the bed. Otherwise nothing and we tipped everyday. Rooms need some Updating but they were nice. Suffer and Sewage smells were Frequent. Maintenance came fast anytime there was an issue. The infinity pool being adult only really sucked. It changed after we booked the resort , we would not have booked the resort if it was been that way prior too. I am glad we went and we had a great time though. I think we got lucky. Some of the bigger complaints we saw were too many weddings getting in the way & and the activities pool getting super congested! We did not have any issues with the couple weddings we saw and the pool was never too full. However there are NOT enough chairs around the pool. If you didn’t go early to hold them, you didn’t get any. You have to pay for the Bali beds which sucked Too. Mexican night we did not participate in sadly because were told we needed to pay to reserve a table. We were quoted $400USD which confused me since We ALREADY PAID to be at the all inclusive resort. So that sucked. We had that happened a few times for holding bigger tables for our group etc. We did not ever pay it. We made it work, we already paid enough to be there. We were pushed a few times To the do the vacations Club breakfast even after we said no. But nothing too horrible. When we were in the gift shop they watch you like a hawk, that felt accousitory but that’s ok. I am sure they have stretchy folks come in there as well. Show times are a bit late if you have littles but still fun. The kids club is fun for the kids and they enjoyed it! The kids had fun at the arcade but beware it is small & loud! The ice cream at Coco Cafe is so yummy! If you get to try to donuts and pretzels DO IT! French and Asian restaurant was our best favourite meals! No issues in general with the food, just be smart! Breakfast is hit and miss. If you don’t early you usually miss out on bacon, sausage and hash browns. They don’t seem continue to replenish! I also just say I tend to Choose resorts that do not have preferred and non preferred. I think that is silly. But we didn’t feel like we miss too much. But it would Have been nice to have a sit down breakfast option that was not the buffet! All in all it was an amazing time and we loved all of it

For a wonderful, family friendly experience, you will not go wrong with the Dreams Riviera Resort and Spa in Cancun. It is a luxurious resort for fine dining, accommodation, clean beaches and the best part is the outstanding service from the staff at all levels. You will not be disappointed.

Clean resort with friendly and attentive staff. Good food options, just check restaurant times. Popular with families with small children.
