Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

We just returned from LA and appreciate all the input from this page so I wanted to return the favor. Resort was full. We had wanted club level and when booking, wasn’t available. When we arrived we asked again. So we didn’t get a room on 5th floor ( club) but we were able to upgrade to club amenities. To me.. it was worth it. Arturo was our butler and was fantastic. Reservations at the restaurant.. cabana daily ( which comes with an amazing 20 minute foot massage) and visiting the club lounge. The beach and ocean were beautiful. Took daily walks. Pools were great and all different temperatures. No big shows at night but we didn’t miss that at all. Sitting at the AKA bar talking with others and live music were great and they were always making fun drinks. EGOS Bar is beautiful and Karaoke night was so much fun followed by dancing. Food was good. Favorites were the Habanero soup at MB, shrimp risotto at Varenna and Hidden Garden was our favorite. Lunch.. we had the best nachos .. burritos.. quesadillas. Staff was amazing. Oh, and you have to visit Siete and get a smoothie from Marco. His smoothies amazing and his energy is contagious.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. This is our third time back this year and we were here three times in 2025. Ernesto is incredible.He takes very good care of us every restaurant. Every chef has been outstanding, especially with allergies. It has been the most amazing experience we’re here now and I just had to write a wonderful review.Lat nights dinner andrea and Marco wed outstanding at siete

Such a fun resort with so many great restaurants, fun activities and beautiful views. Arturo and Romero were excellent Butlers, Monica was our favorite waitress by the pool and Miguel’s assistance with cabanas was five star. Every restaurant had delicious food options and they were all mindful of food allergies. Plus, Adults only! We will definitely be back next year!

My husband and I spent four nights at Live Aqua and had an amazing experience. Alex and Ruddy were our butlers and made sure we didn’t have to worry about anything while we were there. They touched base with us everyday to make sure we were comfortable on our cabana and wanting to know where we would like to enjoy dinner for the evening. It was clear that it was important to both of them that we had a wonderful vacation. We’re looking forward to our next trip back there!

Excellent second time at Line Aqua. Our butlers Arturo and Romero were always there to help with any questions and reservations we needed. They booked our daily cabanas that were a must since I suffered a second degree burn in December and I could not expose the wound to the sun. Highly recommend you ask for them as your butlers. Daily and early in the morning they provided the activities offered at the resort. We are adventurous and wanted to try going out of the hotel which we did and they recommended Harry’s for dinner. They booked our couples massage with hydrotherapy and it severe time for a relaxing day! I love Live Aqua and our Butlers!
