MLM part is disappointing but good outside
Breathtaking and amazing. The food is beyond delicious. The beaches and waters are prestine as are the views. HOWEVER be aware they will pull you into a sales pitch for vacations on your first night. It really leaves a sour taste and will ruin the morning of your second day. I talked to others at the pool who were members and PLEASE DO NOT give into the sales tactics. It is sad that they do this and it could lead to less tips for the hard working staff. But the members are screwed and it costs 100k to get out of the membership. However it is a good joke and laughing point around the resort. Just focus on the outside and it’s perfect and the staff are amazing. Major shout out to Miguel at the lower inside bar and his drinks and readiness for fun and laughs. Daniel at the cabanas and sea side was so attentive and made our anniversary/honeymoon so special. We definitely will go back and hope they change the whole sales stuff though

Marco Marco Marco!!! The best!!!
The best customer service from Marco at the fresh juice bar. Never seen anyone working so hard and quickly to get everyone’s juices/smoothies made. Honestly this was the best thing at the hotel. He’s the most friendly welcoming guy and will make you the best fresh juices!!! Thank you Marco for making our trip incredible.

Best Resort in Mexico
Everything at Live Aqua was the greatest experience at a resort we have ever had. Only problem was with the ground transportation which was with Vacation Store of Miami. They arranged service to & from the airport but failed to provide it even after we paid them. We were told by ALL THE WAY it was cancelled due to non-payment by Vacation Store of Miami. I tried to contact them, then and now, but they have not returned any calls.

An All Inclusive Adults Only that prides themselves for hospitality and service and delivers ZERO
STAY AWAY! Absolute failure in every way imaginable! List too long to get into. When I was feeling absolutely distraught about my reservation booking, I was sitting in the Aqua Club deciding on where to go next after only being on the property for three hours, when I caught the eye of another guest. I excused myself for the interruption and asked, “May I ask how your experience has been at the Live Aqua, since you’ve arrived?” The Guest replied…. Horrid!….. bottom of the barrel! I thanked them and bee lined out that establishment.

I love Marco the smoothie man
ONE of the main reasons I chose Live Aqua when I go to Cancun is because of the smoothie person "MARCO".....He is just wonderful!!! Seriously, Fun, kind, sweet, truly caring, ambitious, educated on healthy options he truly is adorable and one of a kind ...everyone loves him! It would be a major loss to lose him. Shirley Z
