10 years, and we’ll be coming back for more!
We’ve been going to Live Aqua for over 10 years now. This place makes us feel like we’re coming home to see friends and family every time we visit. The establishment and the views are phenomenal. The food, drinks, and overall experience are always tops shelf! However, the staff (including management) is what truly sets this beautiful resort apart. The friendliness, cleanliness, and attention to every small detail is what truly keeps us coming back. I can’t wait until my next visit. When you go make sure to say hi to Daniel in the Aqua Club!

Beautiful resort with excellent friendly staff.
This is a beautiful resort. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Isaias and Eladio were our butlers. They were awesome and helped us with check in, scheduling our cabanas, and all the little things we needed. Csar served us at the cabana. He was such a delight. Very friendly.

Our butlers, Alan and Stephany, truly made our stay at Live Aqua Cancun exceptional. They were warm, personable, and made each of us feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived. A minor room issue was handled quickly and professionally, further reflecting their outstanding level of service. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I traveled with a personal group of 16 guests, in addition to a very large work group of 105, and every single person had an amazing experience. We are already looking forward to our return.

Best experience and taco bar.
Ivan gave the best service at the taqueria bar. Definitely the best food!! He made us feel welcome and we enjoyed our late night snack here each day. We look forward to coming back!

Absolutely fabulous
We could not say more about this resort. Talk about feeling at home! This is the place! My butler Ernesto was beyond the greatest EVER! He was so attentive and on point with exactly what I wanted! I highly suggest you request him! Everything from the diamond club to the beach bar absolutely Exceptional! We travel a lot and I have high expectations for everything! Sorry I like what I like! This is the place! I consider it my home away from home! Cheers to you live aqua! See you again soon!! ❤️❤️
