The BEST resort ever
It was such an amazing time. Everything here is so beautiful : the view from our balcony, the room itself, the pools, ocean, and drinks and food. I love the entertainment that They have here too. Everybody here is so nice. Great service. They really took care of us. I enjoyed every second of our stay. This was truly the BEST vacation ever. And the BEST resort.

Edouard was the best!! He got us every single day. He is so friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for everyone! I am in love with the Aqua live resort, but people like Edouard who make it even better!!

Another wonderful Live Aqua vacation!!
Just returned from a wonderful trip to Live Aqua Cancun. It was my 7th visit but my husband and family ‘s 1st visit. The weather, the food and the resort were superb! Thank you to our Butlers, Stephany and Arturo. Beyond fantastic! Every need, want and desire met! Shout out to Flavio and all the pool hut kids! Simply the best! Guillermo and Daniel rule the Aqua Club and meet your every need! Love the pool waiters, especially David Gomez, Jonathan and Monica. They take such good care of you! Cannot recommend Live Aqua Cancun enough. It’s always like coming home! My family will be back and I will most definitely be coming “home” soon. Alfredo Santamaria you have built a phenomenal staff and incredible resort! Until next time…
