Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

Live Aqua is located in an exceptional location. Not only can you enjoy the resort, but you also have a lovely stretch of beach that is walkable and a shopping experience across the street. It feels safe and upscale and provides an atmosphere worth visiting. The resort and rooms are in exceptional condition. You can tell the maintenance of the property is important. The a/c was consistently cold & the room cleaning and turn down service was done very well. Live Aqua Club was a smart upgrade. Being able to pre-schedule meals is a plus, especially to ensure you can experience all a resort has to offer. In addition, the private check was relaxing when the room wasn’t ready- and we could readily enjoy snacks and those amazing hand massages! The lounge atmosphere is upscale and is better than most resorts. I found the spread to be well done- and the top shelf alcohol and coffee access to be outstanding. Food and beverage deserve to be complimented- particularly the head chef at Verenna and the staff. They take care that you enjoy your meal, they make recommendations and they care deeply that you are satisfied. I believe the food and beverage makes this resort a stand out amongst other adults only properties. Double up on their tiramisu! It’s fabulous! The piano player at MB was also a standout touch that you don’t find at many properties. The pool atmosphere is quiet during the day. There was aerobics in the AM and fun bingo late in the afternoon. The lack of music and entertainment at the pool can be lackluster, but we brought a small speaker. The pool service was consistent- with Ali taking great care of us. The cabanas come with a 20 minute foot massage that was so good we bought another round of massages. This small touch makes resorts stand out! Evening shows ranged from karaoke to casino night- but the activities/shows lacked a bit. The resort is fabulous and may want to consider more entertainment. Any small snafu we encountered, such as a delayed housekeeping was promptly addressed to meet our needs. Our butler Romero checked on us throughout the day. Overall, I recommend this resort for couples looking for a quieter stay with exceptional food and solid service. The price tag is very fair for the experience. Value is always a good thing these days!

This resort has wonderful dining experiences. You can see their high standards of excellence every restaurant on site. The food is amazing, and the staff is very friendly. We are return customers, and the food is the reason that we return to this resort. We will be back again!

As a solo traveler, my stay at Life Aqua was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. The hotel is in an excellent location, and the property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and designed to create a relaxing and luxurious experience. My room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring and enjoying the resort. The atmosphere throughout the property was incredible, with a perfect balance of elegance, tranquility, and vibrant energy. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the outstanding staff and management team. A special thank you to Sakny, Ruddy, Zazil, Vir, Alex, Alan, Jimmy, Isaias, Arturo, the entire staff and management. Each one of them went above and beyond to ensure I had an amazing experience. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction made me feel at home despite traveling alone. The customer service was exceptional in every way. Every interaction was warm, friendly, and personalized. The team consistently exceeded expectations and made my stay feel special from beginning to end. I highly recommend Life Aqua to anyone looking for a luxury getaway with outstanding service, beautiful accommodations, and an incredible atmosphere. We had a great 5 days at Live Aqua. We are very seasoned travelers to Mexico having visited 25 times. This was our first time to Live Aqua and it did not disappoint. I will say the Aqua club was worth it for the dinner reservations alone. Our butlers were Alan and Arturo. Alan made our reservations and checked in often. Arturo did text when he got on shift but could not provide a room for the fan as we requested multiple days. Guillermo in the aqua club was amazing. He works very hard and gets to know you in the few days you are there. They had very tasty snacks and amazing coffee in the club. However, check-in is a bit slow as it’s also a sales pitch. That’s their job and it wasn’t too distracting. But we weren’t interested in the spa or upgrading to a suite. Also, Guillermo is the only bartender in the resort who knows how to make a proper cosmo. He’s very talented. Hector in Ego bar was great and manager Raul works hard all over the resort all day and night. We ate at Siete, MB and the Hidden garden twice. Siete was fine. MB and hidden garden are exceptional. Jose gave great service at hidden garden. However the host Cristian was very rude. We were 5 minutes late for our reservation. When we got there we had to wait for another couple to check in. When it was finally our turn, we gave him our name. He never looked up. Growled at us that he almost gave away our table and sat us without another word. The hotel was extremely busy because Mexico was playing in the World Cup that night. Yes we were 5 minutes late but he didn’t need to be rude. That was the only thing that left a bad taste with us. The grills near the pool are very good as well. Sushi on P level was amazing. The aqua club oceanfront room was beautiful albeit a bit warm for our liking. Room service was delicious. Amenities were very nice. The prices in the hotel shop are outrageous. I loved their signature scents but $70 for diffuser oil is quite a lot. We will absolutely return. Already recommended to family and friends who are currently booking.

We had a wonderful stay at Live Aqua Cancun. The hotel is beautiful, relaxing, and impeccably maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The staff was consistently kind, attentive, and eager to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We were especially impressed by the cleanliness throughout the property. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the ocean view provided a beautiful backdrop to begin and end each day. We also appreciated the quality and variety of the all-inclusive gourmet food and beverages. Each dining experience was enjoyable, featuring thoughtfully prepared dishes, excellent service, and a wide selection of premium drinks. The pools are exquisite and beautifully designed, offering several inviting spaces to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We particularly loved the cabana options available throughout the property, including both complimentary and upgraded experiences, which provide guests with wonderful choices for spending a leisurely day by the water. One of the highlights of our visit was simply taking in the beauty of nature. The vibrant shades of the sea, the soft white sand, and the ever-changing sky created a serene and memorable setting.
