The staff was so incredibly kind and accommodating. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, they were always very responsive and helpful. Sakny and Stephany were especially amazing! We will definitely be back and recommend this beautiful resort to others.

It was exactly the kind of relaxing getaway we were hoping for. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, with a calm, laid-back vibe that made it easy to unwind right away. The cleanliness throughout the property really stood out. The rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces were all impeccably maintained, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and stress-free. Everything also felt very modern—from the room design to the amenities offered—giving it a fresh and updated feel without losing that tropical charm. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was handled with professionalism and genuine warmth. The butler team (Maggie & Eladio), cabana drink staff (Luisa & Marco), and Eduardio in the Lounge were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help, creating a welcoming environment that made a lasting impression. There were activities available for guests, whether you wanted to stay active (zumba, volleyball, water aerobics) or just enjoy something fun and casual (bingo, archery, crafts). It was nice having options without ever feeling overwhelmed or pressured to participate. The food was also enjoyable, with a good variety of options that catered to different tastes. The meals were was satisfying, and the dining experience added to the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, Live Aqua delivered a perfect balance of relaxation, quality service, and modern comfort. We would absolutely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful Cancun escape.
