Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

Just got back home from our 3rd stay at live aqua- cancun. It is our absolute favorite place to be! It is an amazing adults only relaxing vibe, most definitely not a party scene, but definitely somewhere you can relax and rest with a little entertainment activities throughout the day like bracelet making, bingo, water aerobics, painting, etc. The food is pretty good for an all inclusive, would definitely recommend the habenero soup at MB, hidden garden restaurant is another favorite, so flavorful. The thing that makes live aqua so special is the workers. They are so amazing and kind. They treat you like family, and are very attentive, accommodating and all the things. From the second you arrive you are greeted with excellent service up until the minute you leave. A few shoutouts are Abel - when you check in at the front. The bartenders are amazing!!!!! We love them just a few I can remember Jose, Manny, Sergio, Alejandro. They make the BEST drinks and can accommodate it to however you’d like it. My personal favorites were skinny margaritas and lemon drop martinis less sweet. They would rememeber exactly how I like it everytime I’d order one! Also, Marisol, one of the pool ladies that takes your drink or food order at your service as you relax at the pool is amazing. So sweet and tentative. Along with David, Johnathan & Usiel. The most amazing guys who are so easy to converse with. Freddy- used to be the live aqua lifeguard is now a bartender and is doing a great job so far! Was very happy to see him again! Ludin is an excellent waiter at Azur Santos greeted us daily at breakfast buffet as he refilled our drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. The omelette station is soooo goood!!! The Starbucks in the resort is so yummy. Mario was great at hidden garden. Caesar & Mario some of the head chefs is incredibly sweet and had his staff greet us and make sure we enjoyed our food! Ricky is an amazing entertainer for most of the daily activities. House keeping and the hostess are also so great and nice!!!! The list goes on and on! But we most definitely can’t wait for our 4th trip here soon! 💕

This resort is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well kept, the staff is amazing. My server,Armando at Siete, was amazing. So pleasant and attentive, He made me feel so welcome and at home. Edgar,the concierge was also amazing. He made sure that I knew all the details to my room, how to order room service, and how to contact him in case I had any issues. This is my second time to Live Aqua and I'm looking forward to many more visits in the future.

Armando (Breakfast Buffet) and Marco (smoothie bar), Leticia (massage) were highlights of my trip. Caring people doing outstanding service making my trip memorable and making me feel very special.

We had a wonderful Honeymoon at Live Aqua!! It was peaceful, quiet, no wait times or large crowds so we could always get in at dinner or find prime seating at the pool bar, pool lounges or beach! Angelo from the beach made this trip AMAZING for us. He was very attentive and checked to make sure we didn’t need anything. From a piña colada and nachos in our private pool to a Caipirinha and lunch on the beach! He made a point to find us on our last day and say goodbye which really meant a lot!! The entertainment team especially Mariely were a blast!! The foam pool party was awesome and the dance off was great. The resort was easily accessible, easy walking everywhere, immaculate, and a very good time. The Mexican restaurant was not open when we were there and lunch buffet did close after 11:30, I believe it was due to volume. The food was OK. The buffet was incredible. We ate at the French restaurant and Italian restaurant mostly and both were good. I was little disappointed in the Mediterranean and the seafood. I also wanted more authentic dishes served, which they only really had options for at the buffet. The burgers were very good, the pizza was homemade, but the bar food at the main bar Compton Street was so-so. We stayed in the presidential suite with the swim out pool that went right to the ocean. Highly recommend those rooms! It was so private and I could wake up early swim in the pool with my coffee or swing on the chair. There was a lounge bed for Siesta‘s, and walking to the beach with all the huts to sit under was gorgeous. The beach the first day had a massive seaweed bloom and they did their best to keep on top of it. The rest of the days we swam and the seaweed wasn’t too bad. It could have just been the time of year too! There was a complementary bottle of wine so I would take a glass of wine and walk on the beach after dinner at night, it was beautiful! We stayed for six days and I could easily have stayed much longer!

Amazing resort that everyone should experience! Food, pools, and service were exceptional. Service with a smile by Armando multiple days for breakfast in Siete made us feel so special. Marco remembered us daily, greeted with a smile, and made fantastic smoothies. Upon arrival, the neck massage by Leticia can not be compared. You must book with her in the spa!
