Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

Our experience at MB was absolutely wonderful! The chef and entire staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary so special. From the service to the food, everything felt thoughtful and beautifully done. The food was amazing, with incredible flavors and so many delicious components. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly and was delicious, but my personal favorites were the habanero soup and the desserts. The flavors were exceptional, and each course was such a treat. Thank you to the chef and the entire MB team for making our anniversary dinner so memorable. It was truly one of the highlights of our stay at Live Aqua!

This is my 7th time coming to Live Aqua. When you get here, ask for Jonathan by the pool. He is the best!

This was our fifth year returning to Live Aqua, and once again, it truly felt like coming home. There is something so special about returning to a place where you feel recognized, welcomed, and genuinely cared for, and Live Aqua continues to give us that feeling year after year. Our time at the pool was made even more memorable by Jonathan and Ami. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality were exceptional. They seemed to know exactly what we needed before we even had to ask, and somehow always remembered what we liked. Their thoughtfulness and personalized service made such a lasting impression on us and truly elevated our entire experience. Jose at the grill is another reason we look forward to coming back every year. He is incredibly talented, and his food never disappoints. Seeing familiar faces like his is part of what makes each visit feel so special. And then there is Ricky, who is truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment he saw us, he remembered us and made us feel like we had never left. That feeling of being remembered and genuinely welcomed is something you simply can’t put a price on. He has a way of making guests feel special, and we are always so happy to see him. There were a few disappointments this year. The closure of Azur for breakfast was especially disappointing, and the occasional restaurant closures were noticeable. We also felt that the buffet quality had declined slightly compared with previous years. That said, these things are minor compared with everything that keeps bringing us back. At the end of the day, Live Aqua is so much more than a resort to us. It has become our home away from home—a place filled with familiar faces, wonderful memories, and people who have become part of the reason we return year after year. Thank you to everyone who continues to make our stays so special. We are already looking forward to next year. Until then, Live Aqua, take care of our home away from home. ❤️

We just came back from a five night, six day trip. Originally we hadn’t included the butler service. However, when we arrived we decided to add the Aqua Club option which included the butler service. We were so happy with our decision! Alan and Eladio were the best! They took care of everything we needed. Our air conditioning wasn’t working and they got right on it without hesitation. We never left the pool! Dinner every night was seamless because they took care of all the reservations. We just showed up, walked right in, enjoyed our great service and food each evening without any waiting or hassle. Both Alan and Eladio also took care of our cabana reservations and answered any questions throughout the day and evening that we may have had. We are definitely are planning to go back in the future. When we do, without a doubt, we will request Alan and Eladio for sure!

This resort was very clean, all the staff was accommodating and friendly. It was a nice cuisine variety,and overall a nice weekend getaway.
