Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

From the get go, Elaido, our butler, helped us plan our day making reservations at the many restaurants. Without him we would have been waiting in line! Benefit of Aqua Club. The Aqua Club provided a comfortable setting to eat a variety of hot and cold appetizers and pastries and have drinks with a gorgeous view. I lost a jacket and Elaido was able to find it and return it to me. Now that's service. Maggie checked on us at Siete, one of the restaurants and was able to secure decaf coffee which our waiter said they didn't have. Made my dinner. All of the reviews talk about the responsiveness of the staff and I thought it was just marketing hype but it was true! You won't be disappointed especially if you can get Elaido and Maggie! I promise you!

We did a ton of research on all the various all-inclusive resorts across multiple continents to book for our honeymoon. We wanted a resort that was adults-only, with a more up-scale and fun vibe, something that would be good for a couple, but would also have great food and fun activities. Live Aqua was the resort we ended up choosing, and we were THRILLED that we did. Many all-inclusive resorts are known for having "decent" food, but the food at Live Aqua was EXCEPTIONAL! Not only is the food great, but there are endless options. We stayed for 7 days and didn't even get to try all the restaurants. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service is exactly what you'd hope for. The bartenders are awesome, we became friends with Tony, Miguel, and Fernando! Our Butlers, Viri & Isa were the absolute highlights of our stay -- they were so attentive and responsive, and they made our stay perfect. They made all our dinner reservations, spa reservations, cabanas, room maintenance, and pretty much anything else you can think of. We basically didn't need to use our brains for the entire trip, so it was very relaxing. Thank you to Live Aqua, Viri, and Isa, for making our honeymoon perfect!

The location is excellent in front of the ocean. The staff is funny, friendly, very professional and kind. Specially Marco from the juices station in the Mexican “7” restaurant and Rickie ricardo from the entertainment staff They make a difference. We don’t agree with the turning off lights to help the environment. Is better to rethink usage.

After studying many many reviews and toggling between a few other all inclusives, we booked LA and were not disappointed! It was great being so close to the airport, there is good sidewalks in both directions outside of the resort for walking (however other than the mall across the street, there aren’t a ton of local shops close by). We have been to a lot of AI’s and this is tied for the top. The resort is pretty and intimate, the cleanliness is outstanding and the staff is amazing. Special shoutouts to Carlos at the coffee shop, Ludin in entertainment and Eladio our butler. The food is super yummy and having fresh fruit in the drinks is top notch for me. You can walk a long ways in both directions on the beach as well. I’ve never been to a resort with so many pools either, although in my opinion they have too many cabanas (vs chairs). It was a great trip and we would definitely return.
