Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

Live Aqua was an experience that you just can't describe. It is something that you must experience for yourself. The staff will quickly become family. Start your day with breakfast at Siete with an amazing smoothie made with love taylored to your needs from Marco and the best table service by Ricardo. Head on out to one of the pools where David will take care of all of your needs with conversation a smile and laughs all day long. The entertainment staff is amazing. Their energy is very contagious and easily captivates anyone within range. Ricky, Pablo, Alec, and Ludin are very good at getting the entire pool crowd involved in all of the fun. The activies were all so much fun, from painting to tequila tasting to evening dinner shows. Ricky was very knowledgeable and passionate with educating the group about the history and origins of tequila. After you hit the pool grab lunch at Azur and Ariel will completely take care of you and anything you need. There are so many options for dinner and they are all absolutely delicious. Mb has delicious food and Rori will take care of your table with the best service. Hidden Garden is definitely a hidden gem with delicious meals and Cesar offers the best service you can find. Definitely dont miss any of the evening buffet dinner shows. We had so much fun with Elizabeth taking care of our table at the circus show the one night. I could go on and on about how wonderful the staff was and how amazing all of the food tasted but its something you really need to just experience for yourself. Live Aqua I can't wait to visit again!

Live Aqua Cancun is an amazing resort! We loved our ocean front aqua club room with spectacular views! It was very clean and always stocked with water, drinks, and snacks. Our butlers, Maggie and Eladio were outstanding in looking after all our needs and wants! They certainly made us feel special and we will definitely return because of their attention to details! Ricki and Pablo made aqua fitness a blast and Marko made the best custom smoothies anyone could want!! All the staff in the restaurants and around the pool were very friendly and extremely hard working! Can’t wait to go back!!

Overall this property is wonderful full of friendly and employees. This is the 3rd visit for my husband and I who travel a lot and the 1st time for our adult daughters. Notably, the beach here is so naturally beautiful, clean and expansive. The overall Live Aqua beach experience was enhanced by Edouard the beach attendant was so kind and attentive every day in setting up our cabana and chairs with soft towels . Jonathan and Monica the beach servers were always so on it with checking on our drinks and providing ample fresh cold water and they were fun! The breakfast buffet was always well stocked and yummy. Breakfast at Azur was notably tasty as well. Ariel the Azur server was so attentive and friendly as well. Our room was cleaned twice daily and spotless. Big fluffy towels and high thread count sheets along with ample yummy smelling bath products were much appreciated. Also the gym had lots of equipment, dumbbells and plenty of available treadmills even in peak morning times. We traveled as a family of 4 with our adult daughters and had a very memorable experience. Highly recommend.

Edouard took care of my family all week on the beach, he was very kind and a hard worker! He went above and beyond to make sure my family had a great time on the beach. Jonathan and Monica were awesome as well on the beach as servers with drinks and getting us water throughout the day. We also had breakfast at Azur as a few times on this trip and Arielle was friendly and a great server. All of the resort’s staff my family encountered was friendly and accommodating of our party of 4 which was very kind considering the majority of the guests at live aqua are couples.

Edouard at the beach was great- he set up our entire family with chairs, towels and a cabana and was so nice. Aerial at Azxure gave us great service and was very funny with my family Monica and Jonathan kept the drinks coming with a smile everyday we were there. These 3 staff members made our trip even better!
