Love Live Aqua
We had a wonder and relaxing first visit to Live Aqua. All the staff were very attentive, friendly, and professional. Our house keeper went above and beyond with special touches to the care of our room. Daniel, Eduardo, and Delmar were especially exceptional in the Aqua club, very accommodating and attentive. Alan, our concierge was awesome. He gave us updated information everyday, responded very quickly to any of our questions and always upbeat and pleasant. We will love to return!

Fire. Come here to relax and have fun.
The experience was so good we had to stay an extra three days. Would've been more if possible. But the staff was great from the bulters Eladio and Alex. Always reachable and pleasant even when thebrequests sounded crazy. To the entertainment staff Ricky, Marco, Pablo and everyone on the team DJ were all fire!! The room service , the kitchen, waiters and Chefs, Mario, Victo, Allan and Jose. They all helped before you even knew you meeded help. The cleaning team that always cleaned up the messes we made daily. Thanks Blanca. The bartender that gave drinks whenever you asked, I wished I could name them all but they were all awesome drink after drink!! The lobby and concierge and the Jimmy helped with tours when needed. 10 of 5 stars. AND YOU WONT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT WHAT TO EAT! Literally dont have to leave if you dont want too.
