Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

We stayed at LiveAqua for 4 nights & had the best experience. The resort felt very modern & updated with tasteful decor and design. The room was gorgeous and our terrace view did have a bit of an ocean view. All staff have been extremely friendly & we really enjoyed Lulu’s energy & event programming! The pool & beach chairs were never full, we found plenty of spots to lounge at all times throughout the day. Also multiple pools was a great perk, it never felt crowded or on top of. Food was accessible & tasty. There were many different options with unique & classy ambiance’s. The Italian restaurant was our favorite dinner & David was very attentive and friendly. We celebrated a birthday this trip and the staff made such a special night with song & a sparkler.

Our stay at Live Aqua Cancun was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the resort felt like a true escape—beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and stunning ocean views at every turn. It strikes the perfect balance between luxurious and relaxing, making it easy to truly unwind. What truly sets Live Aqua apart, however, is the exceptional staff. Every interaction was warm, genuine, and welcoming—they go out of their way to make you feel like you’re at home. Jonathan Gonzalez, our favorite server at the pool, was absolutely amazing! His service was outstanding—thoughtful, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. He truly elevated our experience and made us feel genuinely cared for. Rodrigo (Roy) at the pool hut was equally fantastic! His friendliness, attentiveness, and positive energy set the tone for our days by the pool. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Bottom line is that Live Aqua Cancun exceeded all of our expectations! We will most certainly return to what is now our home away from home!

We had the most amazing stay at Live Aqua Cancun! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious with so many great options, and every meal felt like a special experience. What truly made the trip unforgettable was the staff — they were beyond amazing. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They truly made the trip for us. The resort and facilities were always spotless and beautifully maintained. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and well kept. The beach was pristine and relaxing, and the pool staff was always on it — attentive, efficient, and fun. The location is also perfect — an easy walk to the mall, which was so convenient. We had the best time and cannot say enough good things about this resort. We would absolutely come back without hesitation!

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at Live Aqua Cancun for our third time and had an incredible experience. The property is gorgeous and they create a great atmosphere that is perfectly suited for a romantic getaway, but what really sets this resort apart is the people. The staff here are in a league of their own. From the moment we stepped foot in the resort, everytime we talked to the staff it felt genuinely warm, attentive, and personal. The pool and cabana team deserve enormous recognition, they anticipate your needs before you even realize you have them. A heartfelt shoutout to Flavio, who went so far above and beyond that he turned an already amazing trip into something we'll never forget. He is a true representation of everything this resort stands for, and we are so grateful for him. The rooms are consistently cleaned and re-stocked with coffee and snacks which is a small added plus. And the noise level is never an issue. I do want to share some constructive feedback in the spirit of making an already wonderful experience even better: the restaurant reservation system can be a real challenge. Guests without a butler are unable to get an advanced reservation and can typically face wait times of 90 minutes or more, with little chance of being seated in a timely manner. Varenna specifically was difficult, both in terms of getting seated and the speed of service once seated.

Live Aqua is a fabulous resort. The customer service is some of the best in the industry. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make it a perfect vacation. Ricky, the entertainment guy, made every activity so fun whether it was water aerobics or tequila tasting. The food was the best we ever had at an all inclusive resort. The Habenero Cream at MB's was so delicious as was the ceviche at the Seafood Corner. We also loved the grilled chicken and ribs that were served for lunch. We had one of the suites with butler service and it was spectacular. Sakney and Stephanie took care of all of our needs which helped especially for dinner reservations. We definitely want to return to visit!
