Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

We went to Live Aqua with 43 people for our destination wedding. We had an amazing time. The resort was beautiful and clean. The service was amazing. We loved all the food besides the dinner at Siete. The butler service from Sakny was amazing! She went through step by step of all room features and accommodations. The beach was beautiful. We did two excursions Xplor was about 1 hour away and the catamaran to Isla Muejeres was about 30 mins away! On the beach was jet skis and parasailing by outside vendors which I wish we did! The spa was amazing. We got a couples massage and it was fantastic. Katia and Christy were our wedding planners. They thought of everything and helped with everything!!! They made our day and stay so wonderful. Katia went above and beyond and could not have done a better job. Throughout the process communication was transparent and efficient. I think for the price of this all inclusive it was worth it! The only thing we wished was that the pools stayed open longer and there was more than Egos bar to hang out at every night.

From the moment we got here, to the last minute we left, we were greeted with much hospitality. The resort is super clean and has great views. The room was spectacular along with its room service. The restaurants were amazing with Hidden Garden and MB being the best for dinner. The chef at Hidden Garden was so great at his craft and our server Cesar was so friendly that we went back for another night. Siete is amazing for breakfast. At Siete, Marco and Cesar were super friendly and their smoothies/food was great. Overall, the staff are very accommodating and nice. There is also a bunch of events that happen through the day and week. The aqua aerobics is a much try with Ricky being a great person to host it. Bracelet making was super fun and a great souvenir to take home. Marco from the bracelet making event was a great conversationalist! We would definitely come here again!

Live Aqua was a very great experience. From beginning to end, I can’t find a single thing to complain about. Everything is all inclusive aside from the Carnivore Steakhouse but the food is GREAT 10/10. Service provided was EXCEPTIONAL. our server at the breakfast buffet was Disson. He was our absolute favorite the entire trip. Please ensure that you bring pesos and American dollars to tip. It is well worth the service!

Live Aqua is one of the best hotels to stay at in Mexico. The food is very fresh. Room service was 24:7. It was a little piece of paradise.

Great experience. Food was great aside from room service which we did not enjoy at all. We did have to ask our butler for things that per the website were included with aqua club suite (champagne, strawberries) but they brought up as soon as we requested. The drinks outside of the 5th floor aqua club were not good at all. The food at the grill and on site restaurants were amazing.
