Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

We just spent 10 days at Live Aqua. We had the most wonderful, relaxing vacation. Our room was 2001 and had a beautiful view from our patio. The housekeeping staff are very attentive and saw to all our requests and needs. The pool, entertainment staff, servers and bartenders were all great. The restaurants and all the servers we had were amazing. We would like to acknowledge Armando and Fernando who both work in the breakfast buffet. They were so attentive and made our visit really special. We were well treated and valued as guests. I would highly recommend Live Aqua.

My fiancé and I had an absolutely incredible experience at the breakfast buffet at Live Aqua Cancun, and a huge part of that was because of Fernando and Armando. Their level of service went far beyond what we expected from a luxury resort. They didn’t just serve us — they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. From remembering our drinks, to checking in at the perfect moments, to making sure everything at our table was always taken care of, they made us feel genuinely valued and cared for every single morning. Their professionalism, attention to detail, warmth, and consistency completely elevated our experience at the resort. What stood out most was how effortless they made everything feel. They worked together seamlessly, stayed attentive even during busy hours, and somehow always seemed one step ahead. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Fernando and Armando are the kind of employees that define a luxury experience and leave lasting impressions on guests. In my opinion, they absolutely deserve opportunities for advancement and promotion into higher positions because they represent the very best of what hospitality service should be. Thank you both for making our stay unforgettable. We will remember your kindness and exceptional service long after this trip is over.

I rarely write reviews, but the service and experience at Live Aqua were exemplary. The resort is beautiful and exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Most importantly, the service is truly remarkable. Virtually all of the staff were top-notch, but I especially want to call out our butlers Arturo and Stephany, Omar and Belmar in the Aqua Club Lounge, and Ale in the pool area. They all went above and beyond to make our stay extra special with a unique blend of warmth, attentiveness, and efficiency.

On Monday we returned from a 6 day trip to Cancún where we stayed at Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancún. Our hosts, Stephany and Arthuro, were excellent throughout the vacation. Their professionalism and consistently positive attitude helped us completely relax and enjoy our vacation. They genuinely elevated the entire vacation experience and are one of the main reasons we will be coming back soon. The resort is a beautiful. Food and pool service were great, and our suite was spacious and well-maintained. My feedback to the staff was to figure out a way to move the gym to the rooftop so that we can have world class views while we workout - yes it’s an obnoxious request :) We’re already looking forward to coming back again. This place, and especially the people, make it unforgettable. Thank you to the whole team for making our vacation wonderful.
