Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

I loved how the staff took care of us, always on top of everything we needed. We really enjoyed the Mexican show, especially Daniel’s performance with his wife. Made it feel like home

Was looking for a relaxing spot for my bday, and this was it. Live Aqua offers whatever adventure you desires. You can relax on the beach or party with everyone. Great food and entertainment. Check-in was seamless, and they politely offered upgrades or additional opportunities within the hotel. They were not brash, which I was thankful for. Checkout was also a breeze, and they allowed me to extend by an hour, which helped me with my flight time, and gave me a few extra moments in paradise. I selected the Aqua club service which gives you access to a butler. Our were Alex and Eladio, who were on point. Anything we needed, they handled; setting dinner reservations, sharing maps and the days events with us, asking any and all questions we had. There’s plenty of restaurants to choose from and some form of entertainment every night. Shoutout to Marco, the smoothie king, at breakfast. That dude is great and always fixed up the best cure to get your day started right. The staff is on point. Drinks are great. Pool activity is lively, and the beach is paradise. Don’t remember all names but big shoutouts to Cesar, our server at the beach, Jose at Hidden Garden (restaurant), and the whole staff at Varenna (restaurant). Honestly, everyone was great.

Loved our trip here. Got up early every morning to secure our favorite (non reservable cabana by the pool). The food is incredible…..try the habanero soup!!! The tacos, chicken, sweet potatoes and wings around the resort are amazing. Staff is lovely. This was our second Live Aqua trip (first one was punta Cana which is incredible!) we would absolutely come here again! Went out to the beach at 10:30pm and got to see nesting sea turtles which was unbelievable! Great trip!

Eden did an excellent job and was the friendliest bartender at egos bar. Top notch service, make sure to pay him a visit.

This Cancun resort is modern with great amenities, but the staff is what truly sets it apart. We spent a week in a club-level oceanfront room, and the hospitality we experienced was awesome from start to finish. Personalized Butler Service: Our butler, Arturo, was amazing. He booked all of our dining and cabanas early and even secured us a late check-out on departure day. Top-Tier Dining & Drinks: • Siete (Breakfast): Good buffet, made special by our kind waiter Helvert. • DB (Dinner): Elegant continental vibe with a live pianist, excellent service from manager Susana, and a personal visit from the chef. • Hidden Gardens (Dinner): Relaxed Asian fusion with tasty dishes, impeccable service, and another chef greeting. • Starbucks: Conveniently included! David the barista was excellent and loved talking World Cup soccer with me. Poolside Paradise: • Lalo always helped us get our requested cabana. At $115 each they are a costly extra charge, but vital to beat the sweltering heat. • Marysol, our pool waitress, befriended us and anticipated our non-alcoholic drink needs perfectly. The Ultimate Standout: The true heart of the hotel is Marco, the extraordinary juicer at Siete. His unmatched positivity, jokes, and smile are contagious, and he rightfully always has a long line of guests waiting for his amazing blended smoothie. Thank you all for a memorable trip!
