Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

Arriving to the resort, you immediately get the sea tropical vibe they strive for. Aesthetically it reminded me of Florida, with the palm trees and the large fountain in the entrance. I'd say its about one of the few redeeming qualities Florida has for itself, its architecture. And Live Aqua Cancun definitely has a lot of influences from there, I say that in a good way. The ducks being their mascot is appropiately cute and the halloween theme they went for (Harry Potter) was ESPECIALLY cute. From the ceilings you see adorned cloaked shaped dementors, and floating in the fountain are tons of little duckies dressed like favorite Harry Potter characters (Harry, Ron, Hermione, Dumbledore). Their dedication to themes really was highlighted our entire stay. From the halloween performances and decorations, to the day of the dead stands and tributes adorned ALL throughout the resort. It showed passion and dedication to their craft. The amount of activities throughout the resort were plentiful ! From silent disco, karoake, tequila tasting, AXE THROWING, Archery, volleyball, water aerobics, charm making class, mixology class, cooking class etc etc. Thats just a few, I am sure I missed a handful of them. But if you find yourself feeling bored, you weren't leaving your room, because HOW? The staff, OMG the STAFF went above and beyond making sure you felt like part of the family. Lucky for me that I have my friends to tell me what everyones names were after the fact because I was drinkiiiiing baby. It's an all inclusive, HELLO? :P But to highlight a few of their names, Johnny, Eduardo, Guillermo, Viri/Alan (butlers), Ludin, Ricky, Leon, Pablo and Naomi. The folks in the private aqua lounge, I can't remember all their names but they were all amazing, including the very lovely vocalist who sang beautiful jazz standards one night. I am sure I am missing a few folks, but kudos to every single member of the staff involved in our stay, from the housekeepers, concierge, roomservice staff, everyone was phenomenal! This trip was one of of a first of its kind for me. My friend gave me this fantastic opportunity to explore the joys and wonders traveling has to offer. To say that we enjoyed this trip is a severe understatement. Definitely plan on making a return with my group of friends as well as family members. This was an experience, THANK YOU THANK YOU !

Service was very good. Activities available. Facilities were good. Some liveliness with some chill. Variety of food options. Great place to stay.

The food was amazing. The staff was amazing. Our accommodations were amazing. Our Butler’s took care of everything for us and I couldn’t give it a better review.

If you are a foodie this is your place! We came here because of the suggested amazing food and it delivered! MB had great food, get the habanero soup! The breakfast buffet is great. The room service is top notch and they do a turn down service. The whole resort is insanely clean and they are constantly cleaning. Beware if you are sensitive to smells; they use a lot of aromatherapy! There are several pools so you don’t feel like you are on top of people. There are two that are heated. The service is amazing! Even if you are on the beach they will come down and get you drinks. I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful trip. The resort was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The staff was amazing, especially Eladio. He helped us with whatever was needed and checked in on us often.
