Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

My stay at Live Aqua Cancun was truly unforgettable. The resort itself is beautiful, relaxing, and luxurious, but what made this experience exceptional was the incredible staff and service from beginning to end. Every morning, Marcus at the smoothie bar started my day with amazing smoothies and such positive energy. It became part of my daily routine and was honestly one of my favorite ways to start the morning. At the coffee shop, Carlos made excellent cappuccinos every morning and always made sure my day started right. Great coffee and consistently great service. The restaurant service throughout the resort was outstanding. Cesar, Rohi, David, Ricardo, and all went above and beyond to make every dining experience special. They were attentive, warm, and made every meal enjoyable. A very special thank you to Jesus at the pool. He was incredibly attentive, always bringing fresh towels, checking in to make sure I was comfortable, and making sure I had everything I needed. He even decorated and designed my cabana in such a cute and thoughtful way, which made my vacation feel extra special and memorable. And Eduardo at the bar made the best drinks during my stay. Every cocktail was consistently perfect, and his service was excellent. Freddy and Isaac at the swim-up pool were amazing. Their service, energy, and attentiveness made the pool experience even more fun and enjoyable. Live Aqua Cancun is already a beautiful resort, but the staff truly make it exceptional. Thank you to Marcus, Carlos, Cesar, Rohi, David, Ricardo, Jesus, and Eduardo for making my stay so memorable. I will absolutely be back.

I’ve been to dozens of resorts and I always make time to come back to Live Aqua. It’s the resort that feels like home. The staff not only remembers you, they become your friends, and after a few visits…your Mexican family. A big thanks to Flavio and his team at the pool, especially Edouard and Hector, pool servers Monica and Alejandra, Guillermo in the Aqua Club, Marco, who makes the best smoothies, Carlos and his amazing coffee drinks, and our new friend Armando who was our server each morning for Siete breakfast. You all make the trip so special each time that we can’t wait to come back!

MB is amazing! Food is sooo good especially the habanero soup! And also, best restaurant manager and a great guy! RODOLFO!! Always feel so special going in the dinner with him taking care of us!!

The second we walked in we were treated very well. Bags were taken from the car check in was seamless and a review of what the hotel offered was gone over then up to our room. Room was beautiful, view spectacular, so clean, beds comfortable, bathroom top notch, mini bar stocked. Getting to the hotel was 15 minutes for the airport. The price was worth everything and more definitely recommend. Being on a busy street we never heard a sound,,, relaxing and quiet. We ordered room service every morning for breakfast. People were friendly and the most polite. So much fun!! Gift shops in the hotel across the street were Louis Vuitton and Gucci. One night vendors were set up made it real fun Mexican street fair atmosphere
