Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Cancun, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt exceptional. The room was absolutely fantastic—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and with a truly spectacular view that made every moment feel special. The attention to detail was evident everywhere. The food was another highlight. There was an incredible variety of options, all of them delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Every meal felt like a new experience. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the service. The staff consistently went above and beyond—always checking in to see if we needed anything, bringing food and drinks directly to us by the pool, and ensuring our comfort at all times. Our room was refreshed multiple times a day, with everything perfectly replenished without us ever needing to ask. The level of care extended into the restaurants as well. The team was incredibly attentive, always asking about dietary needs. My mother has sensitivity to spicy food, and they kindly customized her meals every single day with genuine care and enthusiasm. A special mention goes to Chef Antonio Hernandez, who made a lasting impression on us. He is not only a talented chef but also an incredibly kind and respectful person who truly cares about the guest experience. This was more than just a hotel stay—it was a memorable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding service, amazing food, and a beautiful place to relax in Cancun.

It was such an amazing time. Everything here is so beautiful : the view from our balcony, the room itself, the pools, ocean, and drinks and food. I love the entertainment that They have here too. Everybody here is so nice. Great service. They really took care of us. I enjoyed every second of our stay. This was truly the BEST vacation ever. And the BEST resort.

I really enjoyed my stay overall, the entertainment staff, especially Pablo, Robin, Ricky, and Alex, were fantastic and truly made the experience fun and memorable!!! However, there was an issue that affected my stay: three items of clothing went missing from my room. I reported it, but unfortunately I didn’t receive a solution, which was disappointing…
