Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

The experience was amazing. All was taken care of! Aidee was kind enough to onboard us and show us around. She is very attentive and easy to talk to. We also really enjoyed the service by Victor at the Azul Restaurant. He was super attentive and gave his best recommendations! He read my mind when he offered ice cream on top of the dessert we asked for. I was too shy to ask for ice cream, but Victor knew it. He looked at me and said “would you also want some vanilla ice cream with your alfajor?” My heart melted. I said yes. 2 mins later Victor popped out of the kitchen with all the deserts. If you happen to come to Aqua, please give Victor a visit. He will take care of you :)

We have been many many times to Live Aqua and have the very best experience every time. The accommodations, food, beach, etc are exquisite. However, the staff and service is truly what makes the Live Aqua exceptional. We are always cared for above and beyond.

We stayed at the Live Aqua Resort and from the beginning to the end of our trip was amazing!! The food, atmosphere, and service was incredible chief Mario, and Ceaser Germain were outstanding

Would highly recommend. The staff is excellent and everyone goes out of their way to make your visit exceed your expectations. From the time you walk in the door you can feel the difference. We realized a few days in that the staff friendliness and attitude rubs off on the guests. Everyone greets each other and is just in a good mood. (Hard not to be when sitting around a pool with unlimited drinks and food, I know). Marco at the smoothie station is great and makes an excellent drink. Wait staff is very friendly at all locations. We had a few small issues and everyone we dealt with really seemed to want to help us come up with a solution. If you are looking for constant entertainment this would not be the place for you. It has a laid back vibe. Very relaxing. One or two activities around the main pools all day. I stood out on our terrace at about 9:30 pm and noticed just how quiet it was. For our purposes that was great though. We did enjoy having drinks before and after dinner at the bars and getting to know other guests. Food is excellent. We ate at the Italian restaurant, room service and at MB twice for dinner. Take everyone’s advice and try the Habenero soup! You will not be disappointed. We had a butler with the Aqua club. While I can’t compare to other trips, that alone would not make me pay extra for the Aqua club. Our butler would make reservations for dinner for us. But did not do much more. We were a little disappointed that the special dinner we had planned for our anniversary somehow did not get communicated to the restaurant. But no big complaints. The club lounge is a nice alternative, with premium liquor and great service. Nice pre dinner drink/snack spot for sure. I would definitely recommend this resort without hesitation. We are hoping to come back soon ourselves!

Awesome resort but what put it over the top was the service, especially our butler Rudy. He went above and beyond to make our trip special and we look forward to requesting him our next trip.
