Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

This was our first time visiting Mexico and our first time staying at an all-inclusive resort, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our anniversary! From the moment we arrived, we had an amazing experience and made some wonderful memories that we will cherish for a long time. We really enjoyed all the activities the resort had to offer, including bracelet making, archery, pool bingo, and music trivia. There was always something fun to do, and we loved being able to relax by the pools, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and meet some great people who were also vacationing at the resort. The food was another highlight of our stay! The breakfast buffet and sushi bar were excellent, but Sea Corner and Hidden Garden were our two favorite restaurants. Both provided experiences that really stood out and made our vacation even more special. We also want to give a huge shout-out to our butlers, Alan and Eladio. They were incredibly responsive, communicated exceptionally well, answered all of our questions, and offered some fantastic suggestions and recommendations throughout our stay. They truly helped make our anniversary vacation that much more enjoyable. Alan and Eladio, we are so grateful for everything you did for us. Thank you both for making us feel so well taken care of! The entire staff deserves recognition for being so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. A special thank-you to Jonathan, Sergio, and Ariel for helping make our experience so memorable. The people working at this resort really make a difference, and it showed in the way we were treated throughout our visit. Most importantly, this was a wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary together. We were able to relax, have fun, enjoy great food and drinks, meet new people, and simply enjoy spending time together in a beautiful setting. As first-time visitors to Mexico and the all-inclusive experience, Live Aqua Cancun definitely set the bar high! We left with great memories, and we would absolutely consider coming back. We had a wonderful breakfast experience at Live Aqua thanks to Fernando! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. His great service and positive attitude made our morning even better. We highly recommend asking for him when dining at breakfast!

We are club members and this our second time visiting live aqua in Cancoon celebrated our 26th and 27 year anniversary .

This was our first time at the resort. We wanted to try something different and this was always rated in most top ten videos. We tend to like smaller laid back resorts not the high activity big resorts. I will have to say we had a wonderful time. We got a Viento suite which came with butler service and a cabana and 20 minute foot massage everyday. Our butlers were Ruddy and Romero and they were the best. They had room service bring a fruit plate, yogurt and a pot of coffee every morning, made sure we had a cabana where we wanted and made all of our dinner reservations. Couldn’t ask for more. The butlers even at up for us to have a special dinner at MB on my birthday which was above and beyond. There are 5 restaurants and all were wonderful. We didn’t try the six restaurant Carnivore as it has an extra charge. I will say the food here is some of the best food I have had at any resort which was nice. The staff was always wonderful and service was great. We spent our days at the pool and pool service was great as well. Everyone was very attentive and really catered to our needs. I have no complaints our room was clean and really nice and I never felt I was on the hotel zone and the vegetation at this place makes you feel like you are at a true isolated resort. We are not into the night life but did enjoy the singer in the aqua club the two nights she was there but that was the extent of our entertainment. We will plan another trip back here as we had a blast and it checked all of our boxes

For the people reading reviews for research, We just got back yesterday from our 7th trip (8 nights, but it’s never long enough!), and there’s truly nothing more to say than what’s already been said in so many of the reviews. There’s a reason Live Aqua has a loyal following with what I’m going to guess is about 80% repeat guests. This has become our home away from home like it has for so many others and the staff truly play a huge part in that. On my first trip, I came for the food, but I stayed again and again for the people who have become family (Ruddy, Carlos, Romero, Guillermo, Daniel, David, Andres, Jose, and many more). Live Aqua will continue to be our annual October trip for many years to come. If you’re on the fence, do not hesitate to book, you will not be disappointed. For management, please consider the change that has been made with Guillermo. He sadly confirmed the speculation that has been going around about his whereabouts, and we truly hope this is only a temporary situation! WE LOVE YOU GUILLERMO! SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!!!
