Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay at Live Aqua. From start to finish everything was perfection! Our oceanfront room had a spectacular view! The aromatherapy was amazing! Guests can choose a different scent each day. We enjoyed daily cabana beds at the pool with 5⭐️ service all around. Eduard set up our cabana bed each day. He assisted with moving from one location to another cabana bed with an even more desirable view a couple of times. He moves fast, is full of energy, and even took time to help me with my Spanish! Eduard is one of many Live Aqua employees who works hard to elevate their guests’ experience at the resort. Already planning our return trip!

I recently had a wedding at Live Aqua resort. The wedding coordinator, Christy, did an amazing job. Everything was most excellent with regards to the wedding. The resort was clean, and the staff was warm and kind. 100% recommend.

From the get go, Elaido, our butler, helped us plan our day making reservations at the many restaurants. Without him we would have been waiting in line! Benefit of Aqua Club. The Aqua Club provided a comfortable setting to eat a variety of hot and cold appetizers and pastries and have drinks with a gorgeous view. I lost a jacket and Elaido was able to find it and return it to me. Now that's service. Maggie checked on us at Siete, one of the restaurants and was able to secure decaf coffee which our waiter said they didn't have. Made my dinner. All of the reviews talk about the responsiveness of the staff and I thought it was just marketing hype but it was true! You won't be disappointed especially if you can get Elaido and Maggie! I promise you!

We did a ton of research on all the various all-inclusive resorts across multiple continents to book for our honeymoon. We wanted a resort that was adults-only, with a more up-scale and fun vibe, something that would be good for a couple, but would also have great food and fun activities. Live Aqua was the resort we ended up choosing, and we were THRILLED that we did. Many all-inclusive resorts are known for having "decent" food, but the food at Live Aqua was EXCEPTIONAL! Not only is the food great, but there are endless options. We stayed for 7 days and didn't even get to try all the restaurants. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service is exactly what you'd hope for. The bartenders are awesome, we became friends with Tony, Miguel, and Fernando! Our Butlers, Viri & Isa were the absolute highlights of our stay -- they were so attentive and responsive, and they made our stay perfect. They made all our dinner reservations, spa reservations, cabanas, room maintenance, and pretty much anything else you can think of. We basically didn't need to use our brains for the entire trip, so it was very relaxing. Thank you to Live Aqua, Viri, and Isa, for making our honeymoon perfect!

The location is excellent in front of the ocean. The staff is funny, friendly, very professional and kind. Specially Marco from the juices station in the Mexican “7” restaurant and Rickie ricardo from the entertainment staff They make a difference. We don’t agree with the turning off lights to help the environment. Is better to rethink usage.
