The staff makes the experience
This was our second time at Live Aqua. We love the ocean views and many restaurants on location. I have learned that the individuals who work here are what really make the place so special. I specifically want to mention: Blanca for breakfast smoothies, Hector in sales, David in Siete for our daily corner breakfast table, Luis at the front desk for explaining the layout better, David at the pool who put out cold waters and ice without my asking, Belen who remembered us at two restaurants, and Ricky’s amazing pool class. There were also helpers at meals and the pool who were very kind: Ricardo (lunch at Italian), Ernesto at MB, Ludin and Naomi at the pool, and Ricardo at Hidden Gardens. Thanks to all! We are coming back in March when it is less hot and hopefully without the seaweed issues in August.

Excellent except for the nose of the room.
Daniel of Yoga at Hidden Garden gave us good meditation & Yoga exercises and we really enjoyed. We do Yoga regularly home and his class is very enjoyable and effective. Pubro gave us Jump Fir exercises and we enjoyed it very much. Staffs and the foods in all the restaurants, mb and others are all good so far. However, the room was so loud with the outside air-conditioning machine units and I could not sleep well. We had the same issue in the left wing facing to the ocean. We had the same issue in the past. We should have asked for the right wing if we choose Live Aqua next year.
