Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

This is the sixth time I’ve gone to Live Aqua. It never disappoints! I originally chose this resort because it’s adult only and has 7 pools! Love that they have an outdoor lunch buffet so you don’t have to go inside for lunch. I am always amazed at the high level of customer service at this resort! Everyone is so friendly! The water aerobics and entertainment staff really make it fun! The servers around the pool feel like friends! Andres went out of his way to always stop by to see if we needed anything. He was amazing! Loved the beautiful scent inside the resort. It really makes you feel relaxed! Check out the cream of habanero soup at MB. I’ll be going again next year.

We had a fantastic trip! Very relaxing with beautiful views, pristine beach, and luxurious food. The highlight of our trip was Marco, whose warmth and kindness always brightened up our day. He makes the most delicious smoothies!!

Our first time to Live Aqua was nothing short of excellent! The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The workers are friendly and attentive. We stayed in a garden view room without the butler service and it was great! We actually had a partial ocean view. The room was clean & beautiful. The ac worked great and we always had piping hot water in the shower. The turndown service was a nice added touch. We want to give a extra special shout out to a few of the workers who are gems! *Marco at the smoothie station--not only do you make delicious smoothies, you truly care about your job. You have a beautiful heart and we had great conversations daily with you! People like you are why we love Mexico and will keep us coming back over and over again. Hector at the pool towel hut--you are so sweet and helped us whenever we had questions. You tried your best to find us pool chairs one afternoon it was very busy, even though there were none available. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness! Jose at Varenna and the breakfast buffet--you remembered our names from day one lunch at Varenna! Thank you for your service and greeting us by name each day! The food at the dinner restaurants is all excellent. You really can't go wrong. MB was phenomenal along with the Mexican Restaurant. Italian was very good too. There are endless options for food. From the poolside grills, to late night tacos...you won't go hungry. We would hands down stay here again. If you want a quiet relaxing vacation this is your spot. If you want to be pampered and treated well this is also your spot. If you want the party vibe, go elsewhere. This place is beautiful and classy. See you next time Live Aqua.

From the moment we sat down, he transformed dinner into a true culinary experience.
