Best resort in Mexico.
The resort and staff were amazing. Best one we have experienced in Mexico. Easy to get to everything. Highly recommend it. Restaurant MB is awesome.

Elevated Experience at Live Aqua Cancún
We had a wonderful stay at Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun, made exceptional by Eladio and Maggie. When our initial room wasn’t quite right, they quickly listened to our concerns and helped us move to accommodations that better suited us, immediately putting us at ease. The room was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully prepared each day. The food and beverage experience was also fantastic, with seamless arrangements and excellent recommendations throughout our stay. Eladio and Maggie’s warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness truly stood out. They went above and beyond to make our vacation special. We left feeling grateful and would highly recommend Live Aqua for a relaxing, elevated getaway.

Amazing and unforgettable
They treat you like a celebrity from the moment you arrive. They even learn your name and recognize you in every area of the resort. I’m obsessed with the hotel’s scent. They have a signature fragrance that you can smell throughout the entire property, and it’s simply exquisite. The beach beds are absolutely luxurious, the perfect spot to relax, sip a few margaritas, and soak up the beautiful Mexican sun. The food is incredible at every restaurant; even breakfast is flawless. I’m obsessed with Marco’s smoothies. And I can’t forget the sushi, OMG, it’s delicious. But the very best part of the hotel is the staff. They are so kind, attentive, professional, and always smiling. You can ask for anything, and they make it happen with the best attitude. I also have to highlight the incredible service from my butler, Arturo — professional, attentive, truly amazing. He even offered to take photos of us at the beach and by the pool. We loved having him available for anything we needed. He also took care of making several reservations for us at restaurants outside the hotel. I’m already counting the days until I return, and I know it will be very soon. Thank you, Live Aqua, for always pampering me and making me feel at home. See you very soon
