r stay at Live Aqua was fantastic, and I have to give a special shoutout to Marco, our juicer guy. He made us the most delicious shakes every single day, and honestly it was some of the best treatment we could have asked for. Marco went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, and his fresh shakes became a highlight we looked forward to every morning. If you’re staying at Live Aqua, seek him out. Incredible service from an incredible guy. Today , Marco!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 8th Visit in 9 Years… Live Aqua Cancun Never Disappoints! This was our 8th stay at Live Aqua Cancun in the past 9 years, and somehow each visit is even better than the last. We keep coming back because this resort has mastered the perfect combination of relaxation, exceptional food, beautiful accommodations, and customer service that is truly second to none. If you’re looking for a lively party resort, this probably isn’t it. But if you’re looking to completely unwind, be pampered, enjoy amazing food and drinks, and be treated like family, you won’t find a better place. What truly sets Live Aqua apart is the staff. They genuinely care about making your vacation unforgettable, and many have become like family to us over the years. If you’re visiting, make sure you seek out these amazing team members: • Abel and Octavio at the front entrance, who always welcome guests with a warm smile. • Sakny, our incredible butler, who made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. • Flavio, Rodrigo, Eduardo, and Damien at the Pool Hut, who kept everything running smoothly and were always ready with a smile. • Miguel, who set up our cabana every day with incredible attention to detail. He even added an extra cover on top to keep me from getting too much sun and surprised us daily with beautiful flowers tucked into our towels. Those thoughtful touches made every pool day even more special. • Monica and Andres, who kept the drinks, food, and water flowing around the pool and made sure we never needed a thing. • Rueben, Daniel, and Guillermo in the Aqua Club, who always made us feel like VIPs. And if you enjoy espresso martinis, don’t miss theirs—they’re the best! • Julio at MB, who always provided outstanding service and made every dinner memorable. • Jose at the BBQ station, who stands over the grill in the Cancun heat making sure every bite is cooked to perfection. His hard work deserves recognition. • Daniel at Varenna, who made every lunch enjoyable with outstanding service. • Elena and Yaraira at the cabana spa for one of the most relaxing foot massages we’ve ever had. • Cesar at Hidden Garden, who provided exceptional service, and Chef Mario, who came out to greet us personally. Those little moments make a big difference. • Ricky Ricardo from the entertainment team, whose energy, personality, and dance moves kept everyone smiling all week. • Louis Angel, who delivered room service with a smile every time. • Marco, the Smoothie King! Whatever you need, he’s got you covered. Hangover? Gone. Upset stomach? Gone. Need a protein boost? Done. If he can dream it up, he can make it! Lastly, one of the highlights of our trip was Mexican Night, where Daniel from the Aqua Club absolutely dazzled us with his dance moves! Watching him perform alongside his wife and the rest of the dance group was incredible. Their performance was energetic and so much fun to watch. It was one of those unexpected moments that made an already amazing vacation even more memorable. And a special thank you to our original Live Aqua family—Marysol, Johnathan, and Aminael. Every time we return, seeing you feels like coming home. Thank you for making us feel so welcome year after year. Live Aqua isn’t just a resort to us anymore—it’s a place where we’ve created years of memories and friendships. Eight visits later, we can honestly say the consistency is what impresses us the most. The food is excellent, the pools are beautiful, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the service is simply unmatched. We are already looking forward to visit number nine. After spending five days at Live Aqua Cancun with my family, I wanted to write a review focused on one thing, the food. Many people talk about the rooms or the pools, but the dining here absolutely stands out. In my experience, Live Aqua offers the best food quality among all-inclusives in Cancun. The Italian restaurant genuinely feels like a little trip to Italy, and the Indian restaurant brings rich, authentic flavors that make you feel transported. I highly recommend MB Restaurant. Every dish shows the special touch of the executive chefs. I had the pleasure of speaking with Executive Chef Ernesto and Executive Chef Cesar a couple of times, and I really want to thank them for their incredible work. Their passion and creativity shine through in every bite. Service across all restaurants was warm, attentive, and truly memorable. Thank you to the whole culinary team for making our stay so special. I can't wait to come back and enjoy it again.

Horrible Customer Service & $300 Bill

Edgar needs to find a new job - he is condescending and rude. We were NEVER told that there would be a charge for Carnivore. We were not told when the reservation was made, when we entered the building regardless what Raul says, nor did we receive the letter in our room. When I met Edgar in the lobby he told me "he would take it off the bill and the young lady that made the reservation would have to pay it". He then asked if I was happy that she would have to pay it. This was horrible. I told him that it was not right as a mistake is a mistake but if that's what he had to do. About 15 minutes later he came to my door and said that Raul said no he could not make the credit. I then asked to speak to Raul. He had him and Raul meet my family and I at the entrance to the Italian restaurant. In front of quite a crowd waiting for the Mexican event to start he and Raul basically called my entire family liars. I finally told him he had already ruined enough of my vacation and I was done talking to both of them. He then told me "another manager" had to approve so I said to send them to me. The "other" manager never showed up at the restaurant but at 9:00 I was told she would be at my room in 5 minutes. At 9:30 I texted we were going to bed. Never sure who was "in charge" as first it was Edgar, then Raul and then this "other manager". This bill was over $300 and I was the only one who at steak. The steak was good but not better than a $50-60 steak and certainly not over $300. We happened to run into another couple at the airport that has been at the resort 3/4 times. They said they had never been told by anyone on the staff but happened to talk to another resort guest who warned them it was an upcharge. They agreed that they stay at many resorts, like us, and have never been charged at any of the others. I will NEVER stay there again, What a horrible way to end a vacation. I had several people come up to me later that night as we walked around wanting to know what went on! Horrible way to look for your hotel. The food at the other included restaurants were mediocre at best. My husband will tell you the hot dog he got at the pool was the best food he had all week!
