Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

Usually don’t like large all inclusive resorts but attended with a group of friends for a warm getaway! Place was excellent; several large pools area, clean well manicured landscape very tropical nice beach also. Room was super nice clean and very nice bed and pillows. Best part was the food. Many many options for breakfast and lunch! I’m celiac so was happy with the choices offered. Several dinner restaurants only one had done odd menu offerings which we did not like but others were top notch. Only down part was the cabana options which needed reservations and often were taken up but was not a total disappointment; once you get the layout of pool area you can reserve one in an area you want; we had a group of 8 so getting cabana together was a project. They give you a “butler” we had Romero and he was excellent often contacted us with options of seating but once we asked him where we wanted to sit he got us the cabana the next day! The place gives entertainment which we don’t usually like but the workers definitely got us involved in some sort of game or activity. The one stand out was Pablo and a woman whose name I can’t remember but she was leaving to work in Turkey; these two made us laugh and want to sing or dance along with them. Live Aqua was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and dedicated to making sure we had a great time. Stephany did such a great job organizing everything. Guillermo was so friendly and amazing. Ricky is the backbone of the entertainment at the resort! He brings the vibe and has great understanding of what the guests want. I’m already missing breakfast as Siete. Also, the security is top notch! Would definitely recommend!!

We had an incredible stay at Live Aqua Cancun and would absolutely return. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The food was truly excellent across the board—consistently high quality, flavorful, and far better than what you typically expect from an all-inclusive. The resort itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, with a clear attention to detail that really elevates the experience. And the service was outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling over the top. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, which was phenomenal. The space, views, and overall experience made the trip feel extra special and worth it. What really set this trip apart, though, were a few standout staff members: - Guillermo (5th floor) – So attentive and fun, and he made some of the best drinks we had all trip. He truly elevated our afternoons and evenings when we would stop in for post beach / pool drinks. - Stephany (our butler) – Absolutely incredible. She handled all the logistics seamlessly and made everything effortless for us. Her attentiveness made a huge difference in our stay. - Ricky (Activities Director) – So fun and engaging! We loved chatting with him and participating in activities like water aerobics, water casino, and bingo—he brought great energy to everything. - Manuel (pool bar) – Always so friendly and genuinely happy to see us. He made every visit to the bar feel welcoming. Overall, this was one of the best all-inclusive experiences we’ve had. Between the food, service, accommodations, and staff, Live Aqua Cancun really stands out. Highly recommend.

We just got back from the most incredible bachelorette trip at Live Aqua Cancun and I honestly can’t say enough good things. From the moment we arrived, everything felt elevated, seamless, and so thoughtfully done. A huge shoutout to our butler, Stephany, who went above and beyond every single day to make sure our group had everything we needed (and more). She made the entire experience feel effortless and extra special. Guillermo at the bar kept the vibes high with amazing drinks and such a fun, welcoming energy—we were always excited to see him. And Richardo, the MC/dancer, brought the party to life. His energy is unmatched and he made every night unforgettable. We were also so lucky to have Noemi in reservations hook us up with the presidential suite, which completely took the trip to another level. It was stunning and perfect for our group. If you’re planning a bachelorette or just want a luxury, fun, and memorable getaway, this is your place. Already dreaming about going back!
