Outstanding massage by Leticia she really made me enjoy my visit to the spa in live aqua, I chose the massage they recommended and was just what I needed, thank you “Leticia”!

8th Trip to Live Aqua
We went to LA for our friends 40th birthday. She had no idea so the staff helped me make it memorable! We had a lot of people ask why we keep coming back, it’s simple, the food and the staff! They bend over backwards for each and every guests. If you upgrade to Aqua club, you get a butler. We had Ruddy and Maggie and they are always so great! They find ways to surprise us all week long. Including decorating our friend’s room. They even set up a nice dinner at MB for us. We Love chef Willie!! He has the best habanero soup and filet! Actually everything we ordered was delicious. Pool staff is always the same smiles and faces! We love Miguel. Over the years, he has become a friend. He always asks how our kids are and truly cares about the guests. We basically sit everywhere Miguel is that week! The towel hut boys do NOT get enough credit! They are all so amazing and work so hard. They have to be ‘the bad guys’ when new people come up and try to take a bed that costs extra. Damien, Miguel….all of you- thank you! Aqua club sunsets with the one and only Guillermo. He is such an amazing person and so blessed to have his friendship. Daniel does a great job as well! Eluido, Johnathan, Flavio, and Alfredo, thank you for another amazing trip! We will see all of you sooner than later!!
