Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

We had an amazing honeymoon at Live Aqua. My wife and I were treated like kings. Without a doubt, we would come back in the future. The food was great, the atmosphere was incredible, and every detail exceeded our expectations. Everything was simply excellent. A special thanks to Guillermo, the best mixologist in the Aqua Club, as well as Alejandra, Viri, and Arturo, who made our stay truly unforgettable.

This was our second time at the resort. In the three years since our last visit, the resort has not lost its charm. All of the staff go above and beyond to provide top notch customer service to each guest. When you are here, you will want for nothing. Viri and Arturo are the best butlers we could have asked for. After few days after arriving, we both got sick with the flu. Viri and Arturo checked on us frequently to make sure we were doing ok and made sure to keep the minibar stocked with Sprite and Water to make sure we didn’t get dehydrated. Viri even gave me a hydration pack with electrolytes. Clearly this was not something she had to do, her thoughtful, kind gesture is just one example of how you are treated like family at Live Aqua. Guillermo at the Aqua Club is hands down the best bartender in Mexico. His espresso martinis are 🔥 🔥 🔥!!! With Guillermo at the helm, hanging out in the Aqua Club is like hanging out with a good friend. P.S. The Jazz singer should come at least three times a week. She is Awesome! The food at all of the restaurants is very good. We went to Carnivore and enjoyed it tremendously. But the best thing I ate during my trip was the Habanero cream at MB. It was so good, I went back the next night and had it again. I am already planning our next visit to the resort. Until then, I have plenty of pictures and memories to remind me of just how fantastic Live Aqua Cancun is. Until next time….

My boyfriend and I spent my birthday weekend at the Live Aqua Hotel in Cancún, and everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is not only a beautiful place to stay, but the service is outstanding. All the staff are extremely friendly and always go the extra mile to accommodate every request. I would especially like to mention Arturo and Viri, who were always helpful and made sure we were well taken care of at all times. This hotel is highly recommended if you are planning a trip to Cancun soon!! Thank you Arturo, Viri and all!!

1. My floor smelled like a bathroom for most of my week-long stay 2. I was woken up nearly every day by housekeeping moving furniture around 3. Hotel staff lied to me about the excursions 4. Housekeeping and room service were barely functional 5. They nearly lost my laundry 6. I slipped badly after housekeeping mopped the floors midday and didn't dry them 7. I discovered that I spent four times what others spent on their room rate 8. Hotel programming was horrible, maybe garnering 15 people per event. You can tell they put very little effort into it. The staff was terrific, besides the front desk team, which wanted me to sign a waiver in order to get a $250 refund for the mess I experienced. Sent an email to one of their managers, who has yet to respond nearly a week later. I won't be staying here again.

Came here on a honeymoon and the experience has been amazing! Special shout out to Lucido, Pablo, Ricardo and Marco (his smoothies are the best!!) Their energy is impeccable and truly made us had so much fun with all the activities! - Jenn
