This was our 6th trip to Cancun, each time trying a different hotel, and this is the first hotel we are hoping to return to. Live Aqua was fabulous !!! The resort was beautiful, the food and drinks were great (definitely no watered down drinks like we've encountered at other resorts), and the staff was amazing !!! Special shout out to our butlers Maggie and Eladio who were so wonderful !!! Thank you for your check-ins to see if we needed anything, all your help to ensure we could watch the Super Bowl, and, in general for going above and beyond to make our trip stress free and seamless. Thank you also to Yahaira, who gave the best foot massages, and David Matrinez for your kind offer of assistance in helping us rebook for next year. Cannot wait to return !!!

This was our second time at Live Aqua. We love the ocean views and many restaurants on location. I have learned that the individuals who work here are what really make the place so special. I specifically want to mention: Blanca for breakfast smoothies, Hector in sales, David in Siete for our daily corner breakfast table, Luis at the front desk for explaining the layout better, David at the pool who put out cold waters and ice without my asking, Belen who remembered us at two restaurants, and Ricky’s amazing pool class. There were also helpers at meals and the pool who were very kind: Ricardo (lunch at Italian), Ernesto at MB, Ludin and Naomi at the pool, and Ricardo at Hidden Gardens. Thanks to all! We are coming back in March when it is less hot and hopefully without the seaweed issues in August.
