Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

Our 1st time here at Live Aqua and the service, staff , cleanliness, food , pools and housekeeping were over snd above excellent. A huge shout out to Joslin and Freida at MB Restaurant your hospitality was excellent, we will be back again .

My wife and I had such a great and relaxing time. The staff is A+, with special thanks to Ernesto, Guerllermo and Daniel (Aqua Club) amd Maria. Thank you for making our experience special.

Just got back to chilly Ohio from 7 nights at Live Aqua. Weather said rain every day and we just one day with light sprinkles. The resort is beautiful and the staff and food are incredible. Ricky and Ludin made our trip so special and fun. Do the activities they are so fun and had us laughing all week. The entertainment staff at Live Aqua are so amazing. Never experienced a better team and this is my 6th all inclusive. MB and Hidden Garden are a must. The Habenero Soup is to die for and the Thoa chicken at Hidden Garden is amazing and request Caesar as your waiter! Marcos smoothies are amazing at the breakfast Buffet. If I had to pick one negative thing is we wished there was some music by the pool all day but it wasn’t the end of the world. We have never felt the need to return to a resort but we will be back to live aqua!!!

This was our 20th visit to this resort since 2012. Every trip they find a way to amaze us in new ways. The employees, long time and new, are the heart of the fantastic experience at Live Aqua Cancun. A couple of highlights: Hidden Garden is our favorite restaurant within the resort. We crave the food once back home. It is absolutely 5 star. Our new recommendation is to go to Siete (upscale Mexican) for dinner. The sea bass and THE poblano soup are both OUT OF THIS WORLD. Elizabeth, our server, is a dynamo and made fabulous recommendations. The restaurant and this server are hidden gems within this gem of a resort. Special thanks to Morelia, Graciel, Stefany, Andres, Daniel and Guillermo who treat us like family, whom we love like family as well. We feel blessed to have found our happy place that continues to make us happier than we thought possible.

We’ve been going to Live Aqua for over 10 years now. This place makes us feel like we’re coming home to see friends and family every time we visit. The establishment and the views are phenomenal. The food, drinks, and overall experience are always tops shelf! However, the staff (including management) is what truly sets this beautiful resort apart. The friendliness, cleanliness, and attention to every small detail is what truly keeps us coming back. I can’t wait until my next visit. When you go make sure to say hi to Daniel in the Aqua Club!
