Marco at the smoothie bar is absolutely the best! He took care of us our entire trip. Adrianna at the omelette station was always pleasant. We greatly appreciated the chef at hidden garden coming to greet us. Especially the concierge sending us a special gift for our anniversary night! We loved everyone! And water aerobics definitely kept us entertained. The spa is also top tier!!

We had a wonderful stay at Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancún. The resort is beautiful, very clean, and the staff throughout the property were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food and service were excellent, and a special thank you goes to Chef Cesar Germain, the executive chef, who was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cancun.

I have always wanted to stay at this hotel. I finally had 2 nights. The staff was absolutely amazing. Hotel is very clean and my favorite location in Cancun. Food was great. Spa was fabulous. There is definitely a shortage of chairs around the pool and the towel game is strong, but the pool is amazing. The pool area has nice music and snacks around lunch. I was a solo traveler and most people were married couples or small friend groups. I can’t say many guests were open to socialize like at Breathless Soul, but it was a nice relaxing trip. I would definitely stay here again, just maybe not as a solo traveler.
