Amazing!!!
Our experience here was INCREDIBLE. We came as a group of 9 and were treated like royalty by the chef, Willie. He made us an incredible, multi-course meal and went above and beyond. We felt so special. The food was also SO good!

Chef William and Rohibi were incredible. We mentioned we loved our meal in the past and Ruddy brought Chef William out to meet us and then Rohibi took care of us. It’s an incredible experience that we have and will continue to tell anyone about. If you go to Live Aqua, MB is 100% a must do! They will care for you.

25th Anniversary trip was unforgettable
My wife and I spent our 25th anniversary at Live Aqua in Cancun. It was an amazing experience filled with relaxation, great food, and entertainment. The Live Aqua staff is amazing across the board. Stephany and Arturo kept us well informed and made sure our experience was amazing. I enjoyed the smiling faces and being treated like they were glad for us to be there. Will definitely return in the future.

Another amazing friends trip to Live Aqua
I’ve been to this resort multiple times and it always delivers. Only improvement could be additional nightlight, but that’s negligible for everything else that they do at the resort. PORFI and Miguel at the pool were our two favorites but most of the employees make you feel like family

A Perfect Peaceful Getaway with Great Service
We just got back from an amazing week at Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun and overall had a really great experience. We upgraded to the Aqua Club level, and it was 100% worth it. Our butlers, Eladio and Maggie, truly made our stay. they were attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to make everything seamless. Having that level of personalized service elevated the entire trip. The food was another highlight. The breakfast buffet was consistently delicious with a lot of variety, and most of the restaurants were excellent. The Italian restaurant was just okay compared to the others, but still decent. Service across the resort was top tier. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The vibe of the resort is definitely on the quieter side, with more of an older crowd. If you’re looking for a relaxing, peaceful getaway with no party scene, this is the perfect place. It’s ideal for unwinding, enjoying great service, and just disconnecting. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back if we’re looking for a calm, luxury escape.
