Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

Just returned from a trip to Cancún where we stayed at Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancún. We had the pleasure of meeting Arturo and Stephany, who were our hosts throughout the vacation. Their professional demeanour, kindness, and consistently positive attitude helped us truly kick back, relax, and enjoy our time away. I can’t say enough good things about these two. Amazing service, great advice, and they always made themselves available to ensure everything ran smoothly during our stay. They genuinely elevated the entire vacation experience.

This was our 6th stay at Live Aqua Cancun, and it truly never disappoints. From the moment we arrive, everything feels welcoming, relaxing, and consistently exceptional. The atmosphere is unmatched, the food is incredible, and the overall experience keeps us coming back year after year. What makes this place especially meaningful to us, though, is the people. Seeing familiar faces is one of the highlights of every trip, especially Jonathan. There’s something about him that just elevates the entire experience—he brings such a positive energy and sincerity to everything he does. It’s not just about great service with him; it’s the way he makes you feel like you genuinely matter. Every visit feels personal, like you’re being taken care of by someone who truly enjoys what they do. He has a way of making even the smallest moments feel special, and that’s something you don’t forget. Coming back and seeing him again is honestly one of the things we look forward to most. We also had the pleasure of working with Morelia, who made our reservation process completely seamless. She was incredibly attentive from the start, making sure everything was perfectly arranged before we even arrived. We also had the pleasure of meeting her in person during this trip, and she is truly a sweetheart. What stood out most was how thoughtful and approachable she is she made us feel comfortable asking questions and took the time to ensure every detail was exactly how we wanted it. Her kindness and professionalism really set the tone for another amazing stay. We also want to mention Lulu from Azur, who is such a wonderful and kind-hearted person. From the moment we arrived at Live Aqua, we knew we were in for something special—but what truly elevated our stay from great to unforgettable were Stephany and Arturo. Their level of service was nothing short of exceptional. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, always showing up with a smile, genuine warmth, and an infectious sense of fun that made every interaction feel personal. Whether it was arranging thoughtful birthday surprises, making sure every detail of our day flowed seamlessly, or simply brightening our mornings with their energy, they went above and beyond in every possible way. What really stood out was how much they cared. It never felt like routine service—it felt like we were being looked after by friends who genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to create joyful moments made all the difference. Live Aqua is a beautiful resort (we’ve only been there 6 years in a row!) and we’re already dreaming about coming back next year—and hoping to see our friends again!
