Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

It's a really nice vacation for us. Rodrigo and Sakny help us a lot and service quality is so nice! We’ll come back next time.

We enjoyed Live Aqua immensely. We did do the Aqua Club, which I think was worth it. We stayed in a Tierra Suite because it had an extra bathroom which was great. The room was very nice and clean, and housekeeping kept it stocked and clean each day. They also do a turndown service which was nice. Aqua Club comes with Butler service; we had Carlos and Arturo, who were both wonderful. From the first day when I let them know I would need way more water than initially provided and they made sure I was stocked the entire trip, to making dinner and cabana reservations for us. They were available during the day via WhatsApp to answer any questions we had about the resort. The food options I thought really were worth it; there is always something to eat. We also did room service a few times which was very convenient and delicious. We loved the pools and beach options, and the cabana each day was a worthwhile perk to Aqua Club. They also surprised us with welcome champagne and dessert for my husband's birthday which was very sweet and appreciated. Finally, the included transportation option was wonderful. It made us feel much more confident about getting to the resort from the airport. I would definitely recommend Live Aqua.

4th time and still fabulous! We are already planning another visit. Why we love it: First and foremost, the entire staff is awesome. Restaurant s are all top tier. Our room, oceanfront king aqua club, comfortable, clean, great air conditioning. Location can’t be beat in Cancun. The beach is very wide and perfect. The spa! It’s the best. Take advantage of the hydrotherapy, saunas, massage. Thank you to our butlers Rodrigo and Sakny. Took care of our reservations, getting us chairs on the beach, and sending us reminders for appointments. Hoping to have the exact same butlers next time. Miryam is a jewel. Welcoming, polite, bubbly. Made you feel right at home. Marco the smoothie guy at breakfast, who has been there for as long as I can remember, makes the world’s best smoothies. And so friendly. Bring lots of tip money because these people go way above and beyond for the guests. We were treated like royalty. Thanks Live Aqua, see you again next year.

We absolutely love coming to the Live Aqua! Jonathan, server at the pool, and Marco, smoothie artist are both especially wonderful at making you feel welcome and taken care of! Highly recommend coming here to relax and have fun!

Oh my ‐ this resort! I recommend it to everyone! The best food, the best staff (should out to Arturo and Carlos!) The most comfortable beds and pillows, HOT showers, beautiful pools, attentive staff - just incredible all around. I cannot recommend it enough! Upgrade if you can - totally worth it.
