This resort was amazing! Every detail was wonderful. Eladio and Romero were amazing butlers. Ricky at the pool was amazing. The drink severs were amazing. Housekeeping was excellent. Would definitely return!!!

Four years ago, I discovered Live Aqua Cancún… and yes, it was love at first sight. I absolutely love being at home. In fact, even when I travel for vacation, leaving my home is never easy for me. But somehow, Live Aqua has changed that. Today, I can honestly say that I have two homes: the one where I live… and Live Aqua Cancún. No, it isn’t the most luxurious hotel in the world. It’s something far more valuable. It is one of the warmest, kindest and most welcoming places I have ever experienced. Every single detail is carefully designed so guests feel genuinely cared for, relaxed, and eager to come back. From the moment you arrive, the experience begins. Diego welcomes you at valet parking with a smile, and someone from the staff escorts you to the Aqua Club, where Libertad, Mariana or Santiago are ready to check you in. While you’re taking in the breathtaking turquoise Caribbean and powder-soft white sand, Daniel or Memo will offer you a refreshing welcome drink along with delicious bites. Then comes your room. Spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, incredibly comfortable, and with an ocean view that never gets old. The Molton Brown amenities are a wonderful touch, and the 100% cotton sheets and heavenly mattresses make it almost impossible to leave the bed. Miriam leads an outstanding housekeeping team that keeps every room immaculate every single day. If you happen to meet Landy or Javier, you’ll understand exactly what genuine hospitality looks like. If you’re staying in a suite, you’re in for something truly special. Two butlers are assigned to you every day, always ready to help with absolutely anything. Rudy, Maggie, Alan and Arturo are simply extraordinary. After changing into your swimsuit, it’s time to enjoy the seven beautiful pools. I highly recommend reserving a private cabana in advance. Yes, complimentary loungers are available, but the cabanas are a completely different experience. They even include a relaxing 20-minute foot massage—if you can, ask for Yahaira. You’ll thank me later. At the Pool Concierge, Edoardo, María, Lalo, Damián and Rodrigo make sure every guest feels incredibly well taken care of. Your drinks? You’re in the best hands with John, Ale, Usiel, Andrés and César. Every one of them is fantastic. Don’t leave without trying the Piña Colada, an ice-cold dark beer, or a delicious Michelada. Feeling hungry? Porfirio makes some of the best burgers and hot dogs you’ll ever have, and while you wait you’ll probably meet the beautiful giant iguanas that have become part of the resort’s charm. If you’re craving charcoal-grilled chicken, BBQ ribs and fresh salads, José is your guy. The entertainment team deserves a special mention. Ricky Ricardo, Pablo, Marco and Christopher Robin make every day memorable. You’ll play bingo, enjoy trivia games, sing karaoke, dance at the Silent Party, learn how to prepare authentic Mexican salsas and guacamole, make friendship bracelets, and discover so many other fun activities. Now let’s talk about the restaurants. MB, Varena, Azur, Sea Corner, Hidden Garden, Seven and Carnivore each offer a completely different culinary experience, and every one of them is exceptional. Chef Palapa and Chef Willi are simply outstanding. Jonathan Ch. Is a very very híper nice person! Rodolfo at the MB restaurant is great! The food at Live Aqua is absolutely exquisite. Every meal feels thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented and full of flavor. The premium drinks, snacks and 24-hour room service make the experience even better. If you order room service, ask for Adrián. Patty and Susana do an incredible job overseeing the restaurants and making sure everything runs flawlessly. Honestly… I could keep writing for hours. We’ve stayed at Live Aqua fifteen times over the past four years, and every single visit has made us fall even more in love with this extraordinary place. If you’re wondering whether it’s worth it, my answer is simple: absolutely. I told you I don’t like leaving home… That’s because Live Aqua Cancún has become my home away from home. r stay at Live Aqua was fantastic, and I have to give a special shoutout to Marco, our juicer guy. He made us the most delicious shakes every single day, and honestly it was some of the best treatment we could have asked for. Marco went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, and his fresh shakes became a highlight we looked forward to every morning. If you’re staying at Live Aqua, seek him out. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 8th Visit in 9 Years… Live Aqua Cancun Never Disappoints! This was our 8th stay at Live Aqua Cancun in the past 9 years, and somehow each visit is even better than the last. We keep coming back because this resort has mastered the perfect combination of relaxation, exceptional food, beautiful accommodations, and customer service that is truly second to none. If you’re looking for a lively party resort, this probably isn’t it. But if you’re looking to completely unwind, be pampered, enjoy amazing food and drinks, and be treated like family, you won’t find a better place. What truly sets Live Aqua apart is the staff. They genuinely care about making your vacation unforgettable, and many have become like family to us over the years. If you’re visiting, make sure you seek out these amazing team members: • Abel and Octavio at the front entrance, who always welcome guests with a warm smile. • Sakny, our incredible butler, who made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. • Flavio, Rodrigo, Eduardo, and Damien at the Pool Hut, who kept everything running smoothly and were always ready with a smile. • Miguel, who set up our cabana every day with incredible attention to detail. He even added an extra cover on top to keep me from getting too much sun and surprised us daily with beautiful flowers tucked into our towels. Those thoughtful touches made every pool day even more special. • Monica and Andres, who kept the drinks, food, and water flowing around the pool and made sure we never needed a thing. • Rueben, Daniel, and Guillermo in the Aqua Club, who always made us feel like VIPs. And if you enjoy espresso martinis, don’t miss theirs—they’re the best! • Julio at MB, who always provided outstanding service and made every dinner memorable. • Jose at the BBQ station, who stands over the grill in the Cancun heat making sure every bite is cooked to perfection. His hard work deserves recognition. • Daniel at Varenna, who made every lunch enjoyable with outstanding service. • Elena and Yaraira at the cabana spa for one of the most relaxing foot massages we’ve ever had. • Cesar at Hidden Garden, who provided exceptional service, and Chef Mario, who came out to greet us personally. Those little moments make a big difference. • Ricky Ricardo from the entertainment team, whose energy, personality, and dance moves kept everyone smiling all week. • Louis Angel, who delivered room service with a smile every time. • Marco, the Smoothie King! Whatever you need, he’s got you covered. Hangover? Gone. Upset stomach? Gone. Need a protein boost? Done. If he can dream it up, he can make it! Lastly, one of the highlights of our trip was Mexican Night, where Daniel from the Aqua Club absolutely dazzled us with his dance moves! Watching him perform alongside his wife and the rest of the dance group was incredible. Their performance was energetic and so much fun to watch. It was one of those unexpected moments that made an already amazing vacation even more memorable. And a special thank you to our original Live Aqua family—Marysol, Johnathan, and Aminael. Every time we return, seeing you feels like coming home. Thank you for making us feel so welcome year after year. Live Aqua isn’t just a resort to us anymore—it’s a place where we’ve created years of memories and friendships. Eight visits later, we can honestly say the consistency is what impresses us the most. The food is excellent, the pools are beautiful, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the service is simply unmatched. We are already looking forward to visit number nine.
