Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

Fernando and Armando made me feel at home and gave me the best experience for my first time in cancun ! Will definitely come back to live aqua especially because of them !

The staff at LA are the reason we keep coming back. Eduardo and Flavio at the pool are always so friendly and accommodating. Eduardo has such a great personality. He helped me every day! Ricky from the entertainment team makes every day fun. He’s like the energizer bunny. Every day he came over and greeted me with a smile and hug! Carlos at the coffee shop remembered me and my order daily. Marco’s smoothies are a must every morning. He’s the nicest guy you’ll ever meet. Overall a 5/5 for food, service, accommodations, etc. This place NEVER disappoints!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Live Aqua!! The resort had a very luxurious feel, ample pool space, and beautiful beaches. The food was okay, with MB being real standout restaurant. The rooms were clean, serviced daily, nice and cool, and comfortable. We had opted for the butler service, which in my opinion was worth it (shoutout Alan! He was great!) - this included a club level which was great to get snacks and premium drinks. Overall, the staff was the real standout of this trip. Everyone was INCREDIBLY friendly, accommodating, addressed us by our names, they were helpful and elevated our experience. The staff is what makes Live Aqua a 5 star experience.

Loved every minute of our girls trips to Live Aqua. This is the only resort we said we’d return to!! From Marco making the best smoothies every morning (with quite literally the biggest smile) to Marco at the pool serving drinks and food. Thank you!! To all the chefs, servers, and dining staff - thank you! The food was incredible and everyone was so kind. We have never been more satisfied with dining options and quality. The housekeeping staff ensured the rooms were clean and beautiful from morning service to turn down. While there was less interaction with this staff, their level of care did not go unnoticed. The grounds and pools were immaculate and always clean. Additionally, their level of commitment to theming and design for special days was unmatched. We were there for May the Fourth Be With You and wow is all we can say. Unfortunately we left the day of Cinco de Mayo, but we saw them setting up and knew it was going to be spectacular. Finally, Ricky Ricardo and team - wow. Having been to plenty of resorts, this by far has been the resort with the most interaction and participation of guests for all the activities. It’s evident why - the entertainment staff is out of this world! Thank you for a fun few days of water aerobics, salsa dance lessons and salsa tastings, bracelet making, bingo and so much more. As an active person that loves to do activities - 10/10 programming.
