Honeymoon trip and experience was 11/10. Amazing resort with lots of fun activities on site led by amazing staff (especially Ludin aka Lulu and Pablo - both have amazing energy and made the trip super memorable!) EDIT: Met ricardo from event team last 2 days and he is amazing as well! Aquaaerobics with him is a killer workout! Also want to shoutout Marco from the food team at Siete restaurant - he greets us with the friendliest smile every morning and makes the best smoothies!

The butler service at Live Aqua truly elevated our stay and made the experience feel effortless from start to finish. Our butlers Carlos and Maggie were attentive, professional, and always available, whether it was making dinner reservations, reserving cabanas by the pool, or handling special requests. Every detail was taken care of with a friendly attitude and genuine care, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. Using the WhatsApp to communicate made everything very easy. This level of personalized service made a huge difference, and we would absolutely choose a resort with butler service again. Highly recommended!
