Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

The food was great!! Excellent service! I stopped by 2 days in a row! My co workers recommended the food to me and I was impressed and told the rest of my coworkers about the grill station.

We spent ten perfect days at LA. Returning year after year has allowed us to become friends with the entire staff. They always do their absolute best to make sure everything is the best it can be! Last year we were lucky enough to visit twice and we enjoyed it so much that we may do the same this year. Our butlers were Stephany and Arturo this time. They did a great job! From daily dinner reservations, activity schedules and spa appointments to providing Champagne, wine and treats, it was all taken care of for us. We always enjoy seeing Daniel in the Aqua Club. He is the best! Always has a smile and is very accommodating. We were so happy to see Daniel and his beautiful wife perform the traditional Mexican dances one evening. The costumes were vibrantly colorful and the dancing was perfect! This was one of the highlights of our trip. We love to have lunch at Azur with Mauricio as our server. He takes very good care of us and will offer fresh fish or even a quesadilla if that is what we are in the mood for. We have noticed that the food at all the restaurants has improved over the last few years since Chef Ernesto Palapa has been there. We even had the Executive Chef Cesar Germain and Chef Ernesto check in with us to make sure we were happy. Chef Manuel at Azur created a delicious dinner for us. The team at the pool hut are always so helpful. Flavio does his absolute best to make sure we are comfortable and pleased. He is the sweetest! Eduardo Weston kept us cool with his offer of ice cold cloths in the heat. His smile and personality are radiant! I love my foot massages with Yajaira. I look forward to seeing her every day! We like to see Romero each time too. Even though he was not assigned to us this time, he got us a good table to see the Mexican night festivities. We also make a point of visiting Eli at the swing bar. He knows a lot about tequila! He was happy to make us a special margarita as we requested. We enjoyed Andres as our server at the pool. He came around perfectly in time with fresh ice, water as needed and of course, cocktails! We are looking forward to our next visit to see our family of friends at LA.

Fifth time at this property and it was another great visit. We did have a issue with our last trip, being a vodka snob, with the lack of Premium vodka throughout the resort, but this time it was back on track! The only opportunity we had was we tried to request our Butler's for Aqua Club weeks in advance and kept getting a response that they could not guarantee us our requests. I found this strange that they would not accommodate something so simple as this, and quite frankly, can make or break a resort because the people that work at the resorts, in most cases, are more important than the services. Fortunately we were assigned one requested Butler, Stephanie, who was amazing as usual as she took care of us on our previous visit so we requested her and she did not disappoint she was amazing and pretty much took care of everything we needed. Our other Butler, Arturo, which was new to us, also did a fantastic job, he was awesome... we recommend both of them. We saw a lot of new employees but also saw quite a few familiar faces. One at the breakfast buffet was amazing unfortunately I wanted to give credit to one of the Omelette making chefs who has been there for quite a long time but I did not jot down her name... This resort is not a wild partying Resort but nor is it a retirement home as well LOL. We enjoy consistency at this property with the great customer service, food, cleanliness, and the endless flow of cocktails with good branded liquors. This Resort is a must for the hotel Zone in Cancun if you've never tried it. Pro tip, for us Aqua Club is definitely worth the upgrade.

A special shoutout to Jonathan Gonzalez, our poolside waiter, who made our days unforgettable. His attention to detail, warm personality, and ability to anticipate what we needed before we even asked did not go unnoticed. Whether it was making sure we had the perfect spot, keeping drinks refreshed, or just checking in with a smile, he made us feel like VIPs the entire time. It’s rare to find a place where the service leaves such a lasting impression, but this team truly delivers. Live Aqua Cancun didn’t just give us a vacation—it gave us an experience we’ll be talking about for a long time. We can’t wait to come back.

We had an amazing time at Live Aqua Cancun! The experience was elevated by the incredible staff, especially Pablo and Ricky—every event they hosted was full of energy and genuinely so much fun. You could tell they love what they do, and it made a huge difference in our stay. A huge thank you as well to our butlers, Alan and Carlos, who made everything seamless. They were always available to answer questions, helped us book dinners, and handled our cabana reservations every day without a hitch. Their attention to detail and service really took our trip to the next level. And a special shoutout to Manny at the bar—he was unbelievable. We asked him to surprise us with drinks every time, and he never missed. Each one was creative, delicious, and somehow better than the last. The people truly made this trip unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!
