Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

We had an oceanfront suite and it was excellent. Would have liked the room to be more in the center rather than a corner room, but other than that, room was great. Very clean and modern with automated curtains. We were part of the Aqua club which gave us a reserved cabana and a daily 20 min foot massage. Not having to wake up and fight for a cabana was huge. Pools were excellent with one infinity pool and also a couple of smaller heated pools and also a hot tub. Staff was probably the best part of the stay. They were all absolutely amazing. They treated everyone really well and were super helpful. Best staff I have come across (and we have visited many resorts in the Caribbean) Food was also very good and better than most all inclusive resorts.

We had an absolute fantastic time during our girls trip this year. I highly recommend getting an aqua club room. These rooms have special check-in. None like any I've ever experienced. Each room is assigned a Butler and we had two fantastic butlers Maggie and Eldio. They made all of our dinner reservations and checked in on us multiple times throughout the day.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Live Aqua Cancun! From the moment we arrived, everything felt relaxing, luxurious, and welcoming. We spent most of our time on the beach rather than at the pool, and it was the best decision. The sunbeds were incredibly comfortable and truly elevated the whole experience. There’s nothing better than relaxing by the ocean with attentive service and that beautiful Cancun breeze. The food was really, really good — consistently delicious across restaurants. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and high quality, which honestly exceeded our expectations for an all-inclusive resort. The staff made the trip unforgettable. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. A special shoutout to Victor, who made our trip 10,000x better — his energy and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Elizabeth and Blanca also went above and beyond whenever they had the chance. Their kindness and dedication truly stood out. We booked through Costco, and from past experience, we know the base hotel room option isn’t always the best. That was somewhat the case here as well. Our room had what seemed like AC turbines right outside the balcony. Fortunately, it didn’t bother us much, and it definitely didn’t take away from the overall experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return. Live Aqua Cancun delivered an incredible beach vacation with outstanding service, amazing food, and a relaxing atmosphere.

We had a great time and the staff was so friendly. The vibe was everything I hoped for when booking this trip. The only detriments were the lack of hot water two days (they allowed us to use the spa for showering) and the attempted upsell at check-in. After traveling all day, I didn't want sales program. They lacked vegetarian choices at lunch especially, but once we found some, they were delicious.

We had an amazing experience at Live Aqua Restaurant MB! The service was exceptional, the drinks and wine were outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. Rodolfo, our sommelier, gave perfect wine recommendations that elevated our meal, and Rohibi was a fantastic server with spot-on suggestions. Everything was top-notch — we’ll definitely be back!
