We spent 5 wonderful nights at Live Aqua, our 8th or 9th time there. As usual, everything was 5 star. Daniel in the Aqua Club always made sure we had a great start to the day with cappuccinos. We were well taken care of each day at the main pool by Luisa and the fabulous Demian. We saw Carlos in MB for the habanero soup a few times, our favorite server! Shout out to Daniel for morning yoga and Pablo for the stretching class. A special thank you to our butler dream-team of Stephany and Viri. These ladies knew what we wanted before we did, and they were everywhere behind the scenes making sure things were going smoothly for us. They both went above and beyond to make sure our experience was exceptional and we miss them already!

We had an amazing stay at Live Aqua, and a big thank you to our butlers, Stephany and Viri. They took such great care of us throughout our vacation and made everything so easy and enjoyable. They were always attentive, kind, and responsive to all of our requests. Every arrangement was handled perfectly, from restaurant reservations to daily assistance, making us feel truly welcomed and well looked after. They also followed up on our room service requests to make sure we received everything we needed, and sometimes even personally delivered the items to our room. We truly appreciate everything they did for us and highly recommend them. They made our stay at Live Aqua even more special.
