Beautiful hotel! Clean with a very calming atmosphere. The staff was very attentive and courteous…at times even called us by name. All of the restaurants were great! The restaurant MB was delicious with a 4 course meal. The filet was wonderful. We went twice. (Bring your long pants for this one, men.) The cabanas had a daily fee but on the beach you could have a sheet and pillows (pillows covered by provided hotel towels) placed on the platform bed for no cost. You could lay flat or use the large wedge to be in a reading position and look at the beautiful ocean! They gave you more towels and you had an umbrella and a reclining lounger chair next to the bed. We stayed on the beach all week. A big shout out to MONICA who served on the beach! Her attentiveness and service were excellent! She remembered day to day what you liked to drink, made suggestions, she was efficient and quick and always smiling. We would definitely go back to Live Aqua, Cancun!

We love live aqua and come every year! The staff is so kind and accommodating. Beautiful view!! Our favorite place to eat is at the grill by the pool. Joses grilled chicken is the best I’ve had. Till next time Live aqua 🤍

I’m having the best time staying at Live Aqua. The service is better than I’ve ever experienced. The food tastes great. Our room is beautiful, always cleaned and stocked. Every restaurant is top notch. All the amenities are great. Edouard has been very attentive. We will be back very soon.
