Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

This was our first time to Cancun and we will definitely be back. The location was amazing. Beautiful crystal clear water with beautiful beach. Every morning the tractor was out cleaning the sargassum seaweed, to ensure that it was a beautiful beach. The room was quite lovely. I would have liked more light in the bathroom but that was the only complaint for lighting. The toilet area is quite small and I wish they would have made that a little bit bigger. I am a small person and I don't know how large your people sit on those toilets. The value was awesome for what I paid. We booked our stay through Costco and got airfare, hotel and private transfer all together. The staff was amazing. Our Butler's Ruddy and Romero were great. They went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was amazing. The restaurants were so good. MB was our absolute favorite.

My husband and I recently stayed at Live Aqua Cancun and truly loved our time there. Everything about the trip exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Our room service and cleaning staff were tippy top. Meals were consistently excellent, and the entire staff across the resort worked tirelesssly to create a perfect ecperience and a welcoming atmosphere that it was easy to relax and enjoy every moment. I wanted to add some special Kudos. We especially appreciated Marco at Siete, whose smoothies quickly became part of our daily routine. He shared different local fruits with us and clearly takes pride in what he creates. Nelci and Andrea also made wonderful omelettes and tacos that we looked forward to each morning. Hector taught us about Mezcal and Tequila, made excellent drinks at the bar and made the experience feel personal rather than routine. Hidden Garden was another highlight. Belen greeted us warmly, she and Jose gave excellent recommendations, and Chef Mario’s mahi mahi with mango chutney was one of the best dishes we had during our stay. We also loved the activities offered by the entertainment team. Ricky is a riot and Pablo kept things lively and engaging- their enthusiasm is very contagious. The Zumba class and Jump Class were both memorable. Marco, Naomi, and Christopher Robin were equally attentive and encouraging during archery, aqua aerobics, and trivia. Naomi- I still have my bracelet on! thanks for teaching us how to shoot an arrow. We are very grateful to the entire staff for the care and attention they showed throughout our visit. It made the trip feel special from beginning to end.

Marco is excellent for making smoothies and customer service in all dining environments

Marco in the smoothie bar was one of the best parts of our stay. He remembered us every day, so friendly and charming. I could see the other customers loving him, too.
