Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

I travelled to Live Aqua with my friend from November 14 to 21 and I can’t wait to go back! I have nothing negative to say about my experience. The property is beautiful and well maintained, the location is perfect - walking distance to a mall and a close drive to downtown. The pools and beach were awesome! But overall, the staff are what will keep me going back again and again. The concierge Juan Carlos Baak made our experience so memorable - he was always so pleasant with a big smile to greet you and goes above and beyond to help you out! He is so good at his job! Thank you Juan!

Beautiful pool area. Food is quite bad, including the speciality restaurants. Ill-conceived entertainment spaces.

Arturo and Carlos were amazing butlers. Anytime I go back to Live Aqua I will be requesting them. So professional and helpful in all aspects. I highly recommend them!

PARADISE, PARADISE, PARADISE! Live Aqua is phenomenal in all aspects. The STAFF, resort layout, rooms, restaurants, bars, nightly shows, beach and view make this resort top notch. Thank you for your warm welcome Alfredo Santamaria. Ruddy and Romero were our butlers and they were fantastic. They are a great team and made every wish we have come true. They couldn’t do enough for us 😊 The pool hut team is amazing as always! Shout out to Flavio for making our birthday celebration extra special. Our pool/cabana servers were all excellent. Thank you David Gomez, Marco, Roosevelt, and Aninael for your terrific service and conversations. All the restaurants were incredible with 5 star meals and service. We are Aqua lovers and can’t wait to go back for our 9th visit! See you there 😊

This was my fourth stay at Live Aqua this year, and once again, my husband and I were absolutely blown away. We brought my dad to celebrate his 83rd birthday, and my gosh — this place never disappoints! Every time we visit, I’m amazed at how they somehow manage to make the experience even better than before. The service is outstanding. The staff are impeccable — professional, charming, caring, and truly some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. They went above and beyond to make my dad’s birthday incredibly special, and I can’t thank them enough. I’d love to recognize some of the amazing people who made our stay unforgettable: MB Restaurant: Chef William – What an incredible chef! Every meal at MB is wonderful, but he made a special birthday dinner for my dad, husband, and me that was absolutely outstanding. I had requested something special for my dad’s celebration, and Chef William went above and beyond, creating one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Rodolpho – So attentive and kind, constantly checking on us throughout the night with a smile. The hostess was equally warm and welcoming. Food & Beverage: Mauricio Luna – Such a kind and genuine person. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Mauricio during previous visits, and each time he makes a point to find us and ensure everything is perfect. Butlers: Eladio and Alan – Two of the kindest people you’ll ever meet! Always smiling, thoughtful, and very attentive. I mean really they're so on top of your needs. Very personable and professional. Maggie and Romero – Romero has helped us on past trips and continues to go out of his way to make sure we’re taken care of, even when he’s not our assigned butler. Maggie was wonderful as well — a joy to work with. Aqua Club: Daniel and Guillermo – Absolutely amazing! They take such great care of guests and make the best coffee and cocktails. Towel Hut Team: Demian, Lalo, Francisco, Rodrigo, Miguel, and the others — always greeting guests with huge smiles and eager to help. Pool Servers: Jonathan, Monica, and Marisol – Attentive, friendly, and always going the extra mile, even for guests outside their assigned areas. Concierge Team: Edgar, Paco, and Nadia – Exceptional service! They’re always attentive, thoughtful, and make you feel special every time you walk by, even if you don’t need anything. Hotel Entrance: Diego and Octavio – The sweetest greeters with smiles that make you feel instantly welcome. The resort itself is beautiful, spotless, and truly top-notch — from the food to the atmosphere, and the rooms, everything was perfect. There simply aren’t enough words to describe how incredible this place is, or how amazing the people who work here are. If you’re considering a trip to Cancun, I highly recommend Live Aqua.
