Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

My partner and I came for a week in February, and we had such a wonderful experience. Everything from the service, food, cleanliness, and atmosphere was more than we could ask for. Our waiter, Arnulfo was stellar and went above and beyond to make our engagement dinner so special. Abel was extremely friendly and provided with high quality service throughout our trip. Paco helped my fiancé plan our surprise trip engagement, and treated us as if we were VIP guests and family. We would highly recommend this to our loved ones and anyone looking to go! The beaches are beautiful, food is high quality, and there are plenty of activities to keep you entertained.

We had another great stay at Live Aqua. We stayed in the honeymoon suite. Room was nice and our butlers Arturo and Romero made the stay perfect. They took care of all our needs from reservations at dinner to the bali bed we had everyday. We have stayed at Live Aqua every year for the last 5 yrs. Food is very good and the hotel is clean and safe.

The resort and staff were amazing. Best one we have experienced in Mexico. Easy to get to everything. Highly recommend it. Restaurant MB is awesome.

When our initial room wasn’t quite right, they quickly listened to our concerns and helped us move to accommodations that better suited us, immediately putting us at ease. The room was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully prepared each day. The food and beverage experience was also fantastic, with seamless arrangements and excellent recommendations throughout our stay. Eladio and Maggie’s warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness truly stood out. They went above and beyond to make our vacation special. We left feeling grateful and would highly recommend Live Aqua for a relaxing, elevated getaway.

They treat you like a celebrity from the moment you arrive. They even learn your name and recognize you in every area of the resort. I’m obsessed with the hotel’s scent. They have a signature fragrance that you can smell throughout the entire property, and it’s simply exquisite. The beach beds are absolutely luxurious, the perfect spot to relax, sip a few margaritas, and soak up the beautiful Mexican sun. The food is incredible at every restaurant; even breakfast is flawless. I’m obsessed with Marco’s smoothies. And I can’t forget the sushi, OMG, it’s delicious. But the very best part of the hotel is the staff. They are so kind, attentive, professional, and always smiling. You can ask for anything, and they make it happen with the best attitude. I also have to highlight the incredible service from my butler, Arturo — professional, attentive, truly amazing. He even offered to take photos of us at the beach and by the pool. We loved having him available for anything we needed. He also took care of making several reservations for us at restaurants outside the hotel. I’m already counting the days until I return, and I know it will be very soon. Thank you, Live Aqua, for always pampering me and making me feel at home. See you very soon
