I had one of the most memorable dining experiences at MD Restaurant at Live Aqua Cancun. The food and service went far beyond my expectations. The habanero soup and the crispy-skin mahi were standouts — both perfectly balanced in flavor and presentation. When I asked the chef about the soup, he actually came out of the kitchen to explain how to make it, step by step. The next day, he found me again and offered to prepare a special dinner for me and my friends. That meal was unbelievable, from lobster to filet mignon to duck, every course was executed flawlessly. You can tell the entire team cares deeply about creating a personal and elevated experience. Easily one of the best dining moments I’ve had anywhere.

Each dish was a beautifully presented work of art, a testament to the chef’s creativity and skill. Highlights included the famous Habanero Cream Soup, served in a delicate bread bowl, which was a brilliant, balanced burst of flavor, and the expertly prepared main courses that were simply divine. Portions are designed to allow you to enjoy a multi-course tasting journey, ensuring you leave completely satisfied. MB is, without a doubt, a must-visit dining destination within Live Aqua. The service was fantastic, our hostess greeted us with a smile escorted us to our table where our waiter took over. He was very attentive, our glasses were always full and he made sure we needed nothing. The chef came to our table and greated us, then prepared a fantastic 4 course meal. The restaurant is a must when staying at Liv Aqua. Thanks for the great memories, the fantastic service and personal attention.

My kids and I went to celebrate my 60th birthday and had an amazing time! There was a bit of a hiccup initially, but with the assistance of our awesome butlers, Alan and Viri, the situation was resolved above my expectation. They really went above and beyond to make sure our time there was special and unforgettable. Oscar at Azur was our waiter several times and was absolutely the best! Jorge was our waiter once at Azur and was great! Daniel in the Aqua Club lounge was very busy, but always maintained a friendly and positive attitude. Our pool waiter Ami was also amazing! We never had to wait for drinks, he was funny, great personality, and we had a great time with him. Urbina gave my daughter the foot massage in the cabana and she said it’s the best she’s ever had! My other daughter and I had absolutely amazing massages in the spa, and Yolanda was awesome! We had 2 dinners at MB, the 1st being a special dinner for us. The chef Oscar prepared us an absolutely phenomenal dinner. From the appetizers to the dessert, everything was perfect! The habanero soup is an absolute must! The wait staff was so attentive and friendly! The experience was so impressive that we went back a second night. I know I have forgotten a few names, and I apologize for that. Every single person there deserves the credit they are due. The housekeepers kept our room immaculate and the turn down service was a pleasant surprise. The property was so clean inside and out. The groundskeepers do an excellent job, as well as whoever is keeping the beach clean. There was a bit of seaweed, but they did an excellent job every morning of cleaning it up. My kids and I are already planning a trip back next year, and we will definitely stay there again!

Amazing service! Edouard Weston went above and beyond to make our stay special. His genuine smile and attentive service made us feel so welcomed. It’s rare to meet someone who brings such positive energy to their work. He deserves a raise. Thank you for making our time at Live Aqua truly memorable!
