Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

We had an excellent stay at this adults only all inclusive resort in Cancun. The best experience came from the outstanding service, from check in to check out, including waiters and waitresses at restaurants, bars, the Aqua Club, the pool, the beach, the butlers, the spa, etc. The food options and flavors were superb. I highly recommend the MB, the Hidden Garden and the Sea Corner, but all the menus were filled with excellent food choices. Now we need to go a serious diet!!! Weather was hot and humid as expected this time of the year in Cancun so we got plenty of sun and relax. The water in some of the small pools get really warm by the afternoon, so I suggest trying the infinity pool later in the day.

Marco was an amazing and happy person who made our smoothies every day and had such good vibes. He’s the best. We also had a great time doing the painting class with Pablo and Alfredo!

This is my 8th time in Mexico, second time in Cancun. I've stayed at resorts in Playa Del Carmen and Isla Mujeres. I have never had the personalize treatment anywhere, that I experienced at Aqua Live. Everyone knew my name and addressed me in a personal way. I felt like I got the white glove treatment. I wanted to specifically call attention to Adiel, at the front door, who was amazing at making us feel welcome and assisting us with travel and transportation. I knew he was an employee of the hotel, but he made us feel like he worked for us personally. I also wanted to bring attention to Freddy in the bar near MB for the outstanding service and drinks. The whole staff, both day and night, were amazing at that bar. And Uriel from the Seafood corner, who I crossed paths with a day after we ate there... he remembered me and thanked me again and asked if he would see me again at the Seafood Corner. The whole breakfast buffet staff was also amazing, especially Gerardo. What a wonderful staff and amazing experience. 10/10

It was our 2nd time at Live Aqua and we felt like we were home again. I cannot say enough about how amazing the staff is here. A shout out to Ariel, Daniel and Dissen for the warmest welcome at breakfast every morning. Miguel and David by the pool for taking such wonderful care of us throughout the day. Our favorite restaurant was the MB the food is so delicious and the service is outstanding. Try the habanero soup it is life changing! And lastly, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Marco our ray of sunshine! He makes the most amazing smoothies at breakfast to get you started with your day. He is the sweetest soul and without a doubt the hilight to our trip. I had the most perfect birthday celebration that I will cherish in my heart forever!!
