Very nice resort, but could use some aesthetic wow factor
This hotel is always highly reviewed and it was our first time. I have to say I was expecting more. It was a bit underwhelming aesthetically, but it is a very nice resort. A bit small but the pools and grounds are beautiful and well kept. The food was better than most resorts and the service was excellent. Definitely needs more entertainment in nightlife, but was worth the stay.

Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun 5 ⭐️
Live Aqua Cancun was amazing! Location was less than an hour from airport. The atmosphere was luxurious and relaxing. We had an ocean view room with 2 butlers, Romero and Isaías. Romero and Isaías were absolutely exceptional. They went above and beyond throughout our entire stay, handling everything from dinner reservations to any request we had, large or small. The resort is one of the cleanest we have visited. This includes our room, common areas, restaurants, bars, pools, and beach. We experienced excellent service from bartenders and housekeeping staff also. Highly recommended for food, staff, and overall outstanding service.

Best service and food quality!
Live Aqua is my new favorite hotel in Cancun. We come to Cancun about 3 times per year and this is hands down the best as far as customer service and food quality. From Marco, who is an amazing smoothie bartender, to Ernesto the head chef, who made sure we had an amazing culinary experience to the Ursial our pool side waiter, to Maria who welcomed us with a hand massage encompassed an amazing experience for my friend and I. It is a perfect adults only get away.
