Fantastic
We stayed for 5 days in mid January and had an aqua suite. The room, view, and service were all over the top wonderful. Our butlers Arturo, and Viri were always available if we needed anything and would check daily to ensure our needs were being met. All of the staff really went above and beyond and we truly felt welcomed. Our only complaint would be that the restaurant menus for dinner were very limited and the food was just average at best. We had much better food at the outside carts and room service than at the sit down restaurants. Overall though, we would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

The Perfect All-Inclusive!
This all-inclusive resort is head and shoulders above the typical all-inclusive. The grounds were pristine, the food was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to create the perfect vacation!!

Great 4 night stay!
Had a great 4 night stay in a spacious and beautiful suite. The hotel is just right in terms of size. Not too big not too small. Shout out to our proactive and responsive butlers Carlos and Ernesto! They made everything easy. We enjoyed all the restaurants with MB best and drinks in the aqua club. The beach and pools are clean. Overall, loved the service, food and luxury experience. Highly recommend!

Fine Resort Vacation and Excellent Service
A fine all-inclusive beachfront resort with beautiful facilities, high quality entertainment, restaurants, and service. Special shout out to butlers Maggie and Eladio for orienting us to the place, securing restaurant reservations, arranging for beachfront cabanas and providing general assistance throughout our wonderful week. Huge, beautiful pool and white sand beach. Entertaining aqua gym classes with energetic and funny Pablo. We particularly enjoyed breakfast daily beachfront at Azur with server Oscar, attentive and cordial. Some particularly good vocalists in their lounge - @artisticpat stood out. Beautiful oceanfront view room with balcony for daily room, service coffee. We’re coming back!
