Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

Excellent experience. Very friendly staff. Specifically at the pool area with Eduard. Very courteous and attentive.

Let me start off by sharing that we have already booked our return trip in a few months. We had our first trip to Live Aqua this past month, this resort far exceeded our expectations. Aylin Olivares did a phenomenal job with assisting in our room selection and booking along with setting up daily spa services before we even arrived. Such an amazing interaction before we even met in person. We were greeted by Arturo, our butler, he ensured that every day our needs and expectations were met from setting up dinner reservations, to ensuring our hot tub was ready when we turned in for the evening. In the morning Romero made sure our cabana’s were set up and stocked. Our first night we had dinner at MB, Chef William prepared an amazing dinner we shared with friends. Please do not miss out on the Jalapeno soup there! We also enjoyed meals at Sea Corner, Azul, and MB under the guidance of Chef Ernesto. He is an exceptional chef and has the ability to create elevated dishes not seen at any other resort in Cancun. The pool and cabana manager Flavio, along with the help of Miguel were incredible with anticipating every need we had. The stand out in the pool staff was Aminael–his hustle was well appreciated ensuring we always had ice cold drinks either in our cabana or serving us poolside. My wife and I enjoyed a couples massage every morning and the last two days we had massages from Deisy and Yamily who were attentive to our needs and preferences and left us feeling relaxed and refreshed. Urbina (Lady) and and Heidi were also exceptional for massages. Also, at our cabana my wife enjoyed exceptional foot massages from Elena and Yajaira. GM Santa Maria is an excellent leader with excellent staff with superb customer service. Thank you as well to Deivid, whose management of the rooms is outstanding, and to Jonathon. We cannot wait to enjoy this resort again over Valentine’s Day in February.

Great energy and such a memorable experience with Pedro! I learned so much about salsas and Mexican traditions. He was incredibly fun, sweet, and engaging... he made the entire learning experience feel a thousand times better and truly special.

Pablo was such a great teacher! I recommend it if you want to learn a in depth class of Mexican cuisine! Super entertaining and fun✨

I could not recommend this place more. Every little detail is taken care of, the staff are so attentive and the food was second to none. The room service was restaurant quality and fast.
