Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

I cannot sing enough praises to this resort. I haven't taken a vacation in 9 years so taking a vacation was a HUGE task and a BIG deal for me to leave. I originally booked 10 days at a different resort but it was awful, and supposed to be a five star resort and dining. And when I told them my issues they said there is nothing they will do for me. So in a rush, I had to get out of there and Live Aqua came highly recommended. And now I fully understand why! This resort SAVED my trip. And my thanks will never be enough. The food was top notch, the facility was super clean and there was always someone upkeeping the resort so it wasn't worn down. THE SERVICE!!! Every person you pass greets you with a smile and hello. There was never something they couldn't do for you. You asked and they delivered. They work so dang hard and still show up, day after day, like it's the best day they've ever had. And the ENTRAINMENT!!!! no words will ever describe this team. There is always something going on if you want something to do. Stretching or yoga in the morning, axe throwing, bracelet making, crafts you can make every day, facial classes, mezcal tastings, beach volley ball, water aerobics, pool bingo, cooking classes, salsa tastings, Mexican shows, mariachi bands, street Market, circus, karaoke, DJs, live singers!!! They do it all. And the hype and laughter and excitement they bring to each and every guest is remarkable. And STILL they come with the same high energy, happiness, joy, dancing, smiles and just pure HEART every. Freaking. Day. EVERY DAY! Sun up to past sun down. Busting their butts. Enough can never be said about this crew. Live Aqua is phenomenal. All around. It makes me tear up at how much this place has touched my heart and opened my eyes to so much in life. This facility and this crew is inspiring. They make me want to be better and do better. I'll never be able to make it back soon enough! But this turned the most awful vacation of my life, into one of the greatest experiences I've ever had. I WILL be back. There is no doubt. And I will be thinking about this place, these people, the food, the culture and the pure heart and joy they give often. Thank you thank you THANK YOU! I miss you already

We have fallen in love with Live Aqua in particular, the staff. So many of their team are genuinely great people whose goal it is to see you happy from their service. This was my seventh trip and already have number eight booked. The food is great from casual poolside service to fine dining at multiple restaurants. The pool but team lead by Flavio Martinez provides excellent service in securing your needs. Whatever you need, Flavio will take care of it.

Have to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Armando from the breakfast buffet, amazing service, great personality, helpful on outside entertainment, make the BEST bloody marys in Cancun. Take care of this guy, he's one of the main reasons we will come back to Live Aqua Beach. The service and cleanliness of this resort was top notch. All the people here were great, food was great and the beds were heaven. Thanks for making our experience amazing.

I went for a surprise 2 day trip and let me just say Live Aqua never disappoints. I arrived and only a few people knew I was coming. Check in was fast. My room wasn't quite ready but I did not worry because I was able to go meet my friends and surprise them. The look on the staff faces (Tino, Eli, Jonathan, Manuel, Chris, Andres, Monica, Marisol, Flavio, Isabel, David, Ruddy, Daniel just to name a few) Their faces lit up with the biggest smile. They were so surprised. Flavio made sure I had a bed set up by my friends at the pool club to enjoy my quick stay. Live Aqua will forever be our 2nd home. I can't wait to come back in November to see our family!

The room was absolutely wonderful. Modern, clean and comfortable. The food was amazing; all of it. From the restaurants to the buffet, even room service and poolside service. It was all well presented and we did not have one bad meal. The staff that waited on us poolside was also incredible. Andres and Jonathan both provided us with top notch service. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed without being obtrusive. I do not drink alcohol and Andres went out of his way to bring me non-alcoholic drinks that were very refreshing. The only complaint I would have is the pool temperature. It was fine in the morning, but by midday it was hot. It would have been nice if it was cooler just so it would be refreshing and a way to get out of the heat.
