A wonderful, relaxing time
Carlos and Maggie were wonderful as our butlers - ensured everything from our dinners to massages were booked properly so we didn't have to ask for a thing! Would highly recommend them!

My stay in the suite was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided impeccable service, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my visit. The suite itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a memorable getaway. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an exceptional luxury experience and look forward to returning in the future. We spent 5 wonderful nights at Live Aqua, our 8th or 9th time there. As usual, everything was 5 star. Daniel in the Aqua Club always made sure we had a great start to the day with cappuccinos. We were well taken care of each day at the main pool by Luisa and the fabulous Demian. We saw Carlos in MB for the habanero soup a few times, our favorite server! Shout out to Daniel for morning yoga and Pablo for the stretching class. A special thank you to our butler dream-team of Stephany and Viri. These ladies knew what we wanted before we did, and they were everywhere behind the scenes making sure things were going smoothly for us. They both went above and beyond to make sure our experience was exceptional and we miss them already!
