Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

Our stay at Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun completely exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and a level of attention that truly made us feel special. Every single need was met with excellence, we honestly have nothing negative to say. What really sets this resort apart is the people. A very special thank you to Jonathan at the pool, without a doubt one of the best servers we have ever experienced at any resort. His attentiveness, personality, and ability to anticipate our needs made our days by the pool unforgettable. Our butlers, Arturo and Stephany, absolutely blew us away. Their level of service was beyond anything we’ve ever experienced. They went above and beyond in every possible way, and we will absolutely be returning and requesting them again specifically, along with Jonathan! Dining was another highlight of our trip. Our favorite restaurant was MB Restaurant Live Aqua Cancun, holy Toledo, the food is incredible! The habanero cream soup was out of this world and something we’re still talking about. If you’re considering this resort…book it. We are already looking forward to coming back.

We loved our stay at Live Aqua. Having a butler as part of the club level room was a highlight. Our two butlers, Eladio and Maggie, made sure that we had a perfect vacation. The level of service that they provided was exceptional. The entire staff at the hotel did a terrific job. We enjoyed the Italian and the Asian restaurants the best. The multiple swimming pools made it really fun. It was easy to get chairs around 10 am each morning. The view of the ocean and the beach from our room was beautiful! The beach was fun to walk on during the day. The Earth Day Parade at the pool was fun to watch. The Thursday night Mexican Fiesta event was really special. The food and service was amazing. The show that night was the best Mexican live show that I have ever seen. Marco the breakfast restaurant smoothie maker was a gem. I had to have a smoothie every morning. At the pool lunch station the BBQ ribs, salad bar and creamed corn were very tasty. The housekeeping service was outstanding as well.

I've been to the Cancun area many times and this was by far the best food and service experience to-date. Really enjoyed the staff as well, as they made my parents' first visit to Mexico a memorable one! Like many other reviews suggest, this is not an entertainment-forward resort with crazy contests, shows and loud music all day. That's what we liked about it. So, if you want foam parties, swim up bars and tequila-filled squirt guns this place is not for you. The vibe was premium and calm, with a few activities available through the day. Rooms were average sized, clean and modern (good coffee machine too). In my opinion it was worth the slightly higher price point. And again, the food was surprisingly good and service was excellent. Special shoutout out to Omar, Daniel, Ami, the rest of the club staff and very importantly our butlers Alan and Carlos! You all are amazing and we appreciated you very much.

We had an amazing experience thanks to this staff member. Jonathan Gonzalez consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we were comfortable throughout our stay. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only so attentive and hardworking, but also genuinely kind. He always made us feel welcome and somehow managed to make every interaction a positive one. Truly a great person who made our trip even better. Can't wait to return 2027

The Live Aqua Cancun team is spetacular! All the staff were available to make our experience at the resort wonderful; the restaurants, entertainment, waiters, front desk, concierge, marriage team, and manager were all marvelous! Thank you very much !
