From beginning to end, our stay at Live Aqua Cancun was absolutely OUTSTANDING! 🌊✨ The room was beautiful, the water was breathtaking, and the customer service was top-tier every single day. A special thank you to Jamie at the concierge who set us up with the BEST excursions — it was truly the bomb.com! 🔥 The Extreme Adventure experience was unforgettable… ATV, Jungle tour, Zip lining, Cenote and Tequila tasting all in ONE?! 😍🍹 What an incredible time! And shoutout to Chillie who made the tour even more fun — hands down the BEST! 🙌🏾 Puerto Maya Adventure was just as amazing! Angel took great care of us during the Speedboat ride and Snorkeling excursion 🚤🐠 — everything was smooth, exciting, and absolutely beautiful. My hubby was my captain❤️ Oh and can’t forget about Ricardo at Tacogrill! He had us in tears laughing😂…..Food & Drinks was delicious! Cancun owes us NOTHING… we owe Cancun another 6 visit because it was just THAT GOOD! 💖🌴 Thank you for everything, Live Aqua Resort! Thank you, Extreme Adventure! Thank you, Puerto Maya Adventure! Edouard was helpful in finding chairs and even helped fix my broken sunscreen bottle. He was so attentive to everyone and professional. Great service!

This was a spontaneous birthday trip to CANCUN LiveAqua! We had such a wonderful experience! Top notch customer service! The views and beach views were phenomenal! The butler Ernesto, Alex and Abi went above and beyond during our week stay! I highly recommend and ask for them! They will make sure your stay is memoriable.

Accomadations are first class as is the food. What really makes this stand out though are the people! They do a fantastic job of making sure that your stay is wonderful. They treat you like family

We received excellent service from our butlers Stephany and Arturo the entire trip. Both of them were very response to our questions and requests which made for a very pleasant vacation. We would not return unless we booked a room that included butler service like we received with this past vacation. In fact, we returned this past vacation after a few years off and we were so pleased again with the butler service. The resort is amazing, the restaurants are wonderful and the pools are so relaxing. The staff are so lovely. We had an opportunity to sit with Luis Kharmona, one of your restaurant managers, he is an employee that you should be very proud of as he understands customer service beyond one’s expectations. We had a wonderful chat with him! We were members of The Aqua Club. The club has beautiful views, delicious food and yummy drinks. Our waiter, Daniel was so helpful and personable. He makes a delicious espresso martini and latte.
