Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

Our home away from home! The staff is what TRULY makes this place extra special. We feel like we’re members of an extended family when we come to Live Aqua. Favorite butlers Ruddy, Ernesto, Romero, and Stefani. The fantastic team at the pool hut lead by Flavio with Francisco on a daily basis getting our cabana situated. Marco, Frank, Luisa and Marisol tending to our poolside needs. Mauricio and Victor at Azur along with the day and night managers went above and beyond! Housekeeping staff, evening turndown service all excellent. We look forward to our next trip HOME!

We recently traveled to Cancun (January 21–25) to celebrate my birthday and stayed at the beautiful Live Aqua Resort. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. Our butlers, Eladio and Isaias, were absolutely wonderful. Their service and attention to detail were outstanding — they truly went above and beyond to make my birthday unforgettable. They even arranged a sweet celebration at MB Restaurant, where a talented pianist played while they surprised me with a birthday song. It meant so much. One of my favorite moments was renting a cabana, watching the waves roll in, and listening to the palm trees whistle in the breeze. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The servers were always right on time and very attentive. The entire staff at Live Aqua was professional, warm, and helpful. The resort itself is beautiful and feels luxurious yet welcoming. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be back!

This was our third time at Live Aqua and we loved it just as much as the first. It's such a quick trip from the airport and then you're in paradise! The atmosphere is great for "grown ups" (aka not spring breakers) - there are always activities going on and fun people to meet, but it's not a crazy party scene either. The service is amazing - we've only ever had wonderful experiences with all of the staff. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary this time so we upgraded our room and got butler service. Viridiana and Arturo were awesome and made us feel like royalty! It's hard to return to the real world after their pampering :-) Can't wait to plan our next trip!!

This was our 11th visit to Live Aqua and it was just as wonderful as our first. The staff welcome you with open arms and are why the experience it so enjoyable (thank you Alejandro, Caesar, David, and Jonathan!). Beautiful resort, relaxation at its finest, and a over a decade of wonder memories!

Caesar, Mauricio and Ariel were the stars of the show in Azur restaurant. Great food and even better service. Thank you for the fun and for looking after us x
