Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

We had a great experience! Our butlers, Arturo and Stephany assisted with every need - and made sure our week was extra special. They were excellent!! Omar, our consierge, added the final touches by helping us get our off-resort trips lined up. They all made our stay unforgettable! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food at the restaurants was good. Shout out to Chef William and the restaurant manager at mb! On three separate occasions Chef made us an off-menu four-course meal that was absolutely spectacular and so delicious!! Service at the restaurants was also very good, especially Silvano at Siete for breakfast and Victor at Azur. The pool servers, Usiel and Monica, were both attentive, friendly and prompt. And the bartenders, Rosario and Damien, created cocktail masterpieces for us the entire week. I’m giving four stars instead of five because some of our guests ended up sick for the last two days of our trip.

Amazing service great hotel location, the food was outstanding and drinks top notch. Will be coming back over and over again. Thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of me.

Friends have been trying to get us here for years and now I see why! We had the best week at LA celebrating our neice's graduation! The staff was great! Special shout outs to Jonathan who kept our drinks full while we were at the pool and made sure we had everything we wanted. Alan, our butler, who was on top of our group dinner reservations every night. Daniel, who greeted us with a smile every morning at the club and had our coffee ready. He also entertained with his excellent dancing! Guillermo, who was always happy to offer suggestions for before and after dinner drinks. Marco, Pablo, and the event staff that kept things fun with trivia, casino, bracelet making, and the tequila tasting. I'm forgetting so many names! Everyone was more than happy to help out and make sure we were having the best time. New friends were made and by the end of the week we totally understood what people say when you become family here. We were embraced! There were other things that made the week great like our tierra suite accommodations, aqua club, cabana, beautiful pools, spa, foot massages, gorgeous ocean view, and food. However, the staff is what stood out the most! We can't wait to return again!

An amazing experience, the staff and everyone is very welcoming. Maggie, Eladio, Miguel, Abi & Barbera are all great people. Definitely recommend and would love to go again!

We really emjoyed our stay at Live Aqua. Lots of pool and bar options to explore, and many different restaurants/food options available all day long. We opted for the Aqua Club package and had two lovely butlers, Arturo and Stephany, who helped us daily with things like dinner reservations, room service scheduling, and anything else we needed. They were very attentive and helpful each day.
