Daniel by the Pool Made Our Stay Unforgettable!
We had an amazing experience at Live Aqua Cancun, and a huge part of that was Daniel by the pool! Daniel took care of us throughout our time at the pool, serving us both drinks and food, and he was absolutely incredible. He was extremely attentive, polite, friendly, and always made sure we had everything we needed. At one point, Daniel mentioned that he was new, and we honestly couldn’t believe it — we told him we would have guessed he had been doing this for decades because he was that good! Daniel by the pool truly went above and beyond and made our days at the resort so much more enjoyable. He is exactly the type of person who makes you want to come back to a resort. We would genuinely return to Live Aqua Cancun just because of the incredible service he provided us. Thank you, Daniel! You made our trip extra special, and we hope Live Aqua knows how lucky they are to have you!

Amazing trip
The food service workers where great shot out to Marco making all the smoothies in the mornings and Ceasar at hidden Garden who will go above and beyond!!

We had a great experience with Marco the smoothie guy absolutely loved him !!!! Also Cesar from the restaurant Hidden Garden ,I had never had such a great waiter!!!!

Awesome experience. Quality of food was way better than expected. Staff was attentive and caring. Maggie and Carlos were spectacular! Would go back here for sure!

Special Birthday
The room, restaurants, pool, beach, and overall service at Live Aqua Cancun were absolutely wonderful, but what truly made our stay so memorable was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Helvert and Mauricio, our waiters at 7, were fantastic and made every meal feel special. Johnathan took amazing care of us at the beach and pool, always making sure we had everything we needed. And our butlers, Alex and Eladio, went above and beyond throughout our stay. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine personalities made us feel less like guests and more like we were spending time with dear friends. The resort itself is beautiful, but it is the people who truly make Live Aqua such a special place. We left with wonderful memories and an even greater appreciation for the exceptional staff who made our vacation unforgettable. We cannot wait to come back!
