Staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone truly made you feel like a VIP. Alex and Ruddy, our butlers were great! They were responsive and able to meet our requests. Will definitely be back to Live Aqua and we are going to bring our friends next time!

From start to finish Live Aqua was incredible!!! We can not put into words how much Ernesto made our trip next level. His friendly outgoing personality, infectious smile and overall dedication to making our time amazing was so very obvious. We looked forward to seeing him every single day!! His partner Rodrigo was also fantastic and always ready to help us!! Down by the pool Eduardo was so sweet and quick to offer help for whatever we needed. He was so kind and really made us comfortable. Roosevelt and Miguel took such tremendous care of all our drinks and beach needs. They worked so hard to make sure everyone was always happy. We Can’t say enough about every single person at Live Aqua!! We will definitely be back!!!

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at Live Aqua — it truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The resort is luxurious and impeccably maintained, but what really made our trip unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, kind, and genuinely dedicated to making sure we had the best experience possible. The butler service elevated the entire trip — a huge thank you to Arturo and Romaro as well as Hilario and Alex for being so attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. Our suite was beautiful and exactly as described and the Club Lounge was another highlight; Guillermo there was incredibly friendly and made the BEST espresso martinis! There were so many activities offered as well. We did the tequila tasting with Ricky and Robin which was so fun and informative, and yoga with Daniel was the perfect relaxing start to the day. We highly recommend getting a cabana if it doesn’t come with the room. Our cabana days were pure paradise. Miguel provided such attentive service, and Karina’s foot massage was heavenly — such a special touch. The spa was fantastic as well; my husband especially loved the hydrotherapy experience, and Sandra and Miguel took great care of us there. We also had wonderful massages from Carolina and Diana, and Pedro at the front desk made everything smooth and easy. And we can’t forget the food — everything was delicious! A special shoutout to Javier and Jesus for the amazing crêpes. From the beautiful grounds to the exceptional service, every detail made this trip feel truly special. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already dreaming about our return. Highly, highly recommend!
