Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

Well located all inclusive hotel. Really lovely spot on the ocean with perfect sand and water. Across from a very nice couple of shopping centers. The food was better than most all inclusive resorts and the liquor a step up as well. The staff was very helpful. I loved watching the iguanas each day, along with the birds. The noteable staff members included brenda, housekeeping Sakny butler Waiter in mb...fidel and his boss rudolfo Grill cook...fiori Buffet...santos and daniel Mediterrian breakfast place...cesar, ariel, mauricio Spa...daisy and carolina and ceilo and heidi mar Front door...edgar

Live Aqua was truly an unforgettable resort. I usually rank the destination getaways by 3 categories: Eye appeal, Service, and Quality of Food. For me, I would have to place service as my number one. Our butlers, Sakny and Rodrigo were the two main reasons our vacation went really smooth and they definitely went above and beyond to take care of us and ensure we had an amazing experience. From making reservations, to handling issues we had, they took care of it and took the stress away from us. So a huge THANK YOU! to Sakny and Rodrigo! You two make an awesome team! The number two spot was the food. I have to say, I kept coming back to the restaurant, MB for their UH-MAY-ZING Habanero Soup! Y’all have to taste it and trust me, once you have it, you’ll want it everyday! I also went back to the grill by the pool for some amazing ribs and chicken everyday along with some street nachos at the burger/hot dog/nacho cart made by Pop (for short). He makes amazing nachos! If you’re a fan of chilaquiles, you have to try it fresh for breakfast at the restaurant, Azur! Coming in third, and not because it was bad, but I couldn’t put all three categories in 1st place lol. The view of the pools and ocean from our room was spectacular! (We had the Aqua Suite) room category and it was so worth it!!! I could go into details about the room, but I don’t want to ruin for you lol. You will just have to go there and experience it!

Had bad experience with the travel agent. Paid more than direct booking it in trip advisor but didn’t receive better service.

The Live Aqua resort in Cancun was simply amazing. From the minute we checked in to the last second we were checking out the staff were so attentive to our needs. Our Family trip 2025 to Mexico was exceptional in every way. The 'Live Aqua' Resort surpassed expectations in all aspects. The accommodations, facilities, service, and food were all of the highest quality. We were fortunate to have Asaias and Eladio as our butlers in the Aqua Club. They couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. From booking our restaurant reservations to stopping by the pool to see if we needed anything to even hosting a celebratory birthday party for one of our family members. Just incredible. I highly recommend this resort as our stay could not have been better. 5 stars all around. We look forward to reconvening next year and reliving this most wonderful experience. ❤️

We had an amazing honeymoon at Live Aqua. My wife and I were treated like kings. Without a doubt, we would come back in the future. The food was great, the atmosphere was incredible, and every detail exceeded our expectations. Everything was simply excellent. A special thanks to Guillermo, the best mixologist in the Aqua Club, as well as Alejandra, Viri, and Arturo, who made our stay truly unforgettable.
