Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

We travelled to Live Aqua Cancun just last week to photograph a wedding for a family we know. This resort is beautiful, with its own little rubber ducky niche that adds quite the character! Rooms are clean and updated for a luxury feel. Room service tidied our things which left our room fresh every evening when we returned upstairs. There are loads of pool areas on this resort, and bars and food on every corner. Unfortunately, our stay was rather short, and we did not have the opportunity to try any food other than sushi (phenomenal) and Siete, the buffet restaurant. Due to high booking rates, most other dinner options were experiencing up to a 2.5 hour wait, so we skipped out on them. I would have LOVED to try the Italian place as well as the hidden garden, though. I heard great things about them during our stay. Bartenders were lovely and quick. The front desk staff is great as well, and were so welcoming when we arrived. I would love to come back to Live Aqua someday for a longer experience outside of work! ☺️

We stayed at Live Aqua from Thursday to Monday. The experience was AMAZING!! We were welcomed like we were part of the family and everyone treated us so very well! We worked a lot with Ruddy and Alex. They helped us with our reservations and answered all of our questions. We also got to know them and about their families. I have to say that my husband and I will DEFINITELY be back there again. It was so relaxing and beautiful. The beach was amazing! (Make sure you reserve a cabana before putting your stuff down.) We couldn’t stop talking about how helpful and friendly everyone was! (Especially Ruddy, Alex, and Brenda from the Lobby). We now count them as friends that we plan to visit again. My partner and I came for a week in February, and we had such a wonderful experience. Everything from the service, food, cleanliness, and atmosphere was more than we could ask for. Our waiter, Arnulfo was stellar and went above and beyond to make our engagement dinner so special. Abel was extremely friendly and provided with high quality service throughout our trip. Paco helped my fiancé plan our surprise trip engagement, and treated us as if we were VIP guests and family. We would highly recommend this to our loved ones and anyone looking to go! The beaches are beautiful, food is high quality, and there are plenty of activities to keep you entertained.
