Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

Excellent food and service! Loved the pools and the beach was beautiful! Super clean too. Very relaxing atmosphere and prime location. And definitely value for your money's worth. Mauricio at the Azur breakfast restaurant was an excellent waiter! The bar tenders were so nice, and even figured out how to make a signature drink they didn't know for me. The hotel was also fantastic. Only flaw in the entire resort. No fans in the bathrooms. They really should add some.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Live Aqua. We upgraded to the Aqua Club and found our Butler team of Arturo and Carlos to be very friendly and helpful in making reservations for restaurants and getting our beach cabana reserved each day. Food at each of the restaurants was delicious. This was our first all-inclusive experience, and we had heard from others that food can be hit and miss. Live Aqua is known for having great food and certainly delivered in our experience. The property is well-maintained and everything was clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The vibe is definitely not a raging party crowd. There is a nightclub that stays open until 1 AM and one night we went and had fun dancing to an awesome Latin band. Many of the people we met were repeat customers many times over. They found their go-to place. After our stay, I would say we are in that camp and look forward to going back to Live Aqua again soon.

Marcos of Smoothies, "Smoothie King," Carlos, David, and the Starbucks team. The Breakfast Siete Buffet and Azur Servers were amazing, as were Mauricio, Oscar, and David. Also, Nelce for the delightful omelets.<3 Luis, thank you for the belt so my husband's pants wouldn't fall. We love you, we have had many laughs through the years and are so happy you are back at Live Aqua! We want to thank Flavio for taking care of our pool accommodations as well as the pool team: Eduard, "LOLO" Eduardo, Damian—sorry if I missed other names. You all do such an amazing job keeping up the pool area/cabanas and service. Thank you, Animael, for the great service at the pool for the week. Chef Wilian and his brigade are amazing! Creative, delicious dishes and presentations. The filet mignon was fabulous, and the famous habanero soup is out of this world. Fabulous service from Roy, Susanna, and Mr. Rodolpho. Varena: Italian night is always delicious (Chef Anton), and Susanna's service is always amazing. Shrimp parmesan, pasta, and pizza. Hidden Garden: Chicken Tao, Pad Thai, spicy noodles, chicken satay, and dumplings. The chef is amazing and always consistent. Ricky Ricardo, You are the start to our day; your smile and your energy are so contagious. Love playing water BINGO. The painting class was amazing; I highly recommend it! Every visit feels like home and the staff makes that happen! Cannot wait to come “home” again!!

This is our second home. This beautiful resort, with its exceptional food, grounds, and atmosphere, is our happy place. However, it’s the people who make this resort home. We have met so many, but our friends stand out. Starting from morning until night: David-our wonderful waiter at Siete at breakfast. He remembered our drink orders every morning. Jonathon and Miguel-our pool waiters who always had a smile and surprise drinks. Pablo-who almost killed me in aqua aerobics but made it fun. Ricky Ricardo-who had a tequila tasting class that totally impressed Steve. Ricky also ran a mean pool bingo game. Last, but not least, our beloved Marco, who makes me smile during our stay, and cry when I have to leave. Our best bartender Hector, who runs the AKA Bar efficiently and makes a mean cocktail. Our butlers Maggie and Eladio did an outstanding job doing what they do-making us comfortable and bending over backwards to celebrate my birthday, taking care of whatever we needed, and even being a part of finding my lost drivers license on the beach. You can’t go wrong with this resort. Book today!

This is really a wonderful hotel! Perfect location. The hotel itself is in very good shape. The room we had on the 4th floor was well appointed and spacious. Restaurants were delicious and appealing. But the headline here is the staff. So many great people assisted us throughout our stay. Special mentions need to go to Maria and Miryam in the lobby; Rodrigo and Sakny with all of their quick and responsive assistance. There's also Hector, Ernesto the sous chef, Samir, Mauricio. The staff makes this hotel the special place that it is. Not everything during a hotel stay goes perfectly; there are going to be some minor inconveniences, as those things happen. What matters, however, is how the hotel staff responds. And I will say that I have never seen a hotel staff try to accommodate or fix issues that arise better or more attentively the the staff here at Live Aqua. We plan to return when we can in the future.
