A glorious week!
My daughter and I just returned from a fabulous week at Live Aqua. Our 6th floor Viento Suite was lovely with an amazing view of the pool and beach. The food and drinks were fabulous. We especially enjoyed the 5th floor Aqua Lounge for evening drinks. I've been to a few all-inclusive resorts in Cancun. Others were also lovely, but this one surpasses the others in terms of the staff. The waiters, the bartenders, the butlers, the towel hut staff, and everyone who works here were so helpful and kind. The dedication to their jobs and to providing a top tier experience is evident. One piece of advice: if you can do the Aqua Club, it is worth it. Having the butlers schedule reservations at restaurants and having access to the 5th floor lounge were both very nice. If you can upgrade to a suite as we did, that is even better. The daily cabana and the included daily foot massages were two highlights of the trip.

Amazing Vacation at Live Aqua Cancun
We had an amazing experience during our stay at Live Aqua! Overall, the resort is very relaxing and peaceful, rooms were very clean, many restaurants with great food and some 8 swimming pools with courteous staff providing great service! We would like to specially thank our concierge team (Maggie & Carlos) who made our stay pleasant and stress free! Both were very professional, diligent and attentive to our requests! Can’t wait to go back some time in Winter!

Girl’s Trip 2026
Amazing experience at Live Aqua Cancun! The food, pools, spa and most of all our butlers made this a must come back experience. Thank you to Ruddy & Sakny for making us feel extra special and taking care of so many details ensuring we relaxed and had an unforgettable trip.
