Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

Beautiful resort! Amazing food and service. Ruddy and Romero are the best and went above and beyond for us. Luisa who works serving drinks at the pool/beach was so friendly and always made sure our drinks were full. Can’t say enough good things about our experience at Live Aqua!!!

We had a wonderful 4 days at Live Aqua. Our butlers Ruddy and Romero could not have been more gracious and helpful. The food at every restaurant was superb and our waiter Caesar at Hidden Garden went above and beyond. It was my husband's birthday and we went to the MB restaurant. Each and every dish the 4 four of us had was exceptional. We are used to much smaller hotels and Live Aqua is the opposite but due to its layout , open spaces and many, many restaurants we never felt crowded. We took long walks along the magnificent beach, the daily inclusive foot massages were a welcome surprise and all in all enjoyed our stay enormously.

This resort is located directly across from La Isla mall and the buses make getting any very easy. There is a very spa like atmosphere and the hotel is very relaxed and an easy place to chill out. Rooms have aroma therapy diffusers and one of the first thing the bell boy did was ensure no allergies and that the scent was fine. The pool area is also chill. No loud pounding music all day, only when they are doing aerobics or playing pool bingo. From the moment I arrived at Live Aqua the staff have all been friendly, attentive, kind and helpful. The food and restaurants have a great variety of items and even separate vegetarian menus. At every meal you are asked if you have any allergies and allergens are listed with every dish on the menus. Highly recommend this resort.

We stayed for 5 days in mid January and had an aqua suite. The room, view, and service were all over the top wonderful. Our butlers Arturo, and Viri were always available if we needed anything and would check daily to ensure our needs were being met. All of the staff really went above and beyond and we truly felt welcomed. Our only complaint would be that the restaurant menus for dinner were very limited and the food was just average at best. We had much better food at the outside carts and room service than at the sit down restaurants. Overall though, we would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

This all-inclusive resort is head and shoulders above the typical all-inclusive. The grounds were pristine, the food was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to create the perfect vacation!!
