Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

This is really a wonderful hotel! Perfect location. The hotel itself is in very good shape. The room we had on the 4th floor was well appointed and spacious. Restaurants were delicious and appealing. But the headline here is the staff. So many great people assisted us throughout our stay. Special mentions need to go to Maria and Miryam in the lobby; Rodrigo and Sakny with all of their quick and responsive assistance. There's also Hector, Ernesto the sous chef, Samir, Mauricio. The staff makes this hotel the special place that it is. Not everything during a hotel stay goes perfectly; there are going to be some minor inconveniences, as those things happen. What matters, however, is how the hotel staff responds. And I will say that I have never seen a hotel staff try to accommodate or fix issues that arise better or more attentively the the staff here at Live Aqua. We plan to return when we can in the future.

I had a great time staying here but Pablo at the karaoke was amazing. My favorite staff member by far was Pablo plus the rest of the staff were very helpful.

This was our 4th trip to Live Aqua and we will continue to return as often as we can. The whole trip was perfect. The resort was stunning as ever and perfect. Our room was the Tierra Suite. Very spacious and lovely. The suites come with butler service and daily cabanas with foot massages and well as access to the Aqua Club. Our butlers were Rudy and Romero. They made our stay as pleasant as possible and took care of all our dinner reservations, extra fridge items, and special requests at dinner. They were very personable and attentive. They checked in on us daily and let us know when they were on and off duty. We had many special staff that always went above and beyond. Flavio and Hector made our days at the pool fantastic. Our bali bed was always ready for us. Our pool servers David, Marysol, Cesar and Monica were always at our service and so friendly. It was so good to see Jonathan even though he wasn’t our service. It’s nice to get a hug from him as he remembers us and is happy to see us. For food, Jose and Porfi are so great and serve up excellent food poolside. We missed our favorite server at breakfast/Azur lunch-David as he was on vacation. Even a wave from Mauricio was sure to bring a smile to our face. Elena provided the BEST foot massages daily! The staff is phenomenal and is the main reason we return every chance we can. You won’t be disappointed. Best food and service in the hotel zone!

We had another amazing experience at Live Aqua Cancun! The staff there truly goes above and beyond expectations each visit. We have been many times and each time we are impressed even more with the kindness and performance of everyone there. A few special mentions to note; Marco, our pool server was really great! He has a very warm personality and checked in with us regularly to make sure we had what we needed. Filling up our ice bucket and bringing cocktails whenever we wanted them. Always had a smile and a good attitude. Our butlers, Maggie and Eladio were very helpful making our dinner reservations each day and providing the daily activities list. They had extra water and snacks delivered to our room upon request. We also got some Champagne and wine sent to the room to celebrate my husband’s birthday! Some of our other favorite people we look forward to seeing every time are Daniel at the Aqua club, he is so special; Flavio at the pool hut, we love him; Mauricio at Azur, he always takes very good care of us. He even told us about some fresh salmon that had arrived. It was nice to see Arturo and Romero too. Even though they weren’t assigned to us, they offered to help if we needed anything. We had a very special dinner on our last night. Thank you to Chef Ernesto Palapa! Chef Palapa checked in with us at several of the restaurants making sure we were happy with our dinners. He was amazing! He and Chef Manuel created a delicious surprise six course dinner for us. We really enjoyed the entire experience. Our server David timed everything perfectly. He was very personable and provided excellent service. The staff at Live Aqua really make the difference in the experience in Cancun. it is our home away from home. We will be returning to Live Aqua in January and will be looking forward to seeing all of our special friends again.

I travelled to Live Aqua with my friend from November 14 to 21 and I can’t wait to go back! I have nothing negative to say about my experience. The property is beautiful and well maintained, the location is perfect - walking distance to a mall and a close drive to downtown. The pools and beach were awesome! But overall, the staff are what will keep me going back again and again. The concierge Juan Carlos Baak made our experience so memorable - he was always so pleasant with a big smile to greet you and goes above and beyond to help you out! He is so good at his job! Thank you Juan!
