Don’t Go Here!

I was evicted on first night and dumped back at airport when I had too much to drink. Then they charged my Visa card an additional $322.88 after prepaying my trip to this resort. Watch out!! I would NOT go here because this was very unethical. No-don’t go!

Great good, including in room dining and pool food! Drinks were high quality. Enjoyed every meal. Service was excellent as well. Mauricio at Azur was an awesome server when we ate there for breakfast. Limited pool seating though so you have to save seats early.

Mauricio from the azure restaurant was the funniest and most welcoming server. He shared personal stories about his finger accident and was very accommodating. We found ourselves coming back to the seaside breakfast for the ambience and the proximity to the pool.

Arturo and Stephany helped to make our experience unforgettable. The service was exceptional from bag drop off to check-out and the butler service was second to none. This was our third experience with butler service and our favorite. Thanks to everyone especially Arturo and Stephany for their time and attention on a memorable vaca!!!
