What a truly beautiful resort with amazing staff!!!!! We had a wonderful vacation for our family!!!! Our children ages 8 and 4 absolutely loved the ladies at the adventure club!!!! Paty, Dayane Evelyn and Astrid were incredibly kind to my children, they made my kids love being in the kids club and we were sad to say goodbye. Their spirit was so gentle and loving to the children they cared for. I am so grateful to have had the chance to meet them and my children will forever remember how special it was to spend time in the adventure club!!

Attended a wedding at Now Jade during the 1st week of May. What a great little resort. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was great..the pools, the beach, the bars. The food was exceptional and there were so many places to eat. Our room was very nice and modern. Huge tiled bathroom with double sinks, nice big mirrors, Jacuzzi tub and big bright shower. This place is squeaky clean inside and out! We were ground floor in building 1 - literally steps away from everything! We would definitely go back.

We love Jade, we hope to come back next year!!! And bring friends!!! The food, accommodations, staff are all excellent. My husband tried the spa for the first time, we had a couples massage. He had NEVER had a massage before. He loved it. This was our 3rd trip there.

This being our first time in Mexico, we allowed a travel agent to assist us with our booking. Unfortunately the information she was given was incorrect and did cause us some grief upon arrival. I am a smoker and was told that I could smoke anywhere on this resort other than our rooms and the restaurants. WRONG! There are a limited number of places where it is okay to smoke and unfortunately they keep closing them down for hours at a time at the whim of any bridal party of which there were many. Enough said about that! The resort itself is beautiful, well maintained and hosts exceptional pools, staff and food. The rooms were well equipped and tastefully laid out, but don't hesitate to contact the front desk if your air conditioning doesn't work. (Ours didn't the first night and did require maintenance to make it work). There is a coffee bar open 24/7 that also has amazing food and makes the best coffee imaginable. We were able to eat at each of the a la carte restaurants as this resort doesn't limit your attendance and no reservations are required. I kind of like that. There is also no limit and no card required for towels. I liked that too! The very best location on the resort was the Castaways restaurant, open for lunch. The staff was comical and accommodating, the food was exceptional and oooooh, the desserts. We connected with Adan Lomas Lopez our first time attending there and he knew immediately which dessert we would ask for and had no hesitation bringing us surprises. He was an amazing waiter. The beach was beautiful sand, but way too much seaweed for my liking. The ocean was warm but the rocks were annoying to say the least. We did not leave the resort as we went simply for a relaxing get-away, so I can't comment on any of the tours or nearby towns. I would recommend this resort for destination weddings since we saw at least 7 of them and they certainly take priority over everyone else in the resort.

My boyfriend and I have just returned from a 7 night stay at this resort and I would definitely do it all over again! Start with food... The Buffet - pretty standard buffet. Food was good, never seemed to have anything run out. Lots of options to choose from if you are a picky eater. The buffet restaurant itself it's nice. There's an option to sit inside or out on the patio. Staff seat you and immediately tend to you for beverages. Spice - an Asian, Chinese, Japanese and Thai restaurant. Seems to be one of the more popular restaurants on the resort. Only opens at 530/6pm, wait time was around 30-45 minutes the two times we went. I highly recommend the Hibachi experience! Very fun and entertaining. Their staff are extremely skilled and can't cook some amazing food! Seating is mostly inside with the exception of a small seating area outside surrounded by foundations. The French Cuisine - MY FAVOURITE!! This restaurant was by far my personal favourite. I recommend the scallops for an appy, French onion soup and for your main the filler minion with buttered vegetables and mashed potatoes. Amazing! This restaurant also has the inside and outside option. Italian - another personal favourite! The portobello mushrooms to start were delicious! I also had the mushroom risotto, I'm not a big risotto fan but I was happily surprised which how tasty this dish was. Please note that every restaurant has their own dress code. It's helpful to review this on the resort website prior to visiting and being taken off guard when denied entry. The resort.. We were welcomed with champagne and cold cloths which was very appreciated after a long day of travelling. Walking into the lobby was like walking into a very modern, peaceful spa like environment. I fell in love with the place upon arrival. For a fairly sized resort it is very easy to get around and find restaurants, bars, pool, beach, etc. The staff are fantastic! Everyone from waiters, bartenders, maids, entertainment staff is very friendly and ensures you are having a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this resort for anyone, whether you're solo, with your partner or family.
