We just had our wedding at Dreams Jade last week, and it was fantastic. We were a small group of only 26, so we all chose to be on the preferred side of the resort, and it was WELL worth the upgrade. The entire resort is beautiful, and the week went by so quickly we didn't even utilize all of the amenities. The cheerfulness and kindness of the entire staff of the resort is top notch. We had quite a few people with dietary restrictions, and no one had a lack of food, i.e, our gluten intolerant people had plenty to eat, and as soon as they let the special restaurant staff know, they immediately had options for them. The gym is great, a great size and lots of equipment. The pool is beautiful, although we stayed in the adults only pool the entire time. The beach isn't huge, but the sand is white and so soft. There was quite a bit of seaweed, but for that time of year it was to be expected. It definitely didn't put a damper on our trip at all. Everyone's rooms were beautiful and such great sizes. We were all on the preferred side, so most had ocean views with tubs on the balconies. Everything was clean and comfy. As it was our wedding week, we upgraded to the Governer's Suite and it was outstanding. It was basically a penthouse apartment with so much room for getting ready for the wedding, and the VIEWS were stunning. Shout out to our personal butler FRANCISCO who was attentive to our every need and was checking in on us every day and doing anything we needed. He went above and beyond the entire week for us. Amazing service. Also a shout out to Javiar, the bartender at the preferred club pool. He was so fun and attentive and fantastic. He was there every day and just the best. All the staff in the restaurants were so pleasant and fun and kind. Overall, I would definitely go back!!!!

Carmen was an excellent therapist to make relaxation a priority and restore my mind to perfection. The entire staff here is professional courteous and welcoming. Will return the next time we visit. Pevonia never disappoints. I rate a 5 stars

Dreams Jade Resort was very nice and close to downtown Puerto Morelos, where Dive With Ruben's dive shop is.

Top notch resort, we stayed there three times all three times were preferred oceanfront.. the rooms are amazing the beach and all the swimming pools are amazing, all of the staff are very friendly. At the preferred pool Javier's drinks were superb as well as Ross the pool concierge very helpful everyday Angel was awesome with his service. Jesus over in the carnival buffet was our waiter every day he was great.. Francisco was our main concierge in preferred and took care of us very well and chef Luis, who is the main chef of the resort is outstanding and one of the most professional that I have seen in that industry in charge of all the food for the whole resort. Me and the wife had a great time and enjoyed everybody that worked at the resort and we will be going back.

The entertainment crew was amazing. Saul great conversation & dancing lessons, Angel(Mexican chocolate) ball of fun Andrea zumba kept us energized, Leonardo crazy games, Antonio zumba everyone was literally amazing. We had a ball. Entertainment on the resorts is key to us and you all did not disappoint.
