We stayed at Dreams Sapphire for only three nights, as a relaxing bonus after spending four nights on Isla Mujeres. We normally book Adults Only resorts, but have never stayed at a Dreams resort or near Puerto Moreles, so we were willing to give this one a chance. The property is beautiful, but somewhat outdated. There need to be some minor updates with things like paint, water features, etc... We stayed in an ocean front room, and paid for the extra preferred club to get the adults only pool. I'm so glad we did! The only issue with the pool, was that there were not enough chairs for everyone on one of the busier days, which is a major bummer if you're paying extra. I also didn't like how you had to go to the pool at 9 in the morning to get your name on the next day's list for a bali bed. We were able to get a bali bed one day. There is no bar in the adult pool, but there is one at the pool, and we did have a good waiter who walked aorund taking orders. I was not interested in the much larger pool, evn though it was beautiful, but there were too many people there, and too many children. The beach was very disappointing. There was a nice bar and plenty of seats, but there was so much sargassum on the beach that we wouldn't use the area....that is no fault of Dreams, but I did see someone cleaning up the beach area at the resort next door. The food is average, at best. Most people's reviews that I read have said they liked the Italian the best, and not the French. We were completely opposite. We preferred the French restaurant over both the Italian and the Teppanyaki. The buffet is nice and the lunch spot by the main pool is decent, too. There's a gret little coffee shop and a great juice bar. We loved the open air, very large bar/hangout area , especially in the evenings. I felt like we missed out on knowing about a few things like special buffet nights and entertainment because we kind of hung out away from the main area. They do have a "schedule for the day" on your TV, which is nice, but we still didn't know what some of the things were. We saw a great fire show and there was a cool Cinco de Mayo show, too. Overall, we liked the resort. It just wasn't as nice as others we've been to, and it's a bit crowded for our taste. It doesn't have much of a night-life, either, which is something we like.

When I went to the Dreams Resort in Mexico I felt like I was in heaven. The service was the best I've ever seen and the drinks and food were top notch. I also loved that it was all inclusive. I had like ten drinks everyday. Overall in my opinion this Resort is the best vacation spot and is totally worth the money!!

This is our second time here at Dreams Sapphire, first was Oct 2022. They have made some small upgrades to the premises since then however nothing crazy. What people say is true, the staff really do make this resort. The entertainment team are on it, always have a massive smile on their face and will always do their best to keep you smiling and laughing. The waiters in the buffet and all restaurants are amazing too. Shoutout Eduardo in the mornings! However there is one gentleman that I want to give an extra special mention to… Natividad the pool waiter. He always made sure that me and my partner never went without a drink, whether we were in the pool or on the sun beds. He was extremely friendly and caring. Huge shout out Natividad, thank you so much for everything during our stay! The noise from the buildings really isn’t that deep, I think people moaning about it are just picking something to complain about. Room service was amazing, never disappointed. Only complaint I would have is that, on a number of occasions, we called for a mini fridge refill and then had to call back 90 minutes later to chase it up. as they hadn’t come. One night they didn’t come at all. However that is me being picky. Amazing experience. Thank you all who made our stay so great.

We loved the Dreams Sapphire! It’s absolutely beautiful and laid out really well. We had room 318 on the ocean. It was a Family Suite and it was absolutely stunning! I was there teaching yoga for the week and I loved the entertainment staff!! Javi was so welcoming and kind. We loved hanging out at the swing bar with Marco. He’s the best!! There were tons of activities for the kids, the water slides were super fun, the daily buffet by the pool and inside were delicious! By the pool there was Tons of chips and guac, fresh meat, burgers pizzas, peel and eat, shrimp, muscles, fresh salads, etc. The food was really good at the resort. Also, if you can make it to the spa definitely go it was probably the most beautiful spa we’ve seen so far!! can’t wait to go back!

All inclusive resort is a fabulous concept. All food, drinks and entertainment is included. Asian, French, Italian restaurants, as well as a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Huge pool with non-stop entertainment. Dancing, shows and activities every night. Rooms are spacious with mini-bar included. The beds are very comfortable. Small criticism is the price of essentials if you forget or run out of something. Sunscreen can cost US$50. A pack of 4 AA batteries set us back $27. A taxi to town is prohibitively expensive.
