I have never been to such an Amazing resort. Every detail and every member of staff are faultless. We ate at each of the different restaurants and every time a dish was served its Wow! We experienced the Temazcal which is a Mexican ritual performed in a brick built sauna. An experience never to be forgotten. Gus ( another great member of staff) came into the sauna with us to interpret everything the indigenous Mexicans were saying and doing. It’s said to purify body and mind. Don’t miss it!!!! We had a few rain showers but they lasted a few minutes and the sun dried things up straight after. We had the perfect holiday and can’t fault anything.

I stayed at the resort from 9-26 to 10-7. My husband and I got married there on 9.29.17 We had 30 guests. Every Single Person not only had a great time, but said it was the best vacation of their lives! I couldn't agree more. Rooms: The rooms are awesome. There probably isn't a bad one on the property. We stayed in the PClub, as did most our guests. We had both a Oceanview (WOW) and Jungle room after everyone left. The Ocean view was insane for wedding photos and was a great size. Jennifer at the Pref. Lounge helped me literally every single day, from my room to every guest she solved any booking issue I had with joy and ease. Her helpfulness brightened my day every single time. The rooms are super clean, stocked everyday, and they include a notice of all events daily when they do turn down service. It rained a little at night so it would have been nice to be closer to the lobby area, but over all we loved staying by the beach bar and pref pool! Pools: The main pool is a BLAST!!! So many fun games and the bartenders are amazing. My man IVAN was THE best attendant EVER! He remembered all my guests names and drinks and would stop to say in other parts of the resort. He is definitely a reason I could go back next year. Daniel at the adult pool helped us every day and was so kind and chipper. The adult pool was for sure more our speed after everyone left. Main pool is a party, adult pool is cocktail happy lounging. The ONLY con I have is I wish they were better at over serving awareness. We saw one woman puke in the pool and it was handled right away, but way before she got to that point she should have been cut off. That was the only case of over serving I saw, and it was a 50 year old sassy woman. SPA: GO TO THE HYDRO THERAPY. Book this every day if you can. OMG the sauna and cool pool. Just wow. GREAT zen way to start or end the day. Take advantage of it! Service: WOW what to say about the service. In the lobby, Enrique really handles it all. I saw him all over and he remembered my family and us every single time. He went out of his way to help us be happy and was a pleasure to get to know. Effrain is the best bartender you could ever hope to have at your bar or your wedding. He helped us create a fun shot signiture for our wedding then made them for my family and I every time he saw us- great attitude and overall day maker. Manuela... the sweetest most helpful face to see in the lobby bar. We would go out of our way to make sure we were in her section. She has a huge smile and is sincerely caring. We adored her service. Fernando at the club, oh what to say. Poor guy saw us at our best and our worst haha and STILL loved us. He served us before our wedding day, then post recepetion party, then every other night. The guy has charm, is super smart, and makes service a pirority! All of these people are the reason we are already planning a trip back!! Wedding: Look no further. Ramon was my coordinator and he helped make the event of my dreams. He answered all my questions and even added in a few items to really make my wedding special. The ceremony was outside on the Terrace and it was PERFECT!!!! The pictures are amazing and very much like a dream. We opted to do our reception in one of their awesome ballrooms because we feared it would sprinkle, SO SO SO happy we did! Not only was it SO romantic with the lighting but my dj fit perfect the bar was awesome and guess what.... AC!!!!!! Let me tell you... it is HUMID there. As a bride is was such a blessing to be in AC. I'm so overjoyed with our wedding, please book you will be so happy!

This is our 2nd time staying on this resort. We were there from October 9-15, 2017 - and it was perfection! We will definitely be back again next year! I love the open air, thatched roofing and the very laid back vibe of this resort. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. Our room was cleaned and restocked daily, by our amazing housekeeper Patricia! We spent several days at the pool bar, and it must be said that Juan and Vicente were absolutely top notch! My group met Juan on our first visit, and we were pleasantly surprised when he remembered us! It definitely adds to the welcoming and friendly vibe when you're greeted with familiar, friendly faces! We were well cared for, on all levels. I can't say enough about how wonderful this resort is, so you should definitely check it out for yourself - heck, we may even see you there next year. ;-)

We just back to the States yesterday and I miss my ocean view. We stayed a week in an ocean front room and it was well worth the price. The food was amazing, especially the hibachi at Lemongrass. We ate their twice. The market café had an abundance of choices and we never left hungry. We usually do the Caribbean area and I have to say, the food here by far surpasses what our expectations were. I want to give a special shout out to Luis (Luigi) and CeCe. You 2 were amazing. We participated in quite a few of your activities throughout the week and you really went above and beyond. Thank you. I know all of you work very long hours every day, but you couldn't tell. You always had a smile for everyone and had so much energy that rubbed off on the guests. We went to the adult, preferred pool only once. It was nice, but we liked the high energy and entertainment going on better at the main pool. Not to mention, that was where the swim-up bar was. I've seen people on here complaining that its not fair of guests throwing down towels and walking away from the lounge chairs by the pool. I have to disagree. From our point of view....we would throw our towels down on the chairs we wanted, go to breakfast, go back to our room to change and grab our bag and then head to the pool for the day. I honestly don't see anything wrong with this. My opinion. The wait staff, from the pool area to all of the restaurants was amazing. Someone was always their to fulfill every request. We had great service. I know tips are included, but we are tippers. The way I look at it is these people have gone out of their way to meet all of our expectations and truly give us an amazing vacation in paradise and we're going to show our gratitude. Our room was cleaned every day. We had a few extra special requests for our room and they didn't even bat an eye when we asked. We had a partially broken shower handle in our room, but figured out how to work around that. Probably should have said something so it could get fixed, but we didn't. We didn't hang out on the beach, but it was beautiful. Yes, there is sea grass built up daily on the beach, but kudos to the employees that we saw out their raking all day, every day from sun up to sun down, picking it up. The way I see it, you guys have the hardest, probably most unrecognized job their, so I want to say thank you. Tips to other travelers: If you're a coffee drinker, like we are, bring an insulated big coffee mug. If you like sipping your slushy cocktail of choice thru a straw....bring some. They don't provide them at the bars. Your morning insulated coffee mug also works great down at the pool. Have the bartenders make your drink in that. We fed the mosquitos at night, as we didn't think about bug spray. They sell it in the gift shop, but as expected, it was a bit pricey. Clint and Mindy....if you're reading this, thank you for sharing a couple days of your life with us. Tell your kids Hi. It was great meeting and talking to you guys. Overall, we will be back. Had a great time and miss it already.
