This has been one of my best vacations considering the service and hotel itself. The staff does everything possible to meet expectations; they do have insufficient umbrellas at the pool and beach, and having 2 young kids the staff got one for us, this is really caring for customers in order to make our stay enjoyable. Great food, great variety although you do have to make dinner reservations very early in the morning to dine the following day. Even thought they have 4 or 5 restaurants they get full pretty quick. We went to a couple without reservation and could not get a table even when they had lots empty, I did not understand the logic they follow, but there is always 2 great restaurants you don't need reservations. I definitely recommend this place regardless if traveling as a couple or with kids.

We visited Paradisus Cancun over the fourth of July weekend. When we arrived at the resort, we were welcomed by MR LAZARO, the Royal Service manager. He gave us an orientation of the resort, dining choices, and other amenities. He ensured we received the Paradisus Cancun Royal Service experience. He assigned two exceptional butlers to assist us. SERGIO assisted us during the day and EDUARDO at night. CARLOS coordinated the Bali beds for us. La Palapa was a great choice for lunch when we were on the beach or pool side. Our drinks were never dry thanks to MOISES. If you like Brazilian Steak houses, visiting the Market Place Grill is a must. Bana is also a great choice if you enjoy sushi. We got an added bonus watching the huge sea turtles come ashore to lay their eggs on the beach at night.

We have vacationed at this same hotel for over a decade, and it never disappoints! Some staff members remember us from year to year, ask about our family and remember good times we have shared in the past. I look for particular people I really enjoy who have been so helpful to us on the beach--especially Laura, Asuncion, and Leticia!! Thank you, Carlos, for remembering us and our family over the years! Hope to see you again soon, Luis Enrique!!!

On july 4th took a family vacation to this property.......before my trip i had SUPER HIGH EXPECTATIONS specially since i booked the FAMILY CONCIERGE. ...the check in was smooth @ the concierge. ..the kids played a little bit while i took care of business. .....then we met our BUTLER  ALEXANDER  GREAT PERSON!!!..... when above N beyond  to make sure that we're all having a great time ......also FERNANDA cover the days off of ALEXANDER. club amazing my daughter had a blast there.... cant remember all the names of all the girls but thank you for everything. daughter wanted to stay longer.....FOOD:....for most of the trip we had lunch  and dinner at the buffet the kids really like it always  good variety  /we had some misunderstood on the theme restaurants for dinner ..... but in my personal opinion the SUSHI (BANA) N TAPAS (VENTO)  our favorite, went to fuego food ok......other night we went to MOLE the food was good the salmon very good. ....BLUE AGAVE went a couple of times taquitos very good n QUESADILLAS. ..ENSO was OK! one night though we're supposed to have dinner market grill due to weather they did it indoor thing i notice it was a buffet. ......with the SAME FOOD THEY HAD @ NAOS FOR LUNCH. ......and on top of that they were saying "NY steak"......wich it was ARRACHERA.....thats a BIG NO NO we ended up going to naos for dinner VERY DISAPPOINTED. .....the cafe station N ice cream & crepes very nice.....every day stopped for coffee and pastries & during the afternoon for ice cream. The guys at the pool bar super cool also @the AVENUE BAR.small little things that happened the bathrobes for the kids we received the night before going home....the two way radio or mobile for the instant communication never saw it........a WHATSAPP GROUP CHAT WITH THE BUTLER thats what you get if you want to relax and forget for a while about a cell phone u WONT  cuz that's the only way to get in touch with your butler. I guess those are minor stuff that management should be able to address. But overall it was a nice family vacation. .....WILL I RETURN...???yes only with the kids !

Has issues with reservations and theft while I was there. Neither issue was solved to my satisfaction. It included being lied to which I do not appreciate. For what I spent on this Hotel and, I expected far more. I would not stay there again.
