Paradius in Cancun is the best!!!
Paradius is such an great place to be in Cancun. Everyone was so helpful. The waiter Alberto at Blue Agave was amazing! We had party of 11, and he was so kind and patient with us as we ordered and made a million decisions and changes. In the day time, David, the cabana coordinator was also reeeeaaalllllyyyy awesome. He was easy to talk to, he listened, and made good conversation as he helped me navigate the pool area.

Paradisus Reserves Cancun ROCKS!
My stay at the Reserve section of Paradisus Cancun was amazing! Israel, our concierge, went above and beyond the entire trip. He made everything easy, kept us updated on what was happening around the resort, and was always just a quick text away if we needed anything. He truly made the experience stress-free and fun. The entertainment and hotel staff we all AMAZING as well! Genuinely kind and wanting to help in any capacity. Something I am not used to and very appreciative. The room was immaculate and attended to through out the day. The variety of food was limitless and very good! SALS steakhouse was FIRE! 🔥
