Overall, a great place! Accommodations were as expected, clean and quiet room. Food was good, but didn't care for our dinner at Fuego. Breakfast buffet was awesome, big variety to choose from. Hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We paid extra for the family concierge but did not use them enough for the cost.

Paradisus was very nice. We had a party of 5, Traveled with our 11 and 13 year old kids and mother in law. Food was good, really enjoyed the variety of dining/restaurant options. One complaint could be that food from HUGE buffet was not hot enough at times. Rooms were clean and spacious, size of balcony was a nice surprise. We had the family concierge service. Alexander was terrific!! We took the opportunity to have family pictures taken one morning on the beach. Gloria, who walked around with animals and took pictures of the kids/animals was so kind and very good. Parvi was our photographer and SHE WAS OUTSTANDING!! So good with kids (and husband) who were not so keen on idea of photo session. only took 50 minutes and then 30 min later in week to review/select pics. Pool side service was good. One downside was that you have to get to pool area quite early in morning (730ish) to get a "good spot". Service at Family concierge check in/out lounge was great, everyone so welcoming and friendly. Good family experience.

Had the most amazing stay at Paradisus Cancun, from the get go the service was beyond amazing, they took our bags and we were greeted by a concierge who explained how the hotels, all inclusive etc works. We then went up to our room which had a jacuzzi and a great view of the lagoon! Housekeeping was great! We had fresh towels everyday do remember if you want dinner at one of the restaurants you do need to reserve by phone call the day before...it's easy, dress code is usually resort casual when eating; besides breakfast and lunch wear anything you want then. Everyone is always super polite and at your beck and call, even for all inclusive you are treated with the upmost hospitality by all workers especially servers so appreciate them and do tip well. The beach is amazing, whilst relaxing we had servers come out to us and take any orders for drinks and serve them to us all while laying under shaded huts! there are shows playing, volleyball, the avenue bar, and the spa for entertainment. The buffet had a variety of food, don't expect Michelin star food it's just regular breakfast lunch and dinner but still very tasty! There are also several outdoor activities you can easy access such as parasailing, jet ski's, jungle tours and much more.

This review is a little overdue, but better late than never. This was a special trip as we traveled with my aunt from California. We are not members but came as referrals of a member, thus we were assigned a 1 Bedroom Suite that was just awesome, spacious, and so comfortable. The resort was converted into an All Inclusive and from a Grand Melia turned into a Paradisus Resort, we couldnĀ“t have been happier. The resort had over, if IĀ“m not mistaken, 8 restaurants and quality places to dine, nicely set up buffets, and great service in each and everyone of them. A special shout out to Edna Sanchez whom assisted us with our reservation, member services are just awesome. She was so attentive and made our stay special. She had sent up some amenities to our children 4/6 years old that consisted of a back pack, t shirts, and a hat from the Paradisus Kids club. The girls in the Kids Club were special and so nice to our kids, our children appreciated all of them but one of them caught our sonĀ“s FrancoĀ“s heart and treated him so special everyday, Pamela you are one of a kind, gracias!!! This resort is great all the way around. The only negative, is at the front desk checking in at 9pm after member services VIP is off the front desk seems to have a problem and an attitude assisting the guest who are checking into the member units, it was a huge turn off, we are paying just like everyone else and deserve the same service. Above all our family really enjoyed this resort.
