Very nice vacation spot. All employees were attentive, especially waiters. Huge thanks to Ausencion and Hector on the beach, they knew what we would prefer and always made sure we have our drinks. We dined at each restaurant that was in all-inclusive but Tempo. All the restaurants were good. We had terrific experience at Vento! Best food and service. We get to meet chef Ivan in person. He did a great job presenting different type of cheeses and gave some background. Hazelnut liquor was the best! Thank you chef Ivan! Also big thanks to Mario, our sever at Vento. He took all the considerations on my husband’s diet preferences. Kevin at front desk - thank you for accommodating our family and for upgrading us to a bigger room! It was personal touch! We travelled with two kids 11 & 8. They attended kids club twice and were excited about their activities. They learnt how to make a smoothie at Toji Bar, and many more. Even the movie night and kids disco was so much fun! Hotel grounds, pools and beach are immaculate. When needed they do small repairs or paint, but everything is so quick you don’t feel like bothered at all. The employees on the beach and pool are very hardworking, from early in the morning till the late night. Their lifeguards on the beach surprisingly are very attentive. One of them even saved one guy who swam too far in the ocean.. The shows are fun but there is not enough room for everyone. People just sit on the stairs or stand up, which is not very convenient. I would recommend a venue for night shows, considering all these amenities that hotel has been already providing. Overall we had a great experience and excellent food. we will definitely go back. To hotel management, please contact us, we would like to learn more about Melia club membership.

I usually don’t write long detailed reviews, but this resort deserves it. I was blown away by the beauty and cleanliness of this resort. It smelled amazing, and felt like paradise. The employees were extremely courteous and friendly. We were greeted and directed to the check in counter and were even upgraded to a nicer room with an amazing ocean view. The food was great and they had a variety which is a must. The pools were clean and nicely maintained. There were plenty of workers asking them if we’d like drinks or food which was so convenient. The spa was one of my favorite part of the trip. My friends and I had an 80 min deep tissue massage with access to the steam room, sauna and private spa pool. Honestly it was the best massage I’ve ever had at any resort. So bravo to their well trained masseuses. The beach was beautiful and clean, but a little dangerous. The waves were a little too much for me. Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely plan another trip to this particular Melia. Thanks for making my experience extra special ❤️

We stayed at Paradisus to celebrate our anniversary, along with our baby. We were almost happy with the stay, the reason for ‘almost’ is many little mistakes. Butler didn’t show up until day two or three. They didn’t give us baby kit until asked couple times. They didn’t surprise the baby with balloons and crayons until the last day, what’s the point of it? But when butler showed up, he did help at his best with restaurant reservations on-site and recommendations for day activities. I would recommend him. Overall, we had almost great time.

This was our 7th visit since 2003. Love the ambience of this hotel- lighting, scents, greenery, flowers, music. So many pluses- room, views, many great activities, super beach service, cooking classes, and musical entertainment (much improved from years ago), positive and polite staff, maids cleaned our room so well- always tipped our helpers. Very professional! Note- Addition of the Kids Zone is great and should be promoted when families check in. Small children up to age 10 should eat in the buffet at Naos and then go to the Kids Zone so parents can enjoy a quiet dinner in the specialty restaurants. We went to the Mole for a romantic meal and it was totally disrupted by bored, very loud children, who were even banging on plates, and the parents did not discipline them (more interested in their cell phones.) Staff did not intervene. Respecting others’ experiences is vital. This is a family resort but some areas are not suitable for young children and parents should be more aware. Had two great evenings at Enos with Yamil and Ramon as servers. They surprised us with special food and drinks to try and we were treated with such kindness. It made up for the night at the Mole. We are thankful! Learned that this property is 30 years old now. It is needing a facelift, painting and repairs of marble tiles. The salt air is hard on buildings here. We will be back to enjoy the Paradisus Cancun!

This is our new go to place to stay in Cancun. You know exactly what you get and you are treated like a Royal. Everyone is Super Friendly and always welcoming. The Food Choices are great. The Bars are always stocked and the service is always friendly. It is a Kid friendly resort but you would never know it sitting by the pool. The kids area is a separate area with is very nice and equal to the adults only area. We came as a couple but really enjoyed our stay.
