I truly enjoyed my time at Paradisus, it was such a beautiful hotel. Even more breathtaking in person! It’s a short distance from the airport, my only issue was when I was checking in we had to wait in a line outside the door for upwards to two hours. Which was a little frustrating after coming from a long travel day. But it made all worth it when we seen our beautiful room. We had two balconies facing the lagoon and we pleasantly enjoyed seeing the sun set every evening. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

We stay at Melia Paradisus when in Cancun. We continue to stay because of the exceptional customer service from our concierge, Violeta. Thank you for setting up our anniversary photography session, our dinners, and always being available to answer our never ending questions. The quick and speedy service of Cesar & Moises at the Reserve, who go above and beyond to make our vacation fun and relaxing. We also like to thank Gaby & Valeria at Sante for always providing top notch service as well and Luis at the bar! Thank you for the delicious drinks and a variety of liquor to choose from in the Reserve. We continue coming back because their service is like no other. On this trip, we dined at the their new restaurant Flora. When we heard it was Organic, we were hesitant to try but thank God we did, that we went twice for dinner. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the presentation was nicely done thanks to Chef Jose and the tomato soup,(my husband got it twice) it was the chefs kiss. We got to meet the chef Jose as well and give him our praises. The manager Tere and hostess Fanny made us feel so welcomed and special as we were celebrating our anniversary. They brought us a cake with a firework candle. We can't thank them enough and our wonderful waiter Alex. He was quick and caring and checked on us often if we needed anything else or more wine. We hope Flora stays as a main restaurant in the hotel. We always enjoy the atmosphere and food at Sal, the staff was great as well! Our reservation was at 8pm for a group of 8 and got served at 10pm so I thought the timing was to long by the time we got our main course. I didn't expect to eat that late but might of been the group setting but in the future we will schedule a 6 or 7pm time for dinner. I would highly recommend staying on the reserve -adults only side at Paradisus. We will continue to stay and keep inviting our friends with us. Thank you all again! Xoxo Rocio & Daniel

Rocío was my concierge and she was the highlight of my trip. She was extremely attentive and helpful with every little request I had. I travelled with a rather larger group and she was able to set up all of my reservation needs. My trip would definitely not have been as fun if it wasn't for her help and scheduling.

The beds are very comfortable, amenities are great, staff are helpful and welcoming. So much choice with the restaurants at the resort. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when returning to cancun. Jose, our concierge was extremely helpful and nice, assisted with everything we reached out to him for. Thank you for making our stay extra special!

Just ate at the Authentic Mexican restaurant Cielo! By far my favorite so far. Moises and Oscar are fantastic and some of the friendlies people we have had the pleasure of meeting so far. The food was fabulous 👌🏼 and the service was the best. Definitely recommend.
