Just got back from CancĂşn last night. This is the fourth resort so far, 3 in Mexico and one in La Romana, Dominican Republic and this resort was the best so far. We went with a family of 10 and when we checked in, they upgraded us to Royal Service which was an unexpected but wonderful gesture on their part. The decor of the building is awesome, the staff are excellent and always ready to help you. The housekeeping service was the best. The buffet had a variety of food everyday and the servers were always ready to serve you. We had a one year old grandson with us and he just loved the kids zone. I would recommend that anyone thinking of going to CancĂşn should definitely try this resort.

We just got back our Cancun trip and are already missing it. This property is simply amazing! The moment you walk in, the decor and service are your initial first impression and its an amazing one. The service by the pool is excellent. There's always fun activities going on and entertainment by the pool area. We loved doing the "Art & Wax", where they actually make a colorful mold of your hand. Those guys were very nice! Also, the service we received by Manuel, David and Jaime was superb! Those guys really go above and beyond to make sure your pool experience is an awesome one. If you go to the pool bar, Salvador might make you tasty drinks while having fun doing so! In addition, the Family Concierge Butler, Alexander, is an amazing asset to this Hotel. He always has a smile ear to ear and genuinely cares to ensure his guests are having the best time. He went above and beyond our expectations and simply left a lasting impression for us, he even remembered us from our original stay over a year before. Alexander is extremely personable, knowledgeable and always has the best attitude. We brought our little one along with us. Surprisingly, this hotels not only offers "Kids Zone" which is like a playroom with teachers where you can drop them off but they also offer nanny services in your room for a night out. My son bonded with Victoria to the point where he was asking to be dropped off in the Kids Zone almost daily. In addition, Nayeli Arzate, took care of our son for a few ours while we dined at Tempo and all I can say is, she was wonderful. Extremely sweet girl, very passionate with her job and always giving you the best smile. Amazing experience! We had an amazing experience at Tempo! The tasting menu with few different courses is definitely the way to go. However, I do not recommend doing the wine pairing as the price is not justifiable. In the other hand, Miguel, our waiter, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We also enjoyed the gentleman that plays the piano. Overall a beautiful dining experience. We also enjoyed Bana, were Darwin helped us. The food was great and they served good quality dishes. We would like to send a special "thanks" to the chef, Eduardo. The Captain of Bana was also very nice, Guillermo. Our experience at Mole was amazing. Starting from the greeting from Dickman, drinks to service. Our server, Sergio was able to recommend different dishes and easily explained the menu. There's lots of fun always happening at this place! Always live music in the lobby by Bana, always different shows at The Avenue. Last but not least. The club Red Lounge was also fun. There, Francisco will always serve your drinks with a smile and always makes sure you are enjoying yourself. My warmest greeting to Abraham Franco, it was a pleasure meeting you. Your leadership shows and it is great to know you do what it takes to make one's vacation the best. In other words, this location is breath-taking. It is beautiful with an amazing beach, amazing views and great food. Now, what makes this place a gem and a real feeling of Paradise, is the fact that you will get service like you have never experienced before. They work together to ensure you have the best time, and they will do what it takes to make your vacation the most relaxing, the most fun and to will leave you the most beautiful memories.

We had a wonderful overall experience at Paradisus Cancun. The staff was absolutely incredible. We purchased the family concierge plan had two adults and four teenagers in adjacent rooms. The staff including Fernanda and Violeta accommodated all our needs and booked all of our food reservations and special events for us. They could not have been more pleasant and spoke English very very well. The entertainment at night was far better than other all inclusive resorts we have stayed at. The poolside event coordinators we also a lot of fun to be around. Daniel, Marco, Omar, and Hector kept the poolside events running amazingly smoothly and participated daily with us at volleyball. Hector took us on a kayak tour in the lagoon which not only was fun but very informative. He knew a lot about the local area and was good at explaining that history. At dinner we were treated like royalty. Andres at the morning buffet was great and always had a new local drink for us to try every day. The bar staff never gave you a hard time if you asked for the top shelf tequila or other drinks. They also had good knowledge of many different types of mixed drinks. Our housekeeping staff also did a great job keeping us in tip top shape. Jesusita was our main housekeeper and she did extra touches everyday when we returned to our room. The food was very good at the restaurants and the buffet was very typical of that you would see at an all inclusive. You can definitely feel the European flair in the buffet with many sliced meats cheeses and other more exotic items that Americans tend not to be used to. If you had special dietary needs they also would do everything in their power to accommodate those needs. I travelled with my wife and two teenager daughters and two of their friends and everyone had favorite meals from different restaurants. This is our second stay at a Paradisus resort (first one a year ago in DR) and we would definitely try another one of their resorts. The mangement seem to treat their staff well and it shows through in their attitude to the resort guests. As always you will find some people that will never be happy but even in observing those cases the staff handled themselves professionally. I highly recommend this resort.

Let me start off by saying this resort was absolutely gorgeous. The lobby, the rooms, the beach, all of it. And the staff was incredible. Every single staff member that helped us was so kind and down to earth. It felt like they genuinely cared. The room was beautiful, but the bath pretty much didn’t fill up at all which was disappointing. Also - on the lower level of the adults only side, the area directly outside of our room smelled like complete sewage. It wasn’t enough to complain about, though. We got the Royal Service all-inclusive and it was great. The only disappointing things were 1) we had no clue about the “butler service” so this put us at a disadvantage for renting our cabanas and 2) we were not entitled to the swim-up bar drinks unless we paid. That definitely sucked. My main problem with the resort was the food. It did not taste good, it was not good quality, and I’ve been sick to my stomach for a week now. The best food in my opinion was the buffet. The restaurants where you have to make a reservation were just not good. Also - the staff at guest services and the front desk don’t seem to communicate at all. We’d get a phone call about the same matter literally within seconds of each orher by different people. The amount of times our phone rang was genuinely disruptive and obnoxious. Also, we booked an excursion and NOBODY told us it was cancelled due to wind. We waited for our transportation for 20 minutes and finally went to ask and were told it was no longer happening. This was so upsetting because this was our last day and we had no time to book anything else. Overall I’d definitely recommend this resort. It is gorgeous and the wait staff, bartenders, and servers were absolutely wonderful.

We loved our stay and our butler Daniel was a big part of that. Orlando the waiter at the royal service pool was great and attentive. The resort was very clean and the food was terrific. I would absolutely come back.
