Went for six days and literally I have no complaints! The food is wayyy beyond expectations at an all inclusive. The drinks were well made and timely, and the staff cannot be raved about enough - they are so sweet, helpful, and hard working! The hotel itself is gorgeous, the grounds well kept, and the ocean is beautiful and clean. I would recommend royal service as it made the trip even more of a breeze! 5/5!

This is our second time at Paradisus Cancun. Our son requested to come back after spring break last year. Kids club is great, pool bar is great. Grounds are kept up. Avenue bar with Samuel, Benito, and Luis is exceptional.

We just returned from an extended weekend, having stayed at the resort 6 times before, each time enjoying it more and more. Rode was our concierge in Royal service this time, and he was so incredibly helpful, always being around and overly attentive to our needs. Next time we visit, we look forward staying in Royal Service (it is worth the up-charge) and hopefully enjoying his presence again.

Stayed here as part of a girls’ 30-something spring break in Royal Service suites and it’s been the most amazing experience. The hotel is flawless from the moment of arrival. We were whisked away by a butler to our special checkin area where we were met by Melina. We were given an overview of the Royal Service and since we were early and our rooms weren’t ready, asked if we’d like to go to a restaurant or the pool. Our butler, Hector, arrived and we got introduced. We exchanged numbers so we could contact him via WhatsApp if we couldn’t find him. We decided to go to the pool, which Hector showed us to and introduced us to Jose, our pool concierge. Day after day Jose ensured we had sun beds we liked and setup our towels for us. We were then greeted by Valeria, our Royal Service pool waitress for the day. She made sure we didn’t go hungry or thirsty. While we lounged by the gorgeous pool, Hector made sure our rooms were prepared. Our rooms were immaculate and mine was decorated in honour of my birthday with balloons and streamers, with cake and champagne waiting. It really makes you feel special. Overall the rooms are spacious, cool and comfortable. The bathrooms are perfect with high quality toiletries (including conditioner!). The Royal Service pool is fantastic and try to reserve your Bali beds early. The service at the pool is incomparable. Valeria, Moises, and Octavio all took the greatest care of us. Also, wander over to the semi-secret pool near the wedding gazebo with sun loungers in the shallow water. If you have an inflatable, take it to the main pool to be blown up. We enjoyed the pool area so much we didn’t make it to all the restaurants. We had breakfast and lunch at La Palapa each day. I will always remember the great service we received from Joel de Jesus at La Palapa; he made each meal memorable. Tip: if you ask nicely, your pool waiter might bring you something from the main menu to your sun lounger. Of the other restaurants, Blue Agave was memorable for its laid back atmosphere and delicious tacos. Market Grill was a great Rodizio experience. Bana had inventive and delicious sushi. Mole was the only letdown as it was too dark and the menu seemed limited. Room service is included and they’ll also oblige to some off-menu requests. The Royal Service lounge is also very well equipped with soft drinks, premium spirits, wine, beer, teas, coffees, and canapés bordering on mini-meals. The overall Royal Service experience is second to none. You’re constantly made to feel special and cared for as a guest. Saying goodbye to Hector was a moment and I had to give him a big hug.

We were a party of four, including two kids 4 and 7 years old. Right of the bat, I have to admit that their Explorer's Club is fantastic, with caring and competent ladies who really do love what they do. Susie, Hana, Lucy, Lili, Rosi, Vale, Pao, and Lori: thank you for making our trip amazing by taking care of our children so well! The only comment I would make in the area of improvements is that the relevant authorities should look into is some sort of restrictions/regulations around where the kids play just so not everyone has an access in. In Punta Cana, their Explorer's Club allows only the children in the play area, no adults. Being the neurotic mom that I am, I am totally for that kind of restriction. As far as the other amenities/services/ etc are concerned, we did have to ask to be moved from a noisy family room on on the first floor of pyramid one. Guadalupe in reservations said she is the supervisor, but had very little control over her abilities and emotion, and consequently was of no help to us. Myte had to step in and she definitely deserves a lot of praise around how she handled the whole situation and got us to on a quiet floor in pyramid 4. Thank you Myte! Rosa also deserves special mention because she made our room service breakfast order experience just fabulous! Thank you Rosa:~) Great resort if you are looking for just the resort experience, however, we did go downtown in a taxi, stopped at a flea market, and also went to the Maya museum. The ferry lines were too long and slow to Isla Mujeres, so we had to abandon that plan especially because we had kids with us who were melting under the super hot sun. Do check out the gelato cart! Our family loved it, especially during hot days. We would definitely love to come back and visit again. Thank you:~)
