We just returned from a 7 nights stay at the Paradisus Cancun. We opted for the Royal Service upgrade and thanks to our butler Suzanna we were treated like King and Queen. Our Ocean view room was immaculate, modern functional furniture impeccable, amenities such as Nespresso coffee machine, well appointed mini-bar,bathroom super clean and large balcony. The staff was very friendly, beach clean, numerous beach chairs and ''huts'' and also we had the option to use the ''Bali Beds''. Service on the beach is always available during daytime and again the waiters were friendly and efficient. The Hotel in general is very well kept, pool area always clean and functional. Great service at La Palapa restaurant thanks to Julio and Ricardo.

Hotel call its rooms suite but these are normal standard rooms .service are all inclusive it looks good but if you have guest from outside of hotel they want to charge you 120 usd for entering fee for hotel even your guest want to drink coffee with you !it means it is not convenient for any kind of business stay in this hotel .we were there for conference which makes us uncomfortable ..they have some restaurants for dinner such as japanese food service(it is good) and far east restaurant (taste meals are not good),fusion latin restaurant (i can not advice for my friend) and open buffet ( every day foods are same which is not convenient also. Generally it is good sea side hotel

This is an ' all inclusive ' hotel but that is a bit misleading because not everything is included. Good beach and pool and average food. Rooms are good especially the ones facing the ocean but the registration, checking in/out is a disaster, be prepared for long waits.

Nice hotel, excellent value for the cost, with great options for a family with children and very good food. Ɓrea to improve ls pool temperature specially if the day is not too sunny, it could be very cold, specially for children.

Before booking a trip, I always do extensive research and read up on many reviews but don't find the time to leave any myself. So this is my first time. We had stayed for 9 nights at Paradisus in October. When planning a trip make sure to read up the reviews of the same season you are planning on going that makes a difference. We had stayed a 3 different dreams resorts and one sunset princess. This one has been the best one. I am very picky especially about food. I was pleasantly surprised about the food. It was very good.I was hoping the sweets wouldn't be good so I wouldn't gain as much weight but I was wrong they were delicious. The only minus for me was the lack of fresh fruits. I like to eat a lot of fruits and I guess because it was fall there wasn't so much. We don't buy any of the royal club and VIP stuff for us its a waste of money. Our room was on the 8th floor bay view main building and it was great, away from the downstairs noise. The staff was the best we have had. very curious, friendly and helpfull. We whent through a timeshare breakfast with of the Malia representatives I think his name was Andre and he was very very good, would commend him if its something you would want to do. And Karla Sanchez Aneda booked the session for us and got us great discounts for excursions and two massages. She got me what I wanted. During our trip we usually spend about $200 in tips even though its an all inclusive but we feel like the people deserve it and everything is top notch when we do. The biggest Con about the resort is the lack of activities. Nothing at the beach, the evening shows are kind of boring and we went because there was nothing else to do. After the show about 9 there is nothing to do. I was was a club at the red lounge at 11 but its a joke not a club. So between 9 and up prepare to go to bed. I would definitely go again but just probably to a different Malia resort due to the lack of entertainment and activities. Oh we went with two kids 10 and 6 the liked the kids club the girls in there are very nice.If we take our kids again we will make sure to find something with a calm beach because this one was a bit rough for them especially with a very heavy current. But again maybe its the time of the year. Other than those factors we enjoyed our stay.
