Great place to enjoy vacation

WIFES 50TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION
My wife and I love Paradisus Cancun and this was our 1st time staying in The Reserve Adult Only section and it was outstanding. The staff are professional and attentive to all guest needs and wants. Our Concierge Estephany was great ensuring all of our wants and needs were taken care of.

A Beautiful Anniversary Trip with Exceptional Service
My husband and I celebrated our 20-year anniversary at Paradisus Cancun in April 2026, and we had a wonderful experience. The resort had recently reopened after renovations, and everything felt fresh, modern, and very clean. The beach was beautiful, the pools were relaxing, and the grounds were well maintained. The highlight of our stay was the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making our vacation special. A special thank you to Chris, our Reserve Concierge, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. If you’re considering upgrading to The Reserve Adults Only section, I highly recommend it. The concierge service, exclusive lounge, premium drinks, coffee bar, adults-only dining, and Bali beds were well worth it. The resort offers several dining options, including steak, seafood, Japanese cuisine, and a buffet. While the food wasn’t our favorite part of the trip, breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of variety. We especially enjoyed the live saxophone music during breakfast, the beautiful beach, and the peaceful gym each morning. Overall, we had an amazing anniversary trip and would gladly return to Paradisus Cancun in the future.

Disappointed
The resort has gone downhill from my first visit. I have stayed there 4 times now over 8 years. I pools were dirty, the skimmers weren’t working as was told by the staff. Now, the bar staff was EXCELLENT. All of the bars that I visited were extremely helpful. We were told that the resort was at 25% capacity and they were hiring/training new staff.
