My summer vacation experience
Pascqual and Armando at the buffet were amazing. Very helpful. Overall the resort has changed. We have been to Paradisus 4 times and this time the overall quality was just average. The food quality and variety was not good. It was the same food every day, salty and bland. We love the staff, but overall we are not happy with the hotel and will not be back. Outside the hotel we also noticed the people were not as warm, inviting or friendly. It’s not the Cancún we remember and love.

Alberto Paradisus Cancun
Alberto is the best! He checked us in and it was such a smooth process. Even upgraded our room to a higher floor so we can have a better view! 10/10

Great place to enjoy vacation
We had an amazing experience at Paradisus hotel. Such a beautiful place to stay, good restaurants, close to the beach and Mayan museum.
