Ginger Bar. Very clean bar. Fun and festive drinks with a professional atmosphere. Artemio, Ian, and burnt all help to make our experience truly one to remember. Will be coming back next year. Would recommend this bar to anyone looking to getaway with a partner and enjoy and evening together.

Paradisus Cancún was the best all inclusive experience and great value. The staff is so caring. We loved Lemon Fish Restaurant! Food was fantastic - delicious sushi, appetizers and entrees. Japanese food with creative twist and flavorful! Excellent service from the waiters. Thank you Paradisus team! First time with family at an all inclusive!

Capillo restaurant is amazing! Jesus was a great waiter, Italian food so good! Variety of desserts and appetizers! Outside restaurant so you get the nice breeze in the evenings and coconut water in a coconut! Can’t get better then that right?!

Manuel at The Circle Club Melia presented a very nice offer for travelers who enjoy all inclusive travel experiences. While this package is not for me per se, the presentation was clearly explained and not high pressure sales. Our stay here is covered under a different plan which is no longer available, but the services, especially Raul, our concierge is excellent. The restaurants are superb and the food is delicious.

Despite booking directly through their website it took 1-1.5hrs to check in (not counting queue time) No concierge were assigned to us so we had to figure out everything on our own on our first day which is terrible after our long flight and being our first time in Cancun. Hotel does show its age and the hotel was mostly humid most of our stay. Buffet was decent but the surrounding was beautiful. Few workers went above and beyond that was what saved the stay. Overall one of the worst 5 stars hotel we ever stayed felt like a 3.5-4 star hotel.
