Rocío was my concierge and she was the highlight of my trip. She was extremely attentive and helpful with every little request I had. I travelled with a rather larger group and she was able to set up all of my reservation needs. My trip would definitely not have been as fun if it wasn't for her help and scheduling.

The beds are very comfortable, amenities are great, staff are helpful and welcoming. So much choice with the restaurants at the resort. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when returning to cancun. Jose, our concierge was extremely helpful and nice, assisted with everything we reached out to him for. Thank you for making our stay extra special!

Just ate at the Authentic Mexican restaurant Cielo! By far my favorite so far. Moises and Oscar are fantastic and some of the friendlies people we have had the pleasure of meeting so far. The food was fabulous 👌🏼 and the service was the best. Definitely recommend.

Dissapointed

I`m very disappointed with all experience and how the employees managed problems on their side. I was also thinking about becoming a Circle Melia member but give up after the whole experience. I booked 2 rooms (one for my family with 2 kids and another for my parents). The check-in was supposed to be at 3pm but my parent`s room were not ready – only 4 pm. So I invite my parents to take a shower and drop all they luggage in my room in the meantime. At 4 pm their room had NO drinks and snacks (we paid for them) and they only dropped drinks and snacks the following day at nighttime. Same happened to my room regarding snacks. After me calling DAILY to ask to restock the drinks and snacks we spent 2 days with 1 less towel as I was sharing the same towel with my wife. I called twice but they only brought an extra towel 48 hours later after me complaining with the Guest Center at the Hotel. Besides that, my rooms were not clean and was full of dust on the floor + a super noisy air conditioner making our sleep nights more difficult. My parents’ rooms had a clothing drawer completely broken and falling apart and they also killed two little roaches in their bathroom. Talking about bathroom. My parents’ bathroom was leaking water since the first day and my mom hurt her feet at first day as she didn’t see the water on the floor. I called Guest Service and they said they fixed but the issue was still all days during our stay so my mother just left a huge towel on the floor to avoid her falling again. After ALL those issues on both rooms I went to the guest service and the employee wrote down everything and did NOTHING else. “Thank you Sir. We`ll use this to improve ourselves”. That was unbelievable for me so I spoke with the Concierge Manager about all above. After that she asked me to go back and talk to the Guest Service Manager again and believe me due to all the situation, he offered me a plain cabana to spend the day. I told him that we don’t use cabana as the kids uses the pool all the time.. So he tried to convince me adding one side of “Chicken with Nachos” for my cabana. I thought that he was joking as this plate is offered for free for all guests. I did not accept his offer and following day he texted me saying that was TRYING to get approval to get tickets for “Escape Room”. I gently replied him saying: I`m not coming to Cancun to spend hours in a Escape Room with 2 little kids + 2 senior people" BAD TEAM ..BAD HOTEL.

Don’t stay here and waste your money.

Don’t come and stay here. Zero maintenance. Terrible customer service. No good food at any of the restaurants. Problems with A/C and no working showers amongst many problems with our group. Way way subpar customer service. I’m sure none of the staff has gone through training.
