Eating at Frattini’s.. the risotto was a little bit undercooked but the service made up for it.. our server Alan was absolutely wonderful! Great service and good vibes!

Nice beach and clean
The beach was great just as described. The resort was very clean. It was a bit shabby. Needs some tlc and repairs. The biggest issue we had was the restaurants. Upon check in we were told no reservations needed just show up, great. The only exception was the Japanese restaurant which we got reservations for later in the week no problem. When we tried to eat at the other restaurants we were told we needed reservations OR we could buy a bottle of wine. We felt this was a misrepresentation. If you were not one of their higher levels you were not allowed access to the pool restaurant for breakfast either. It was ok for the money. Juan in entertainment was a gem and Diego in the lobby staff was super helpful. It felt like the rest of the team could have cared less if we were there unless you were time share shopping.
