Lorenzo at Seasons restaurant was amazing! great service and provided my girlfriend and I with a great experience! constantly checking in and giving an exceptional table side dessert experience. He was always filling up our wine glasses and each course arrived promptly after the other’

Great resort with great stuff. Everyone is super friendly. Room was ok , needs improvement when it comes to doors in the room and balcony chairs and tables ( they looked old and uncomfortable) Beach is beautiful but needs umbrellas . There none on the beach I need to mention couple of amazing people from this hotel , they made our stay fun and comfortable Great and amazing service was by Jose from Zango and St. Trop - that kid was always ready to help and provide best service. I need to mention Angel waiter from the beach Fausto from St. Trop was nice and helpful Rocio as well Evert from beach and swimming pool (very hard working person in this hotel) Eddie from the swimming pool super fun, helpful and professional Eleazar from massage super cool Deni from pool activities was super fun and he provided best entertainment Reyes Tec from desk manager was very nice , helpful and professional

Pedro from the service is a great host - thanks Pedro! Very good customer service experience and the food was great as well. Great atmosphere and location overall. Price and value are good and you get what you pay for. I do recommend this hotel

The hotel is good for what it is - an affordable, all inclusive, with a good beach, and good location. It’s not high end and the rooms leave a bit to be desired. There is peeling/chipping paint, dripping faucets, etc. Most of the common areas are pretty nice though. The food is ok. I was pleasantly surprised that the drinks were pretty strong. The water is pretty with not as much seaweed as I expected, although there is some. I walked around outside the hotel gates and felt safe. The service was very good. The handle on my suitcase broke so it wouldn’t retract down into my checked bag. I was worried that the airline wouldn’t let me check it like that so I asked the front desk if I could borrow a screwdriver to fix it. I thought it would probably be hours before I saw anyone, if they ever showed up at all. I was shocked that they got to my room two minutes after me. I have stayed in incredibly nice hotels where it takes hours for people to show up for requests like this. I was very impressed by their responsiveness. The resort where I stayed in Playa del Carmen last week is apparently one of the top 25 resorts in the world and it took them 3 days to fix my hot tub. So this hotel has better service than a lot of other resorts. I would probably stay here again. It’s not a luxury property but I felt like the value was there.

Instructors : Itzel, Abraham, Carlos, Charlie & Danna They were great to watch. It was fun watching my family lose 😋 Can’t wait to come back
