Pedro, Pedro, Pedro Canul, @ SEASONS, was amazing his customer service was awesome.. He was extremely personable and made us feel as though we were the only ones in the restaurant..he checked on us and seen to it that we weren’t in need of a thing. He even surprised us the last day of our stay with celebrating our daughter’s birthday! Pedro Gets 5STARS SEASONS @ SANDOSRESORT GOOOOOPEDROOOO! Thank you (P.S.) Tasty, but small.
Good food, but small portions. We will be going to the buffet afterwards to eat a second dinner. None of us are over 180 lbs, and we're all still hungry.

Mixed feelings for this resort
We just returned from our first stay at Sandos Cancun. We are Royal Elite vacation club members so we expect the resort to exceed our expectations. The pros- The resort is very clean. The rooms are in good condition. The majority of the staff are welcoming and friendly. A special shout out to Monserrat (our hotel concierge), she was very helpful. The Italian and Asian restaurants were very good. The buffet was good at breakfast with a good selection or fresh made eggs if desired. The cons: No pool/swim up bar. I didn’t care to go into the restaurant by the pool every time I wanted a drink. As part of the Royal Elite you expect more amenities for club members. Club members should be shown priority, that was why they joined. There wasn’t anything special for members. There was no special things to do like the other resorts, tequila tasting, crafts, bingo etc. My biggest complaint was there was never any lounge chairs available. I don’t go on vacation to get up 4:30 in the morning to save a chair. Most chairs were resolved and no one sat in them all day. Not sure if we return to this resort again. Sherry

The pictures on the website did not accurately reflect the actual experience or overall quality of the hotel. While it is an adults-only, all-inclusive resort and conveniently located close to the airport, the property itself is clearly in need of updates and renovations. The resort is also situated directly next to an abandoned hotel, which significantly impacts the views. Any room on that side of the property was especially disappointing. Although the resort offers a variety of dining options — including Mediterranean, buffet, Japanese, and pizza — the food was just okay and did not exceed expectations.
