Awesome entertainment Karla and Daniel were phenomenal!! Food and drinks were great!!! Wait staff were very friendly and courteous!

We went from Jan 9-23/26. I thoroughly enjoyed my two weeks and wishing I was still there. So many positives about this resort but let’s talk about what I didn’t like; We were in room 733 and room location was great, highest up snd closest to beach. I knew it was going to be loud but it was louder than I thought due to AC’d from Secrets. I could barely hear the waves crashing. Not sure what happens on penthouse floor but every night starting at 10pm they were dragging furniture and every morning starting at 7:30am some lady in heels walking around and again dragging furniture. No tables on beach to put drinks on etc Positives: Room keys are bracelets. No towel cards which is nice. I did not like how some people left towels on beach expecting staff to pick them up. Canned beer in bar/ nice touch. Staff: Gabriel on beach Carlos buffet Fermin at beach bar Eduardo at beach bar Fonzy at beach bar Freddy at St. Trop Elizabeth at buffet Fermin at beach bar. Big Carlos at bar 6. Andrea the sweet lady that works at buffet/ made pasta Alfredo! Delicioso and she always has a smile!! If you are there for pasta night go to her! Food was delicious! The buffet was delicious, we chose to eat there every night because it was so good. St Trop delicious good! Views are amazing! There is a mini market across street, much cheaper than resort. Also across the street and to the right there is a little dive restaurant (across from Parnassus) and so good, Guac is amazing! Get to know staff, they make your trip memorable! I would definitely return but next time I will request room on the backside of resort where it is quieter!

My wife and I are staying here from Feb. 2 to 16. We have found the rooms, staff and food to be very good. I would suggest that a coffee bar would be a good fit . I booked this location because of the photos depicting cabanas around the pool. Upon arrival 10 of the cabanas around the pool require a $50 a day payment to use. So far I haven’t seen anyone using them, quite a waste of valuable space for a small resort. Also around the pool the music is played very loud, no opportunity to relax. Jeff B.

Ate at seasons food was so good! three course meal, French onion soup was amazing and Carlos was an awesome server! Highly recommended!

I booked a hotel room here based on pictures, but it was nothing like the pictures. There was one pool, there is house DJ music on all day outside, through the halls and in the rooms. If you're looking to party non stop, I guess you can come here, but this wasn't for our girls' weekend relaxing vacation. We decided to check out and stay at another location that was more relaxing, we were assured we could cancel and pay one night, but get the rest of our money back - it's been 6 months and all we get is a run around from the hotel! They still haven't given us $2400 back! They answer our calls and act like they care, and then give us phony emails to contact or tell us to call back at different times, this is insane!!! six months!!!!
