Hotel was excellent as before, they added a new restaurant since my last visit, food in the new rest. was excellent. Service was very good. If you want to have peaceful time this is the place to go. Very good for couples or honeymooners. Because it was my birthday they gave us an apartment like room, with all the amenities of an apartment, but being an all inclusive hotel the additional perks were not necessary, we did have a view to the beach and to the other hotels.

Where to start, Well let's just say that the wet towel, champagne and rose at the entrance was a nice start. Then we met Jose, the absolute charming older gentleman bell boy who could charm the day lights out of you. It was a pleasure meeting him. He is truly a treasure. Rooms were lovely and spotless! Which is something that sets the tone for the week. Public areas pool decks were always being cleaned and spotless. Food was very nice but the very best was when the handsome chef Toledo made us a special dinner of steak and lobster. Presentation was as good as we have ever seen and food was outstanding. Hubby even ate the beets and almost licked his plate. Keep up the good work, I have a feeling you will read about this Chef in the further Concierge was also very helpful, Rafael was especially helpful and ladies, so good looking!!!!! No old asked us to attend a presentation. So all in all the staff are all amazing and they made sure that they did they best for us to enjoy the stay. But the few I mentioned deserve a special thank you. To the sales manager Enrique, who was always around making sure all the guests were happy, thank you. He was very approachable with any questions anyone had. Ok ok I know I have said this before but yes another handsome guy. And I am a old married lady. Now a few other comments. Take the bus, 12 peso s to downtown and if you like fast driving this is the way to go. Just a block away from the hotel. This is a smaller hotel and not the massive complexes but they have lots to do, the activity staff even made bingo fun. One of the best perks. FREE WIFI IN ROOM. Snacks and drinks were refilled everyday and full size bars, bpnuts, chips. All were great

We stayed for 8 nights from 2 June to 10 June 2017. There were 7 of us. The service was great and the resort had great pools and amenities. There was lots of entertainment and the choice of food was generally good although the steak house and Italian restaurant seem to operate on alternative nights and service was quite slow. The drinks may have been a little watered down, but this seems to be the general norm at all inclusive hotels. Beach access is great. The rooms were a little dated, but clean and the views are not great from a lot of the rooms, especially if you don't have a balcony. The lunchtime cooking class was great offering a great lunch with entertainment by the chef Artermio and Adamo. We also loved the Yoga class that Adamo ran in the morning, it was amazing. Water aerobics and pool volley ball with Liz and Ernesto were great fun. We really couldn't fault the resort activities and service if you like to take part in all that it has to offer!

Pros: - Stuff is awesome, super friendly - Good food, mostly in the buffet restaurant - Wifi works well in the rooms - Great pool, beautiful beach - Great gym, Especially the Yoga classes that were awesome!!!!! - Great mini bar!! Cons: - The bed is not comfortable: it's too soft and pillows are so high... we didn't had a decent sleep during our stay... - The water pressure in the shower was really (!!!) low... Hope that helps!

I took my son to this hotel last week as a high school graduation gift, the level of customer service is sick... I have been in luxurious really expensive hotels around the world and specially in the Caribbean and this hotel, considering its price, was really impressive. All staff members from cleaning to waiters to concierge are on the highest standards of customer service I have experienced. Premises were always clean, pool size is enough. Highlight for me was a 24/7 room service, worked super for us as my son came back from party every night starving and got food at whatever time he wanted. Also we could get food while sitting at the beach or the pool (awesome). They have nice entertainment for an hour or so around 9/10, outstanding quality of singers, I am sorry I forgot to right the name of one particular lady singer, not only super talented but also her show was very amusing. I had also the Divas Show, 3 ladies with a very good show as well, impressive talent for what this hotel charges per night, superseded all my expectations. Entertainment team overall really good. Food level was above average, Gajun restaurant was good, first night not so much but the second night we had chef Efrain and it was delicious. We went to the steak house... everything was good except for the stakes... We also ate at the Italian, with some flows but again, for an all inclusive resort at this price range was fair enough. I have one complain only for the entire week, I called room service and a lady called Cecilia was not very nice, pretty rude I have to add.. I tried to get my sandwich with onion rings but she insisted that I could only get them with one particular burger... which for a hotel like this, and the level of customer service we experienced was kind of.... nonsense... but ok. Now, on the not so high note, and just as a constructive criticism, the room had a nice, pretty good size bathroom but when we run the water both in the sink and in the shower, a pretty bad smell came out (sewer kind of) I think this is an easy fix and I suggest it gets taken care of (mine was room 606) Other than that, I have to say this was a great hotel, loved it, would totally recommend it and you get much more than what you pay for. Give it a chance, you wont regret it.
