Great spot
Beautiful spot!! The pools and outdoor areas were constantly being cleaned during the day. The man cleaning the pool area was constantly picking up dead leaves, checking the pH of the pool, scrubbing the floors, etc. All of the staff were very friendly! JOSH was the best entertainer! He has the best water aerobics and was always coming to check on us when he was there! The bartenders were awesome too (specifically Fonzy, Jacob, and Francy) Fausto was our waiter at the pool and he was THE BEST! He was so quick bringing back drinks and was serving multiple areas. He never missed an order and had a smile on his face even in the extreme heat! We had a group of 30+ family/friends and it was so fun 😊 highly recommend & we can't wait to come back!

Josh, Romario and Mitzy made our vacation fun and exciting every second of the day! From the pool to the shows these three definitely made our time at Sandos memorable. Great experience with all the staff!

Josue is the man!
A huge thank you to Josue, the main entertainer at Sandos Cancun! He is truly the heart of the resort. His energy, enthusiasm, and positivity are contagious, and he has an incredible way of getting everyone involved, no matter their age or comfort level. From volleyball and pool games to simply chatting with guests, he made every day so much fun. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and he goes out of his way to make sure everyone is having a great time. People like Josue are the reason guests return year after year. Thank you for making our vacation unforgettable—we hope to see you again soon!

Rooms subpar, lacking maintenance. Peeling and delaminated doors, water doesn’t shut off in shower and drips. Food average at best. Water restocked in room, rooms cleaned well daily if you like. Pool nice, but again lacking maintenance. But clean, the pool guy is always actively cleaning and testing the water. Staff is great. Accommodating. Stand outs include: Josh in activities. Fausto the waiter, Fonzi bartender, Fernando pool waiter. Overall, staff makes up for the rest. They are trying. Spent all our time outside so it was good.
