I will start off with the good just to be fair. Food is excellent. Service is what is expected at an all inclusive. Now the parts where I have problems. The rooms themselves are good but if you jave to choose between the cheaper Laguna suite or the more expensive Sandos suite take the Laguna. The Sandos is not a panoramic view as described it is a side view of either a decrepit hotel or of tge secrets next door. It says ocean and Laguna but all rooms that have a balcony have that here because you have to go out to the balcony and look.left and right. The Sandos suite is on the 8th floor that is the big selling feature but our friends are on the 2nd floor Laguna suite and have a better view. Problem 2 they ran out of 2 or 3 different types of liquor while I am here. In my opinion absolutely unacceptable for an all.inclusive 4 to 5 star in Mexico this is expected in Cuba but not Mexico. Getting a reservation for the tapenyaki restaurant is near impossible it is closed at least 2 days a week so book as soon as you get here if you are coming. When we checked they had me and my wife in 2 double beds when we specifically stated 1 king. They did fix this but it was a day later. I will update this if or when they either fix things or other things go wrong which I was optimistic that nothing else could but now I am not so sure.

First time at an adults only and it was very nice. They place excellent live entertainment by the pool every day. The food was good. The buffet is different than we've seen but there is always a good variety, you'll never go hungry. They are happy to help in whatever your needs are. We aren't high maintenance at all but it was a pleasant surprise to receive champagne and wine in our room for our anniversary and birthday. We had a pleasant time

Sandos Cancun lots of fun! Food and drinks and entertainment all great. Geremy, Karla, Fatima were all lots of fun and high energy. Highly recommend
