Another fabulous experience!! As soon as you walk through the door, the care and attention to detail is immediate. Here an all star lineup! Jesyca Shecid front desk supervisor, Angel, Ximena and Dennis front desk. The Z restaurant Hostess Emily , Rocio, Francisco, Ignacio, and the rest of the staff ( forgot some names ) were always fabulous , kind and very accommodating. Jordan at the bar is one to keep as well as Kevin who is a gem in maintenance who always had a smile and was a very hard worker that I saw taking pride in what he does! Much appreciated! Pool staff, Cruz the masseuse has magic hands! Geremy is a love and kept us rocking and dancing with the great exercise class and entertainment! Housekeeping staff is 10 stars!! Isaura at the concierge desk is the kindest person and so very knowledgeable. Just know that Sandos-Cancun has the BEST staff! You are lucky to have them representing your brand. We were here 15 days for dental work, this became our new family. Ignacio, Hugo, Elizabeth, isaura, just a few who gave us great a great experience. Geremy and activity were great. So many other helped us have such a great experience. Food was outstanding, weight room really nice, front desk helped whenever needed. They pay attention to details. Rooms were cleaned daily.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Frattinis delivered an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Every dish was beautifully prepared, bursting with flavor, and the portion sizes were absolutely perfect—generous enough to satisfy without being overwhelming. What truly made the evening memorable was our waiter, Jesus. He was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal. His recommendations were spot on and enhanced our dining experience. Jesus struck the perfect balance of being attentive without being intrusive, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. If you're looking for outstanding food paired with exceptional service, Frattinis is a must-visit. We can't wait to return!

We had an amazing stay at Sandos! The resort was beautiful, the staff was always friendly, and there was always something fun to do. The highlight of our trip was definitely Fatima. She is an amazing entertainer with so much energy and positivity, and she made every activity even more enjoyable. She’s also such a kind and genuine person. Thank you, Fatima, for making our vacation so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!
