good time.
Airport transfer could have been smoother, but that is the airline I believe. Check in was smooth, rooms we very clean. The resort wasn't overly busy. The staff is great, all of them. Bars were all good, waiting staff was great. the drink service on the beach was wonderful; they are quick and come often. (they start at 11- but you can get a drink at 10 if you want) The food was good, especially the lunch restaurant by the beach is great, buffet was good but it's a lot of the same, and I could see with a long vacation, it could become an issue. (it wasn't for us) pool parties happen every afternoon, and with the beach so close, we were worried about the sound traveling. (it didn't) We spent about 50% on the beach and 50% by the pool. We didn't make most of the later evening shows, but enjoyed the earlier, talents at bar one. p.s. at the breakfast buffet, you can ask the waiter to make an omelet or just eggs the way you want.

5-day Getaway
Great experience for a quick getaway. Miguel at Bar 6 is the best bartender. Alan was great at the Italian restaurant. Food was delicious and service was wonderful. Massage was relaxing from Karem.

Exceeded my expectations
I am always apprehensive about all inclusive as to whether the food will be good and this hotel didn’t disappoint! There was lots of choice and the food exceeded my expectations although the one restaurant would not recommend is St Trop, the food was less than average and the service wasn’t great! The breakfast staff are friendly and Fredy in the seasons restaurant was very attentive. As a whole the hotel is beautiful! I would definitely recommend.

Happy to leave after 2 weeks
Well, if you're a discerning traveller, this one is not for you. Food variety, consistency, quality and temperature are a 2 at best. Entertainment ok if you like loud, constant techno type music and exotic performances. No real evening shows. Pool aerobics, gym and spa ok. Bar 6 nice but not entertaining. Lobby bar boring during the day. No cafe, pastry/snack bar. Too many smokers in non-smoking areas. Staff don't enforce policies.
