Lovely dinner with my wife.
Pedro was absolutely fabulous caring for our needs. The service was fast. The food was flavorful…thanks to the chef. The room was a bit warm. Perhaps a ceiling fan could help. We love the place and will be back.

Had a great time. The service was outstanding. Especially from Jesus and Lorenzo in Fratinis and Zango buffet. Everyone is so accommodating and kind. Loved all the pool activities also, especially Karla.

Fratinis restaurant with the waiter Jesus was great. Zango buffet PM with the waiter Lorenzo was awesome too. Great waiters and made it more enjoyable.

Excellent resort
Beautiful fun clean resort. Incredible staff being the reason we go back. Thank you to the bar tenders Fonzy, Fermin and Carlos. Staff in zango Samuel, Loronzo, Yarad and Bruno. Event staff kept us entertained from the pool to the Dj parties at night. Thank you Karla and Josue! Food was the best I’ve had in Cancun. Thanks to my new friends. Until we see you again!
