Exceeded my expectations
I am always apprehensive about all inclusive as to whether the food will be good and this hotel didn’t disappoint! There was lots of choice and the food exceeded my expectations although the one restaurant would not recommend is St Trop, the food was less than average and the service wasn’t great! The breakfast staff are friendly and Fredy in the seasons restaurant was very attentive. As a whole the hotel is beautiful! I would definitely recommend.

Happy to leave after 2 weeks
Well, if you're a discerning traveller, this one is not for you. Food variety, consistency, quality and temperature are a 2 at best. Entertainment ok if you like loud, constant techno type music and exotic performances. No real evening shows. Pool aerobics, gym and spa ok. Bar 6 nice but not entertaining. Lobby bar boring during the day. No cafe, pastry/snack bar. Too many smokers in non-smoking areas. Staff don't enforce policies.

Pedro at the Seasons restaurant at Sandos was excellent. His service was brilliant and very polite. I would definitely recommend visiting

Freddie is an Amazing Seasons waiter!
Freddie was our waiter at Seasons. He did an amazing job with immediate Sangria drinks. Delicious! And everything was delivered quickly and with a smile!

Nice, fun resort
A nice resort where everyone is very friendly and helpful. Alan is a great server and I enjoyed the Mexican water he brought me. The pools are nice and there is a pool party every day. The cabanas on the beach are also great. Delicious food at all the restaurants.
