Great Anniversary Getaway!

My husband and I celebrated our 28th anniversary at Sandos Cancun, and it was the perfect mix of relaxation and celebration. From start to finish, our experience was exceptional. Rodrigo, the manager, truly went above and beyond—surprising us with a bottle of champagne in our suite and arranging a beautiful, romantic dinner at Frattini’s, which made our anniversary unforgettable. Eduardo at the front desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He even remembered us from our stay eight months ago when we visited for my husband’s birthday, which made us feel genuinely valued. A special thank-you to the amazing bartenders—Fermin, Fonzy, Carlos, and Jacob—who were not only talented but so friendly and fun. Saul was our favorite waiter, always attentive and warm. Fernando and Daniel made our poolside time both relaxing and entertaining. The entire staff was outstanding, and because of this wonderful experience, we’re already planning to send our son and his fiancée to Sandos Cancun for their honeymoon. We can’t wait to return!

we enjoyed an amazing experience at Seasons restaurant. Hands down, Fredys service was beyond 5 star. he was so accommodating and went above and beyond for our vegan dietary restrictions. All the staff has been great, but wow, they could model from Fredys experience.

My trip was amazing and we went with a group of friends! BUUUUT the highlight of the resort specifically, was KARLA!! We went down to the pool Saturday afternoon and she got everyone (& I mean everyone) to participate in the pool activity! It was so much fun, everyone enjoyed it and the atmosphere was amazing afterwards! Can’t wait to go back!
