Went to check out resort and manager was a major JERK! I was staying at a nearby resort and all I wanted to do was get an idea for future booking. The Manager yelled at me to get off the property. I told him I was deaf & low vision, he did not care so he called security to remove me. I was appalled. Luckily the security was nice and helped me to my other resort. The manager was VERT RUDE & treated me horriibly. I was so embarrassed and wanted to let people know :(

I am very impressed by this resort . I didn’t come with big expectations but I am very happy with my experience here. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the service impeccable. Everyone is so attentive and eager to help. The entertainment team is wonderful and very engaging all day long . Yosafat, Niko, Fatima and all of them are the best . At the seasons restaurant Freddy and Mesero and chef Jordan and captain Adda we had a wonderful dinner with great food. I can’t name all of them but we had a great experience at the buffet the Italian restaurant and the restaurant by the beach. The drink service at the pool is like no other place . Love it . The beach is beautiful and the pools gorgeous .
