Wonderful time!
Great spot! All staff were amazing and so friendly. Pedro at the steakhouse was incredible. Had a wonderful time!

Incredibly disappointing
I’ve been to Mexico six times at all you can eat facilities and this was by far the worst food. Got some of the old Montezuma‘s revenge and have laid in bed the last couple of days. They ask if anybody has food allergies, and my wife has celiac disease, but they ask you when you check in and then apparently don’t pass that information along to the server and he gave her some bread and said in was gluten free and it wasn’t, so she has been in bed sick from that today as well. The one elevator that worked the first couple of days broke down and has not worked for the last couple days and the other one is brutally slow. The staff seems to be nice, but certainly don’t overly impress, but again, but nowhere near the other places we have been.

An enjoyable trip
I really enjoy Sandos Cancun. The restaurants are top notch, the buffet is standard fare. I want to especially thank concierge Montse who was very helpful during the stay. She was always there with a greeting and smile. I also want to thank Mayte and Francy at Bar 1. They were very dedicated and hard working, but found time to be friendly to the guests.
