Sandos Cancun Luxury Resort

Had a wonderful time, the staff are so sweet and kind, and the massages were excellent! The water was warm but dried off in the sauna, I recommend this place! 10/10

This place is horrible and out dated. For an all-inclusive resort, the buffet food was very underwhelming. The overall quality was poor, with many dishes lacking flavor and freshness. Several items tasted overcooked or reheated. The selection was also very limited. Many of the same dishes were repeated daily with little to no variation, and some stations were either empty or offered very few choices. There were minimal options for fresh, healthy, or well-seasoned food, which became frustrating over the course of the stay. This all-inclusive resort was a big disappointment overall. One of the biggest issues was the beach setup. There were no umbrellas available for shade, which made spending time on the beach uncomfortable, especially in the heat. On top of that, beach chairs were very limited, and it was difficult to find a place to sit unless you went very early. The resort itself feels old and run down. Many areas clearly need renovation, from worn furniture to outdated facilities. It did not match the standards or photos advertised and lacked the comfort you’d expect from an all-inclusive property. When you combine the lack of basic beach amenities with the outdated condition of the resort, the experience falls far short of expectations. Unfortunately, it did not feel worth the money, and I would not return.

We just returned from our second two week vacation from Sandos Cancun. Even though the weather was less than ideal for our first week, we still had a fantastic time. Shout out to a few exceptional staff members: Lopez at Frattinis Daniel at St. Trop Fermin, Eduardo, and Fonzy at Bar Two Carlos at Bar 6 Francelyn at Bar One One complaint I would have would be the lack of seating around the pool, and on the beach. Fortunately, We are Royal Elite members so we did have some reserved seating, however, we did need to ask to have some gold and red band members removed from the Elite section in order to get a bed. It appeared that there was only on Concierge person for Royal Elite this year, so service was a little lacking compared to last year. All in all, it was a great time, and we look forward to next year!

Very friendly. We had breakfast at Restaurant Zango. And were greeted warmly by the hostess. Our table was attended to by Ignacio. He was quick with our orders, delivering our food and drinks, and provided us with great recommendations. Lizbeth cleared the table of the plates and glasses in an expeditious manner. Chef Graciela made the fried eggs exactly as requested. It was a delightful experience overall.
