Nice, fun resort
A nice resort where everyone is very friendly and helpful. Alan is a great server and I enjoyed the Mexican water he brought me. The pools are nice and there is a pool party every day. The cabanas on the beach are also great. Delicious food at all the restaurants.

The BEST waiter
ALAN POOL FROM RESTAURANT ZANGO WAS AMAZING!!! Out of all the wait staff we’ve had, he’s the one we remember the most! He was attentive, sweet, kind & very fast & efficient! And hilarious!! He needs a raise honestly! WE BETTER SEE YOU NEXT YEAR, ALAN!!

Great experience at Frattini’s
The atmosphere at Frattini’s is welcoming. The menu is easy to follow through and straight forward (no complications). Lorenzo gave our table the upmost service by giving us recommendations. The food is delicious as well. I’d recommend Frattini’s inside Sandos Cancun.

Had a great time at the Zango restaurant with a Alan as our server. So friendly and went out of the way to accommodate us. Third time to this resort. Stayed in a Caribe suite with its breathtaking views.

Not what we were expecting one star only
The food was luke warm at best in all the restaurants, on three different mornings had to pour my own coffee, had a beautiful top floor room with Huge balcony that the doors were hard open, and could lock them, the general manager stayed on the same floor rode the elevator with several times never once ask if I was enjoying myself , It is obvious, that he was more concerned about entertainment then guest, both the Italian and the steak restaurant offered steak at a price of 40 dollars or more and the same for lobster too, rui gives both for free, Karla the entertainment team would make sure you gave her good reviews, even though she was not the entertainment, over all this hotel is ran very poorly from top to bottom, My wife and I have stayed in cancun and playa over 35 times in 24 different hotels and this one was the worst one ever. I don't recommend it book any where else.

A full moon highlighted over 3 infinity pools with a warm breeze = an amazing time at Sandos Cancun. Beautiful property with an excellent culinary program.
