Very disappointed would not recommend or come back.
The facility is in desperate need of updating and repairs. The gym has broken equipment and is unsafe. They advertise that the spa has a cold plunge, sauna, and jacuzzi. The cold plunge was not cold, the jacuzzi only the middle jet worked and was not hot, and the sauna was also not hot, however the massage therapist was excellent. The entire indoor facilities had constant cheap diffusers going which irritated my allergies. There were not enough chairs on the beach or at the pools. They also advertise 24 hour room service I had to call multiple times just to get bottle water and waited hours.

Dissappointed this time…
This is the 4th time we visit this resort and we were so excited as the previous times they were above and beyond our expectations. We brought our adult children with us after highly recommended it to them. It was disappointing to see you cannot use the beds by the pool without “reserving” it by buying a 50 dollar sparkling wine. Then, from the 3 elevators, only one was working without a clear option of stairs (needed to ask one of the cleaning personnel). As usual the staff is very kind and friendly and the food is outstanding but it is a shame that becoming this greedy and careless with basic infrastructure you deteriorate the image of once a 5+ star resort.

Staff is awesome. Always there to help and have some fun! The food at the restaurant is very small but you can always go to the buffet for more!
