Bad room booking. Staff not helpful.
We booked an early morning excursion at the hotel for 7 am. Our room looked over the open venue. The night before our excursion there was a very loud wedding. Our balcony opened almost over this wedding. This room should have been reserved for a person attending the wedding. It was so loud we could not even hear our TV. Front desk was not helpful. They did not suggest moving us to another room. They promised the music ( the DJ) would be done by 22:00 hrs. This did not happen and we had to be up by 6 am. We should not have been booked this room.
