NEVER EVER GO TO THIS HOTEL
I do not recommend this hotel. It's a disaster. The rooms are old and dirty, with mold on the walls. The hotel needs renovation. On the second day, we were robbed of our money and clothes. After reporting this to the reception, no one did anything about it and they treated us like intruders. After this incident, our room wasn't cleaned and we had to beg for clean towels and toilet paper. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Avoid it.

Wonderful visit as well 10 years plus super happy would recommend
The entire staff was so professional from the bill hop to the front desk I’ve been coming to the Sandos for 10+ years,Rodrigo general manager is doing awesome job. The food was fantastic at the Zango quite frankly, the pizza was awesome as well. I give this hotel a 5+ I highly recommended for people to check it out.

The food and Pedro were 10/10
We had the most amazing dinner at Sandos with PEDRO as our waiter. He was friendly and looked after us well. He made our experience amazing. We can’t wait to come back tomorrow to eat here and see Pedro again! Highly recommend the salmon and pork and Chardonnay.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!
Save your travel $$ and book a different hotel! Pictures say it all! Paid $1,000.00 less to go to RIU Penninsula Palace and it was 1000 times better! The room was disgusting and dirty. And to add insult to injury....you had to pay extra to sit in certain chairs or eat at certain restaurants. It is not all inclusive unless your an elite member at this below standard hotel. Hot tub did not work. Room should have not been rented out in the state it was in. Paid extra for a view and looked at a dirty building across the way. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!

Amazing experience once again will return
We have been coming to this resort for many years always a excellent experience anything is perfect from the front office activities, food and rooms very clean and well maintained we love to visit this resort they are amazing people the atmosphere is relaxing and the shows are great. I cannot say enough positive things about this resort. The area around the hotel is well maintained. Everybody greeted us with kindness when we entered. We love the size of this resort because it is not too big and not too small easy to get around all the activity personnel is amazing friendly and they really make you feel at home
