Best Experience!
Everything about our trip was fantastic. The service was exceptional, the rooms spacious and clean, the food was the most important to us and it did not disappoint. Preferred club was worth the upgrade. Shout out to Mauricio and Sebastian on floor 25, Angel at the pool, Michelle for being the most fabulous yoga teacher, Victor at Dragons and Manolo in the market cafe. Amazing holiday! We will be back

Solo was a great time
Over the top great food, service and resort quality. I met great people and staff was very attentive. Beautiful beach and pool areas as well as city vistas.

Relaxing adults only vacation
Overall very good experience. Booked trip through Costco travel and had no issues with flights, shuttle, or our stay at Secrets the Vine. Lots of optional activities available while nothing was pushed, it was easy to sit by the pool all day or take part in activities. Food, drink and service overall were exceptional. Perfect for an adult only couples getaway. Only two negatives out of the entire trip. There was a long wait for all food locations. This was not an issue as they have an app messaging service. This service did not work for us so each time we have to continually check in with the restaurant. We explained this wasn’t working to the restaurant staff but no support was provided. Second negative was the immediate push to sign up for the vacation club immediately after arriving. After a long travel day and spending a lot on the trip itself, I felt it was bad taste to immediately push this. Overall will go back to this resort over others as it was a great trip.

Sea Salt restaurant
We had dinner at Sea Salt and it was beautiful! Marcos Carlos Mandy Mandi, Christian and Angel were wonderful, they made our first night here so enjoyable.

Secrets Vacation
We’ve been to multiple Secrets and this was my least favorite. The resort could use some updating and touch ups. We had a master suite which was huge, however, the furniture needed a good steam cleaning. Food is mediocre which can be pretty typical for a resort. The coffee bar and ladies working were great! We always had great service so that did not lack in any areas. We upgraded to preferred and it was a waste. The alcohol options were the same no matter what and the “lounge” is more like a small room. The preferred pool is very quiet. Getting a pool chair is a serious game. 7am they’re all taken even though people don’t come down for hours.
