Great hotel inefficient dinner serving let's it down
Amazing hotel with great staff who are a credit to the hotel Caesar&Adrian in Market Cafe Alberto&Roberto at the pool But the major disappointment with this hotel is the dinners The quality of the food is ok but having to wait hours for a table is a joke and let's the hotel down badly They have a app system so allow guests to book a time through the app its not difficult. Release the times on the day. The entertainment team work so hard but in the evening crowds are limited as they are all waiting for dinner,meaning you miss some of the shows

Beautiful modern hotel but big let down
Rooms, cleanliness and drinks were amazing! The staff work really hard but you can tell tips make a difference. Where this hotel let's itself down is food, we went in low season and every meal (breakfast/lunch/dinner) was a big wait. Dinner was another level where you either queue for 15mins before 6pm to eat or prepare yourself for a wait over over 1 hour. One evening we waited 1hr 45mins - this isn't 5 star standard. Speaking to people everyone was finding it frustrating. You could book (though very hush hush) but only if you bought a bottle of wine! The reason I book all inclusive is so I don't need to worry about paying for things. Happy to tip staff as they do work really hard but personally I wouldn't return to this hotel.
