Secrets The Vine Cancun

What a vacation!!!!! We travel all over the world and this resort was by far the best experience we have ever had! All the staff and I mean all, we’re so amazing and over the top accommodating. VIP service all the way! Special thank you to the steakhouse waiter Elias!!!! Amazing!!!! So attentive and kind. Also the Italian restaurant … Gabreal , loved him! Went out of his way to make my meal enjoyable and to my special liking. Sabastian!!!!!! Our concierge …. He made our trip! Just his presence was infectious. He was always there waiting to help in anyway possible. I will be back to celebrate my 50th in June!!!

We had the most amazing experience at this hotel We cruise every year two or three times a year. We definitely will change that and come here more often. The food and the service at this hotel is absolutely second to none So much so that we are deciding to come back in three months and do this vacation all over again. If you get a chance to come here, please go to the steakhouse and ask for Elais hands-down, the best waiter we’ve ever had in any of our vacations We had the pleasure of having Sebastian as a concierge. He was so helpful and friendly. We really wanted to take him home with us. Another waiter that we should mention is Gabriel in the Italian restaurant. And Gabriela and the buffet restaurant. Overall, we are completely 100% satisfied with this resort and we’d come back multiple times

Fantastic stay at The Vine. The staff made our trip even better, especially Ricardo and Valentin out at the pool bar. Really enjoyed the quality of the food too.

Had a great week at Secrets The Vine. The room was beautiful and the view was amazing. We upgraded to the preferred package so the rooms start on the 22nd floor to the 28th. The preferred upgrade give you preferred check in and check out. We had to wait for the check in, which I wasn't happy about. We had a rough travel day and just wanted to start our vacation. Once they took us up to the lounge for check in it all went smooth. The preferred club also give you access to the pool on the 12 floor and the lounge on the 12th floor. The staff are super friendly. Rommel was our concierge on the 22nd floor. He would check in every day to see how we were doing and if there was anything he could do for us. He arranged to have coffee and fruit delivered to our room every morning. That was a nice feature. You have the option to do al la carte for breakfast or buffet. We did both and I preferred the buffet, but the al la carte was also good. You have a great selection of restaurants for lunch and dinner. They will also serve lunch to your pool chair on the 22nd floor. We didn't have a bad meal the whole trip. We did Sea Salt, Dragon, Blue Water Grill and the Italian restaurant. My only real complaint would be the lack of shade around the pool. The week we were there was windy every day except for one day. That day they brought out the umbrellas that helped. They need to figure out a way to provide more shade especially on windy days. The pool on the 22nd floor is protected from the winds. Overall the trip was great and would recommend this resort.

Superb. But... There are private functions at the main pool area every other day meaning you have to vacate your sun bed at 3. As there aren't enough sunbeds to go round this is awful and cut so many days short. They should advertise that the hotel facilities aren't always available. This is so disappointing and for this reason I wouldn't go back.
