Great vacation
Nice hotel, excellent food and pleasant staff! All inclusive with a large selection for food and drinks. Entertainment was good too!

My experience at Secret the vine Cancun
Hotel was beautiful but the customer services wasn't the best. Many times the staff didn't seem like they wanted to help. Not all of the staff but several of them. I travel quite a bit and this was by far the worse customer service I've received at a resort. The AC is my room wasn't working properly the first two days of my visit. Many of the amenities closed very early. For example, the pool closed at 6pm

Needs a better alcohol selection .
Very limited on the alcohol selection. Only one kind of draft beer and minimal alcohol for different kinds of mixed drinks.

Awful spa policy ruined experience
Poor score because of spa experience. Booked in for a massage on first day. I came from the pool area with damp (not wet) swim shorts to ask about booking a massage and they said they could do a massage right then. But they insisted I kept my damp shorts on and so the whole massage was spoiled as I felt so uncomfortable. I have never been to a spa with a policy that insists people wear swim shorts. Usually I am naked or offered disposable clothing underwear. They should explain this policy of having to wear swim shorts to people before they arrive because I would not have gone ahead and paid if I had known.

The Heart of Secrets The Vine Is Its People!
We had a wonderful time at Secrets The Vine! While the resort itself is starting to feel a bit outdated and could use some refreshing, the staff truly made our vacation memorable. A huge thank you to Gabriel for his outstanding service at the pool. A special shoutout to Aisha, who kept the fun and energy going all day and through the night—she was definitely my favorite! Melissa’s beautiful voice serenaded us in the evenings and added such a special touch to our nights. Eduardo was fantastic for after-dinner drinks, and we loved ending our evenings at the piano bar with Danny, who made every night entertaining and memorable. The friends we made during our stay, along with the amazing staff who helped create such a welcoming and fun atmosphere, were truly the highlight of our trip and the reason we’ll remember it so fondly.
