Entertainment Team
Emmanuel from the entertainment team at Secrets The Vine was absolutely amazing! He’s personable, engaging, funny, and has a way of making everyone feel included and welcome. He did an incredible job hosting blackjack in the morning during one of the rainy days, keeping everyone entertained, laughing, and having a great time. He even took the time to teach us how to play, which made it even more fun. Secrets The Vine is very lucky to have him on their entertainment team.

Great first experience
We loved this resort, it exceeded our expectations! All requests were met, I even asked for a bag of rice and they gave it to me!!! Love the activities, our favorite was casino night and the show after was great. Love the view from the room. We feel this was a great price for what all was included. We will return again. Emmanuel was the best, he even knew sign language and was communicating with my wife and it was so fun interacting with him. 10 stars!

Appreciation to the Entertainment Team @ Secrets- The Vine Cancún
First visit to Cancun and the Secrets- The Vine to celebrate my wife’s birthday.. Due to rain on two of the days we decided to stay around the resort. Emmanuel and Jose from the entertainment team, engaged and involved our family in Bingo one day and taught us black jack on a second day. Their positivity, joyfulness and attention to our group provided a lively and laugh filled experience. The time moved quickly and it felt like we had our own private club. Thanks, Emmanuel and Jose!
