Secrets The Vine Cancun

An absolute perfect time with dear friends. Secrets the Vine cover every possible need and want, catering to their guests in every way. We commented many times that this is the resort we would come back to time and time again, for so many reasons. Special shoutout to Chef Isidro and waiter Sebastian from Dragon restaurant!!! The very best. Can’t wait to come back to this special spot.

This was our second time at this hotel. It was just as amazing as the first year we went. We will definitely come back! We booked the Master suite ocean view again. Room was just as beautiful as last year. Highly recommend this room if you like to watch the sunsets on your balcony.

Myself and my husband stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and honestly i cannot fault it. The staff were amazing - you can tell they genuinely love working there and couldn't do enough for you. The staff make this hotel - friendly, polite, smiley and made you feel special. Very special shout out to Cesar, Manolo, Nicolle and Adrian who made our breakfast/lunch time always special, serving us before we'd even asked and remembering us every morning. As a vegan, I usually struggle for food options on holiday but we didn't struggle at all. The only comment i could possibly make is that they didn't have many vegan desserts/sweet treats, especially at breakfast and lunch. (but the vegan dessert at the Italian restaurant was very good). The Mediterranean restaurant had lots of vegan options, as did the Asian restaurant. The cocktails were 10/10, the room was excellent and very clean. Honestly could not find a single fault with this hotel. I would definitely, definitely recommend staying here.

I would have given a 5 star review but the pools were not heated until the last day of our stay. This was very disappointing.

Another absolutely fantastic stay at Secrets The Vine, love the place, perfect location and the staff are so friendly, Preferred Club is definitely the way to go and a very special mention to our Concierges, Bruce, Hector and Ivan, Bruce and Hector were our Concierges during our last visit and remembered us, going over and above to make us feel valued and welcome, nothing was a problem for them, and we met Ivan this time too, excellent service from all! Also a thank you to Abel the Concierge Supervisor for helping with a small technical issue 😄 We really had a fabulous stay with you. I’d also like to mention Marcial in Olio restaurant and Michelle the lovely hostess in Sea Salt grill for remembering us and demonstrating the same friendly welcome and service. Thank you to all the fantastic team members, the bar staff, all the waiting staff , entertainment team, coffee shop girls, and everyone else, you all contributed to us having such a fabulous stay, can’t wait to return. The entertainment is the best of any resort I’ve been too, from the various music acts and fun during the day, to the lovely singers, sax and piano players in the lobby early evening, to the great shows in the evening, loved the Boy Bans night and the 80’s shows the best!
