Juan and Jesus at the Vine
Juan at the Barefoot grill was amazing, friendly, helpful, and kind!!!! Jesus at the Vine lounge was the absolute best! Very personable and serves up the best green tea shots!

Great Experience at Secrets The Vine
Beautiful resort! Stayed 8 nights in December 2025. Pools were very nice and clean. Lounge chairs at pool are padded and comfortable. Beach was beautiful, but red flags out every day and surf was rough, so not a lot of ocean time, but pools made up for it. The restaurants were all good, especially the Italian. Bars were good with quick service. The Market Cafe was our favorite for breakfast as JOSE was an excellent host. Jose and his team made sure our wives had the best gluten free options every morning. If you or anyone you are traveling with are gluten free, this resort has by far the most gluten free options of any resort we've ever been to. We would go back again as we had a great experience.

This place is truly blessed to have a manager like Mr Jose May Abigail . His dedication, kindness, and willingness to help go far beyond expectations. People like him don’t just manage a place — they make it special. He went above and beyond to help us, treating us with genuine care and respect. His compassion truly touched our hearts and made our experience unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back soon. :)

Overall lovely stay
Very nice resort. Great food. Good service. Very impressed. The positives far out-way the negatives. Downsides: Beach chairs very uncomfortable. Umbrellas often not allowed to be opened on a windy day when all other resorts have their umbrellas open. And the resort lacks energy. Otherwise very good.

Average vacation. Hotel is nice. Beach is nice. Restaurants are average Rooms can use some fixing up fresh paint etc Staff can use some retraining Poolside find Raquel she was amazing and always willing to help. She should be in charge of the pool staff
