Secrets The Vine Cancun

We love everything about this resort! The location, atmosphere, food and service. The view is absolutely amazing - the colors of the ocean look like a filter and our room had a fantastic view. The service is always top notch, the wait staff go above and beyond. And, the food is amazing - especially all of the fresh fruit options and the seafood. The breakfast buffet options are great too. I also love being able to get a snack, sandwich or coffee anytime at the Vine Cafe. The hotel and the room are also. very clean. We recommend the resort to everyone who asks.

I went to the resort based on the recommendations on some friends and the online reviews. It wasn’t a bad experience, but wasn’t great either. Food was only great at the steakhouse, the rest was below average. The bar selection is very poor, the house wines were so bad that I drank tea and the bottles you can buy are not even restaurant price, they were 4 times more expensive than the store, so I wouldn’t consider buying if I’m the only wine drinker in my party. It’s a nice resort, but for the money spent I’ve done nicer hotels in Cancun

This was my husband's and my third Secrets resort and favorite! I highly recommend upgrading to preferred club for this one for the private pool access and bar on the 21st floor and preferred lunch options. They had incredible espresso martinis and carajillos at the preferred bar which became our daily pre dinner ritual. We are gym people, and we also enjoyed the fitness center for a variety of machines and options overlooking the ocean. The restaurant variety was excellent, and the evening entertainment was a lot of fun. The final day they served fresh tuna up poolside and that was our meal highlight. It was completely unexpected and incredible! We were pleasantly surprised by our stay!

Wonderful hotel, very good food in the all inclusive package, club level rooms are gorgeous, rooftop club level pool area is spectacular, all the staaff are so helpful and attentive... Our second time here as we wanted to celebarte our wedding anniversary with them.

Avoid if you're planning on relaxing with cigarettes or cigars! They make you go outside the resort! They claim to be a luxury property but will chase out their guest to the street outside the resort with no shade or chairs. Obviously they don't care about the safety of their guests although they harass you to provide your room number going out or coming back in. If they were so concerned about guests safety they would've provided a small corner somewhere in tree resort. I will never return.
