Incredible resort! Amazing people, food, and location.
My husband and I just got back from an incredible time a Secrets the Vine Cancun! We were there 4 nights, and it was just perfect. The facility is gorgeous, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the standard room was very comfortable, very clean, and had a beautiful view of the bay and the ocean. We ate at all the dinner restaurants and the food at each one was delicious! The breakfast buffet had so much selection, it really made it hard to choose what to get. There was a good variety of activities throughout the day and entertainment in the evening, but nothing to loud and crazy. If I had to be critical, I would say I was surprised that the towels/washcloths/bathrobes in the rooms were a little scratchy. Also, it was hard to find open seats by the pool and beach, but I know that's a common problem because people save them so early. The only food that wasn't incredible was the room service eggs benedict. I sampled several cocktails and wines throughout the weekend and they were all delicious! I will definitely be recommending Secrets the Vine to my family & friends for a beautiful luxury stay in Cancun.

Wonderful 5 days with great food, service and pools
Great hotel- clean and efficient with too notch service. Food options are varied and each meal was delicious and presented well. Exceeded my expectations. High rise is different than other resorts I’ve been to, but pools and restaurants and overall layout don’t make you claustrophobic.

My husband and I enjoyed one week at The Vine in November, 2025. Everything was incredible! We have visited The Vine several times and it is always a big hit with us! The yoga classes in the morning were a highlight for me! We enjoyed the entertainment by the pools most afternoons, even a water ballet performance! The entertainment staff is friendly and helpful, always encouraging us to participate. It was fun to attend one of the wine tastings! We always enjoy the big variety of cuisine offered at The Vine, especially the Italian restaurant and the Steakhouse. We look forward to another visit to The Vine in 2027! #fitbodiesinc #secretsthevine
