Fantastic all-inclusive with a relaxing vibe! Food was high-end and delicious! All staff were kind, attentive, and completely at our service. Rooms were clean and well-stocked each day. Great beach, though sargasso season started a bit early for the entire hotel zone. Easy remedy was to hang out in the pools. Pool/beach towels were abundant, and we were very happy with the poolside seating & cabanas.

Really lovely hotel! The staff is friendly and so accommodating! The rooms are clean and spacious. The pools are lovely and the beach is very nice. Chef Isidro from Dragons came out and brought us a wonderful appetizer selection with a flaming passionfruit. Our waiter Rigoberto was very good! The morning buffet is also really good. The chef making omelettes always has a smile and makes a delicious omelette! Uriel was our waiter and he really took care of us. Lucy was a really great pool server. She was very attentive! I highly recommend Secrets the Vine for a girls trip or couples trip.

An excellent hotel. The staff were so incredibly friendly and went out of the way to help you. The food was excellent which is needed for an all inclusive resort. At breakfast Uriel was lovely and made sure we were taken care of. The pools are great, Lucy was a fabulous waitress around the pool, very attentive. At dinner we went to Dragons and have to point out both Isidro the chef who made us an amazing appetizer sampler and Rigoberto and Miguel. The bars were great. I honestly can’t fault this hotel.

We stayed at Secrets The Vine Cancun with high expectations, especially as Preferred Club guests, but one issue significantly impacted our experience — the situation around pool seating. At the Preferred Club pool, the number of sunbeds is clearly insufficient for the number of guests. People usually are either sneaking there a night before or long before sunrise. So, at 7am you will be too late - majority of sunbeds have “personal belongings” on them like sunscreen, a book or sunglasses. No people, only their stuff. People are petty. They block sunbeds for hours, although doesn’t show up for multiple hours. What makes this worse is that the hotel’s stated policy (removing unattended items after 45 minutes) is not enforced at all. Unfortunately, because apparently there is too much risk of creating a conflict with “valuable” but ignorant and shameless customers. This creates an environment that feels competitive rather than relaxing, where those who follow the rules are at a disadvantage compared to those who do not. For a resort of this level, this was disappointing and stressful, and it took away from what should have been a calm and enjoyable experience. The relaxing time by the pool in the sun-bed is one of the main reasons, people are paying for a vacation. This hotel could not deliver this experience. Aside from this, the hotel has many strengths: the rooms are modern, the service is very good, and the food and drinks are solid. However, the pool experience is a core part of a beach resort stay, and this issue significantly affected our overall impression. We won’t return and won’t recommend this place because of that. I would strongly recommend that management either enforce the stated policy consistently or reconsider the allocation of space in the Preferred Club areas.

The staff made the experience 100 times more enjoyable. Everyone was super kind and personable and just happy to be there. Would recommend to anyone thinking about a trip to Cancún. Love that it is also adults only and freedom to eat whenever.
