Not sure where to start with the excellent reviews. Couldn’t wait to post the review before ending our trip, but there are so many excellent people here. It is a chill vibe perfect for mostly 30s and up. We had a fantastic experience with Armando Cato, who is a mentalist at the Vine Lounge. He performed the most mind-boggling mental activities, naming numbers, and people that there was no way he would’ve loved under any circumstances. If you come here, hopefully he will here and he will do the same for you.

The best trip for me. The customer service was amazing, the food was delicious. The specialty dinner at the Olio that managed by Luis Mejra was the absolutely the best. Our concierge Agustin was so helpful friendly.

A perfect score / un score parfait pour ces 8 jours
8 amazing days mid-july! Family of 3 (19 yo daughter). Above expectations for service. Tried all Al carte restaurants twice (exception Olio once ) and they were all great. Wasn't Preferred and dont regret . Buffet for breakfast and lunch was also great. Entertainment and activities : Shows for everyone at night, DJ and singers in the afternoon near the pools. Most appreciated, ++ thought it would be quieter . Pools are larger than what we see on web pix. Entertainment team was great , especially José and Emmanuel that spoke French with us ! Will return!/ je recommande cet hôtel qui a un excellent service, d'excellents restaurants, un buffet de qualité et des activités/spectacles variés pour tous les goûts (très bonne ambiance / pas de mousse dans la piscine mais des activités pour nous faire sourire toute la journée ). J'y retournerais demain matin (famille de 3 : 2 parents et une fille de 19 ans).

Top notch
The vine is top notch. Beautiful hotel. First high rise all inclusive we have ever stayed in. Preferred club ocean view. The room itself was amazing. The view! Stayed in the preferred pool most of the time. Real laid back. The beach is public but they have a little section for the vine. Sargassum was rough for 5 out of the 6 days we were there. Food was ok! It’s resort food! We ate at all the restaurants. DO NOT LET HALFTIME SPORTS BAR OFF YOUR RADAR. The best food we had at the resort. Truffle Mac and cheese and pork belly tacos.

Accommodating for Handicap Guests
This resort was extremely clean, and the staff were very friendly as well. My father in law is handicap and Alejandra was SO helpful with accommodating his needs.
