Secrets The Vine Cancun

From the moment I arrived I felt the atmosphere was welcoming, the rooms were clean, the restaurants were delicious, the staff was smiling, drinks we’re delicious, the weather was incredible, and we even got to see turtles hatch on the beach. A magical place without a doubt

This visit exceeded all our expectations. The hotel was phenomenal, and the staff was exceptional, especially Jorge (Bluewaters) and Bruce (our Butler)

We were very pleased with our 7 day experience at Secrets The Vine. The staff was terrific! Everyone from reception to wait staff to bartenders to housekeeping to the entertainment crew was just excellent. We upgraded to Preferred Club and were very happy with our large and spacious room on the 21st floor, and with the Preferred club lounge. The personalized service from the Preferred staff was great! The food was very good. We ate breakfast and lunch at the Market Cafe buffet every day and could not have asked for a better selection of great tasting food. We had dinner at Dragons ( Asian), Olio (Mediterranean, Preferred club guests only), and Sea Salt Grill ( Peruvian). We enjoyed them all. Don't miss the Sunday night buffet at Sea Salt Grill, a wonderful choice of grilled meat from shrimp and fish to ribs and steak. Evening entertainment was enjoyable and well put together. We used the gym every morning and it as very nice. Lots o equipment and space. Everything seemed to be fairly new and well maintained. the choice of three pools on ground level was nice, all offered a different vibe for your mood. The Preferred Club pool was on the 12th floor. We only visited it once. It was nice but very secluded and not many visitors seemed to be using it. The ground level pools were much more fun for us. There seemed to be plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas available for all guests to be accommodated. We would highly recommend this resort and will return in the

We have been coming to the Vine for years. We had some confusion over our room when we first arrived. The hotel staff did make the room situation right. I would like to thank Sebastian from the PC and Sandra from UVC for helping us. As always the staff at the Vine goes above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We travel a lot but make a point to always come to the Vine once a year primarily for the amazing staff and service. I would also be remiss if I didn’t mention the great addition of the mentalist Armando. He is great! Was like nothing I have ever experienced before!
