This is one of the best hotels I have been to. Strongly recommended for Adults only. The facility is really nice and clean. The staff is helpful and kind. I would definitely come back again

Pros: The resort is stunning and conveniently located 20 minutes from the Cancún airport. The property is well maintained and provides a relaxing, romantic experience. Concierge did a wonderful job of keeping us informed about daily activities and other amenities throughout the resort. Cons: Every single interaction with staff involved some level of upselling. Be prepared to haggle and enforce boundaries. You will have a subpar experience if you forgo the preferred package (access to very cheap liquor)

This hotel is amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The location was right on the beach which was lovely and maintained. The atmosphere of the hotel was lively at times BUT this never impacted sleep. The staff could not do enough for you and made you feel like a celebrity! They had themed nights in the hotel and the Mexico night was one of our faves! Because the purpose of the holiday was for mine and my husband's 1 year wedding anniversary, we were offered a complimentary anniversary breakfast which we had on our balcony which was a lovely touch. Overall, very likely to stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Amazing resort! The staff were very kind and attentive to detail. The food at EVERY SINGLE RESTAURANT was amazing -- probably the best I've had at any All Inclusive. Would definitely return.

Nice Property, But Harassed by Sales Staff The resort itself is nice, but the VIP sales staff completely ruined the experience. We were pulled into a “special offer” for a couples spa that was clearly tied to a timeshare presentation disguised as a “lunch.” Once we realized what it actually was, we declined and agreed to just pay the $250 spa price. That should have been the end of it. It wasn’t. We were repeatedly stopped around the hotel—elevators, lobby, walkways—by staff pushing the same pitch. It felt less like hospitality and more like being targeted. One staff member even implied the agreed price could go up because we refused to attend the presentation, which felt manipulative and completely inappropriate. By the end of the stay, simply walking through the property felt stressful because we expected to be approached again. That’s not what a vacation should feel like. Pool seating is also poorly managed—chairs are “reserved” and left empty for hours with no enforcement. Bottom line: Nice resort, but the aggressive, pushy sales culture makes it hard to relax. I would not stay here again.
