Secrets The Vine Cancun

This was our second visit to this hotel. We love the location, it has a lot of choices to everyone, plan ahead your meals to be sure you cover what you like. We might come back again ;)

The secrets of the vine resort is out of this world! Such an amazing hotel with such helpful and wonderful staff! I can't fault it in any way. Myself and my partner stayed there for a week in late October 2025. The staff were able to cater for our every need and were so polite and helpful. The food in all the restaurants was fantastic and the bar service was great. We upgraded to the Preferred room, so we had preferred check-in and access to an area with snacks and bar on the 21st floor. We did have a problem on the first night where we did not have the full sea view we had requested and the room was noisy because of the air con unit outside, but they immediately moved us the next day and helped us to our new room. I never normally go back to a location, however I will definitely be going back here! Note - We wanted to participate in Day of the Dead festivities, however please note that Cancun doesn't really do anything for it. There is the Xcaret park nearby (theme pack) that does a show, but the Hotel (other than a few decorations) didn't really do anything. However they did a fantastic Halloween circus show on the 31st! Note - The only gripe is the queuing for the restaurant. However by the third night we had got used to it. Basically its first come first serve, so you need to queue to make a reservation and then there is a 45 min to an hour wait (sometimes less). However they ping you on the app when the table is ready. So we got used to one of us queuing to make the reservation while the other got the drinks in at the bar ;) Would be great if they could have a facility to make the booking in the app.

Secrets the Vine was an unbelievable Hotel. The Food, the service, amenities pools and everything was absolutely perfect. The Italian restaurant was a hit. Cesar deserves a shout out. Guy is a stud and his energy lights up the room. Shoutout to Cesar! Ask for him, great guy

We are a couple with mobility problems, 84 and 87. We felt welcome, well protected at all times and received help when we asked for it. It was great.
