A home on another continent
Amazing hotel, second visit to this hotel and the service we received was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel very special. The chefs table experience was brilliant, 7 courses of amazing food, prosecco and lovely people. We don't want to leave as it has been exceptional

Not what I expected
I stayed here thinking that it would be of high standard but sadly I was extremely disappointed. I came out on my special occasion to celebrate a milestone in my life of celebrating my 60th birthday. I was told that they would provide me with a complimentary upgrade to celebrate this event, only for them to say later that I would need to pay for the upgrade. I felt that wasn't good customer service.

Not ever again.
Over priced, bad food, pool closes @ 7pm. Beach was not an option bec of miles of seaweed. Watered down drinks. Could not make reservations so you had to wait hours to eat.

A Disappointing Return After 7 Years
This trip was the second trip for me and my wife to this resort in 7 years. It was a like a dream back then but now it's average if not less. The resort needs maintenance across all areas. Room service was not that great. Mini bar was never filled and when asked for it to be filled, nothing happened. The atmosphere is mainly geared towards older folks. Barely any music is being played around the pool areas while it was a party at Sandos, the resort next door to it.

Anniversary Trip at Secrets the Vine
We enjoyed our trip very much! I would love to change a few things on our trip. The restaurants were great and we liked the meals, but sometimes it seems like the food was premade and heated up. Eating at night was confusing, when some places were closed and you never knew which ones would be closed. There were only 6 restaurants, and when a couple were closed every night and we couldn’t make reservations, we waited close to an hour to be seated. Some nightly activities/ dinner nights cost money. Which was fine, but seemed too much for an all inclusive hotels. Everything was very clean, and staff was absolutely fabulous!! Spa was lovely and had other amenities besides a massage. The gym was great and had plenty of equipment! Overall we did really enjoy our experience. And would recommend staying here!
