Secrets The Vine Cancun

Went for a week with my family and loved every second of it. Lots of activities to do throughout the day with the entertainment guys. We especially enjoyed getting to know and interact with Diego, Jonathan, Jose, and the other Jose! They were all very kind, professional, and fun to be around. Service overall was excellent. We especially appreciated Jorge, Alberto, and Carlos as they were very attentive, friendly, and eager to help! One more highlight was our concierge Sebastian. He was always available and helpful with a smile for any requests or questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed the quality of food and drinks here, the best we have encountered so far. As for the resort itself, it is beautiful inside and out. It is kept very clean and up to date. Overall our highlights were the staff, the food, and the gorgeous ocean views.

You will not be dissapointed!! The staff anticipates your needs and go over and beyond to please the guests!! You will not miss anything in this resort!

I had an amazing experience. Bernaber, Oliver, Nicole and Jose May were the best people at the restaurant, they took care of everything!

This was our second time at the Secrets the Vine. The reason why we chose to return was simply the high standards of service. In our interaction with the staff at every level was fantastic. We are running into management time and time again. They were obviously keeping eye on service and standards and it showed. While certain that I will forget some people let me just start with Lucio, “mamacita” Heydy, and Salvador who showed us the highest level of hospitality. Wilder in the Mexican restaurant was outstanding. Manual an Oscar, from Butler service, we’re always there to help. Daniel at the pool service was faster than lightning. All the entertainers, including, but not limited to Jonathan, were fun and energetic. but there is perhaps one episode that showcases how brilliant the service at this place really was: in the morning buffet there was a Mexican chicken soup for breakfast. I absolutely loved it. The next time I went it was some sort of a seafood soup. I decided to look for something else why I was gone my wife talk to Abigail and Edgar, who talk to the chef and made me a bowl of that chicken soup. It was so awesome, but was better the care that those two showed. They truly went above and beyond, but I would expect.In closing let me thank for everyone at the hotel from the ladies who are making coffee at the lobby to the bell boys and to the upper management. All of you made our stay fantastic, thank you very much!

An excellent week at Secrets, The Vine! From start to finish no details were left. We were greeted with moist towels to clean our hands and a glass of bubbly as we were taken to the 21st floor for our private check in at the Club level. Our bartender E on the 21st floor always served a great smile and cocktail. This was my second trip to The Vine and I noticed there was improvement across the board service wise from bar to pool to restaurants. I was happy to see more options to the house wines Club level pool attendant Benjamin and Server Jaime. Gerri at the Steakhouse was great and wanted to make everything right. Market cafe server Adrian. Our best experience was at the Club level restaurant Olio where we had most of breakfasts and lunches. Victor, Rosa and Hostess Michelle were amazing! Pool areas and beach were clean, towels easily to obtain. Server to guest ratio seemed appropriate and we didn't wait for service!
