Excellent stay at Secrets, The Vine, Cancun
We had an absolutely excellent stay at the Vine, far exceeded our expectations. The service from the moment we arrived could not be faulted. Our luggage was mislaid by the airline and the shop staff were so helpful and friendly and got us sorted with essentials and beachwear. A special shout out must go to Roberto the beach bar tender and Carlos the beach concierge who looked after us each day. If you are looking for a resort that can be either full on or chilled depending on your preference with excellent food choices and service throughout I would highly recommend coming, we will be back!

My friends and I booked this hotel through Costco and we were pleasantly surprised to have it exceeded our expectations. As an adult only all inclusive resort it doesn’t get much better than this. We really appreciated their accountability for all of their guests and the amount of activities that were included at the resort itself. All the food was incredible and each employee was more than hospitable.

The Vine is a must visit facility
The location and facilities is awesome. The service in impeccable and the views are to die for. Love the beach and pool areas. The preferred club pool on 12th floor was a great place to spend days. The daily wine testing are not to be missed!

Amazing!
we stayed for 7 days, and absolutely loved the hotel! We came to have a nice, relaxing vacation, and we got it all! The food was amazing! The beachis so beautiful, everyone is so nice, the pool chairs are super comfy, great spa and the gym with amazing views. We loved it!
