Our stay here was wonderful. All the amenities you would expect from a Hotel like this Doris was a sweetheart...every time she saw us strolling around she was recognized us and chatted for a few. Everyone was delightful!!

Really enjoyed this hotel. The staff are focused on taking care of you. Facilities are great as are the restaurants. I was there for a wedding on the premises which was wonderful. I liked the vanishing edge pool. Also that this is a no children resort. Highly recommend.

Great high rise option in Cancun Hotel Zone. Rooms are well appointed. The food was great! LOVE the daily free wine tasting. The hotel was full however there was never any issue with pool/beach chairs, dining etc. Great activities staff!

I was here for a business/corporate trip and the staff at the front desk, Spa, and Pool area were fantastic. No complaints on any of them. I will say though, the housekeeping in the room was quite inconsistent. The first two days there, the room was cleaned by 10am and turn down (which we weren't aware of, but found it as a treat!) was spot on. On Friday, when finally done with one of my meetings, the room was not touched by 12noon (and housekeeping on floor), which I let go because understood there would be a lot of "Check-ins/outs," and quickly changed to go down to the pool and beach. When we came back to the room by 4pm, the room was still not touched, and not one person of housekeeping on the floor. again, let it go, and started to get changed/ready for a private Cocktail Reception. I was a bit annoyed when at 5:pm, the housekeeping knocked on the door to ask if they could clean the room. yeah, no, not when your turn down service starts at 6pm. I declined the room to be cleaned then. I then called housekeeping to confirm the turndown service and just to have the wet towels replaced for the shower, also asked if the room for Saturday be done by a certain time due to many different events taking place that day. Saturday after the meeting, the room was cleaned, and freshened up, however, the turn down service did not happen that night, and by the time we came back to the room, I was not calling housekeeping again. And not to sound like a spoiled brat, but after being surprised with that service each night, you look forward to it. Also, can we get better lighting in the sink area? More light is needed when trying to get ready for events! Even with the "Master Light" option, it still is too dark in the sink area to get ready, I shouldn't have to walk toward the mirror near the balcony to get better lighting. The other part that needs a bit of improvement, is the food. I agree with many that the foods needs a bit of improvement. This resort steered more towards "Food is ART" rather than Flavor is Needed. Also, descriptions for menu items need to be a bit better. We ordered dessert from the Blue Water Grill, and not at all what we expected. Carrot cake was more of a Pumpkin pie , and the Banana Chocolate Ganache - if what they referred to for banana was 3 small dehydrated strips (Looked like a carrot peel) was it, please put that in the description. Also the breakfast area, and chefs for the buffet were great, but being in foodservice -- can you please wear gloves when preparing my Ready to Eat Food? and can their be more breakfast food to offer? i am not all about sushi first thing in the morning. Also the hostess at the podium at the market grill lacks in small talk and only wants your last name and room number. When you ask if you can stay near the front of the restaurant, you are ignored and then you are repeating this to each person that is taking you to the back of the restaurant. thank fully the second person we said this to actually heard us, and was very attentive. As far as noise level of AC units? I did not hear anything like that, and my room was on the Hard Rock side. And I was expecting to hear a lot of noise, but nothing, very relaxing.

There isn't much that hasn't already been said about this great hotel/resort. I wanted to point out the exceptional service from the entertainment staff. Raquel, Hugo, and Guillermo went out of their way to ensure my wife and I had a good time. They were genuinely interested in our story and made sure we knew about all the activities and events available. I was able to attend a margarita class led by Raquel and on the same day we had complimentary wine tasting led by Rudy, the funny sommelier. Excellent service!
