The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The beach was pristine this time of year, with nearly no seaweed. The food was excellent compared to other resorts we have been to. The drinks inside were good. The drinks at the pool bars were on the weak side. The staff was very friendly and helpful the entire stay. Highly recommend!!

At first I was hesitant about this property because it located in the busy hotel zone and had a small footprint, but that turned out to be a refreshing change from the mega properties that require hiking shoes to get around. The tower made it real easy to navigate to the various pools, bars and restaurants. Simply push an elevator button and there you are. The selection of restaurants is ample and there is something for everyone. With fewer rooms than a mega property, there are also fewer entertainment options. But every night there was something to do. For my personal preference, I feel this property is ideal for shorter stays (<5). I stayed 3 days and would have liked another to try more for the culinary options. There is really nothing close by outside the property, but a short Uber ride can get you to souvenir stores and night life in the area where Coco Bongo is located. The beach is small and a bit crowded. But during my stay the water was nice and no seaweed on the beaches. The pools were relaxing, albeit slightly cold. The staff was awesome!

The facility is absolutely beautiful and clean. Hotel staff were overall attentive to our needs and were ready to serve. Restaurant food was great. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating was because, we were a large group of 14 (7 couples), and due to the fact we were not able to make advance reservations for dinner at specialty restaurants, the wait was 2 hours.

Loved this hotel and virtually everything about it. Had a honeymoon suite and Preferred both of which were superb. Food was very good particularly the steak and Italian restaurants. Highly recommended and we would return.

Beautiful resort with a small footprint. We were preferred club and really enjoyed the perks of the club level. Sebastian was our butler and he has set the bar very high for any that follow. I highly recommend requesting him on the 25th floor. We enjoyed the food, drink and entertainment options ( the summers were outstanding). The chair game is very real here if you are particular about where you sit. We spent all our time at the main pool…great fun. Love the availability of games in the main lobby. The only negative for us was the lack of privacy on the balconies. Overall, we found it a great experience.
