I can see the reason for the polarising reviews of this place. The staff can be friendly depending on who is on duty. Also, the lunch food here is horrible. Dinner was slightly better and breakfast was the best tasting among the meals. Food really needs some major revamp to recalibrate the flavours.

We are avid travelers and this resort was everything we wanted and more to celebrate our anniversary. The beach, pool, food and customer service are all five stars. Everything is super clean, the place smells like aroma therapy and the wine themed element spoke to us. Our highlight was a private wine tasting with Fabiola the head sommelier. She went above and beyond setting the perfect table with pairings and making the experience unforgettable. I would come back in a heart beat. Also as a gay couple we have never felt more welcome and affirmed including in our home country of Canada. Gracias to everyone there it was magical!

Hotel was so beautifully clean, weather was very mixed which when you come from the UK is so disappointing (not the hotels fault). Not a great deal to do when the weather is that bad. Favourite restaurant was Dragons we also received a fab massage in the spa. Special shout out to Humberto in Market Cafe nothing was too much trouble for him, he was ready with our essentials every morning that’s 5 star service. Can’t forget to mention the 3 lovely ladies at the market cafe reception who were always smiling and the omelette lady just wow. Overall a brilliant time away, great location, amazing hotel with some great memories

My wife and I came with 2 other couples to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. We had an incredible experience. Angel down at the pool was absolutely incredible. Not only was he amazing as our cabana butler but he also gave us incredible service throughout the remainder of our stay. He single handedly made our resort experience unforgettable!!

Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and his family in the preferred suites over Halloween weekend. All of us absolutely loved our experience and would 10/10 return here. The only issue we had was a long wait at the breakfast buffet, but that's only because we needed a table for 5. There is an a la carte breakfast restaurant in the preferred guest area where we never had a wait so we ate there most days. The staff was absolutely amazing, especially our personal concierge, Martin. The service at the pool was excellent. We were always able to find pool chairs. The 2 pools closest to the beach are more lively with activities and music. The beach was beautiful and swimmable. The nightly entertainment was excellent and always different, which made our stay more interesting. The hotel is gorgeous, the suites were very comfortable, and the views were breathtaking. The only restaurant we didn't make it to was the Asian but the food was superb.
