Everything about this trip was wonderful! The property is absolutely gorgeous, both inside and out. You can walk right onto the beach and lay right by the most beautiful blue ocean water or you have tons of options to lay by the pools. Either way, staff is there to bring you drinks and snacks at any time you wish. The restaurants are delicious; Olio was our favorite lunch spot and Nebbilio (the Italian restaurant) our favorite dinner spot (Bryant was our waiter and the kindest of people)! The staff are so nice 24/7 and always ready to serve their guests. David Chim of the Preferred Club floor went above and beyond during our stay; between constantly making us lattes and mixed drinks to preparing us a private romantic breakfast on our last morning of our trip. The Spa was incredible and definitely something to try! We loved out experience at Secrets the Vine Cancun and will not only come back, but bring some friends with us!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 7 nights a few weeks ago to celebrate my 21st birthday and WOW what an amazing time we had! The hotel itself is just fantastic, with a large variety of restaurants including an Italian, an Asian fusion one (my personal favourite!), a steakhouse, a Mediterranean and a seafood one. There's 3 pools, as well as an infinity pool on the 12th floor and a jacuzzi. The fact that you can walk through onto the beach from the poolside is amazing, too, however we didn't spend much time on the beach as it was too windy to go in the sea when we were there! The best part of this hotel was without a doubt the staff; they are so helpful and friendly, and constantly go above and beyond what you expect of them. They treat the customers with respect and are just all round pleasant people. Overall, a fabulous hotel and resort - I would also recommend the massages from the spa (we had a 5-minute taster but didn't buy the actual massage as they are very pricy but I can imagine they are definitely worth the money!). Lastly, although off topic from the hotel, anyone who is staying in Cancun PLEASE go to Coco Bongo! The tickets are 80 dollars each and 155 dollars each for VIP but this includes all inclusive drinks! It's a fantastic place - very hard to explain what goes on there as it is just MENTAL! Basically, it's just one huge party place for people of all ages and it's an absolute must for all visiting Cancun! Can't wait to go back and this time we are going VIP (this includes reserved seats so better viewing area of the brilliant show). Anyway, best holiday I have ever been on; can't wait to visit Cancun again in the near future

First time at The Vine. Everything was great. Our room was smaller than our friends, but still very roomy for two. The views from the 27 th floor were awesome. Rudi made the Wine Tasting a really fun experience for the six of us. We will probably start to look for more Mexican wines! Sergio had an exceptionally playful approach as our waiter in the Asian restaurant. It’s wonderful when the wait staff can be engaged with clients. I’m sorry I don’t remember the name of the lovely woman leading the yoga class each AM. She was a delight

I have recently returned from a stay at The Vine (having stayed there last year also). As expected the service was fantastic on arrival and during the stay. The restaurants were a mixed bag though with my personal highlights being Dragon’s and Olio. I found the steakhouse average compared to others I have been to in resorts/hotels and the Italian restaurant wasn’t a personal highlight. One word of advice is if you are thinking of staying here avoid the week before Thanksgiving. In both years of our stay (at the same time) a large group of Mexican students arrive and whilst during the day the pool/beach area is quieter (as they are busy elsewhere) its of a night that you hear them. On the 2 nights that they were here sleep was severely disrupted due to room parties and lots of noise in the corridors. We did speak to reception about the evening noise and it didn’t seem that our comments were taken seriously. Overall the resort is very good however unless you don’t value your sleep avoid this time.
