Secrets The Vine Cancun

I cannot stress enough how great this hotel is, me and my partner stayed here for two weeks, we expected to be bored after a week, this was not the case at all, The food was great, we recommend you try as many restaurants as you can, the staff are great in them all. We highly suggest you try the Bluewater Grill for dinner, the Fillet Minion with truffle mashed potatoes were our favorite. The entertainment team are amazing, AISHA, JOSE, EMMANUEL and RODRIGO made our days full of fun and laughs, from playing volleyball to playing blackjack in the pool we were always kept entertained. By the end of the holiday they wasn't just staff anymore they our Friends. Our Butlers on our floor were Ivan and Carlos who were both always very happy to help, The desk they worked at was situated next to the elevators so we saw alot of them, they always gave us dinner recommendations (In and out of the hotel) and made sure we had everything we needed, Ivan even noticed we were sunburned and arranged for aloe vera to be brought to our room, for this we cannot thank him enough it was truly a pleasure to have him as our butler. The Evening entertainment was always great especially Lee who performed in the vine lounge, truly a great guy and an even better performer. We recommend you book to see the Cenote and Turtle experience with Cancun adventures who are situated in the hotel as well. It was an absolute trip of a lifetime and i cannot recommend Secrets The Vine Cancun enough, and anyone who says otherwise is mad.

Wow, I don’t even know where to start. Me and my partner stayed here in May for two weeks as it was for our 5 year anniversary and we truly had the best time of our lives. We were a bit hesitant before our arrival due to some of the mixed reviews we had read but our experience and stay at the resort will truly be one to remember forever. If you want a hotel with good food, amazing staff, activities throughout the day but also that element of relaxation.. then this is the one for you! We had originally booked to stay in a sea view room but due to issues with the balcony and loud howling noises, we were kindly upgraded to preferred which made our experience 100x better. This meant that we got a free 25 minute head massage which was AMAZING, access to the preferred pool and restaurant and our very own butlers each day. A huge shoutout to Ivan and Carlos for their brilliant service. Each day there were many activities going on such as wine tasting (which we made sure to go as many times as we could😅) bracelet making, guacamole making class, souvenir painting class and our personal favourite beach volleyball!! The entertainment staff went above and beyond for everyone and really made our experience. Another huge shoutout to Aisha, Jose, Emmanuel and Rodrigo!! The best entertainment team I’ve ever had in a resort. The location is brilliant with a bus just outside to take you to the strip and only costs $1 each way. It can also drop you to the ferry port where you can catch a ferry to Isla mujeres. The food at this resort is the best food I have ever had at any hotel/resort too! So many options! We stayed here for two weeks and never got bored. I am the fussiest eater ever🫠and never struggled to find something to eat. Overall, we truly have had the best time and will cherish our stay here forever.

Had a great time other than being very pushy to upsell for events and bottles of wine. Events they had were nice and great music.

Nice hotel, excellent food and pleasant staff! All inclusive with a large selection for food and drinks. Entertainment was good too!

Hotel was beautiful but the customer services wasn't the best. Many times the staff didn't seem like they wanted to help. Not all of the staff but several of them. I travel quite a bit and this was by far the worse customer service I've received at a resort. The AC is my room wasn't working properly the first two days of my visit. Many of the amenities closed very early. For example, the pool closed at 6pm
