Secrets The Vine Cancun

The food and location was amazing. I liked the layout and size of the resort as everything was easily accessible. The staff was very kind and Sebastian was by far the best concierge ever!! My only complaint was the cleanliness of the pools, pool area and the pool bathrooms. In addition there needs to be more seating at the pools. We were always able to find a seat but it is definitely a job!

Just had 11 nights at Secrets the Vine, let’s start with all the good stuff, the hotel is large but the Staff make it feel more intimate. It has many restaurants all of which are very good. And your room is definitely satisfactory. We had exceptional food in the Italian, Mediterranean and Asian restaurants. The breakfast and lunch buffet is also very good. Abigail & Vinnie looked after us many times and are note worthy. The hotels puts on lots of entertainment with is all very welcome and of a high standard and the entertainment team are very good at rallying support but do not pester you. The Sunbeds and pool areas are the only area that is not perfect. We ended up along with many setting an alarm to secure a suitable sunbed as the demand is greater than the number of beds. There are many steps to navigate and the-outside areas feel tired and in need of modernisation. Overall the hotel is good and the staff are excellent.

Preferred is a scam. No chairs on 12th floor. Not enough pool chairs in main area. Not enough bathrooms outside. Beach not maintained. Not enough entertainment. Large groups superceded individual experience. Kicked out of my chair( prime location that I had to protect since 6:00 a.m.) at 1500 hrs 2 out of 5 days. No other place to go near pool .TV English channels didn't work . Tables were reserved even though they say you we cant. House wine was barely' acceptable. cc: Sell of Vacations cc: Trip Advisor

I just want to thank Angel, Juan, Daniem at the pool, and Alessia, Rachel Ruby. From the concierge Mariana is a 10 absolutely wonderful, and Helen and Alejandra. From the restaurants Cesar, Molandor Oliver and Heidi at the sports bar. All of them get a 10. Everyone was very nice but these people were special

Everything was really good, although something that stands out really well was the dragons restaurant. Everything from the food to the service. My favorite server was Victor. Every time we came in he welcomed us as if we were family. Another person that we really liked was Javier. They were so welcoming and so loving to us.
