The trip I took here was so amazing! The pool and view was so unbelievably beautiful. The gym classes are also so nice to go workout in the morning. Sergio Angel Diego Rogelio and Pedro were so amazing, nice and made me and my friends stay there so fun! -Azizi

Skeptical about all inclusive as I had heard many stories. Pleasantly surprised about the quality of the 5 diverse restaurants and market cafe, o lack of food for choice. The staff were all excellent as far as service goes but I would like to say a very special thank you to Juan who made sure our time on the beach was memorable.

Service was terrible overall - Staff don't seem happy at all, loads of feet dragging and long faces. Super long waits for food everywhere, staff not really caring about it, and the food quality overall was really poor. The drinks were massively watered down, too.
