Luxury Residences by Villa del Palmar Cancun

This was our 7th visit to Villa Del Palmar and we couldn't be happier! The property is always pristine as well as the accommodations & public areas. We had a one bedroom ocean view, which was recently renovated beautifully, with the all-inclusive, which I highly recommend. It was 1152 sq. ft. with everything you could need, including 2 bathrooms & a washer & dryer. Incredible! The food in every restaurant was wonderful. We enjoyed Legends (Twice) the sports bar & restaurant & DaVino, the italian restaurant, which was excellent & we went to Zama (Mexican) for lunch. All the restaurants at Villa Del Palmar are excellent. They updated the Steakhouse, La Casona, & Saul, our waiter for many years, is one of our favorite people there. So excellent in service & knowledge & a great person. The filets are wonderful. Jorge, Alejandro and Angel by the pool was outstanding. They took excellent care of us as well as William & Jose our waiters poolside. ALL of these servers truly made our vacation wonderful! Tamara & Martha at concierge were very helpful , pleasant & professional. We are looking forward to visit #8 in 2026, the people there are what make the resort so special & keeps us coming back again & again. Thank you for another fabulous time.

This was our first trip to Cancun Villa del Palmar, and it was such a great experience. Our family enjoyed our comfortable ocean view room, daily snacks, great meals, and excellent service all around. Especially from our favorite server Jaime Antonio, at the Caprichos restaurant. Highly recommend this resort!

Everyone at this resort is incredibly kind and helpful. Jorge, Alejandro and Angel by the pool were a dream. Our concierge team of Otikio and Arad were incredible and will keep us coming back. We travel with a special needs child and this resort has been nothing but patient and accepting of him, which means the absolute world to our family. 10/10.

Every aspect of this resort was perfect. Started from the warm welcome, greeted with refreshing sparkling wine, wonderful front desk check-in and helpful concierge to review services available. Our two bedroom suite was beautiful and cared for daily by Teri and Janeth. We did not do all-inclusive and found pricing to be fair and comparable the US. Our favorites were Davino with Adrian and La Casona with Mauricio. Both of these servers remembered what we drank and our preferences, pretty amazing. Bite bar had delicious lunches as well. Can’t sing the praises enough of our wonderful pool attendant, Angel. He made sure we were greeted each morning with our reserved chairs and made sure we had ample shade and even replaced our towels with dry ones when he noticed they were wet. I’ve never experienced this kind of attention in my past travels - he really made our trip exceptional. We did a day trip to Isla Mujeres for the day and it was so convenient having the cargo ferry just steps away. The nightly entertainment was a plus, especially the magician who was mind boggling. Great vacation and hope to return in the near future.

There are so many staff members that made our trip wonderful: Mario at breakfast every day. Always smiling. We always made sure we were at his table. He couldn't do enough for us. Jose and Jorge at the pool. They always kept our ice and drinks coming. Alejandro at the pool. He always made sure we had chairs at the pool, and a cabana at the beach. Victor at the beach. He was great! When we first arrived, my husband's lens from his eyeglasses fell out. He found it, but Cruz (at the bell stand) found the screw and fixed them for him. We were astounded that someone would be so nice. The 2 waiters who did a great job were Adrian at Davinos, and Miguel at Carbonas. They were the ones who stood out to me.
