Amazing resort! We travel here at least once a year and always have the most amazing time. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. Cesar and Willy at the breakfast buffet are absolutely outstanding!! They remember us every trip, teach my kids Spanish daily, they even have my kiddos favorite smoothies waiting for them and my latte every single morning. Their team is more like family and my kids looking forward to going to see Uncle Cesar 🤣

This resort was incredible! It felt so peaceful and spa like. The rooms were clean (except for a couple of minor things), the rooms were in good repair (aside from a couple small things), the staff were friendly (even though they weren’t able to accommodate my requests and didn’t really try which was disappointing), the food was excellent (room service, and restaurants were fantastic. Buffet was meh.). The rooms were wonderful and didn’t feel cheap (ie the hammock was really comfy). Turn down service was lovely. The beach was clean and the chairs were comfy.

We had an awesome week. Raul, one of the pool waiters is amazing. He is friendly and remembered our preferences all week! Alberto, at the dinner buffet is also super attentive.

Just got home from Villa Del Palmar. First thing first, it’s totally safe and there are NO issues with what was happening on the total opposite end of the country. This is our fifth time going and we brought our adult children this time. From the moment of arrival, the incredible service starts at the front door. The valets are polite, welcoming and want to get a cold bottle of water, glass of champagne and a cold towel in your hand. The front desk was polite and accommodating. They get a million requests and they try to do all they can possibly do. The rooms are beautiful. We had a one bedroom suite and the kids had their own. 2 full bathrooms, kitchen and washer and dryer are incredible. I brought less clothes this time knowing I had the machines in the room. Food, my daughter had celiac and for any parent reading this, the restaurants are extremely accommodating and take food allergies very serious!! Willie in Caprchios had omelets made every morning and its prepared in a dedicated area of the kitchen. My daughter’s boyfriend was with us and he has allergies as well. All the main restaurants ( not as much the pool restaurant ( just because of the space they have to make the food) the waiters were so knowledgeable. Pool. I can’t say enough about the guys at the pool. Alejandro and Kevin are working tirelessly to make sure all guests are as comfortable as possible. Moving umbrellas around, fixing people's things on their chair when they’re in the pool is just so thoughtful. Dave the lifeguard is always there making sure things around the area is safe and also helps where ever he can. Our server Enrique, was just incredible! After one day, he knew our names , room, allergies, and had buckets of beer , water, gluten free drinks everyday!! We did do the all inclusive. Please remember this, everyone there is there for a vacation. Please take care of the people that give you great service. It goes a long way and is appreciated more than you can imagine. The restaurants were all very good. Servers were very knowledgeable and great personalities!! There is no “nightlife “ but after a long day in the sun and big dinners, we were done by 9:30-10. There is a nice gym and never had a problem getting a tread or using the equipment. They offer different classes as well. Finally a shout out to Angel. Angel was the pool concierge and recently moved over to Garza next door. He kept in touch, reached out for birthday wishes on Facebook and made a point to come see us over the week. Job well done everyone! I hope my review helps because we are already looking forward to going back next year! Thank you for an amazing family vacation!

We love Villa Del Palmar! We just returned from our 3rd visit (Feb. 13th - 18th) and are already excited to visit again next year! We were a group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids (7/8)). The pool staff does an amazing job of helping secure chairs and handle any issues that might arise. The wait staff by the mail pool seems to get better every time we visit! We mainly ate pool side for lunches, and pre-ordered room service the night before for breakfast on several occasions. Dinners, we made reservations ahead of time for La Casona, Legends (2 nights) and Davinos (2 nights). The food and service at each was excellent. We even went to a few of the shows at 9 and enjoyed them for the 1st time this year! Each of the adults also enjoyed massages for the 1st time and it was an amazing experience! We love the staff, how relaxing the resort is, and how clean and safe the resort is...will return!
