Luxury Residences by Villa del Palmar Cancun

We had a truly beautiful stay at Villa del Palmar Cancun—this was our first visit, and we definitely plan to come again. We loved exploring the stunning grounds, relaxing by the pools, and enjoying the beachfront. We also walked over to the neighboring Garza Blanca, which is absolutely gorgeous as well. Dining was another highlight of our stay. We ate at Legends, La Casona, Caprichos for breakfast, and the snack bar, and every meal was very good. A special thank-you to Efrain from the buffet for his attentive service; Enrique and Renan at the beach and pool area; Arturo and Tomas from Hiroshi at Garza Blanca; and Eunice for her warm welcome at the members reception. We also enjoyed a couples massage with hydrotherapy, which was amazing. Thank you to Angel, Layra (spelling may be off), and Elizabeth for making the experience so special. We originally planned for a 3-day all-inclusive, but ended up extending to 6 days, especially appreciating the option to dine at Garza Blanca’s restaurants. Overall, Villa del Palmar delivers a warm, relaxing, and memorable stay. We can’t wait to return!

We’ve had the most wonderful stay at Villa del Palmar and can’t recommend it highly enough. We stayed in the 3-bedroom loft apartment and it was an amazing space — genuinely perfect for a family of five plus a baby. There was loads of room for everyone, it felt really comfortable, and it had absolutely everything we needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived and stayed that way throughout. The daily maid service and turndown service were excellent and made such a difference — everything was kept fresh, tidy, and beautifully looked after. The all-inclusive package was fantastic value. Every meal and drink we had was amazing, with so much variety that there truly is something for everyone. Breakfast at Caprichos was a particular highlight — delicious every day — and Cesar made it even more special by looking after us so well each morning. The pools and communal areas were always clean, tidy, and relaxing, making them a lovely space to spend time together. And the views across the ocean were just breathtaking — the sunrises were unforgettable and a real highlight of the trip. Every member of staff we met was incredibly kind and helpful, but a special thank you to our butlers Santiago and Yosel. They were absolute stars — so attentive, friendly, and genuinely made our stay feel effortless. They went above and beyond for us and we’re really grateful. Overall, an amazing hotel with brilliant service, beautiful facilities, and a truly memorable atmosphere. We’d love to return!

The Resort was beautiful. The workers were very friendly and kind. You do have to book reservations for dinner. The food was excellent by the pool and at the restaurants. Drinks were weak not strong it all. The beach water was not as blue and it was a bit dirty but it’s not the resort’s fault it’s nature! The beach sand was always being cleaned. The room was very clean and very comfortable!

We've just spend 10 fantastic days here in the three bedroom suite (suite 3501). Our butlers, Otikio and Arad, took fantastic care of us, as did our pool butlers, Jorge and Alejandro, and our pool server, Manuel. Food was excellent. Every day, we found special treats in our room from our butlers. We absolutely loved the in-suite private chef dinner and the mixology experience that were part of the 3-bedroom suite booking. Only downsides on our trip were that the air conditioning units between Villa del Palmar and Garza Blanca, that happen to be right next to the 3-bedroom suite, were quite noise so they drowned out the sounds of the ocean. And the rooms are fairly well sound-proofed except that you can hear the scraping of chairs in the suite above (they just need to put some pads under the chairs to remedy that). Other than that, no complaints or concerns. The grounds are beautiful, the staff are super friendly, and the resort has tons to do. Overall, we had a beautiful stay at Villa del Palmar, with all of the beauty, warmth and kindness we experienced from the last visit when they first opened years ago. We were given a room with a gorgeous view, and enjoyed the stunning grounds and pools, the beach and checking out the gorgeous Garza Blanca next door. Back at Villa del Palmar, we ate at Legends, Davinos, the snack bar and Zama. All were very good with no complaints. Special thanks to Alonso from Davinos, who made dinner so wonderful! We did not get all-inclusive this trip as it was so short, and we had planned to go to Chichen Itza and Isla Mujeras for two of the days. Our excursion days were lots of fun and we had great food and value. David from the travel agency booked us for the Chichen Itza tour, and a golf cart on Isla Mujeras. He is such a great, knowledgeable and funny guy. Next time, I will just relax and get all-inclusive as it's very expensive to eat and drink without.
