Great experience at the restaurants
Villa del palmar, CANCUN. We had a wonderful experience at all the restaurants, especially Caprichios and Zara, and Garza Blanca. The staff was very professional and accommodating. We would like us to extend a special thank you to Eduardo who is the promoter Emmanuel, Martin caamal,, Jorge Pecho, Roberto Islas, and Pedro and Diana. We would like to especially recommend Diana. She can work at La Garza. She lost her job before we left. We highly recommend her to Edgar the manager.

Being there was amazing—the service from Sara, Abigail, and Ulises at the deli, and the freshness of the products, made us feel right at home... thank you for such warmth.

Another Wonderful Family Vacation at Villa del Palmar
We had an another absolutely wonderful stay at Villa del Palmar! The resort was beautiful, welcoming, and perfect for a family vacation. The staff was friendly and attentive, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. A special shout-out to the Kids Club team—Juana, Lulu, Amy, and Karla! They were amazing with the kids and made their experience so much fun. They were caring, energetic, patient, and genuinely made our children feel comfortable and excited to participate in the activities. The kids looked forward to going to the Kids Club every day! Thank you, Juan, Eric, Candalaria, Juana, Lulu, Amy, Karla, and Samuel for making our vacation even more memorable. We truly appreciated everything you did for our family and would definitely recommend Villa del Palmar to families looking for a fun, relaxing, and kid-friendly resort. Relaxing in Cancún.
Cancún. It was great having Angel at the Elite pool. 😎 He would make sure our cabana and chairs were reserved and had the towels prepped on them. We appreciate the cold hand towels to help us cool off. The free fruit sticks and snacks were wonderful too. Mil gracias Angel. 😎

As I said on my first review, everything at Villa del Palmar was amazing! I just meed to add Iracema from the main buffet and Liliana from the housekeeping staff. Thank you both for a great experience!
