Luxury Residences by Villa del Palmar Cancun

We’ve experienced excellent customer service while at Villa Pal Mar, Cancun. Many restaurants stand out in the resort, but the Lobby Sports Bar is very notable. Yair Garcia, the daytime bartender, is exceptionally well suited in working with bar customers. In fact, he exemplifies the Mexican appeal that continues to draw us back to visit over the last 25 years. He likes working with people and demonstrates an aptitude for connecting with customers in a way that makes them comfortable and eager to engage in the fun of being in the Caribbean . Yair seems to thrive on making customers feel at home in the bar, while ensuring that sports TV programming is tuned to the interests of the room (watching the MLB playoffs along with a classic margarita is the best!). Be sure to check this place out!!

Beautiful resort service at the pool is amazing the pool guys are great. Resort is lacking activity nothing to do during the day they took away all the pool activity only 1 dance class at 12pm and 1 time in 7 days they played pool volleyball. The room are great also but lacking refilling snacks and drinks. We had to call and ask everyday. For the value we would have liked better service. Front desk was unwilling to help when we asked for a simple change and we are members.

We recently got back from vacation at one of our favorite places Villa del Palmar Cancún! We love it there. We had been members for over 16 years. We always have the best service from everyone! Our pool boys Kevin, Angel, David, Jorgito made us feel like home, they always go the extra mile in the way they take care of their members! They also decorated our pool chairs for my husbands birthday!! We ate at our favorite restaurant Bocados! The manager Edgar is top notch on the way he treats his costumers he always welcomes us with a big smile and he goes above and beyond! Martin and his fireworks is the best ! Septeto Son Clave and Loui made our stay soo fun! They always do! They are all soo talented and friendly!! We love watching them perform!! Our activities team lacked lots this month, they hardly had any activities. They need to step it up in this department!!

It was exactly what we needed—a beautiful, relaxing place to unwind and enjoy some quality time together. The service was excellent, and our butler went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and willingness to help made a real difference. We truly enjoyed our vacation and would definitely look forward to returning. Thank you to the entire resort staff for making our stay such a great experience!

A Five-Star Stay at Villa Del Palmar Cancun! From the moment we arrived, Villa Del Palmar Cancun exceeded every expectation. This is the kind of place that makes you start planning your next trip before you've even left. Location: The resort sits away from the busy Hotel Zone, which gives it a calm, private feel while keeping Cancun within easy reach. The beach is beautiful, with turquoise water and soft white sand, and the views of Isla Mujeres are breathtaking. Atmosphere: Relaxed, welcoming, and elegant without being stuffy. Whether you're lounging by the pool, enjoying a sunset dinner, or strolling the grounds, everything feels peaceful and effortless. Rooms: Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The balcony views were stunning, the bed was wonderful after long beach days, and the layout gave us plenty of room to spread out and truly relax. Value: For the quality of the rooms, food, service, and amenities, the value is outstanding. We felt we got far more than we paid for. Cleanliness: Spotless. Our room was always fresh and well kept, and the pools, restaurants, and common areas were clearly maintained with great care. Noise Level: Wonderfully quiet. We slept soundly every night, and even during the day the resort never felt crowded or chaotic. Service: This is where Villa Del Palmar truly shines. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. A special thank-you to Pavel, Victor, Alejandro, Arad, Kevin, and Oitoikos, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel like family. You are a credit to this resort and the number one reason we'd come back!!! Amenities: Gorgeous pools, excellent restaurants, a lovely spa, and plenty of activities for whatever mood you're in, whether that's adventure or pure relaxation.
