Amazing Family Resort! We went there with our kids and they loved it. On our way back to the airport, I forgot my phone in the shuttle car with Aventour. The driver was kind enough to hand over the phone back to the resort reception. They helped me ship it back to my place safe and sound within a week!

Dear Sir/Madam, I stayed at Villa del Palmar Cancun Luxury Beach Resort & Spa from April 01 -14, 2024 in room 2009a and overall I was very pleased with my experience at the hotel. The hospitality, location and food were beyond our expectations. However, I would like to bring to your attention a complaint regarding an incident that occurred during my stay. On the recommendation of the hotel, I participated in a shopping tour to the Marcedo 28 market, where I encountered fraudulent activities that resulted in a negative experience and affected the enjoyment of my vacation. It was very disappointing to experience such a disappointment after a pleasant stay. I request that measures be taken to rectify the situation and prevent similar incidents from happening to others. I wanted to share my dissatisfaction and the discomfort caused by this unfortunate experience. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide me with a response. Attached is a letter from conciege directing me where to go and all the information. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We had the best experience at the palmita deli with BraYan, Leo, Ale, Susan and Yanet! They were so friendly and took great care of us all of our days here. Food was excellent and the coffees were amazing!! We got a bagel with egg bacon and cheese and it was absolutely delicious!!!

This was the second time staying within this hotel group and I really enjoyed it. The room was great 10/10- very clean and the balcony view was amazing. I really loved the attention to detail on the gardens; it was beautiful and felt very tropical. The food was good. 9/10- The buffet could be better, but the other restaurants, including the sports bar were great. I did not like having to sign a bill after each meal but that’s just a personal preference. The drinks were good. The staff is very nice and work hard so remember to tip! Bring $5 bills. The pool and pool service was great. These workers hustle all day!! 10/10 The beach 8/10. It is very rocky and felt unsafe to step in some places. I wish the beach was better. They have a fun inflatable area for the kids, but adults can use it too. I would recommend this place for large families! Very family friendly and fun.

First visit but definitely not the last, everything was great from the food to the service, we didn't go on the beach but they where cleaning the seaweed everyday, the pools were nice and clean, the grounds were very well kept, they were always cleaning, we ate at Garza Blanca as well none of the restaurants disappointed us. We will be back!
