Quiet place...on the smaller side...not many kids....very spacious rooms ..plenty of everything in the minibar which was refreshed daily...the service was excellent....especially jesus in the library (super bartender) and Ceasar in the restaurant...but all the staff were very friendly and service was great on the beach and by the pool. Night life is limited but they had music nightly and you could go to the other resorts nearby which we did and enjoyed. The weather sucked but cant blame the resort for that. The place is immaculate and the rooms were cleaned twice a day.

Zoetry Paraiso de la Bonita is a fantastic sanctuary away from the world. The resort wraps you in service - while providing wonderful spa facilities and top rate food. The staff is incredibly helpful - and they make things very personalized. My wife and I stayed there last December and we had a fantastic time - we'll definitely go again. A few highlights I'd call out: "La Canoa", the gourmet restaurant on site, is an absolute foodie dream. Fresh seafood and creative preparation make for memorable meals. We had a chef-selected dinner in their wine cellar one night - it was very special. The dessert, baked Alaska, isn't something I typically order, but it was fantastic! The Thalasso (spa) is full service and very well-appointed. And the setting is gorgeous - with the fantastic service following you to the beach. All in this is a very special place!

The resort was the size (about 100 suites) that we wanted and very well kept. Transportation to and from the airport was as advertised. The suite was well appointed and excellent. Short people need a stool to get onto the bed! Two of the three peacocks came to sleep on our lanai every day. The staff were friendly, many in number and responsive to all of our requests – except for one individual and the printing of our boarding passes. They made our arrangements to go to Tulum and to Cirque do Soleil. Breakfasts were very good. I had a better selection for lunch than my wife and some were better than others. Dinners were a disappointment. The soup, appetizers and desserts were very good. Unless you had fish the meat was very tough – pork, duck, steak and to a lesser degree chicken. Either sent back or not eaten. Would I recommend the resort? Yes - with the reservation about the dinners.

We are just completing our fourth time in this location. By far our favorite resort. Everyone at this resort is so friendly and helpful and willing to help you in any way they can to make your stay special. We will miss everyone but look forward to coming back again and visiting our new family. Thank you to everyone for making our trip so special!!!

This was our second stay at the Zoetry line and they set the bar pretty high. Everything other than the condition of the beach was top notch. Service was amazing, attentive and not too rushed. Food is out of this world. No buffets, everything fresh, and with mega flavor. It's worth going just for the food alone. The rooms have a great atmosphere to them that make you feel at home. We prefer the rustic/authentic feel over modern-style resorts. We enjoyed the wildlife roaming everywhere, from peacocks near the rooms to iguanas at breakfast. They even have a bird space. The spa area is excellent and the free areas to use are really nice. The included day-trips and evening tours are a great addition and help you connect with others at the resort. The scuba diving crew is also top notch. I've been diving for many years, and this wasn't a dive trip, but since we were there for 9 nights I gave it a shot. The price and level of service was top notch. Did my first wreck dive which was really near the resort. Our only complain was the condition of the beach. It's not bad, but it doesn't have the white sand that makes the water that perfect color. When my lady complained a bit they really tried to do their best to clean up but some things are just out of their control. I'm writing this review months after the visit, after coming back from the number one resort in Cancun, which had that perfect white sand and water, and I have to say that we would go back to the Zoetry over the nice beach without a question.
