We arrived at the resort on May 6, 2018 and left on May 13, 2018 for our honeymoon. We originally booked the Romance Ocean Front Lover Suite but upgraded to the Impression Ocean Front One Bedroom Suite with Plunge Pool on our second day there. Ivan Vazquez, the food and drink concierge, was showing us where we could have our honeymoon dinner and took us to the Impression suites to show us around and we immediately asked if we could upgrade our room to this side of the resort. The original room was beautiful and everything the web photos depicted, but the Impression Suites are so much more luxurious we could not resist. Everything at the Impression side is first class. From the butler service, to the wait staff, the bartenders and all the furnishings, you will not be disappointed with your choice. We were treated like royalty during our stay and it made our honeymoon that much more special for my wife. Edgar Escarrega, our evening butler, went out of his way to provide us with any and everything we could have possible wanted. He made sure our drinks stay filled, our dinner reservations were in, our room service was on time and my wife had fresh flowers and flower petals covering the bed each and every night. We could not have picked a more beautiful and relaxing place to have spent our honeymoon. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, at this resort was friendly, polite and willing to do whatever you asked to make your stay special. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is abundant local wildlife running around to observe and take pictures of. The resort is keep clean and neat at all times. The maids do an excellent job of cleaning the rooms and replacing the towels and sheets daily. The food in the restaurants is well diversified and prepared excellently. There are three pools to take a plunge in to beat the heat with an abundance of seating options around all the pools for the guest to pick from. The resort offers a variety of activities each day for you to take part in if you desire. No matter where you go on the resort grounds, there is someone close by to get you a drink, offer directions or just give you smile and a kind word. You would be hard pressed to find a resort that is friendlier and more guest service oriented than the Zoetry Paraiso de La Bonita. My wife has already asked when we could go back to have another out of this world week of pampering and relaxation.

My wife and I just returned from a fantastic week stay at Zoetry Paraiso do la Bonita. We loved it so much we never left the property. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The service staff were friendly and struck the right balance between attending to our needs and giving us space. The food in all of the restaurants was excellent! We were served several very special meals. A very big shout out to Carlos, Jorge, and Chef Jesus at restaurant Kaax, who treated us to a couple spectacular dinning experiences. We also had great experience with Daniel the Wellness Concierge with Yoga and Cooking Classes. Lastly, Miguel, our waiter at the beach where we spent most of our time was great, thank you. We'll definitely be back.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms spacious, clean and with an amazing view. Spa was good and the seawater pool is incredible. People like Manuel, Jorge and Luis from the pool staff, and Rafael the manager were amazing and made everything to help us have the best possible time. On the other hand, there are many things that do not comply with the expectations: - IMPOSSIBLE TO USE THE BEACH, and they will not let you know beforehand!: The sea is so full of seaweed that it's impossible to get in the water, not even from the harbor. The seaweed is out of their control, but they can clean the beach much more often and should certainly let people know beforehand so they can do a different arrangement if this is a dealbreaker. (We saw the truck cleaning only ONCE in 3 days, and we compared, and showed them, current pictures of other hotels in the area where the beach was much cleaner and clearly taking care of) - - VEGETARIAN OPTIONS? Vegetarian options for dinner are reduced to salads, potato, or flavorless pasta in the gourmet restaurant. A joke for a (supposedly) 5-star hotel! - Service was not only extremely slow (For example, 20 mins for a shake), but also careless in most situations. For example, the room was full of mosquitos (we left everything closed during the day while we were out) and asked them for help. They offered to do fumigation and said they'd come in 15 mins. In the meantime they brought Raid for us to use in the room. After 20 mins they did not come to do the fumigation, I called and they said they would come soon. 2 hours passed and no one came! When I called for the third time their answer was that it was too late for fumigation now, and they didn't have the necessary material anymore (?!) - Food in general, besides breakfast, does not meet the expectations in any of the restaurants.

Will start by saying that this resort is for those that are looking to just relax! My husband and I were there early April for 4 nights, when we arrived unfortunately there was no one at the front waiting like at other resorts, waited for a few minutes and our Butler Edgar showed up and walked us to a restaurant for lunch while we waited for our room, later we learned that the resort was short staffed and one could see because of how busy Edgar was running around from one end to the next. We stayed at their Impressions building in a one bedroom w/plunge pool. Room was just gorgeous, it had everything so much luxury and we didn't want to leave the room. Restaurants were all amazing did not have one bad meal! Drinks, Thomas made the best passion fruit Margaritas so in my opinion best bartender ever! Service is 5* not sure how anyone would be unhappy here. Employees really go above and beyond to please everyone Zoetry is promoting the Impressions service and I think there are some things they need to work on in order to deliver what they are advertising. Edgar and Carlos are wonderful but they really need help! one person in each shift cannot manage all 9 suites plus the ones that have paid for Butler service. Edgar is truly an amazing employee and has a lot to offer to this place, one night my husband and I went out for dinner hubby decides not wear pants so we couldn't get in to La Canoa, came back to our building Thomas asks if we watned a drink and asked why we didn't stayed for dinner, told him about the pants issue and told him we were just going to have dinner at dragons instead, a few minutes after we were sited at Dragons Edgar comes by and says I heard you waned to have dinner at La Canoa so I arranged a table outside but we decided not to go because we felt bad leaving Dragons as we were the only couple there so we had the restaurant all to ourselves. Love, love this place and we will definitely go back. I hope by then the resort has ironed out the small problems Thank you Edgar, Carlos Thomas, Ericka, Jesus, William, Baldemar and Ricardo you are the best!

From check in to check out this resort is flawless. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Stayed in the suite called Agra. The chef ( s ) went out of their way to prepare vegetarian meals us and wedding guests. The service is impeccable in the restaurants and also by the pool. The spa was amazing and service was fantastic. Maria Elena Galicia Espenosa ( wedding planner ) needs a special mention cause she was on point with everything and made the wedding flawless. Thank you to the management, staff, cooks, housekeeping and service staff. We will definitely return to stay here during our next visit to Cancun. Excellent!!!
