We are just completing our fourth time in this location. By far our favorite resort. Everyone at this resort is so friendly and helpful and willing to help you in any way they can to make your stay special. This was our second stay at the Zoetry line and they set the bar pretty high. Everything other than the condition of the beach was top notch. Service was amazing, attentive and not too rushed. Food is out of this world. No buffets, everything fresh, and with mega flavor. It's worth going just for the food alone. The rooms have a great atmosphere to them that make you feel at home. We prefer the rustic/authentic feel over modern-style resorts. We enjoyed the wildlife roaming everywhere, from peacocks near the rooms to iguanas at breakfast. They even have a bird space. The spa area is excellent and the free areas to use are really nice. The included day-trips and evening tours are a great addition and help you connect with others at the resort. The scuba diving crew is also top notch. I've been diving for many years, and this wasn't a dive trip, but since we were there for 9 nights I gave it a shot. The price and level of service was top notch. Did my first wreck dive which was really near the resort. Our only complain was the condition of the beach. It's not bad, but it doesn't have the white sand that makes the water that perfect color. When my lady complained a bit they really tried to do their best to clean up but some things are just out of their control. I'm writing this review months after the visit, after coming back from the number one resort in Cancun, which had that perfect white sand and water, and I have to say that we would go back to the Zoetry over the nice beach without a question.

The best hotel, food & service we are experience during our all vacations for last 25 years. Very private, a lot of different birds, including talking parrots, extremely clean environment. The best Spa in Caribbean. Only organic excellent food, especially seafood delicious and hundreds new newer heard dishes, made very beautiful with some Caribbean sparks. Will be back again 100%.

I had an incredible time during my visit to Zoetry. This was the perfect holiday stay, I figured I had to leave a review. Their spa service was just perfect, I was able to relax and completely forget about the stressful couple of months that I had before the end of the year. We were offered champagne and the employees were all very attentive. Also, our experience at the restaurant was so great! I would like to commend Chef Rafael Borbolla for the excellent food. He was very attentive, professional, and accommodating as well. I just can't wait to return!

3rd time's a charm. Things have fallen into place here to make for a lovely long weekend get-away with friends. Perfect spot for a 3-day weekend...to unwind, relax & soak up sunshine. Rooms - more like suites - are spacious and comfortable with equally spacious bathrooms stocked with Bulgari toiletries, Upstairs room had a nice balcony/terrace with built in chaises and table w/chairs overlooking the sea. Room was serviced morning and evening for fresh towels, etc. Quiet at night which is what we were looking for. Days spent relaxing and catching up with good friends. Normally - we enjoy exploring the area and going out to dinner outside of resorts - but if you're looking for a stay-put, totally relaxing, quiet place - this is what Zoetry does well. Food & drink were tasty at all 3 restaurants. Beach & pool staff, waiters, bar tenders, housekeepers were all very friendly and pool/beach staff in particular couldn't have been more on top of their job...checking in often if you needed anything to eat/drink. Kind and with a smile. 2 specific areas for improvement: -BREAKFAST - NEED A COLD BUFFET While there is a table at the front of the restaurant with thermoses of coffee/hot water for tea, muffins & croissants in baskets and "to go" cups, it would make things run much smoother to have an official/lovely cold buffet so that guests could help themselves....platters of fresh fruit, pitchers of juices, pastries, jams, yogurt, nuts, honey, toaster for making toast, cereals, milk, thermoses or urns of coffee/tea. Then - you could serve yourself...and have a menu of hot, made to order items for those who want a hot breakfast. Service is understaffed at breakfast due to the fact that everyone is at this 1 restaurant for breakfast. Other restaurants are closed at breakfast time. Need more servers as getting your ordered meal to the table at popular breakfast hours can take a good 30 minutes. While I get that they don't have a buffet - perhaps to set Zoetry at a more elegant standard of other all-inclusive resorts...they could present it beautifully and the hungry morning guests would be satisfied quicker! -NEED MORE BEACH CHAISES!! No fun to have to be pressured into waking up at the crack of dawn on vacation to secure your beach/pool chaise for the day. Who wants that stress on holiday? There is a large stretch of beach (that sits in front of most of the rooms) that only has 1 canopy bed/chaise. Please buy more chaises to arrange on this part of the beach so that guests have a place to relax. It sat empty. We arrived in the afternoon and all chaises at pool & on beach were taken - so we lay our towels on the beach...which is fine, but not expected at this luxury property. The breakfast situation and lack of chaises are easy fixes. Enjoyed our stay immensely and everyone that we ran into working at Zoetry couldn't have been more welcoming.
