This is a beautiful resort, located on a delightful sandy cove. Transfer (by car) from the main international airport is about 1 hr 45 mins. From the moment of arrival staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. This continued until the moment we departed, and was a significant contributor to our experience. There is an extensive array of activities. Early morning walks, tennis, yoga, water sports, spinning, golf (not a full course but this can be arranged), water aerobics, dance classes etc. There is also a well equipped gym within the spa. We felt that we under utilised the facilities as we just wanted a relaxing holiday. However, that was our choice, and it was clear that a number of guests relished the extensive opportunities available. Our package included a daily spa treatment. These were to me, as a spa novice, really good. The massages were well delivered and very enjoyable. Once booked you are provided with an online access which enables the booking, or rescheduling, of spa treatments. It may be a reflection of my weak It skills but I struggled to use this. It didn’t matter that much as it was sorted out in person on arrival. There is a range of restaurants/places to eat. At the top end is Tao which was truly wonderful However due to demand you are limited to one reservation there per week. Cariblue Windows is a small restaurant that operates in the evenings and requires reservations. It isn’t open every evening. The Clubhouse does lunch and dinner with the latter having a simple, but good menu. Cariblue is the main restaurant serving buffet breakfast and lunch and a nice dinner menu. The Wellness Cafe opens early for coffee before expanding into breakfast and then switching to salads, wraps etc for light lunches. All have a full bar offering. The main bar is located centrally to the resort, as part of the Clubhouse and offers a comprehensive range of drinks, including cocktails. All menus contain some very healthy dishes. WiFi isn’t available throughout the resort but is available in rooms and certain areas (e.g. concierge desk, Library etc.) which is great for limiting the disruption caused by FaceTime calls and business discussions. Guests are encouraged to respect the peace and serenity. It was a positive that when some lunatic thought it was a good idea to fly a drone over thee bay that guest services responded quickly and positively. The only negative, for us, was there were a number of sizeable groups of American guests who just have no volume control, but maybe we were just unlucky with timing. A really great place, especially for those seeking a packed day of activities.

This year s visit to the Body Holiday is my 6th, sometimes going with friends but just as happy solo as it is such a friendly, safe place . I was recuperating from an operation and here was a really wonderful place to be- good food, good company, do many ameniites a nd to be pampered daily in the wonderful spa. This truly is one of my go to places in the wirkd and look forward to my next visit !

This was our fourth visit to this brilliant resort. From start to finish it was a perfect holiday- relaxing, plenty of activities and great company. Everyone at BodyHoliday was exceptionally friendly and helpful - and could not have done more to help us feel welcome. The facilities are first class as are the range of activties that are available. Our room was ideal and gave fantastic views of the sunset each evening. Proably most important to us is meeting the other guests who were like-minded - love being fit and healthy and enjoying life. We just had the best five day experience at BodyHoliday! My husband and I went with another couple, after a recommendation from a family member. As several other people have mentioned, there is a long trek from the international airport to the resort - clocking in at 2 hours each way. We really enjoyed it, though, and felt like we learned a lot about the country out our van windows. There is a water option which we were told takes an equal amount of time with more hassle and a helicopter option which we were told takes almost as much time, once shuttles are included. BodyHoliday arranged the driver for us both ways, and the process was seamless. Upon arrival, we were welcomed and immediately felt at home. It does take a little individual incentive to walk the property with the map provided and figure out some of the processes, but it was fun to do. There are also individual iPads in each room which provide more detail. Three members of our group did a tour of the property the next morning and that filled in any gaps. For those who like to get up and get going, there were always a host of options available at 7 am. We participated in a bike, a couple of hikes, and Tai Chi. All were wonderful, lead by different interesting and enthusiastic staff members. From there, we had breakfast every morning at the Wellness Cafe', starting our day with smoothies and freshly made delicious and healthy food. The rest of our days were spent trying out watersports (lsailing, kayaking, swimming and snorkeling), taking varied fitness and wellness classes (TRX, ball workouts, stretching, yoga, foam rolling and spinning), getting daily treatments (massage, body scrubs and facials), enjoying the beautiful beach, live music, and delicious food. As many have said, the staff was uniformly wonderful. We knew many by name at the end of our much too short trip. The other visitors were also interesting and engaging, primarily from the UK and US. We are already planning a return trip. It was a delightful respite from everyday life and we were so happy to have been privileged to enjoy even a short trip to BodyHoliday.
