My husband and I have just returned two weeks ago from a great holiday here. It was a very friendly resort with sport & activities all day if you wanted it. The USP is the daily massage treatment included up at the beautiful wellness centre there. The whole place could possibly do with a renovation to be honest but hen it would have to close down and we wouldn't be able to go back next year! The food was all lovely as was the service. The beach was fantastic and generally at the resort there was a laid back feeling with no rules. If anything to say it would be that the evening entertainment is lacking. The beach DJ was very good (better if the lady singer with him who had a beautiful voice just sang and didn't tell us how we should live our lives - bit strange). The stage and dancing area at the Pavillion needs rethinking - it could have been fantastic but it felt like a Butlins space and there was no atmosphere for the poor singers/players and possibly it was on a bit too late? Maybe could do with some Caribbean vibes - beach dancing to reggae music and a rum punch shack, etc? A special shout out to those who went above and beyond in our view - Patricia in management, Neil in tennis, Hannah in Wellness, Pauline in fitness, Lee and Shaun in service.

We really enjoyed our 10 nights at the resort. A repeat visit. Great staff, great food, and great overall. Constructive criticism only - - Noticed cut backs on the lack of Body Holiday water bottle given. - The limit to one inclusive facial per trip. - The lack of comms re booking a table for resort guests for New Years Eve whilst 250 outside guests were invited. This left many guests frustrated. - I had a therapist who clearly didn’t like me who left me bruised on my arms, and was brutal in the ‘serenity’ massage. It left me sick and an early night on NYE. Didn’t get her name as she didn’t introduce herself. She was clearly angry but I won’t pick into that, as I don’t know her life. Great time otherwise and a special mention to - Britney - the most incredibly professional and so friendly. We loved seeing her beautiful smile again. Windows restaurant. - Keema on the beach - she not only remembered us from our visit 3 years ago, she approached us and remembered us by name. Such a lovely asset to the resort. - Natoya - the spa - the most incredibly relaxing treatments. She was AMAZING! - Janelle at the Pavilion Bar - Makes the best Pina Coladas with a big smile. Thanks Body Holiday. We will be returning.

We were excited to splurge for a week away from our kids and it was definitely a relaxing week. However I don't know if I'd recommend this resort if you're like us and just want a quiet beach vacation. The pros We were pleasantly surprised with our room, an ocean view with balcony. No issues with AC or hot water or cleanliness. Cariblue Windows was delicious. There was transportation waiting for us when we got off the plane even with a delayed flight and we didn't have to wait which was nice. The beach was lovely, not large but we enjoyed taking a dip and lounging on the beach chairs. We had an issue with our flight home and they were able to let us for an extra night which we appreciated. We paid for the room of course but it was nice that we were accommodated. We did a few of the fitness classes and especially enjoyed yoga and the dance classes. The cons The service left a lot to be desired. Most of the time, with a few exceptions, staff seemed annoyed. We'd politely ask for towels and a a lounge chair only to be met with disdain and sometimes not even a response. Lunchtime was a nightmare. We could never find a table and when we asked the staff, they told us to just find one. We sat at a table that wasn't yet cleared and the server was visibly upset with us and refused to take our order. We ended up ordering at the wellness cafe each time because they were nicer to us. My husband's massage therapist was extremely unhappy to be there and that makes a spa service quite awkward. The entire week we felt like a burden or that we were bothering staff for any request. We asked about doing activities like a boat excursion and the front desk told us that concierge would email us. We responded to the email several times following up and nobody responded. So we didn't get to do a boat tour other than the group one on Friday that we begged them to add us last minute. Very poor communication. We couldn't use the booking system online so we had to email a few times back and forth to get reservations. This made the lead up to the trip stressful. It wasn't clear what the spa services were or what the restaurant options were until we asked several times. We didn't expect music to be blaring every day at the beach. There weren't many open chairs so we often didn't have a choice of where to sit. But there was loud music every single day which we didn't love. It would be nice if there was a quiet section for those of us who prefer it.

Every year I come to The BodyHoliday, I always feel that it can't get any better, but to my surprise, each holiday there does. I put it down to the dedication and the excellent service that the staff provides, and their desire to ensure that guests have the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday they possibly can.

Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the resort. With so many activities and treatments available it was different from any other trip I've taken to the islands.

A friend and I used Luxury Link for the first time to book a vacation to The BodyHoliday. I have to admit that I didn't know what to expect but it was probably the most amazing vacation I have ever taken. St. Lucia alone is stunning, but The BodyHoliday took the trip to a whole new level. The staff, the setting, the meals, the spa treatments and other guests far exceeded anything I could have imagined.
Four of my friends have since traveled to St. Lucia and The BodyHoliday and now know exactly what I was raving about! There isn't a week that goes by that I don't think about my next visit there.
