My husband and I just came back from a week in paradise. This was the perfect vacation. Lots to do and yet, if you want, nothing to do. The staff could not have been more attentive, friendly and kind if they tried. No detail was left unturned. We stayed in a Luxury Ocean View Room, which was nicely furnished and always clean. Loved my nightly pot of tea and cookies. Balcony was lovely to sit out on. I loved that I was able to eat Gluten free without feeling deprived. Had a cooking session with the Chef. We celebrated my birthday while we were there and a special birthday treat awaited us when we checked in, plus they had a decorated table and tiara for me to wear at Tao for dinner that night. The spa - where do I begin? A daily spa treatment included in your stay, plus a host of other spa treatments to spoil and delight. Sonzia gave me a body scrub and hot stone massage that left me free of any tensions my body was holding onto. I woke up one morning feeling very congested and headed over to the ayurveda center for an asana breathing treatment, which fixed me up and had me breathing easy again. I took some fitness classes and even had my 30 minute personal trainer session with Felix. I think I learned more in 30 minutes with him than I have from years at the gym on my own. Definitely have some new routines to add to my bag of tricks now. Drinks and the bar staff. They always had drink recommendations for me when I wanted to try something out new. Friendly and attentive here too. Afternoon tea - Loved it. This American now wants high tea every day. Loved my lunchtime smoothie from the Deli. Entertainment - On Wednesday night we attended a cocktail party at the spa and met the leaders from the resort. Then we were entertained first by a Caribbean Steeldrum band and then later by a small local band for some dancing at the Carriblue bar. We heard some lovely piano playing nightly in the piano bar where we could get away for drinks in a small and air-conditioned bar. Friday night we were off to Rodney Bay Marina for a Sunset Cruise. Another fun and all invited activity. When we got back to the resort, we were treated to a beach barbecue. So good and more good entertainment as well. Loved this place. Only negatives? The mosquitos are so hungry there that if you don't spray yourself head to toe to with repellent before heading out, you were a feast. They do have cans of Off at the entrance to every restaurant and bar there. I had read this before coming on holiday so came armed with my own spray as well. Negative #2? - I had to go home and back to reality. Didn't want to leave and will most definitely be back.

Had week here at short noticed Stayed in a 'luxury ocean front' room Flight and transfer good Welcome very efficient and warm My room was clean well appointed and my ground floor veranda had a great view over the beach First night went to piano bar , a little awkward but the communal table organised by 'the bodyguards ' mean't I wasn't eating Billy no mates I made friends straight away The great thing about this place is you can do as little or as much as you like It's a good size resort ,but it feels small and personal The Spa inclusive treatments are great The restaurants /bars are all good , the food very good What I also liked was there were no armbands checking this and that, once arrived you were in the gang The beach was well run , and plenty of kit if you wanted it for activities or just chilling (sun loungers ) But the best thing about this place was the staff Their efficiency, politeness and humour were second to none I have had the best time ,I do feel rejuvenated There is something for everyone here I will be back ,as clearly many others have in the past and will be in the future There are lots of returning guests

As always Body Holiday delivered with a fabulous mix of guests, staff, food, spa treatments, classes and entertainment for 2 weeks of sheer heaven From Marlon (concierge ) what a warm welcoming way to start my stay and who arranged and managed all requests so courteously to Joseph, Isiah,Johnny, Chantelle and the guy with a smile like melted chocolate who tirelessly looked after all drinks and food requests and proved to be such great dancers too ! The spa ladies are all exceptional but a special mention for the lovely girls on reception up there who cope so beautifully with seemingly endless changes to treatments and times and always with a smile and my grateful thanks to the charming Samson and Cindy and to lovely Donna for amazing facials and giving me my glow back again you are a star For specialist treatments I can thoroughly recommend Tendal his Bhutanese massage is wonderful and the fabulous girls in the Ayaverdic centre (apologies for incorrect spelling guys) the synchronised abyhanga treatment is to die for thank you all The management team are evident around the resort and are always willing to take some time to ask guests if they are enjoying their stay. And finally the wonderful body guards Marlene,Joel,Donna,Shaun, Gerald, Mindy,Clavi, Martin and Gracious your warmth, humour and sheer professionalism makes Body Holiday the special place it is - Dawn you have a great team and thank you for attempting to explain water volley ball to me but I still prefer to watch it - dancing is more my thing ! If you've never been to Body Holiday give it a try you won't regret it, but be warned it can become addictive :) See you all again in November

Amazing holiday here booked through BA. Absolutely all inclusive, be as active as you like or relax as much as you like. The staff go out of there way to ensure you have the best time. Complimentary massages/treatments daily and outstanding food. No idea why anyone would give less than 5 stars!

My wife and I stayed for 10 days in May and absolutely loved it. There are so many activities to choose from, the resort is beautiful, the staff are excellent and the food was delicious. In particular we thought Natascha the resident yoga instructor was very good. I'd only ever done a couple of classes about 6 years ago and wasn’t all that taken with it but the ones at the BodyHolidy were much better. Once I understood what I was supposed to be doing I found the flowing movements with breathing physically challenging and somehow very emotionally grounding. We liked them so much we went every day and have since started classes at our local gym (sadly not quite as good). Bertha our cleaner was absolutely lovely. She was so friendly and always did our room at the same time. All of the included treatments we had were brilliant and I think the staff work incredibly hard. Readers will probably want to know the negatives and all I can think of is that our room was a little dated and could probably do with a new bathroom. Also, I’m not sure if people with physical disabilities will be able to get around very well as there are lots of stairs. If you have mobility issues I suggest you call ahead. Younger visitors might find the lack of TV in the rooms unusual and it's worth noting that there is no wifi by the pool or beach. For us the digital detox was beneficial. Honestly that’s it, they are in the process of renovating the rooms already. We liked it so much we debated whether we could go back this winter and if it wasn’t for other commitments we would have.
